Elite Services Group Ltd

Excellent service from start to finish when fitting a heat pump and replacing radiators. Friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

My Heat Pump and Solar journey started in April 2024, my objective was to find an installer that could supply and fit both. Started with a large energy supplier who were offering both at what seemed to be competitive pricing, however they were unable to offer a bespoke solar system and following a heat pump survey in which they were unable to supply due to a siting issue(the 1 meter rule) and they could not offer a solution to the problem. This then made me look elsewhere and ideally an installer that was relatively local and could supply and fit solar, battery and heat pump. Through watching various you tube videos from “The Renewable Heating Hub” and “Heat Geek” I became aware of Elite Services Group, so having checked out their website and the numerous positive reviews of their work, decided to contact them. I contacted them through their website enquiry form expecting a response in a few days, to my surprise I got a response that same day from James Clark who by chance would be in the area the following day and would it be possible to call in to discuss my requirements. Within a couple of weeks James had provided quotations for solar, battery and heat pump all fully detailed including individual room heat loss including current radiators and changes required, a design temperature and SCOP, expected electricity consumption and potential savings. There was one issue that could not immediately resolved, that being the siting of the heat pump because of the 1 meter rule. I advised James that I was very interested and being aware of the potential changes to the 1 meter rule in the upcoming months I would get back in touch once the changes were made or if James could find a resolution to the siting issue. James got back in touch a few weeks later to advise he had found a resolution. Following me asking lots of questions and getting prompt and detailed answers I decided to go ahead. The installation of the whole project began in early March 2025, being completed on the 10th March. Elite kept me fully informed from the start with when their installers would arrive. All of the guys were very polite and respectful of my home, they arrived on time each day and all worked very hard. When I had any questions regarding the installation they were very good at explaining the reasons why they were doing something and why. A big thank you to them all. On completion of the physical installation on the Friday the heat pump was was set up in the manufacturers default settings and I was informed that James would be back after the weekend to fully commission the system. James arrived as promised and spent about 5-6 hours setting up the system to run how I would like it, in my case it was set on full weather compensation, he also showed me how to make changes to the system if I was either too hot or cold. There have been a couple of issues with the system since initial installation, however these have been resolved promptly, in my mind this is just what you would expect from a class installer. The system was designed to run at 45C at minus 1.9C and an indoor temperature of 21C and an annual SCOP of 4.3 and a typical power usage of 5416KW. My actual consumption for the first 12 months was 3983KW with the system set to run 24/7, 365 days a year. Based upon a reverse calculation of the formula used in the heat loss report the system appears to be returning a SCOP in excess of 6.0. On the solar and battery side I had one issue when the solar appeared to have stopped working. After emailing and talking to Ben Clark, Ben came and resolved the issue that same day, again the sign of a great installer. For anyone that might be interested you can see a number of videos on their heat pump installation including mine (titled “Energy Freedom”) on you tube. You can also see James in a number of other you tube videos on “The Renewable Heating Hub”. Thank you to all at Elite Services Group.

Very easy to talk with. Extremely knowledgeable about their products and services.

Great work, equipment is perfect for what we needed and the install was handled professionally

We have just had Steven, Adam and Jude out to supply and fit a multi split air conditioning system for my living room and upstairs bedroom. Steven came out to do the quote and I explained how my son has autism and he was struggling with temperature regulation and ended up in hospital during the heatwave. This is what made us want the air conditioning installed. Steven showed so much care, compassion and understanding about our situation and explained that due to high demand stock with suppliers was becoming difficult to acquire but he would try his best to get all we needed to complete the job. Steven managed to get the parts needed for the job faster than expected. They completed the job to a very high standard with great workmanship and attention to detail. They even cleaned up after themselves leaving my house cleaner than when they started 🌟 They managed to complete the job in a timely manner and we are more than happy with the work and end results. Steven also offered us a £150 discount because we have children under 5 which was absolutely lovely of him and just shows his level of commitment to not only carrying out excellent workmanship but also building rapport and great business relationships with his customers. My son is now comfortable enough to be his usual unique self and is so happy with his new air conditioned bedroom. My partner has turned the living room into a freezer so I’m wrapping up in blankets 😅 Great job lads. Thanks so much for all the hard work and effort you all put in even under the horrible 27 degrees pure sunshine you had to endure. We will be in touch for the rest of the house shortly 👍🏼 Thanks again!!

Excellent service, highly recommend. We had air con installed. The whole experience was excellent from the initial on site visit to discuss our needs and best set up to the end result. Work areas were kept as tidy as possible during the install, and on site staff were polite and helpful. All paperwork and guarantees were provided by Elite. We are delighted with the end result. The system is efficient, does cooling and heating. Price very competitive, definitely recommend.

Excellent service. Could not fault in any way. Very pleased with the air con unit they installed.

Excellent service and friendly staff as usual

Elite visited us on time as planned and took good care to examine our system and explain the situation to me outlining our options. Happy with the experience, and would recommend them.

elite Services have recently installed a Midea air to air system to my living room and bedroom. I cant fault the proffesionalism of the staff before and during the installation especially the way they reacted when a problem arose with the downstairs unit. Despite how busy they were they pulled out all the stops to get the whole system up and running in double quick time on the hottest day of the year. I am very happy with my experience and would thoroughly recommend them going forward.

Great team worked super hard and done a lovely job. Thanks!

Had a single air-con unit installed. James and the team all very friendly and professional. Turned up on time, did the work efficiently and all went well. Pleased with the results. Only boiled the kettle about 3 times too, was expecting more, but they were focussed on the job in hand.

