What sets this company apart from other companies is that someone answers the phone or rings you back very quickly. They commit to a booking and let you know when the plumber is on their way. In addition, the plumber gave a full explanation of what was needed and, once again, the office rang to arrange the follow up. Professional set up and communication are outstanding as is the experience with the plumber - will definitely use again, wish I had known about them years ago!

TS plumbing recently renovated our downstairs loo / utility room. They did a brilliant jab and we are really pleased with the finished room. We were especially impressed with Lee who has amazing skills, has a fantastic attention to detail and really went above and beyond for us.

The building team and the plumbing team undertook a complicated extension project involving the construction of one building and the complete repurposing and plumbing in of another. Multiple 'TS' engineers and craftsmen were in constant attendance and every single person was dependable, highly skilled, knowledgable and professional. We are delighted with the outcome and are full of admiration for the company as a whole. Another thing which made a difference was that every person in every department, both in the office and in the field, was always a pleasure to deal with: Warm , cheerful, committed and optimistic. I was never in doubt that they genuinely cared. We love the new building and we'll always have fond memories of its construction.

Sorted out the meter box at the front of my house. Josh was incredibly helpful and the work was reasonably priced. The company were very prompt in getting back to me and answering all the questions I had. Cheers guys! :)

Our boiler packed up on Friday and TS went above and beyond to keep us updated and get things sorted. I find the negative reviews hard to believe from the experience we had. Highly recommended.

This company is definitely an unsafe company. I contacted this company upon the recommendation of a friend. The Ariston EVO brand combi boiler I used at my workplace was broken. They sent me a technical person and did not tell me the service fee price in advance. We had previously turned on the device and made a preliminary check, but we could not detect the problem. The technical staff from TS Plumbing & Heating also looked at the device and simply said, "This device needs to be replaced." Without any fault finding. "Do you have this device?" We asked and he said no. We started searching on the internet to buy a new one for the same device and could not find it in the UK. We found and purchased the same device in Spain. The device arrived to us by cargo 3 weeks later. We called TS Plumbing & Heating for the second time, "The new device has arrived, can you install it?" saying. The technical staff came for the second time and we turned on the device together. However, the device mistakenly received the LPG model. It was written on the device box that it was LPG. I told the technical staff, "Let's remove the NG part on our old device and install it on the new device." He did not accept it and said, "I can't do it." “We need to order new NG parts,” he said. We said okay, he made a phone call to his company and gave me the NG part code for it. Two days later they called me from the company and said, "We ordered your part, the price is £60." We accepted the price, but time passed and the device did not arrive. We found the part according to the product code given to us on the internet and purchased it. We called the company again, "Please, we bought the part, can you come and install it?" we said. They asked which part we bought, we bought the part according to the code you gave them. We sent pictures of the spare part, they said, "This part is wrong." "Your staff engineer told us," we said. "That part is wrong, we ordered a new one," they said. Then they called me on June 7th and said, "The part has arrived, we will come and install it on June 10th." We did the installation with the friend who came, the installation process took maximum 2 hours. Also, I helped speed up the work, the technical staff was working very slowly. If I didn't help the man, it would have taken maybe 4 hours. After we offered the necessary food and drinks to the technical staff, he left. They then sent an invoice on 25 July for £458.69. When I disputed the bill, the device cost £350 new. They unfairly charged me an invoice for a service that did not exceed 4 hours in total and caused me to lose 2 months of time, even though I had no technical experience. Please be very careful when working with this company and do not recommend this company to anyone.

Recently attended to replace 3 TRVs and look at a faulty toilet. The plumbers were all great and very nice. Arrived on time. Showed great flexibility working around 2 kids and a dog. Returned to fix the toilet after ordering a part. Invoiced as per agreed quote. The lady in the office is very friendly and helpful.

Came to see me at very short notice. Nigel has years of experience and was so helpful in trying to sort my boiler out. Would thoroughly recommend

Have been chasing them for over 3 weeks to quote us for a new boiler as they came very highly recommended by my husbands boss and they claim to have sent 2 engineers to our property on 2 separate occasions but we weren't there . They have never called us to let us know that they're on their way or what time they would visit. I think it's just common courtesy to let someone know before you visit them that you are going to visit their property. Then I was told the engineer was on holiday and returning to work today ie. MONDAY. The receptionist they'd call us to fix a visit today but no call and When I finally called them today i was met with a rude no we don't want to do your job. Very unprofessional turning away business like that and treating prospective customers like that. Luckily Southampton has hundreds of very good plumbers and we will be fine. What a waste of time though.

My telephone call was answered immediately. I advised them I needed a plumber but not urgently. Efficient and well mannered plumber arrived within two days. Job done.

We have used TS for a few years now they never fell to do a great job. We moved last August and renovated our house throughout and have looked after us all the way. We highly recommend their service .

I realised my combi boiler broke down this morning at 08.00 so I decided to contact TS heating, to report the problem, as I had used them in the past with excellent results. 4 hours later Nigel one of the very experienced gas engineers working for the company turned up, checked, fixed and tested the fault and everything is working satisfactorily again. I only have appreciation and gratitude for the way they conduct their business, thank you all specially Emma and Nigel for the amazing turnaround.

Great local company, called and they came out the next day and sorted our problem while educating us what to do next time. Very impressed.

It's a shame that Google doesn't allow you to leave 0 Stars. In sharp contrast to my previous experience - a complete waste of 3 weeks chasing for a quote. Called 3 times this week to finally get a 'no, we haven't done a quote, and no we don't have time for your job'. I wish I had taken heed of the recent list of 1 star reviews for this plumbing company and not wasted my time.

Such excellent service, received an early call to confirm the time of arrival (and arrived on time), kept me up to date with the problem and refused to leave until the job was fixed. Couldnt be happier - a fantastic company to deal with and will use again

Very prompt and professional service. Wouldn't even charge for the repair (admittedly not a major one) until I was happy that the problem had been solved - there were a number of possibilities . Would certainly use again.
