I have had to have a new boiler installed and turned to TES . Olly and Reuben arrived promptly on the agreed dates. They were very pleasant to talk to and worked quietly and efficiently. Had an emergency, hot water cylinder leaking from bathroom through floor / ceiling into lounge. Called TES, guys were there within an hour. Stripped out the old tank, sourced a replacement and installed, tested and tidied up all within 24 hours. The lads (Evan and??? sorry I'm rubbish with names) were brilliant, friendly and helpful and the company recognised how difficult our situation was and pulled all the strings they could to ensure that we had hot water again asap. Can't praise or thank them enough!!
TES gave excellent, professional service in decommissioning my old solar thermal system and removing an old heating oil tank. Highly recommended.
Great annual service and replacement of our, occasional use, heated towel rail element. It had started to leak and also blew the fuse. We had an existing service appointment which Matt was happy to add a supply and fit quote for the element which I was very happy with. On the day Olly arrived on time and carried out the replacement of the element first. He checked that the power rating of the new towel rail element was the same as the original. He isolated and drained the towel rail, took it off the wall, fitted the new element and tested it. He was a very careful and tidy worker. From making the service booking, to quoting for the replacement towel rail element and doing the work, everyone I dealt with was prompt and courteous. I can thoroughly reccomend Total Energy Services!

Lola in the office was very helpful and fitted us in at short notice when we were suddenly left without any heating or hot water. Ollie and Reuben came out to fix our problem and while they were here they carried out a complete service for us on our boiler. Everything left clean and tidy. Following a reminder from this very professional company, Eban came today to service my boiler. As before, he was very friendly, courteous, ultra helpful and went round the house bleeding radiators as the pressure was a bit low on the boiler. His apprentice was equally friendly and pleasant. I would be glad for a note to be made on my account that I would always like to have Eban service and maintain my boiler - each time he has been, I have felt reassured and confident in a job well done. I have just had a replacement boiler installed after my previous had broken. When the boiler initially broke, they were able to come out the same day for an initial assessment. I did then look into a few services for replacement. Total energy were able to do a second in person assessment and and sent a quote through the same day, and were able to arrange the replacement later that week. The installation started at 8am and was finished by 3pm. Dust sheets were placed and any mess tidied, and they offered to take their shoes off to assess the radiators upstairs . They also were unperturbed by my nosey cats. Timely and professional!

The survey carried out by Rob prior, to us accepting the quote, was extremely thorough and all options were explored.A very professional job which proved to be problematic from the start,as they were working in very confined spaces. Joke of a company, first engineer diagnosed my boiler with a fault, cost was very expensive but accepted to get it working again. A different engineer came to install the new part, he said straight away that 'this doesn't seem right'. Guess what... it didn't fix my boiler. £600 later and my boiler not working I was told to go to the manufacturer. Wish I'd have done this from the start. Useless.
Excellent service from the initial visit right the way through installing a new Air Source Heat Pump system. The engineers were polite, hard working and always tidied up at the end of each day. The whole job was completed in the allotted time and the after sales follow up very prompt. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of changing to a more sustainable way of heating their home.

Total Energy Services have carried out various works for me including oil boiler servicing and emergency work to clear a blockage in my hot water system. On all occasions the engineers have been friendly and polite. They also take the time to explain what work they are doing and why. They are a highly efficient company which I highly recommend.
Total Energy Solutions installed a complete new bathroom and hot water supply for us. In the planning stages they were excellent and explained their reasoning for everything clearly, helping us to avoid problems later on. They were always on time, tidy, and efficient. The work was initially completed exactly on time, and when there was a snag with the shower tray they fixed it very quickly. I can definitely recommend them.
Total Energy serviced our boiler last year and couldn’t fault the service. Today after having a smart meter fitted by another company they found a gas leak and shut us off. I contacted the office and spoke to Matt who arranged for an engineer to pop over to have a look. The engineer managed to fix the problem and got us back up and running. Apologies I didn’t catch his name. Really appreciated, especially as it was late on a Friday afternoon when they were supposed to be finishing. 100% recommend. Excellent service and friendly staff

After many failed attempts to get my boiler serviced and a gas fire capped off I contacted TES as they serviced the boiler for the previous owner. Well I should’ve just called these guys first. THEY ACTUALLY SHOWED UP. Worked quickly and efficiently and the engineer was really helpful and showed me how to work my boiler My dog liked the engineer, the engineer liked the dog. Thank you. We had a new boiler fitted after a very thorough inspection. An excellent team arrived on the date arranged and were punctual and very helpful throughout their three days of work. The final bill was as per the initial estimate and we received a detailed briefing at the end of the work programme.
My old oil boiler finally gave up and after 3 quotes I went with Total Energy who were not the cheapest but gave me confidence in their ability, and the final bill was less than the quote despite alterations to the roof and flue. A new boiler was in and working in 2 and a bit days. Utility room left clean and tidy - wouldn't know they'd been in. Excellent service and can certainly recommend.

Very happy with the help we got from TES's engineer James. After 5 days without our gas central heating and hot water, James arrived and not only fixed the issue (a persistent airlock), but explained clearly how we could avoid it happening again, and other improvements we could make to our system.

I have had a horrendous experience with Total energy. After misdiagnosing a problem and making me wait a week for a readily available part I was told that a different part was required. Rob, the manager, then proceed to tell me how much it was going to cost and that the new part required (which is readily available) had been superseded. When I explained that the "superseded" part was available I was told that "I could take my business elsewhere". Unbelievably bad firm. Avoid at all costs! Five months to reply. Impressive! I wish that I could post a recording of our conversation for all to hear. I patiently waited for your firm to aquire a "hard to find" part with no heating or hot water during a particularly cold spell. I care not for my comfort however my four year old daughter is more of a concern. This I explained to you. When the part was finally fitted it did not work and the engineer said that it must be a different part at fault. Being an old boiler it too might be hard to come by. A quick search on Google showed me that both the initial part and this part were readily available although I had been made to wait a considerable time for the first part. I was told to "give it a couple of days" by your engineer and then call the office to see if you could get hold of the second part. I duly called the office, spoke to you and was bluntly told that the part had been superseded and would require something else to make it work. You then kindly started to tell me exactly how much it would all cost me. £390 plus vat. I then explained why I was upset, having found the first part readily available for £20 and was annoyed further as the "superseded" part was only £50 to buy. I asked why it was to be so expensive and was told by you to take my business elsewhere. I purchased the part from a supplier who delivered it the following morning. I fitted it and the boiler did not work. I searched online for the flashing light sequence fault code and diagnosed that the ignition was not functioning. I dismantled the boiler, discovered that one of your engineers had damaged the ceramic insulation on the electrodes whilst bending them during their diagnosis. I repaired this damage and the boiler has been working perfectly ever since. I have no training in boiler repair and maintenance yet I was able to fix it. What is your excuse? Please do not accuse me of being rude. I was merely annoyed at your spectacular lack of customer service. With regard to an invoice, Total Energy repaired nothing and left my family cold and without hot water for nearly two weeks without seeming to care one bit. No invoice was due.