Had an additional battery fitted to a system Elite fitted two years ago. Very efficient work, pleased with the result. Would highly recommend

Great team work and very professional! Clean installation and minimal noise! Respect towards our property and customers! Definitely 👍 I would recommend this firm to anyone! Thank you

Elite services group upgraded my battery storage system in a professional manner as usual without any fuss and absolutely no mess.

Great service. Very polite and professional engineer. Thanks

So far so good. The initial visit was informative and James was knowledgeable and professional. Offering to provide previous customer's names for us to contact was helpful. There was no "hard sell" or follow up "pressure calls". We had queries, which were answered promptly. The detailed assessment was hassle free, ensuring we got what we wanted (subject to engineering being possible) we now await the final proposal.

Elite have just installed an air source heat pump system into our home. We love it! I would recommend Elite to anyone looking at air source for their heating. Their work is seamless, everything has happened when they said it would. They are really easy to deal with. The engineers we're fabulous, extremely tidy and professional and left the house spotless at the end of the day. We're really pleased with the system, its easy to control, our house feels warmer than it even has done and we have loads of hot water. Really can't fault anything. A BIG THANK YOU ELITE!

From the first visit Elite were professional and prompt. James came initially to do the quote and explained all the different options, then once we had agreed the price, Ben came and did the site visit to confirm the actual viabililty. Both were very knowledgable and put us at ease answering any and all questions we had. Once we had agreed to the job, they arrived on time, and were clean and efficient with the work. All the paperwork was submitted promptly to Northern Power to allow us to set up export. Now we are exporting and producing solar power to cover our electric costs. Will definitely be approaching again when we have any more solar/ASHP work to do.

My recent upgrade to the Ideal HP290 8.0kw Heat Pump by Elite Services Group has transformed my home's heating completely, though it has yet to be tested under winter conditions. They handled the entire transition smoothly, managing the £7500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and finishing the work to an exceptional standard. The team integrated a Homely Smart Controller linked my E.On next Pumped tariff. In conclusion the entire process by Elite Service Gro was professional, tidy, and has made my home feel much more future proof.

We recently had an Ideal ASHP, control electronics, and hot water cylinder installed by Elite as a replacement for our old oil-fired boiler. From the outset, it was clear that Elite are passionate about what they do — and, importantly, they do it very well. We simply didn’t get the same confidence or attention to detail from other companies we spoke to. The design, integration, and handover of the system have already proven to be spot-on. Every step of the process was clearly explained, and we always felt informed and involved. The workmanship from the installation team was first-class. They worked extremely efficiently, kept everything completely tidy, and were highly professional throughout. In fact, if it weren’t for the newly installed hardware, you wouldn’t have known they’d even been here. All the important certifications and paperwork were collated and provided at light speed, which made the whole process seamless and stress-free. It’s still early days, but the system is already performing brilliantly and seems far superior to our old fossil-fuel heating system — plus, no more oil!

I had Lee come round to install my AC unit and he did an amazing job, especially helping to guide me through the setup process. The whole team is genuinely very professional and easy to talk to. - would 100% recommend! 😊

Fantastic personal service.

Annual service completed, both timely and without any disruption.

Arrived on time and notified ETA. Work carried out as agreed, very tidy excellent service - would use again and recommend

Although the appointment had been rearranged a couple of times Luke provided a friendly and efficient service and possessed what appeared to be sound technical knowledge of the system.

Great service very helpful from start to finish

Always use elite for annual boiler service Fantastic customer service as always thanks guys

The Elite engineer, Lewis is very professional, friendly and technically knowledgeable. Replaced our noisy pressure gauge without any fuss. Much appreciated.

Great service friendly and knowledgeable engineering

Elite all round! This is our second heat pump & solar installation - the first being at a different property for which there was zero support after installation. After extensive research we decided we wanted a Heat Geek approved installer and found Elite who have the higher level Heat Geek Elite Status. From the outset Elite have been first class. James Proctor delivered a timely detailed quote, explaining the benefits of adding batteries to the system. Very quickly after acceptance James Clark carried out an extensive property survey (the cost of which was deducted from the final bill). The installation team of Tom, Lee, Lew, Pete and Liam were excellent, overcoming on site obstacles with a smile and a we will sort it mantra. James Clark has just returned to complete the commissioning set-up and we have all the apps needed to operate and fine tune our requirements should we need to. Elite will also register the required paperwork and monitor our system from their end. They are also available any time if we have any further questions and will return when appropriate to carry out servicing. Thanks to all - we’re confident we’ve made the right choice this time. :)

THE Experts to trust with your Daikin (or other) ASHP system in East and North Yorkshire. We selected Elite to service our system and advise any improvements due to their "Heat Geek Elite" status.

December 2022. I would just like to say that the service we have had from Elite has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Everyone involved has been very professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Their plumbers and electricians are employed by them and although the process of fitting the ASHP and Solar panels was very disruptive and at times very messy - they tidied up so well you wouldn't have known they had been! They are happy to answer your questions - no matter how trivial you feel they may be! 24/02/26. Annual service completed. Engineer very efficient and friendly. 3 years old now but still working at 373% efficiency! Love having the heat pump and not having to worry about putting the heating on. Always cosy!

My annual service contact wasn't needed just now as drained and checked in October after weeks without the system working after a pressure relief pipe that was trapped burst open allowing air into the system and rust to form. I am concerned the rust will cause problems in the future.

