My Heat Pump and Solar journey started in April 2024, my objective was to find an installer that could supply and fit both. Started with a large energy supplier who were offering both at what seemed to be competitive pricing, however they were unable to offer a bespoke solar system and following a heat pump survey in which they were unable to supply due to a siting issue(the 1 meter rule) and they could not offer a solution to the problem. This then made me look elsewhere and ideally an installer that was relatively local and could supply and fit solar, battery and heat pump. Through watching various you tube videos from “The Renewable Heating Hub” and “Heat Geek” I became aware of Elite Services Group, so having checked out their website and the numerous positive reviews of their work, decided to contact them. I contacted them through their website enquiry form expecting a response in a few days, to my surprise I got a response that same day from James Clark who by chance would be in the area the following day and would it be possible to call in to discuss my requirements. Within a couple of weeks James had provided quotations for solar, battery and heat pump all fully detailed including individual room heat loss including current radiators and changes required, a design temperature and SCOP, expected electricity consumption and potential savings. There was one issue that could not immediately resolved, that being the siting of the heat pump because of the 1 meter rule. I advised James that I was very interested and being aware of the potential changes to the 1 meter rule in the upcoming months I would get back in touch once the changes were made or if James could find a resolution to the siting issue. James got back in touch a few weeks later to advise he had found a resolution. Following me asking lots of questions and getting prompt and detailed answers I decided to go ahead. The installation of the whole project began in early March 2025, being completed on the 10th March. Elite kept me fully informed from the start with when their installers would arrive. All of the guys were very polite and respectful of my home, they arrived on time each day and all worked very hard. When I had any questions regarding the installation they were very good at explaining the reasons why they were doing something and why. A big thank you to them all. On completion of the physical installation on the Friday the heat pump was was set up in the manufacturers default settings and I was informed that James would be back after the weekend to fully commission the system. James arrived as promised and spent about 5-6 hours setting up the system to run how I would like it, in my case it was set on full weather compensation, he also showed me how to make changes to the system if I was either too hot or cold. There have been a couple of issues with the system since initial installation, however these have been resolved promptly, in my mind this is just what you would expect from a class installer. The system was designed to run at 45C at minus 1.9C and an indoor temperature of 21C and an annual SCOP of 4.3 and a typical power usage of 5416KW. My actual consumption for the first 12 months was 3983KW with the system set to run 24/7, 365 days a year. Based upon a reverse calculation of the formula used in the heat loss report the system appears to be returning a SCOP in excess of 6.0. On the solar and battery side I had one issue when the solar appeared to have stopped working. After emailing and talking to Ben Clark, Ben came and resolved the issue that same day, again the sign of a great installer. For anyone that might be interested you can see a number of videos on their heat pump installation including mine (titled “Energy Freedom”) on you tube. We have just had Steven, Adam and Jude out to supply and fit a multi split air conditioning system for my living room and upstairs bedroom. Steven came out to do the quote and I explained how my son has autism and he was struggling with temperature regulation and ended up in hospital during the heatwave. This is what made us want the air conditioning installed. Steven showed so much care, compassion and understanding about our situation and explained that due to high demand stock with suppliers was becoming difficult to acquire but he would try his best to get all we needed to complete the job. Steven managed to get the parts needed for the job faster than expected. They completed the job to a very high standard with great workmanship and attention to detail. They even cleaned up after themselves leaving my house cleaner than when they started 🌟 They managed to complete the job in a timely manner and we are more than happy with the work and end results. Steven also offered us a £150 discount because we have children under 5 which was absolutely lovely of him and just shows his level of commitment to not only carrying out excellent workmanship but also building rapport and great business relationships with his customers. My son is now comfortable enough to be his usual unique self and is so happy with his new air conditioned bedroom. My partner has turned the living room into a freezer so I’m wrapping up in blankets 😅 Great job lads. Excellent service, highly recommend. We had air con installed. The whole experience was excellent from the initial on site visit to discuss our needs and best set up to the end result. Work areas were kept as tidy as possible during the install, and on site staff were polite and helpful. All paperwork and guarantees were provided by Elite. We are delighted with the end result. The system is efficient, does cooling and heating. Price very competitive, definitely recommend.

elite Services have recently installed a Midea air to air system to my living room and bedroom. I cant fault the proffesionalism of the staff before and during the installation especially the way they reacted when a problem arose with the downstairs unit. Despite how busy they were they pulled out all the stops to get the whole system up and running in double quick time on the hottest day of the year. I am very happy with my experience and would thoroughly recommend them going forward.
Had a single air-con unit installed. James and the team all very friendly and professional. Turned up on time, did the work efficiently and all went well. Pleased with the results. Only boiled the kettle about 3 times too, was expecting more, but they were focussed on the job in hand.

