I had a Tesla Powerwall 3 installed at my home by Eco Renewables Group. It was quite a complex job, as I wanted my existing batteries removed and a new Tesla system installed (including two expansion packs), along with integration for solar energy storage to charge electric vehicles. My long-term goal is to live sustainably without relying on grid power during the day. Despite a few hurdles during the installation, the director, Chris, kept me well informed throughout and worked hard to resolve any issues. Special thanks to Bailey, who completed all the electrical work last week, to a high standard. I’ve had a couple of issues with my Zappi charging point since the new power wall was installed but Chris has assured me that it’s an easy fix and that this will be addressed next week. There are no other firms in my area offering a true one-stop solution for solar, battery storage, and EV charging, so a big thank you to Chris and his team for travelling across country and getting everything sorted for us. The difference it has made to my energy bills in the first week alone has been nothing short of amazing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends.

We used Eco Renewables for a large solar and battery install. Sales was good, the solar panel installers were good but it all went downhill with the electrician and after sales service. One of our Tesla batteries had the glass chipped and one of the switch covers damaged, the EV charger didn't have the LED lighting connected, and the wiring into the garage was left messy. One of our batteries didn't work - this was a Tesla fail but we had to chase and chase to get them back to replace it so was left with an unusable system for over a week. When the electrician came back they couldn't have been less bothered and seemed miffed to have to return. End result is we now have a working system which is great but would not use them again due to the above.

Made such a confusing should I do this into an amazingly convenient experience, went for 11kw ish system with 2 battery’s karley at the office was always keeping me up to date and every time I had a question she responded within minutes to reassure me , on the day of install really professional and efficient , I love how it all looks and how they hid all the cables , I’ve had numerous people ask me about my set up I would always go be to eco

From my initial enquiry through to completion for my solar and battery installation the team at Eco renewables was excellent. All my many enquiries were swiftly dealt with by Carly and Laura, the installation team where quick, polite and tidy. All documentation arrived very quickly after the install was completed, and although there was a delay in removing the scaffolding at the end, it didn't detract from an otherwise great experience and I would definitely recommend Eco Renewables for your solar and battery installation.

From the very first enquiry to completion, you often hear horror stories about Solar PV and battery storage installers, which can make you a bit apprehensive to proceed. However, Eco Renewables Group has been fantastic from day one. They patiently answered all my questions, and the teams that came to install and commission the system were absolutely brilliant. They completed the installation neatly and professionally. Even after commissioning the system, their customer service was outstanding—they promptly answered calls, addressed any questions, and replied to emails. They’ve been absolutely brilliant. I would strongly recommend them!

Just had an PV and battery Installation done by Eco and it was perfect from start to finish from initial booking and quote by David all the way to the hand over documentation from Laura. Mike the electricians work is super tidy and Brad the roofer planned out and laid the 18 panels on 2 roofs. Had a little issue with the Meter and CT clamp not registering and this was identified by Ryan one of the bosses and Mike came back out and replaced it. Would 100% recommend and will be using them again in the future to add another battery.

Had 12 panels and a battery system installed. Fast service, professional company, reliable tradesmen, did exactly what we agreed. The job was completed on time and to a great standard. Highly recommend.

We had 9 quotes and ERG were head and tails above the rest. Their customer service is superb and their prices are unbeatable! From the time Chris contacted me and provided my solution including 16 panels give energy inverter battery and car charger to a great team of lads who fitted them in some dreadful conditions. Fantastic from start to finish - No pushy sales. Advice was given based upon my needs.. I felt like Eco Renewables knew what they were talking about. My project was an unusual one compared to most people. I requested a full re-roof and solar panels with battery install. No other company I spoke to could offer an all in one solution. Eco Renewables managed my project from start to finish without any drama and I'm very happy and impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved from the roofing team, electricians and the sales/admin team. Everyone was very friendly and responsive and were able to answer all my questions and addressed any concerns. In the end I went with in-roof panels and a re-roof with a Velux window on the opposite side. All work was done neatly and I have had many friends, neighbours and family who have enquired about their workmanship.. This has resulted in them also getting work done by this company. Would not hesitate to recommend as they provided the best price Vs the competition,whilst also doing what the others couldn't do! (Re-roof, scaffolding, skip and solar install all as part of a single project) A++++++++++++

Dreadful company. We encountered so many issues and poor customer service. They installed our panels a year ago and we still can’t get paid for exporting energy. I’ve been chasing for them for 10 months and it’s incredibly frustrating. As an addition on one occasion they arrived unannounced and climbed over our fences and ignored calls on site, they put lower wattage panels on our roof than we ordered, and just last week one of our panels blew off its bracket because it had never been screwed into place. Avoid.