Very efficient and speedy service as always.

The professionalism of this company knows no bounds, from the first planning visit to the final fit. The workforce members who carried out the work could not have been more helpful. The steps taken to protect the house whilst they conducted the works was spot on. Carpet protectors were used all around the house. Any carpets that had to be lifted were put back in a professional manner.Having worked with numerous other companies in the past I cannot rate Elite highly enough. Their communication with the client is second to none. Thank you all at Elite, what a cosy house we now live in! Carol and Martin Kitson.

Elite Services Group recently replaced my old, poorly performing air source heat pump with a new, modern system, and the experience has been outstanding from start to finish. This wasn’t a straightforward swap — the existing installation had several issues, and the layout made the job far more complex than a typical replacement. Despite that, the team handled everything with real expertise and attention to detail. They took the time to diagnose the underlying problems with the old system, providing a comprehensive report and detailed heat loss calculation, delivering a solution that has transformed the performance of my heating system. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, with tidy workmanship and a clear focus on getting every part of the system optimised. What impressed me most was their professionalism throughout — punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job properly rather than just getting it done. The new ASHP is running brilliantly, and the difference in efficiency and comfort is amazing. The use of Homely to control and automatically optimise the ASHP is also a game changer, with a simple app to set your heating and hot water preferences. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elite Services Group to anyone looking for a high‑quality, technically competent ASHP installation, especially if your situation is anything less than straightforward. They really know what they’re doing.

Two weeks ago Elite installed for us an air source heat pump and AC unit. The initial consultations were clear and informative, I felt they took onboard our needs and requirements well as our house is a little different to most, and put together a package that caused minimum disruption for us (just one radiator replaced and we kept our old water cylinder). I was amazed at the amount of labour involved, 5 guys on site together over a 3 day install period but everything went like clockwork, they were polite and respectful and left the place very tidy at the end of each day. With the press that air source heat pumps get I was a bit apprehensive but the performance so far has matched what was advertised to us so far (including a couple of very cold days). Post install they have been quick to respond to any enquiries and are popping back to fine tune the system which will hopefully improve the performance further still.

I had a problem with my battery on my solar panels that had been installed by Elite a few years ago. It wasn't charging due to the poor weather, no sun. Called Elite and within a day Ben had talked me through how to sort it and sorted it so it shouldn't happen again. Fantastic customer support. Thank you.

5 star service from start to finish. All staff were very polite and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy with the installation of our solar panels and air source heat pump. Highly recommend Elite services!

We had three firms around to quote for our ASHP installation, Elite were easily the most impressive and it was clear that they really know their onions. The installation was completed by five men in two days so we had two days of chaos, but they cleared up after themselves and made an excellent job of the installation. They consumed a lot of tea and coffee. The system works beautifully and keeps the house at the desired temperature with very low operating costs. We really couldn’t be happier with the entire experience and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody considering an ASHP.

Elite Engineer was excellent and carried out the annual service of our Air Source Unit professionally. He arrived on time and discussed the work with me during the visit. Thanks

This family run business were brilliant. I was having big problems with a previous heating system and I rang Elite, they came and weighed up all the options and then discussed it with me. We came to a decision and they sent me a price for the work. Outcome was that I asked them to do the work and in a short time I had a new hot water cylinder up and running that is ultra efficient and an excellent job. They were very clean and tidy in all that they did and my wife and I are a very happy. Thank you very much gentleman

Lee has just done our first year service for our heat pump. Very professional and went above and beyond explaining the efficiency behind the unit which is performing better than we could have imagined. I am still not giving my wife access to the Daikin app tho! Thanks again, Lee!

Excellent service as always

Good communications, on time , informative and very pleasant engineer

Elite came to my home to do an assessment for a heat pump. The report was important to me as my house is very old, I wasn't sure how well the system would fit in. The report was very thorough and I went ahead with the installation. James and all the team from Elite were polite and professional throughout. I had a couple of things that needed adjusting after install and Elite were happy to come back, which shows to me they are a really good company to deal with. The system works really well and being able to control temperatures through the Daikin phone app is a bonus. Thank you Paul

If you live in East Riding of Yorkshire and need a Heat pump system Elite Group are the guys to use. Great service from design to installation and handover. Very professional. Paul from Bridlington.

Elite have just finished the installation of an ASHP at my house. The whole process from initial contact, sales visit, heat loss report and systems design, installation and commissioning has been really excellent. Elite have kept me informed throughout and communicated effectively. The installation took 2 days with a team of 4 all of whom worked well together and were clearly expert in their particular discipline. They obviously wanted to do a quality job and they did. Commissioning was done after the system has settled for a day. James Clark did this work and the attention to detail was amazing. James went through the system with me and explained the controls and how to get the best from them. It is early days obviously and the system has not had cold weather to deal with yet. Early signs are very encouraging and I am confident that should any issues arise next winter Elite will be able to solve them. I chose Elite because of their Heat Geek association and because of their pre install professionalism. I am very pleased with my choice and have no hesitation in recommending them most highly.

I'm very pleased with the installation of a heat pump. This company does what it says; it's competent and well organised.