Their work is seamless, everything has happened when they said it would. They are really easy to deal with. The engineers we're fabulous, extremely tidy and professional and left the house spotless at the end of the day. From the first visit Elite were professional and prompt. James came initially to do the quote and explained all the different options, then once we had agreed the price, Ben came and did the site visit to confirm the actual viabililty. Both were very knowledgable and put us at ease answering any and all questions we had. Once we had agreed to the job, they arrived on time, and were clean and efficient with the work. All the paperwork was submitted promptly to Northern Power to allow us to set up export. Now we are exporting and producing solar power to cover our electric costs. Will definitely be approaching again when we have any more solar/ASHP work to do.
My recent upgrade to the Ideal HP290 8.0kw Heat Pump by Elite Services Group has transformed my home's heating completely, though it has yet to be tested under winter conditions. We recently had an Ideal ASHP, control electronics, and hot water cylinder installed by Elite as a replacement for our old oil-fired boiler. From the outset, it was clear that Elite are passionate about what they do — and, importantly, they do it very well. We simply didn’t get the same confidence or attention to detail from other companies we spoke to. The design, integration, and handover of the system have already proven to be spot-on. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and involved. The workmanship from the installation team was first-class. They worked extremely efficiently, kept everything completely tidy, and were highly professional throughout. In fact, if it weren’t for the newly installed hardware, you wouldn’t have known they’d even been here. All the important certifications and paperwork were collated and provided at light speed, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s still early days, but the system is already performing brilliantly and seems far superior to our old fossil-fuel heating system — plus, no more oil!

Elite all round! This is our second heat pump & solar installation - the first being at a different property for which there was zero support after installation. After extensive research we decided we wanted a Heat Geek approved installer and found Elite who have the higher level Heat Geek Elite Status. From the outset Elite have been first class. James Proctor delivered a timely detailed quote, explaining the benefits of adding batteries to the system. Very quickly after acceptance James Clark carried out an extensive property survey (the cost of which was deducted from the final bill). The installation team of Tom, Lee, Lew, Pete and Liam were excellent, overcoming on site obstacles with a smile and a we will sort it mantra. James Clark has just returned to complete the commissioning set-up and we have all the apps needed to operate and fine tune our requirements should we need to. Elite will also register the required paperwork and monitor our system from their end. They are also available any time if we have any further questions and will return when appropriate to carry out servicing. Thanks to all - we’re confident we’ve made the right choice this time. :)

December 2022. I would just like to say that the service we have had from Elite has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everyone involved has been very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Their plumbers and electricians are employed by them and although the process of fitting the ASHP and Solar panels was very disruptive and at times very messy - they tidied up so well you wouldn't have known they had been! They are happy to answer your questions - no matter how trivial you feel they may be! 24/02/26. Annual service completed. Engineer very efficient and friendly. 3 years old now but still working at 373% efficiency! Love having the heat pump and not having to worry about putting the heating on. Always cosy!
My annual service contact wasn't needed just now as drained and checked in October after weeks without the system working after a pressure relief pipe that was trapped burst open allowing air into the system and rust to form. I am concerned the rust will cause problems in the future.

The steps taken to protect the house whilst they conducted the works was spot on. Carpet protectors were used all around the house. Two weeks ago Elite installed for us an air source heat pump and AC unit. The initial consultations were clear and informative, I felt they took onboard our needs and requirements well as our house is a little different to most, and put together a package that caused minimum disruption for us (just one radiator replaced and we kept our old water cylinder). I was amazed at the amount of labour involved, 5 guys on site together over a 3 day install period but everything went like clockwork, they were polite and respectful and left the place very tidy at the end of each day. With the press that air source heat pumps get I was a bit apprehensive but the performance so far has matched what was advertised to us so far (including a couple of very cold days). Post install they have been quick to respond to any enquiries and are popping back to fine tune the system which will hopefully improve the performance further still.
I had a problem with my battery on my solar panels that had been installed by Elite a few years ago. It wasn't charging due to the poor weather, no sun. Called Elite and within a day Ben had talked me through how to sort it and sorted it so it shouldn't happen again. Fantastic customer support. Thank you.