Very pleased with the Solar panels, battery and system installed by Eco Renewables. Had it for over a year now and it has performed even better than the estimate at installation. Saved significant money on electricity and the payback for the system is only 7 years.

We are so happy with Eco Renewables, from the sales visit, to the installation and the commissioning. The guys on site were a pleasure to have here, polite and tidy, and clearly enjoy their job and working for the company. First class service and lines of communication from first enquiry to commissioning. Installation was fuss free and all done in one day despite some minor site snags. Most impressed and thouroughly delighted with the system once the battery was calibrated and fully functioning. It took a bit f time to calibrate the battery but this was fully explained to me as it was the 9.5Kw/h big boy. The house now runs all day on either solar or the battery which recharges on Economy 7 through the night slashing my bills and earning me a small pay back with the excess fed back to the grid. Delighted!

Had my solar system including batteries plus My Energi Eddi installed by Eco Renewables, in May 2023, at a very competitive price. System has worked well since install giving me lots of green energy and immersion heater driven hot water. Slight hiccup with the inverter, recently, was repaired in 'settings' in next to no time. No complaints about EcoRenewables. So far So good!

Thank you to all the Eco renewables Team. Good website with clear specifications & prices. The entire team works seamlessly together from initial phone call to certification. Carly & Laura were an absolute fountain of knowledge and very quick to answer any questions via phone, email & whatsapp. We don’t have the ideal roof shape/set up for solar but Ryan came down to survey the house and talked through how we could maximise the solar array & where best to position the powerwall 2. The scaffolding was next to arrive and again the team made sure the block paving and artificial grass were protected. Nothing was too much trouble for the electricians & roofers. They were professional & friendly throughout and are a credit to the company. I wanted the solar panels symmetrical with the pediments (dog kennels) on the roof and as you can see in the photo they got them bang on. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco renewables as the quality of workmanship is second to none. I did a lot of research in to solar & batteries, crunching numbers, watching youtube & reading up before I called them. In hindsight I probably didn’t need to. Overall it was a great service with competitive pricing. Its a small company and I got the impression that they are very busy, so worth checking in and confirming the schedule. Carly was great at responding quickly. Installation was quick and efficient but a faulty battery wasn't picked up. On the follow up visit, Sheik quickly diagnosed the issue and spent time finessing the system and educating on monitoring apps, 5 stars for his work.

I bought batteries from this firm some years ago now. I was well satisfied then and continue to be so now. I have since extended the batteries and whenever I have had occasion to contact them I have received excellent service since.

The quotation to undertake the installation of solar pv panels was competitive. We experienced a problem with the original scaffolders who did not erect the full system required to allow the installation of the solar panels to all roof pitches. After contacting Carly at Eco they were replaced by another company, which allowed the works to proceed. The trades who carried out the installation of the solar panels and electrics were all professional and the works were carried out in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after completing works on site. We are happy with the performance of the installed system. I would recommend Eco Renewables Group if you are considering installing a solar PV system.

Greenland externally wrapped my house earlier this year and I am really happy with the results. They got the whole thing done in a couple of weeks and the finish is really impressive. The work has had a huge impact on the heat of the house and our bills are down massively in the past few months. They were really easy to work with as well so I'd happily recommend them.

After much research and phone calls we where fortunate enough to make a call with Sales Consultant Ryan-. Ryan has a great skill in answering any questions in plain simple language. We placed an order for panels, inverter and storage batteries. Within 7 days the panels where instaled and the system was live. Fantastic product and service from the Electricians and the panel installers, and the sales and support team. Any questions they are always happy to help.Highly Recommended

Really impressed with service from start to finish. I enquired with 5 companies and spoke with Ryan from eco renewables. I liked the fact he was the only one who wasn’t pestering me every day for an answer. Really tidy job and very impressed with the equipment. A few issues post install but through no fault of the team. Power cut in area in middle of install which blew a few rcd. But managed to get the electrician back a week later as soon as he was available and they repaired all the rcd. Ryan was really helpful during this issue and kept us updated. Overall really pleased with job and solar is working really well even when overcast.