We had our whole heat pump journey from heat loss survey to installation and removal of the gas boiler managed by Elite Services. Can't recommend the company highly enough. The design was spot on - the whole house is now lovely and warm. We previously had 2 cold rooms (upstairs bathroom and living room) with our original combi boiler, and now they are finally warm for the first time. The lads were incredibly hard working and did the instal in the middle of winter when it was barely above freezing. Nothing was too much trouble. It's now a pleasure coming home to a lovely warm home! Thank you so much :-)

I highly recommend this company. My gas boiler was very old and my hot water cylinder was leaking so someone suggested my house was ideal for an air source heat pump as I already had solar and battery storage. I did a lot of research and realised the design and install of a heat pump had to be right for it to work efficiently. I looked on heat geek website and found Elite are an installer and not too far away from where I live and so began the process - I got 3 quotes from different companies and although Elite were not the cheapest I had a lot more confidence that they would do a good job and I am pleased to report that they did an excellent job! The install team turned up on time and finished the job within 3 days and were very professional and did a tidy job- I was very impressed to say the least. James came a couple of days later to finish the commissioning and my house has never felt so warm and comfortable 24/7 and is costing me much less than my gas boiler. If you are looking at upgrading to a heat pump - use Elite - just do not wait until your boiler breaks down as it takes about 10- 12 weeks from start to finish but well worth it!

I've waited six months to review my installation, and it's time to share my experience, elite installed myenergi 15kw Batteries and Solar pannels. And from start to finish ever member from office staff to engineers were professional courteous and tidy. Even more impressive, my partner was initially against having Batteries and Solar, but we've seen our energy bills decrease dramatically. We've since added an electric car(EV) and a heat pump, and the system continues to perform exceptionally well. We Would definitely give Elite 5 stars and would recommend to anyone thinking of making the jump. Use Elite. Thanks Elite Kevin (Thorngumbald)

My heat pump journey began in July 2023 when my current energy supplier sent me an email shot, I had been wanting to replace my aging gas boiler and I had not at that time thought about a heat pump at all. So I paid a deposit and booked a heat loss / installation survey with them and was given an expected installation date in excess of 6 months later. During the waiting period I learnt a lot about the theory, practice and engineering principles involved in good design and began to realise that what I had been sold was not optimal. No amount of discussion with them got me anywhere, it was going to be their way or the highway. By install week it became clear that the heat pump side of the business was not happy about doing the work and they delivered a host of equipment that was not in the contract I had signed, which made the job pretty much undoable. After two and a half days and a team of 7 men the job was aborted. This made me determined to get a heat pump installed, my earlier internet research convinced me it should be possible. I had come across Heat Geeks and their YouTube videos, one of which had introduced me to James Clark; a director at Elite. Heat Geeks used one of James' videos in which he explained some of the concepts of obtaining an efficient heat pump system. I then found out that the Elite Services group was relatively local to me. An internet enquiry was responded to very quickly by the other James (Proctor) and he came out to see me to discuss my situation and requirements. My hopes were changed into belief, and a survey was soon arranged and completed by James C in a very efficient manner. The difference in his approach and experience completely overshadowed my previous encounter(s) with the other companies staff, my belief was now a confident expectation in the job succeeding. The expectation was delivered by a small team from Elite, and in a period equal to the time it took Octopus to decide they were incapable of doing the job. On the third and final (commissioning / handover) day there were only two engineers in attendance. The heat pump was up and running with the magic box of Homely looking after everything and keeping it working optimally. That was all complete by May 15th 2024, only a few weeks after my initial contact, an amazing turnaround, at a slightly higher but very worthwhile cost. An initial snag was dealt with extremely quickly with an engineer visiting first thing the next morning. I decided to hold back on providing this review until now to avoid the 'exciting new' clouding my vision. Now in the second week of January 2025 we have had some of the most consistently cold weather (Day and night) that I can remember experiencing for a long time, with snow falling and still being on the ground a week later. The heat pump installed by Elite has been a complete revelation, my house is at a constantly comfortable temperature, even when the outdoor temperature has fallen below the design temperature and also keeping it that way at a running cost far below what I was paying out previous years despite escalated energy prices. If you are thinking of looking for a heat pump installation, I would confidently recommend Elite. I dodged a marine bullet when the first attempt from Octopus failed and got something far more appropriate in the end.

Great service. Returned my phone enquiry very quickly, gave me a fixed price for my ASH pump service, gave me a choice of days for the work, booked appointment and attended on time and completed the quickly and efficiently. Gave me some great advice on how to set the system up for the warmest and most economical way. Couldn’t ask any more of Elite and will use them again.

Excellent service and great advice. Strongly recommended.

Very polite and professional Would recommend

Elite fitted our heat pump into our old 1850’s home 4 years ago and it was the best thing we ever did. The guys are professional and honest from the very first meeting. Nothing was too much trouble and they fit around us. We’ve just had our 3rd heat pump service and it’s running great but James still wants our efficiency better! Some more tweaking and fab detailed instructions and off we go again for another year. 4 years later and they are still looking after us! Our bills are less and our home is warm constantly. Going green and choosing Elite was a no brainier.

Very professional and courteous approach from the whole team. Inspired confidence throughout from the initial contact

Couldn't recommend this company highly enough. All the people that carried out the work at our house are the perfect example of professional workman. Was happy to do anything for us even if it made the work more difficult. We've had solar and ASHP installed, it's a huge task to carry out, and of course there were some bumps along the way but what puts this company in a league of it own is how they handle the bumps. Brilliant service. Thanks Louis & Bryony

Excellent service and knowledge. Good communication from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Following a major fault with our old unit which happened just as we dropped below freezing point Elite stepped up and installed a new Daikin system in a very short turnaround time. You know how good a company is when things go wrong and I have nothing but praise for James, Ben and all the install team who were first rate. Particular thanks to Ben who made a very difficult period a good deal better. Thanks to you all.