We had three firms around to quote for our ASHP installation, Elite were easily the most impressive and it was clear that they really know their onions. The installation was completed by five men in two days so we had two days of chaos, but they cleared up after themselves and made an excellent job of the installation. They consumed a lot of tea and coffee. The system works beautifully and keeps the house at the desired temperature with very low operating costs. We really couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering an ASHP.

This family run business were brilliant. I was having big problems with a previous heating system and I rang Elite, they came and weighed up all the options and then discussed it with me. We came to a decision and they sent me a price for the work. Outcome was that I asked them to do the work and in a short time I had a new hot water cylinder up and running that is ultra efficient and an excellent job. They were very clean and tidy in all that they did and my wife and I are a very happy. Thank you very much gentleman

Elite came to my home to do an assessment for a heat pump. The report was important to me as my house is very old, I wasn't sure how well the system would fit in. The report was very thorough and I went ahead with the installation. James and all the team from Elite were polite and professional throughout. I had a couple of things that needed adjusting after install and Elite were happy to come back, which shows to me they are a really good company to deal with. The system works really well and being able to control temperatures through the Daikin phone app is a bonus. Thank you Paul

Elite have just finished the installation of an ASHP at my house. The whole process from initial contact, sales visit, heat loss report and systems design, installation and commissioning has been really excellent. Elite have kept me informed throughout and communicated effectively. The installation took 2 days with a team of 4 all of whom worked well together and were clearly expert in their particular discipline. They obviously wanted to do a quality job and they did. Commissioning was done after the system has settled for a day. James Clark did this work and the attention to detail was amazing. James went through the system with me and explained the controls and how to get the best from them. It is early days obviously and the system has not had cold weather to deal with yet. Early signs are very encouraging and I am confident that should any issues arise next winter Elite will be able to solve them. I chose Elite because of their Heat Geek association and because of their pre install professionalism. I am very pleased with my choice and have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