Great job, amazed how quickly the team got through a huge amount of work. Everyone was so polite and friendly and had a thorough explanation of how everything worked from Jordan at the end. Really happy, everything looks fantastic. Highly recommended, thanks very much! EDIT: disappointed to discover a lot of mess in my garden and nearby - cable ties, nuts and bolts, plastic triangles. It looks as though every time a panel was removed from packaging, all the parts were just thrown in my garden for me to go around and pick up afterwards. Also discovered a 2ft piece of bird blocker and am waiting to see if that's an offcut or if a repair is needed. Otherwise really happy and wouldn't fault anything else.

I was looking for a Tesla Powerwall and was put in touch with Carly, Carly was able to supply and fit this within two weeks. The team turned up on the day booked and completed the installation within three hours. I now have a back up battery system which I can charge at cheap rates(octopus go) this looks to be saving me £100 per month. Overall a pleasant experience and I would recommend Eco Renewables to my friends. Other suppliers were quoting a one year wait for delivery.

A very quick installation process after accepting the intial quote was less than 3 weeks. The scafolding was in place on the thursday and the following monday installation was compeleted by a team of three. Two roofers installing the panels and an electrican installing the inverter and battery system. The installation team asked for my input on system location and layout and my feedback was listened too and actioned. Overall installation was quick and profesional, the system was up and running within hours. The chosen system was a 10 400w panel array with GivEnergy inverter and GivEnergy 9.5kw battery.

Got a quick reply from Eco Renewables with a very competitive quote. Carly was really helpful and even after agreeing a system to be installed, was fine with me making changes and helped me understand the different products available. The whole install process was very quick, the scaffolding company contacted me and had the scaffolding up the next day. The solar install team arrived and installed 8 panels, the inverter, battery and a Myenergi Eddi in only a few hours, very polite and friendly team! They took me through the whole system and the app for the inverter which seems easy to use (right after installing the system was already covering all the power we were currently using at that time and also charging the battery so it's looking good for lowing our bills) Great to have such a friendly and reliable company so close by, I've already passed their details to a friend who's looking to install a system.

We was very nervous about choosing a solar pv company to install a system at our home. After contacting several solar installation companies we choose Eco Renewables group Ltd. From the very first initial telephone call we made to Eco Renewables ,we at no point felt pressured or rushed into making any decision. all the help in deciding what size of PV we required and how it would be installed was at hand in a very easy to understand format. All the relevant paperwork and forms was filled in and submitted on our behalf leaving us very little to worry about, and the office staff are also extremely helpful when questions did arise The quote given was extremely competitive and was the price we paid with no hidden extras . Installation day came with not the best weather in the forecast, the lads was very respectful to us and our property and installed the system with very little disruption. We had a problem with the inverter on day four , however ,on day five the problem was fixed and put right with nothing more than a phone call to report the fault. I would have absolutely no problem in recommending Eco Renewables group and definitely rate them 10/10 .

We had 14 panels , inverter and batteries fitted in October within a few weeks of our initial enquiry at a very competitive price. The team were very efficient on the day and the work was done in a few hours. The system appears to be working effectively. Ryan was very helpful and approachable from initial enquiry to installation. Only negative was the handover was pretty non existent on how the system works. Also I was advised to use the Solarman app. I cant get this to work at all. The App does not recognise the QR code when scanning the Inverter logger and I get the same result when inputting manually, it says the device does not exist. L O'Brien

Hi I wrote them a good review and guess what my inverter is still not working properly. They are not answering the phone and still have not contacted me about the problem. Was also asked to get in touch with Mo the technician at lux and ask him if he new what was going wrong. He was baffled why I had wrong him. Hi it' that old git Andy Goode. I have to apologies to Eco renewables group ltd for the bad review I put on. Chris sent a very good electrican round and we were all scratching our heads as to what was going on, we them got in touch with lux Power to ask MO what he thought was going wrong. It appers the batteries had gone down so low that they where not registering on the Lux inverter. They have had to go to Eco renewables to be tricked charged ,so the inverter will see them again properly. Its amazing what can be done when every one gets together to work out the problem. Superb service from start to finish. Sales are quick to answer and always reply back promptly. Engineers are efficient and knowledgeable. From order I had mine fitted within 3 weeks all completed in 1 day. Highly recommended.