We have had a heat pump and solar panels supplied and fitted by elite late last year. In this time our energy bills have gone from £200 a month to £40 a month. From the moment you ring them to the moment everything is installed the service is top draw. It's that good I'm looking at getting it installed by elite in my second home. Best thing we did was to ring elite for a quote.

My ASHP has been installed over 1 year ago and has had its first years service. Very pleased with its performance and any follow ups from Elite Services. Staff were professional during the installation minimising the disturbance as much as possible.

I had this system installed a while ago now by Elite and have had the benefit of a summer of solar energy stored in my batteries .It is brilliant ! ....im over "1100 in credit through the winter due to the savings over the summer period. .I woulddefinately recommend these guys and their company to anyone .

Really disappointed with these guys. They were happy to take my money to do an investigation report. They also quoted for solar and a battery. Now they won't come and help fix my heating as they say we are too far away!

Very pleasant competent and careful installation team had the whole thing installed tested and working within the day. As hoped it has transformed the cold kitchen into a war comfortable area at very low running cost

Couldn't recommend these guys enough. They are very knowledgeable with the heat loss calculations as they are Heat Geek trained. They were friendly and polite from start to finish. The nature of the job at my home was very intrusive as underfloor heating was installed at the same time as a heat pump and cylinder, but these guys where in and out in no time, but with top quality workmanship. As I write this I'm sat in my lovely warm home and paying less than I was for my gas boiler.

5 stars 🌟 from survey to installation. The whole process from start to finish has been amazing. The management team to installation team we simply cannot fault. We had solar panels and heat pump fitted to our Bungalow only last week and wished we had done it sooner. We certainly will be recommending Elite. Fantastic service throughout. Well done Elite you have a fabulous team. Thank you.

Elite services installed an air source heat pump system to our 4 bed house, from start to finish we had a superb service from the mech engineers ,plumbers. electricians and admin very skilled courteous clean and polite I have been in the construction industry for 50years and have not met a more efficient skilled company They deserve every success for the future and we wish them well Kevin Merrills Director Compubid Ltd We have no financial or commercial interest to this company

On time, quick and professional service, Solar system fitted in one day, Impressed with the fitters who work seamless as a team, polite, friendly, nothing is any trouble to them, I would never hesitate to recommend this company.

The team were efficient and caring - they tidied up every night and worked to help me in the changes this created.

Elite recently completed my 10 panel solar system with 10kw battery, very professional 5 star service everything went has planned from start to finish would recommend great team effort.

Solar, batteries, heat pump system with radiators . An excellent job by a friendly careful and knowledgeable team . Many thanks .

Great service , from on-site survey to understand options available, the installation of Solar and battery system was completed in one day to high standard by a very competent and professional team. Highly recommended . Well done and thank you Elite Services Group Team

System down!! 10 days & counting !!!

If you are serious about renewables and want a reliable company who will be honest in securing you the best system available, at best value, you need look no further. If they are booked up in the short term, my advice would be to wait until they can schedule in your project; you’ll have a tough job finding a better company. Trust them; they really know what they’re doing.

We have been impressed from the initial home visit to the completion of the work by the site team. Everyone has been helpful, courteous and well mannered. The work was completed on the planned date and to a high standard. We would definitely recommend Elite Services Group Ltd. Thank you to everyone. Steve and Ann. Barton-upon-Humber A second battery was supplied and fitted to our solar panel system, all carried out in a professional and efficient manner

Professional but also approachable & friendly service

Excellent service, very professional and a great bunch of guys

I was invoice for a service on my heat pump the unit was just freezing up as I told the service Detp.when I first rang up the engineer just opened the retun valve on the unit and adjusted the vales on the radiator intotal the engineer took a hour and half to repair the unit I think the invoice was high for the work

Elite recently installed a solar pv and battery system to our property. We were very impressed with the service and how we have been supported.

polite, professional and on time

So far so good

Great service, came and looked at what we wanted, gave us a competitive quote, and then on the day the quality of the work was spot on. When it turned out the job was a little more complicated than anticipated, went the extra mile to make sure it was done right and we were properly sorted.

Installation was due Tuesday 07 Feb but due to problems else where our work was brought forward at short notice. work was well planned as teams of workers all did their bit and was virtually completed early. job finished early Tuesday am and everything working thanks to very sunny day. JOB WELL DONE and APP installed on phone

Very professional, friendly and responsive company. Gave a transparent, reasonable quote for our new boiler installation and the engineer (Tom) was brilliant. Left the house as he found it and was very thorough with checking radiators and taps etc before leaving. Good communication throughout, would recommend to anyone. Thanks.

We can’t fault this company, the engineers who installed the battery were efficient, very polite and professional. The office when calling them were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend them.

Well executed installation (5kW solar panel array plus battery) completed in one day by a full crew of pleasant people. I'm very pleased with the quality of work, and performance has been excellent in the four weeks since installation. I think the system was well designed with key components appropriately sized to give the best value for money. Elite also stuck with their original competitive quote provided some months earlier. Highly recommended.

Four day insulation and really professional each one of the team a big thank you

Elite installed 10 solar panels and battery to my property one week ago and to date I’m delighted by the result, already nearly 50% self sufficient in dismal January! Elite were recommended to me and I’ve already recommended them to family and friends. 4 vans with 4 engineers arrived by 8:30, finished by 4:30 (I live in a bungalow, so no scaffolding). The engineers were very professional and extremely courteous, but to me most importantly respectful of my property. I was consulted on the positioning of panels, battery and inverter and the routing of cables and trunking. The result was excellent, very neat and tidy. I’m now looking forwards to many years of Green energy and would have no hesitation to recommend Elite who I’m sure will give me any back up support necessary.