We had our whole heat pump journey from heat loss survey to installation and removal of the gas boiler managed by Elite Services. Can't recommend the company highly enough. The design was spot on - the whole house is now lovely and warm. We previously had 2 cold rooms (upstairs bathroom and living room) with our original combi boiler, and now they are finally warm for the first time. The lads were incredibly hard working and did the instal in the middle of winter when it was barely above freezing. Nothing was too much trouble. It's now a pleasure coming home to a lovely warm home! Thank you so much :-)
I highly recommend this company. My gas boiler was very old and my hot water cylinder was leaking so someone suggested my house was ideal for an air source heat pump as I already had solar and battery storage. I did a lot of research and realised the design and install of a heat pump had to be right for it to work efficiently. I looked on heat geek website and found Elite are an installer and not too far away from where I live and so began the process - I got 3 quotes from different companies and although Elite were not the cheapest I had a lot more confidence that they would do a good job and I am pleased to report that they did an excellent job! The install team turned up on time and finished the job within 3 days and were very professional and did a tidy job- I was very impressed to say the least. James came a couple of days later to finish the commissioning and my house has never felt so warm and comfortable 24/7 and is costing me much less than my gas boiler. If you are looking at upgrading to a heat pump - use Elite - just do not wait until your boiler breaks down as it takes about 10- 12 weeks from start to finish but well worth it!
I've waited six months to review my installation, and it's time to share my experience, elite installed myenergi 15kw Batteries and Solar pannels. And from start to finish ever member from office staff to engineers were professional courteous and tidy. Even more impressive, my partner was initially against having Batteries and Solar, but we've seen our energy bills decrease dramatically. We've since added an electric car(EV) and a heat pump, and the system continues to perform exceptionally well. My heat pump journey began in July 2023 when my current energy supplier sent me an email shot, I had been wanting to replace my aging gas boiler and I had not at that time thought about a heat pump at all. So I paid a deposit and booked a heat loss / installation survey with them and was given an expected installation date in excess of 6 months later. During the waiting period I learnt a lot about the theory, practice and engineering principles involved in good design and began to realise that what I had been sold was not optimal. No amount of discussion with them got me anywhere, it was going to be their way or the highway. By install week it became clear that the heat pump side of the business was not happy about doing the work and they delivered a host of equipment that was not in the contract I had signed, which made the job pretty much undoable. After two and a half days and a team of 7 men the job was aborted. This made me determined to get a heat pump installed, my earlier internet research convinced me it should be possible. I had come across Heat Geeks and their YouTube videos, one of which had introduced me to James Clark; a director at Elite. Heat Geeks used one of James' videos in which he explained some of the concepts of obtaining an efficient heat pump system. I then found out that the Elite Services group was relatively local to me. An internet enquiry was responded to very quickly by the other James (Proctor) and he came out to see me to discuss my situation and requirements. My hopes were changed into belief, and a survey was soon arranged and completed by James C in a very efficient manner. The difference in his approach and experience completely overshadowed my previous encounter(s) with the other companies staff, my belief was now a confident expectation in the job succeeding. The expectation was delivered by a small team from Elite, and in a period equal to the time it took Octopus to decide they were incapable of doing the job. On the third and final (commissioning / handover) day there were only two engineers in attendance. The heat pump was up and running with the magic box of Homely looking after everything and keeping it working optimally. That was all complete by May 15th 2024, only a few weeks after my initial contact, an amazing turnaround, at a slightly higher but very worthwhile cost. An initial snag was dealt with extremely quickly with an engineer visiting first thing the next morning. I decided to hold back on providing this review until now to avoid the 'exciting new' clouding my vision. Now in the second week of January 2025 we have had some of the most consistently cold weather (Day and night) that I can remember experiencing for a long time, with snow falling and still being on the ground a week later. The heat pump installed by Elite has been a complete revelation, my house is at a constantly comfortable temperature, even when the outdoor temperature has fallen below the design temperature and also keeping it that way at a running cost far below what I was paying out previous years despite escalated energy prices. If you are thinking of looking for a heat pump installation, I would confidently recommend Elite. I dodged a marine bullet when the first attempt from Octopus failed and got something far more appropriate in the end.
Great service. Returned my phone enquiry very quickly, gave me a fixed price for my ASH pump service, gave me a choice of days for the work, booked appointment and attended on time and completed the quickly and efficiently. Gave me some great advice on how to set the system up for the warmest and most economical way. Couldn’t ask any more of Elite and will use them again.
Elite fitted our heat pump into our old 1850’s home 4 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did. The guys are professional and honest from the very first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and they fit around us. We’ve just had our 3rd heat pump service and it’s running great but James still wants our efficiency better! Some more tweaking and fab detailed instructions and off we go again for another year. 4 years later and they are still looking after us! Our bills are less and our home is warm constantly. Going green and choosing Elite was a no brainier.

You know how good a company is when things go wrong and I have nothing but praise for James, Ben and all the install team who were first rate. We have had a heat pump and solar panels supplied and fitted by elite late last year. In this time our energy bills have gone from £200 a month to £40 a month. From the moment you ring them to the moment everything is installed the service is top draw. It's that good I'm looking at getting it installed by elite in my second home. Best thing we did was to ring elite for a quote.

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. They are very knowledgeable with the heat loss calculations as they are Heat Geek trained. They were friendly and polite from start to finish. The nature of the job at my home was very intrusive as underfloor heating was installed at the same time as a heat pump and cylinder, but these guys where in and out in no time, but with top quality workmanship. As I write this I'm sat in my lovely warm home and paying less than I was for my gas boiler.

