I contacted Plumbwise NE ltd last night and I spoke to Rachael about an elderly friends antiquated heating system that had been disconnected due to safety concerns the previous week by another gas engineer. Plumbwise were recommended by another friend living in the area, as I live near Exeter. Rachael was brilliant and she kindly arranged for her husband to visit my friend today. To say I am impressed is an understatement, as Doug identified the issue, sourced a part and fixed it that afternoon and my friend now has central heating. My elderly friend subsequently contacted me, she is thrilled, as am I, thanks to Doug's persistence to sort out my friends heating issue. To say that I am relieved and that my elderly friend has central heating is an understatement. I would like to thank Rachael and Doug whole heartedly for such a professional and expedient service. Thank you so much.

Great company to deal with - I wish I'd found them sooner! We've had nothing but issues with no show tradesmen but Plumbwise are professional and timely. Highly recommended.