Excellent prompt service

Excellent service thank you

Excellent job done servicing Air Source Heat system and diagnosing circulation fault

Very good service. Thank you James, Ben and the three guys that installed my Solar panels. Work was completed in one day. I am highly satisfied. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Elite were able to bring forward our routine service when we had a problem and were quick, polite and left everything spotless. Would recommend.

The engineer arrived when expected. He was pleasant and friendly. So far as I can tell he did his job efficiently and well. He also explained how to get the boiler to run more cheaply but that it would take a little longer to bring the house to the desired temperature. This seems to be working nicely.

Brilliant service from all the team at Elite in installing our new air source heat pump. I would certainly recommend Elite for their professionalism and high quality work. 5 Star !

These guys have fitted an air heat source heat pump, which involved a total re plumb of my house. November 2020. They completed the work efficiently, professionally and on time December 2022 I had them back to fit solar panels with battery storage. Again extremely pleased with their standard of workmanship. They may not be the cheapest out there but they are definitely worth the money. Polite professional, well organised and hard working. You normally receive a text message stating that their engineers are on the way and if there are any delays they notify you immediately. Well done guys. Keep up the good work

Very prompt and kept informed of any delays

The whole team was well organised, worked very efficiently and they finished the installation by the afternoon to our satisfaction. We will most definitely recommend them to others.

Having decided to install solar and batteries, the search began for a supplier/installer with credible reviews and service. Be aware this is a minefield of companies who are “all the best” at offering a turnkey solutions. Do your research! Elite travelled to me to offer no obligation advice on what was best for our situation, they actually under sold, reducing the system size I wanted based on usage and demand, saving me money and time. After the initial meeting and with my agreement they returned to complete a full survey which resulted in a report with system details, expected output and payback. No hard sell, no chasing, it was left to me to say yes or no. I paid a small deposit and agreed an installation date, the scaffold went up a day before and bang on time the next day they arrived and started, incredibly they completed the same day! More importantly the lads who install are Elite employees not sub contractors, my only involvement during the day was a few cups of tea, they left everything tidy and hoovered and completed a very tidy install. More than happy with the communication and service and can fully recommend Elite for their professionalism and services offered

Elite have been efficient since our first contact. We have had a battery fitted - to link with our solar panels. There was an issue with battery with a day of being fitted but we received really good support over a weekend. We were kept well informed about what needed to be done and the problem was resolved quickly with a replacement battery. Staff have all been professional, friendly and courteous at all times.

Elite Services installed our Solar Panels and Battery. Excellent professional service and communication. All work done on time and in full. Excellent communication. Would recommend. Howard

Elite Services Group Ltd fitted our air source heat pump and batteries over 2 days. The plumbers and electricians worked with professionalism, accuracy and with care. This team worked with pride and completed the work on time. The new system is performing well and is well worth the investment, especially with the price of gas at record prices.

Very happy with service received 27th October 2022

Tom was very friendly, efficient, neat and tidy. Very happy with his work.

Very polite, arrived on time. Serviced my boiler and attached radiator. We always use Elite. All the team are nice, polite and professional.

We’re delighted with the solar panel system. Service as promised including polite and efficient installation team. The software package shows our generation and usage and we can adapt our behaviour to reduce our consumption, bills, and benefit the environment.

Pleasant and professional service.

The engineer was thorough in his visit to us today. Polite and courteous well pleased.

James Clark did a wonderful, fast and tidy job in checking our heating system over. The "lad" also did his bit, Many thanks.

very disappointed with this company and seems not very organise.. arranged for a solar quote few weeks in advanced then received an email on the day saying it would now be a telephone appointment. waited the whole morning and never received any calls. not heard anything from anyone since either...

From start to finish has been professional in every sense of the word. From the initial meeting and survey to the installation that was done in a day. Great group of guys and would not hesitate to recommend this company to any one. Every aspect was carried out with no mess or fuss and exactly as planned and discussed.

Excellent service from Elite. Always quick to respond to calls for service and to offer advice and support when needed. Very professional in all aspects of their business.

Heat pump installed. Extremely professional service from beginning to end. I had a few quotes however James made me feel so comfortable and able to trust we was not being ripped off and clearly explained everything. The men who did the install in two days worked none stop in the heat and was polite and respectful of me and our home at all times which was left spotless after they finished. So glad I was able to use a local business and I cannot recommend these guys enough. Goodbye gas and can’t wait for the solar panels. Great job, thanks again Kerrie & Jase. See you again soon.

James has just finished my annual service. I always use Elite and always recommend if anyone asks. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the guys and they're always quick to respond, especially in emergencies. Thanks again... as always!!!!

Pleasure to work with Elite. Reasonable price, excellent work;. friendly. Unreservedly 5 star.

Excellent service from start to finish can't thank you enough

Excellent

Elite fitted an air source heat pump and battery storage system for my solar panels. The overall experience has been very positive. - A very clear explanation of what they proposed to meet my needs. - Prompt and knowledgeable responses to all of my questions. - A competitive price for the work. - The work was carried out at the agreed time. - The team who did the work were excellent - clean, tidy, pleasant people who did a good job. Most importantly Lee said we had to give him a special mention in the review, probably because of his appetite for bacon sandwiches. I have had one minor issue since go live but a short phone call quickly resolved the matter. Overall on my experience to date I highly recommend this firm.