I was invoice for a service on my heat pump the unit was just freezing up as I told the service Detp.when I first rang up the engineer just opened the retun valve on the unit and adjusted the vales on the radiator intotal the engineer took a hour and half to repair the unit I think the invoice was high for the work

Great service, came and looked at what we wanted, gave us a competitive quote, and then on the day the quality of the work was spot on. When it turned out the job was a little more complicated than anticipated, went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and we were properly sorted.
Installation was due Tuesday 07 Feb but due to problems else where our work was brought forward at short notice. work was well planned as teams of workers all did their bit and was virtually completed early. job finished early Tuesday am and everything working thanks to very sunny day. Elite installed 10 solar panels and battery to my property one week ago and to date I’m delighted by the result, already nearly 50% self sufficient in dismal January! Elite were recommended to me and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. 4 vans with 4 engineers arrived by 8:30, finished by 4:30 (I live in a bungalow, so no scaffolding). The engineers were very professional and extremely courteous, but to me most importantly respectful of my property. I was consulted on the positioning of panels, battery and inverter and the routing of cables and trunking. The result was excellent, very neat and tidy. I’m now looking forwards to many years of Green energy and would have no hesitation to recommend Elite who I’m sure will give me any back up support necessary.

The engineer arrived when expected. He was pleasant and friendly. So far as I can tell he did his job efficiently and well. He also explained how to get the boiler to run more cheaply but that it would take a little longer to bring the house to the desired temperature. This seems to be working nicely.

These guys have fitted an air heat source heat pump, which involved a total re plumb of my house. November 2020. They completed the work efficiently, professionally and on time December 2022 I had them back to fit solar panels with battery storage. Again extremely pleased with their standard of workmanship. They may not be the cheapest out there but they are definitely worth the money. Polite professional, well organised and hard working. You normally receive a text message stating that their engineers are on the way and if there are any delays they notify you immediately. Well done guys. Keep up the good work

Having decided to install solar and batteries, the search began for a supplier/installer with credible reviews and service. Be aware this is a minefield of companies who are “all the best” at offering a turnkey solutions. Do your research! Elite travelled to me to offer no obligation advice on what was best for our situation, they actually under sold, reducing the system size I wanted based on usage and demand, saving me money and time. After the initial meeting and with my agreement they returned to complete a full survey which resulted in a report with system details, expected output and payback. No hard sell, no chasing, it was left to me to say yes or no. I paid a small deposit and agreed an installation date, the scaffold went up a day before and bang on time the next day they arrived and started, incredibly they completed the same day! More importantly the lads who install are Elite employees not sub contractors, my only involvement during the day was a few cups of tea, they left everything tidy and hoovered and completed a very tidy install. More than happy with the communication and service and can fully recommend Elite for their professionalism and services offered
Elite have been efficient since our first contact. We have had a battery fitted - to link with our solar panels. There was an issue with battery with a day of being fitted but we received really good support over a weekend. We were kept well informed about what needed to be done and the problem was resolved quickly with a replacement battery. Staff have all been professional, friendly and courteous at all times.

The overall experience has been very positive. - A very clear explanation of what they proposed to meet my needs. - Prompt and knowledgeable responses to all of my questions. - A competitive price for the work. - The work was carried out at the agreed time. - The team who did the work were excellent - clean, tidy, pleasant people who did a good job. Most importantly Lee said we had to give him a special mention in the review, probably because of his appetite for bacon sandwiches. Elite installed my ASHP in time for the end of the RHI in March 2022. Their staff were friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and tidy and on hand to answer any post-install technical queries I had. I highly recommend them. I hope to use them again for the installation of an EV charger in the near future.
All work carried out to a very high standard pleased with the solar and battery installation. Only issue was the Wi-Fi module for the battery was missing but it seems to be a supplier issue.

The service from Elite services was excellent throughout the process. A representative called to give a very thorough explanation of the likely drawbacks of having the solar panel generating system installed in early winter, with the shorter period of daylight and lower levels of sunlight. When I confirmed my requirement to continue , the installation of the solar panels and storage batteries was carried out promptly with very little fuss or bother over a period of two days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone contemplating a similar installation.

Very good service, having done our boiler for two years now. Sent us a simple reminder when it was due, without a barrage of annoying sales stuff. Booked in at a convenient time and did the job quickly at a reasonable price. Update: the boiler finally gave up, so they've also fitted a brand new boiler, a new radiator and some TRV valves, all done tidily in one day. Lee walked me through the programming and showed me how it all worked. Brilliant job.
I've used Elite a few times over the last two years. They offer a great service operated by reliable, professional engineers who won't try to mess you around or upsell to you. The work is great quality at a reasonable price, and they clearly operate with integrity. I use Elite for all my utility maintenance, and unless things change drastically for the worse at some point, don't plan on using anybody else.

