Having dealt with 3 different plumbers/heating engineers and 2 new combi boilers in 3 years and still had no water pressure, I was at the end of my tether. Other companies just wanted money upfront for everything with no results. I asked round my neighbours for companies they’d personally dealt with and Gas Tech Heating was recommended by several people. Tom came round and quickly identified the problem (without any demands for payment in advance) and arranged to carry out the remedial work. This was done professionally by Toms father who arrived promptly and kept me informed what he was planning to do. I wish I’d found this company sooner. Fiona Macdonald.

Tom was professional, tidy, and took the time to explain what had caused the problem with the leak in our bathroom, and resolved it in the same day. Gas Tech replaced my old combi boiler with an air sourced heat pump and the associated radiator updates. From originally contacting them, to site survey through to installation they have been absolutely professional. They listened to my requirements and longer term plans for my house and accommodated all my requirements and made sensible suggestions. I highly recommend

03/01/2026 After several days of no heating I called Evie at GTH nice polite lady with technical knowledge,she arrange for an engineer Tom to attend my house within a few days. For many years I had always used Vaillant to service my boiler and they did a good job.. This was after having service plans that were not particularly good. Then when our boiler had a fault covered by my home insurance the engineer they used completely messed up big time. That is when Gas Tech came in and rectified the problem. They did a great job under difficult circumstances. Just had second annual service and some maintenance items. I am pleased I can use a local company that carry out a thorough service very professionally.

I have used gas tech Ltd services for many projects over the years. Their team members are always polite, friendly and punctual, we particularly use gas tech Ltd as they offer extensive knowledge through heating design and efficiency, not only with gas boilers but heat pumps too. Very Disappointed Tom came to give me a quote for installing a new bathroom, and his price was more than double that of another reputable local company. When I asked why the quote was so high, he became dismissive and, frankly, quite rude. Not the kind of attitude you'd expect when you're potentially spending thousands. Needless to say, I won’t be contacting Gas Tech again.

Tom came to do our boiler service and was fantastic. He really knows his stuff! He was professional and a lovely person. He also gave us some great tips on how to save money on our bills with equipment that would be of no profit to himself. Great service.

We had a problem with our heating & hotwater not working, so we called Gas Tech Heating, who offered a next day visit. Our heating & hot water wiring were wired up completly wrong, however Tom traced all the faults back and corrected them one by one. We now have everything working correctly, so i cant recommend Gas Tech Heating enough. Cheers Tom :)

Gas Tech have just replaced my ageing boiler with one they recommended, having done a power flush the day before. They were punctual, polite, professional and didn't leave any mess. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and all Tom and Leo needed to keep going were frequent cups of tea! What do I know about boiler installation? Nothing. But I now have a new boiler that works and has a long guarantee and that gives me peace of mind and is all I need to know. Evie in the office is also exceptionally helpful. On the basis of this I would be happy to use Gas Tech for any future plumbing needs.

We decided to have a solar installation and combined with this wanted to drastically improve our plumbing system by removing tanks, pressurising, incorporating a solar compatible Megaflo cylinder and changing showers to suit. Gas Tech engaged with our solar installer to design a compatible system and then installed with care and consideration, producing an outcome which absolutely meets our expectations. Excellent job.

Arrived on time having previously sent email advising us of intended arrival time. Work carried out efficiently and cleanly

The repair man came and found out directly what was the faulty part, he then directly drove away to get the part and replaced it when he came back. He also did some checks afterward for heating water, radiator and if any gas leaks were occurring after installation. Everything in less than 2 hours. All in all, I'm very satisfied by the service!