The install was quick - 3 hrs of the electrician, an hour of the roofers, the team were very polite and tidy, the system works, it has rained heavily - no leaks. It took a couple of days to 'tune' the system so we could make best use of the battery. In the 7 weeks since the install we have used about 18kWhs from the mains, the remaining 380kWh has come off the roof. What could be improved? The paperwork/correspondence that surrounds the install was a bit 'lumpy'. It is all good now. Office staff also very helpful.

Eco Renewables came and fitted 12 panels, a battery and an inverter to my property this week. From first contact in February through to the scaffolders leaving the job today, Ryan and his team have been courteous and helpful throughout the process. The scafolders were brilliant and superfast. The trio that turned up to install were wonderful; hard working, professional and polite. Would totally recommend to all friends and colleagues.

Just had solar panes with batteries installed by Eco Renewables and cannot rate them highly enough! From day one the process has been clear, precise, very informative and inclusive. As you can imagine, I had plenty of laymen questions which they answered clearly and easily which gave me confidence in the organisation. Once agreed, installation day was arranged and the team arrived. I have to say, the team of 3 where great and kept me informed on what was and did happen during the day. Lovely guys, very polite and simply cracked on with the job which was done in one day. 16 panels (8 on the front & 8 on the back of house) invertor and battery pack mounted on the wall in my loft. System up and running at the end of the day and works a treat! Extremely tidy and they cleaned up any mess at the end. Carly, Chris and Laura at the office all very easy to deal with and no questions unanswered. All-in-all a lovely company and staff to deal with.

I had been researching my solar system for some time and searching for a solar installer that knows what they are talking about. So many companies have gone out of business didn’t really understand the technology or couldn’t get the parts or give reliable dates. I was recommended Eco Renewables by a friend and haven’t looked back. Excellent service, from design to delivery of 5.2kw solar panel and battery system. They really know their stuff and designed the best options for my multifaceted complicated roof. From design to delivery within 2 weeks and the price was very competitive. All the crew are friendly, professional and work safely sorting out problems without fuss. System is already saving us a fortune in electricity. People turn up when they say they will, they have all the parts they need to complete the job and they keep you informed as they go with photos of the roof installation. Gives you great confidence that the system is going to give trouble free power for a long time. I would and have happily recommend this company.

The people here were very knowledgeable and friendly. They are currently very busy but still made us feel looked after. We did have a couple of problems with the install, but they were understandable and the company went above and beyond to get our problems resolved expediently. The quote was also very competitive. Overall a great experience. A+ would install a mini-powerstation in my home with them again.

Am pleased to provide a good review for this company, obtained a good price for a 16 Panel, 5KW system, plus a 5KW battery. Installation occurred two weeks later, arrived on time on the day scheduled, two guys did the roof fixings rails and panels, electrical installation and connection completed quickly by two electrician, all polite, friendly and helpful thanks guys. Works completed early afternoon up and running all working well. Am at home during day so get up to 5KW output when sunshine have been using tumble drier 3KW again plus oven or dishwasher or washing machine at same time. Battery gives additional power for the evening and night time. First two weeks moderately sunny and dry saving £20 per week even with the tumble drier being used regularly. Helpful staff in the office from sales and customer support. Obtained all my certification and paperwork for the installation. Have applied for SEC 5.5p/kWhr for exporting excess power have generated excess of 150KW in first two weeks. This company and the system has exceeded my expectations, thanks.

Had 5 quotes for solar and battery storage, no one would come out bar Chris From Eco Renewables, I wanted a bespoke system to give me 20kw of storage and up to 7kw of load to allow me to utilise the system to the full extent. Chris quickly came up with a solution, 10 x 470w panels, Growwatt inverter and twin LuxPower squirrel pods giving 7kw of power if needed. Coupled with 6 x Plyontech US3000C batteries providing 21kw of storage. The install was seamless, All fitted in one day bar 4 batteries which were on back order. Communication was great, rest of batteries were fitted day after arrival with Chris and all paperwork completed within 1st week. Can't thank them enough for there services, Price was very competitive, beat E-ON price which was for half of the system I have fitted now.