Solar panels and i boost fitted and up and working in one day very efficient and good service at a competitive price.

Excellent service, good communication, reasonable price. Had solar panels and battery installed.

Speedily installed, excellent communication with all men on site. RECOMMENDED

EliteSG provided good response in setting up the elecrrical work. The electrician, Dave, arrived early on the appointment day. I had cleared the work site for their good access. All installation work, particularly the new Consumer Unit was clarified by Dave before starting. I am very pleased with standard of work and the successful installation of electrical equipment and cabling.

Great service from Elite James explained how to maximise our heat source pump to be more energy efficient highly recommend

Elite installed my ASHP in time for the end of the RHI in March 2022. Their staff were friendly, efficient, professional, knowledgeable and tidy and on hand to answer any post-install technical queries I had. I highly recommend them. I hope to use them again for the installation of an EV charger in the near future.

All work carried out to a very high standard pleased with the solar and battery installation. Only issue was the Wi-Fi module for the battery was missing but it seems to be a supplier issue.

Elite were the only company who came to see me in person when I rang around looking for a quote for a heat pump and solar panels. I have just had the heat pump fitted and the service from their team of engineers and electricians was excellent. Professional, friendly and good humoured. I even liked their music taste on the radio. They left the place tidy and the heat pump is working as efficiently as I had hoped for.

Thank you for the great service, what a fantastic, hard working team you have. Every member of the theme we spoke to was lovely to work with and very helpful, every step of the way. Very happy with our new heat pump. Helen

Great service again. Came at time when booked and James as professional and polite as always. Local company and would always recommend them.

Good advice, Helpful throughout the process and speedy installation. Thank you.

The service from Elite services was excellent throughout the process. A representative called to give a very thorough explanation of the likely drawbacks of having the solar panel generating system installed in early winter, with the shorter period of daylight and lower levels of sunlight. When I confirmed my requirement to continue , the installation of the solar panels and storage batteries was carried out promptly with very little fuss or bother over a period of two days. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone contemplating a similar installation.

Good Job ,reliable service and fair price ...Thoroughly recommend

Flexible, friendly service on 2 rental properties now for both gas and electrical issues.

James came to service my boiler and was on time and he was very helpful with a problem I had with my radiator he sorted it out very quickly I asked James if he could help my mum out as she had no hot water for a week (unknown to me)James said he could try to fit her in that day or the next day he rang me later to confirm he could attend my mum’s the next day which he did and sorted the problem unfortunately another problem arose the next day and one phone call and a visit from Lee and the problem was sorted thanks my mum is now happy and has hot water

Lee came to sort out an unseen leak in my heating system, was so helpful in answering all my concerned questions, very professional service as always.

James came to check the boiler they originally fitted. No problems, always very efficient.

5 star service as always wouldn’t use anyone else.

Appointment on time . Very friendly service . Thank you.

Very good service, having done our boiler for two years now. Sent us a simple reminder when it was due, without a barrage of annoying sales stuff. Booked in at a convenient time and did the job quickly at a reasonable price. Update: the boiler finally gave up, so they've also fitted a brand new boiler, a new radiator and some TRV valves, all done tidily in one day. Lee walked me through the programming and showed me how it all worked. Brilliant job.

I've used Elite a few times over the last two years. They offer a great service operated by reliable, professional engineers who won't try to mess you around or upsell to you. The work is great quality at a reasonable price, and they clearly operate with integrity. I use Elite for all my utility maintenance, and unless things change drastically for the worse at some point, don't plan on using anybody else.

Brilliant, mega efficient, very polite, knowledgeable and super clean. After being let down by a few local companies to get my boiler serviced I saw one of Elites vans, called them and they were able to complete the job 2 days later. Communication is fab, especially the notifications and live tracking of the engineering on his way to the appointment. Thanks

Always a fantastic service. So delighted with our new sink, Thank you James and Jack!

I was very happy with the work carried out. James visited to diagnose the problem and followed up with a replacement pump which he fitted with Jack. Both were so efficient, made no mess and were courteous and and informative. My shower now works better than it has for months. Excellent, professional and punctual service. Wish we had discovered this company before as others we have used before have been definitely sub standard. This company is a welcome relief and fixed our heating on the first visit.

Excellent service as always from Elite. Two jobs done to the highest standard. Capping off an unused gas pipe, making it safe and servicing a boiler. I’ve always used Elite as they are professional and courteous, on hand whenever you need them.

Elite has just completed the installation of a new boiler and heat pump in our house. We are really pleased with the work carried out. Elite are seriously professional, reliable, friendly, and quick to respond. Nothing was too much trouble. The team lead by James and Ben were very conscientious, working efficiently to complete the job as quickly as possible with as little impact as possible. We felt fully informed and supported before and after completion.

Would reccomended for any electrical or plumbing needs

Excellent service from the quote to the commissioning of the new boiler. Both engineers explained everything from start to the finish. Would definitely recommend

My panels were not generating any electricity. They are now. It didn't takes long and I was kept informed about ahat was happening. Excellent. Thank you.

Our first contact with Elite Services Group was because of a leak from our shower area. After the source of the leak was established and considering the various options offered we proceeded with a remodel of the bathroom which was carried out to an excellent standard, with any small changes easily accommodated. We then had some additional work done which again was carried out very professionally. Very Tidy and quiet I would highly recommend Elite, thanks to James,Tom and Tony.