Our first contact with Elite Services Group was because of a leak from our shower area. After the source of the leak was established and considering the various options offered we proceeded with a remodel of the bathroom which was carried out to an excellent standard, with any small changes easily accommodated. Really happy with the excellent service, right from the initial phone call to book an engineer. Extremely professional in booking, great telephone manner. An engineer was available to come out in less than 24 hours. This was the third engineer I had visit my house to deal with the same problem. The previous two couldn't work out what was wrong, replaced parts that didn't solve the issue and left after being paid for not actually fixing anything. The engineer from Elite went the extra mile, found the fault and refused to cut corners. Eventually fixed the problem and the headache I've had for weeks with my boiler. On top of that, the call out charge was really good value for money compared to several other companies I've called out. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

When our radiators stopped working downstairs I called Elite, who I have used before. James was quick to fit in the appointment and made a thorough diagnosis and advised the best way forward to sort the heating. The heating was restored on the same day and a week later follow up work to provide a longer term fix has been carried out. We are very happy with the results and the advice given. I sub-contracted Elite after another bathroom installer cancelled due to illness. They were very professional, organised, easy to deal with and will certainly use them again on future projects. There was a problem with the downstairs radiator and the two contractors worked on it for over an hour to get it to heat up. Great service provided by all at Elite, very friendly service from quotation to installation. There were a few snags with the full new bathroom installation, however these were corrected efficiently and smoothly without any hassle. We changed our minds quite a few times on products and lay out of our bathroom which were catered for. Would highly recommend.

Elite have been at my service for the last few weeks! A few weeks ago my rented property was due a gas check up, they arrived on time, completed the job and impressed my parents with their friendly service! Unfortunately, my boiler didn't work when I came home but I rang Elite's out of hour service and Andreas kindly talked me through to get it back in working order. Elite were then called out again to sort my toilet flush. Phil and Kal arrived at 3.15pm and didn't give up when they were faced with many hurdles. The problem wasn't as small as it seemed and it meant them working on my toilet until 7.30pm that night. Way beyond their working hours and beyond their duty as the job should have been over and done within an hour. Elite got a new toilet to me the next day, Nick and Kev came to fit it...yet again, friendly, helpful and a good chat whilst getting the job done. I couldn't recommend these guys more. I'm yet to be a homeowner but I know who I will be calling upon when I have any gas/electric/plumbing issues!
My old boiler was well past its sell by date and refused to light the pilot. After a recommendation from a friend, I called James earlier this week who came when he said he would, and advised we needed a complete new boiler. After a few discussions over options, we decided to have a combi boiler fitted to replace our old storage unit. ESG arrived at 8:30 am, worked all day and were finished by 5 pm. You would find it difficult to ask for anything more from professional tradesmen, turned up when they said they would and did a great job throughout the installation. They were really helpful with advice on how to use the controls too and took time to explain the system. Highly recommended; Ben & James were respectful throughout, clean and tidy so I cannot recommend these guys enough. =========== Just had its first service, painless experience, many thanks guys for the good work. Fast, friendly excellent service all round! The engineer, Phil, worked virtually without a break all day to get the boiler installed and running and we are delighted with the results. He was polite, friendly and courteous throughout and used plastic sheeting throughout the house to avoid making any mess. The boiler itself is excellent and the whole job was done for a frankly unbelieveable price (British Gas quoted us nearly twice as much for the same thing, and that was after a £700 "discount")! I would highly recommend their services and won't hesitate to do so to friends and family. Overall, a very happy customer - thank you!

I have used this company before to fix my kitchen boiler and I booked this fab company to fit 3 new style radiators in my hall and toilet ,they fitted them really well and left no mess but better still ....after noticing one radiator was poor quality ,I contacted the supplier who sent me a replacement and these guys came back and swapped the faulty one for the new one with no problems at all ...nothing was too much trouble I would recommend to anyone and will use again

We had James twice now - first to install a double radiator in our bedroom and today to install a new shower. He is such a professional, you hardly notice he is upstairs working away. We are so happy with his work, we first discovered him 2 years ago when he put up a wall heater in our freezing bathroom - and changed a spot light in our dining room which had been out for over 2 years!!!! I would recommend James to everybody, he is a professional - his work is very highly appreciated and his costs very reasonable.