I was so very looking forward to solar. Unfortunately I had a very poor experience with Eco Renewables. Multiple failed visits, incorrectly placed hardware, false promises and days of my time wasted. I was left with a product that wasn't working properly followed by poor communication from Eco Renewables as to why lead me to fear that id been ripped off. After publicly reviewing the company and going to trading standards they suddenly miraculously had excellent communication skills and resolved the issues I was having and refunded me a small amount towards what they cost me in wasted time. This company communicate terribly between themselves and they're quick to point the finger at others within their company for the inevitable failures that happen as a result.. nobody here seems to be in charge or takes ownership of looking after their customers or managing their staff time appropriately. It's very unprofessional to see, unfortunately. This company charges multiple thousands for a product, which I was very happy to pay and was genuinely so looking forward to solar… At the end I have a product I'm a bit worried about (hopefully the fix I've been given works but only time will tell), I've got to arrange another electrician to come out to move a conduit placed incorrectly by Eco Renewables (but fair enough they did refund me enough to cover this) and I have a very bitter taste left indeed. Ultimately, these are not bad people, and mistakes do happen, but I really hope they learn from the negative experiences a few of their customers have clearly had looking at other reviews on here.

What a fantastic company! Nothing was too much trouble when dealing with us from first point of contact all the way to completing the installation and providing documentation. We had a solar battery system installed and our consumer unit was in the middle of the house, they took a lot of care and attention with the house and did everything humanly possible to make things look tidy. They did a fab job. We can’t thank them enough. I am now asking them back to install more of their products (extra battery, zappy, harvi and eddi) as the system they installed is outperforming our expectations. I wanted a tailored quote, provided all my details and the response was PDFs of the brochures which told my little to nothing. I responded to Ryan Jervis asking for a specific quote and haven't heard back after a month. Must be doing very well if they don't want new customers.

Okay so middle of last year I decided to got for solar panels on my house (before the current energy crisis so defiantly the right decision) Went out and did the usually and got a number of quotes and spoke to a few companies before then deciding to go forward with eco renewables. People I spoke with were responsive and answered all my questions so after a bit of a wait due to applications etc I was booked in for install. The installation was to include x12 385w panels, x2 2.4 pylontech batteries, inverter and also birdmesh around the base of the panels (to stop birds nesting under the panels) Time line is below. 1. Scaffolding booked in on the 8th July… all seemed a little rushed as they only had confirmation that they could get the materials on the 7th July. 2. 8th July comes I’ve booked the day off work and all day chasing eco renewables about them not having arrived and assumes they are still coming.. 5pm, 6pm still nothing then it turns out the scaffolders arent coming now until the 9th July, This then pushes the install back to the 10th July 3. Scaffolders and materials turned up on the 9th July, absolutely huge pallet of materials dropped off on the drive, Which I then had to spend 3 hours off loading as the installers now aren’t coming until the 10th July. 4. 10th July - installers turned up - wrong inverter had need delivered, installation postponed, no works carried out. 5. Installation postponed again a few times due to installers testing positive for covid (can’t be helped I know)… rebooked in for the 27th July (I’ve had a room full of solar panels and equipment at this point for 2 weeks. 6. Installation completed in the 27th July , shed roof was damaged (installers never reported anything but it was caught on camera. Bird netting was not completed due to clips not fitting on the ‘new’ type of panels… This is where the fun began with eco renewables… I constantly chased throughout August and September, eventually passed over to Laura…. Scaffolding left up awaiting solution on bird mesh… Paid the balance of money owed but not for the bird mesh…. At this point I should have refused to pay any of the moneys owned until the contract was fulfilled in full.. But I’m a trusting persons and trusted them to fulfil there obligations as per the contract. 7. 21st September scaffolders turned up un-announced climbed over my back gate and took the scaffolding down.. bird mesh still not installed, response back from eco renewables don’t worry we will sort it, they were speaking to the manufacturer of the panels regarding how to install clips onto the panels 8. Now Feb / march 2022 comes and pigeons have now started nesting under the panels and literally bird c*ap everywhere.. every time I’ve chased them over the last few months the response was we will get back to you ASAP…. 4 weeks go by I chase again yada yada yada 9. April comes and Im sick of chasing them so I respond again and state my disappointment at there lack of willing to sort the issue… response comes back stating they are sorry they couldn’t sort the birdmesh out and the owners will be informed of my disappointment. 10. Contact a few companies about getting mesh around the base of the panels completed… quotes received and picked a company, came out cleaned the roof fitted the mesh… No problem at all I was really excited about having these panels installed and throughout the process through delays (some not there fault but others just show complete lack of planning ability… they ruined this experience for me It’s the bird mesh and false promises and for this reason I would no recommend using eco renewables if you’re looking at having panels installed.