Top drawer

As always, first class and prompt service, Thank You

Excellent service - efficient and friendly. Elite indeed!

Always providing great service.

Really happy with the excellent service, right from the initial phone call to book an engineer. Extremely professional in booking, great telephone manner. An engineer was available to come out in less than 24 hours. This was the third engineer I had visit my house to deal with the same problem. The previous two couldn't work out what was wrong, replaced parts that didn't solve the issue and left after being paid for not actually fixing anything. The engineer from Elite went the extra mile, found the fault and refused to cut corners. Eventually fixed the problem and the headache I've had for weeks with my boiler. On top of that, the call out charge was really good value for money compared to several other companies I've called out. Would highly recommend. Thank you.

Great service from Elite today for coming out and fixing my mum's gas boiler much appreciated.

Just had a bathroom completely refurbished by Tom and Tony to include a walk-in shower in place of a bath. Their skills are first rate. They worked hard and cheerfully despite the very warm weather and were always helpful and informative. We are happy with the result and would be pleased to recommend their services.

The Elite Services Group Ltd are a thoroughly professional group of skilled tradesmen who delivers on what they promise. Thank you James, Tom and Tony for the fantastic work you did fitting our bathroom. You are a credit to your business and I would highly recommend the Elite Services Ltd.

I have already left a review before but these guys really as the best! i had a tenant get a gas leak and the gas board turned off the full gas to the property. 1 quick call to Ben and James was down there and had the issue resolved in 1 hour. this kind of service is why i would not go anywhere else. these guys really give the best service and also are very reasonably priced as well!. Honestly if you are looking for any work to be done then Elite Services Group are the people to contact

Had a new combi boiler fitted. Great customer service throughout. Would highly recommend and will use them in the future.

Had Ben from elite recently attended an appointment for a service for our air source heat pump what was fitted by them a couple of years previous. Never missed a beat and had worked perfectly since install. Also completed a service on our combi at the same time. All sorted for the upcoming winter. Could not recommend the elite team more then I already do.

The service was excellent, did a great job, very professional.

We had a new boiler installed and relocated from an upstairs bedroom to downstairs. Elite did a fantastic job and nothing was too much trouble. We have no hesitation in recommending them and they are now our first choice for any plumbing work. Many thanks.

A trustworthy and professional company, Elite did a full bathroom refit for us. Staff are efficient/ knowledgeable and able to offer helpful advice - they did a great job with the installation and workmanship is guaranteed for two years, so if there is a problem we know we can call them back. We've used them for various projects and they are always reliable, so I am sure we'll be using them again soon. Thanks for a great job!

Very pleased with the standard of work from these guys when fitting my new boiler last week. Totally professional from telephoning for a quote to completing the job. I have given 5 stars as that's the maximum on here, to be fair they deserve far more. Well done Elite I will certainly recommend you.

Very pleased with the new boiler radiators and hive control . From start to finish they are a very professional outfit and would highly recommend thank you.

Quality Service. Called on Friday Afternoon, engineer onsite Monday Morning. Very competitively price. Helpful, friendly staff. Would highly recommend, great standard of work.

When our radiators stopped working downstairs I called Elite, who I have used before. James was quick to fit in the appointment and made a thorough diagnosis and advised the best way forward to sort the heating. The heating was restored on the same day and a week later follow up work to provide a longer term fix has been carried out. We are very happy with the results and the advice given. I would highly recommend Elite services.

excellent service reasonable rates. would hire again many thx

Replaced our old boiler. Very happy with it. Two lads came to do it, very polite and did a great job. Definitely use them again.

Strongly recommend Elite services. This company were professional and efficient from the initial meeting with James to the completion of the job. The price was competitive. The job was fitting an air source heat pump and this was not an easy job due to mistakes made at previous installation. They solved every problem and have returned whenever asked to rectify any issues I have had, no matter how small. Excellent company with excellent work ethic. Can not thank them enough for all the work they have done.

Will be using their services again and would recommend to anyone else who needs boiler replacement/repairs or servicing. Much better customer service than the big energy companies offer. Thank you Elite.

What a fantastic service ! Very quick to respond clear communication, great customer service. I had a boiler swap from a conventional boiler to a new combi with all gas and pipe work included all done in a very reasonable price within 2 days of the quote- very professional - excellent service will definitely recommend !

First class service, with first rate team that updated and repaired the Gas fire. I would recommend this team and the company to do a excellent job.

Elite services were recommended to me through whitakers estate agent and they were fantastic. I recently had a boiler installed and it was done professionally and quickly. There was a problem with the downstairs radiator and the two contractors worked on it for over an hour to get it to heat up. As it was an old radiator and had not been used for a long time, I had it replaced by elite and I received the same professional quality as the first installation. Thank you to the whole team!

James from Elite services fitted my new Logic boiler today 5.7.17. A first class job. He turned up on time, carried out the job in a timely professional manner and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you James.

Very prompt and professional service, came and resolved my gas boiler fault and was very informative. I'd recommend them over some other local firms who didn't even respond to my enquiries.

Great service provided by all at Elite, very friendly service from quotation to installation. There were a few snags with the full new bathroom installation, however these were corrected efficiently and smoothly without any hassle. We changed our minds quite a few times on products and lay out of our bathroom which were catered for. Would highly recommend.

Good service, helpful electrician, would use again!

The Elite team fitted my house with a new kitchen and some radiators and did a brilliant job. The team were very friendly and professional and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you.