Eco Renewables retro fitted a battery and AC inverter to my existing solar PV system. They had the battery I wanted in stock and installation was completed within a fortnight despite me being at the other end of the country. Friendly staff were easy to contact and kept me informed of progress along the way. The whole process from initial enquiry to final payment was handled well and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

A mixed review of the purchase and installation of our Givenergy 8.2 Kw battery system, May - July 2021. Ssome aspects were done well others not so. Sales good, installation could do better, admin poor Done well. Good price , clear price list. No gimmicks or high pressure sales. All my many technical questions were answered to my satisfaction Installation done on time ( brought forward at company's request). Could do better Installation was rushed and although competent there was no hand over or explanation of the system. This lead to a major panic a few days later when at 5pm on a Saturday the system suddenly started to discharge at full capacity and got very hot. Thinking there was a fault I shut it down. I contacted both Givenergy and Eco renewables. On the following Monday morning first thing Givenergy responded and told me it was them doing a calibration discharge/ charge cycle that I should have been warned about by my installer. Eco renewables didn't respond till that afternoon after some chasing and it was apparent that they were taken by surprise too. This shows a lack of understanding of what they are selling. Poor The office admin left a lot to be desired. 1. There was an error in my quotation, the cost of extra sockets was added but no mention of them in the scope of work. 2. I had to wait many days for a receipt for both my deposit and final payment, both by bank transfer. 3. I had to ask for warranty information and operating manuals, these should have been provided at hand over. 4 The installer moved several circuit breakers in our distribution box but did not re-lable them, I had to work it out by trial and error. Niether did he label the new isolator. Overall I'm pleased with the system I have ended up with but whether I can recommend this company, I'm not sure. No hastle at all. We live at the other end of the country but all staff were really helpful, batteries were delivered within 5 days and 2 lads (Who worked for the company but were based only a few miles away) installed within 7! Every member of the company was friendly and helpful and the product was A LOT cheaper than I could find anywhere else after weeks of searching. Plus aftercare is also excellent.

EcoRenewables fitted a series of solar panels and a battery for us this spring, everyone was very friendly and helpful, the process was efficient and painless, we're delighted with the results!

We had our solar system installed by Eco Renewables. They helped us with the application to Electricity North West for a greater number of panels and were patient when we had to make changes because of our planning application. Their representative Paul came to our home to discuss our options. He was clear, informative and no hard selling techniques. Installation was straightforward from our point of view and their after sales support has been brilliant. Very impressed with Eco Renewables and would definitely recommend them.

Before going ahead with the installation of solar panels and storage batteries, I contacted three companies for quotes. Eco Renewables was quick to respond with the most competitive price and Carly knowledgeably answered all the questions I had before going ahead. The actual installation was quick and tidy, and the installers were very polite and explained the app for monitoring the system clearly. All the necessary paperwork (certificate, etc.) came through promptly after the job. I'm absolutely thrilled with the whole system and get quite a kick every time the sun comes out! I would definitely recommend Eco Renewables in the future.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Able to answer all my questions all the way through! On the day, installation was done within 8 hours with the engineer showing me the app and the full set up. The panels and battery have been working a treat and were installed professionally with minimal disruption.

Stella company! One of my biggest concerns was if there was problems in the future would they come back. A few months later I did have an issue (no fault of their own) and they came back within a week.
