The heat pump and three Stylish splits were installed in a timely manner with minimal mess by a really nice team. In retrospect, I would not have had Stewart Temperature Solutions fit a Daikin heat pump simply because they are not a company who fits Daikin. They could have fitted other makes for which they we're normal installers, but because I felt that Daikin, having a manufacturing plant in Livingston, Scotland, would be a good choice, I wanted to go with them. This meant that any questions that I had were routed from the office back to the fitters and sometimes they were away on jobs and it took longer. Overall though, this was a very professional install by really nice people and I have no regrets.

I was recommended by a friend to contact Stewat Temperature solutions for a solar panel and battery storage quote. Ross came out very promptly to discuss solar and battery storage and answered all my questions. He was extremely polite and supportive and gave me time to think about everything. I received a quote via email which allowed me to see exactly what I would get. I came back to Ross to tweak the quote to meet my exact needs as once I had got all the information and done some research I knew what I would need. The price was better than I had expected so I paid the deposit. It does take a little time for the Solar plan to go through, which is all handled by Ross but once it did, the company were out as soon after to fit. The quality of the work is exceptional. The solar panels were fittied in 1 day and all the electric connections about 2 days in total. Everything was tidied up as if the chaps wrre never there. I am now waiting on an Mpan number which Ross is sorting out. I will then receive a pack which will allow me to contact Octopus Energy to get on a Solar tarrif. So far since the panels became active I am spending about £1 on electricity from the grid per day, down from £11 per day. I have 23 solar panels, 23kw storage and a 10kw invertor. Stewart Temperature also left the door open for the possibility to extend the solar panel connection in the future although I think I will be fine. My Solar journey has been good, what a great team Stewart Temperature have been, no pressure, lots of support. Thanks go to Ross and Jack.

We had been thinking of having air conditioning installed in our home for a while now, the hot weather in June pushed us even further. We were so glad to find Stewart Temperature Solutions for our install. From the very first contact with Peter over the phone he answered every question we had with great confidence. He then visited our home the following day to talk through our requirements and measure up the rooms the split system would be going into. The next day we received a fully detailed quote for what we asked for, including full spec sheets for the units proposed. We had a few more questions that Peter again answered right away. We decided to go ahead. At the time there was a nationwide shortage of units due to so many people having the same idea, we were given a rough timescale for our install which turned out being spot on almost to the day. The units were delivered at 9am and the amazing Ally & Nathan arrived and got to work. They were so professional and thoughtful towards us and our home as well as our dog who got lots of attention and they ensured that the gate and doors were closed throughout the 2 day install. When the job was done the place was spotless and you would not think that so much had happened to make this installation possible. I can highly recommend Stewart Temperature Solutions with great confidence as the experience has been first class from start to finish. Thank you.

We had an ac unit installed in our bedroom today by Ed, I have to say his work today was first class, all work carried out was extremely neat and tidy and tbh wouldn’t have known he’d been here as everything tidied up after him. The other engineer Stephen taped and plastered the hole in our wall that had to be made for the installation to go ahead and this was also 100% neat and tidy. Everyone we’ve dealt with from the company have been extremely polite and helpful. Makes a lovely change nowadays to get work carried out as promised. Thanks Julie and Peter.

Excellent service from quote to installation. Ed the aircon engineer worked the entire day without stopping and was incredibly tidy and very careful in my property. Not one bit of damage done to decor when installing the unit. Gave me a full demo once fitted and the room was blissfully cool last night. So happy I chose this company to install my aircon.

Just had the two guys finish fitting Air Conditioning Unit and I am highly impressed. The guys worked extremely fast and were respectful within our home even removing the boots at the frontdoor. The work was carried out in no time at all with minimum fuss to our household. Much better performance than we have had from other contractors.. Huge thankyou to Logan and Aidan they were fab.

Situated wall AC switch in an inappropriate location out of reach of wheelchair-user client with no discussion and acted like a scalded cat when asked to re-position it. Were only willing to supply a remote control. Additionally when problems arose with our installation, this is the response we received from them; Thank you for your email. After careful consideration, we have decided that we are no longer in a position to undertake any further works at your property. This includes repairs, servicing, or the installation of any additional air conditioning systems. Your existing system remains covered by the manufacturer's parts warranty in accordance with its terms and conditions. As you are aware, the system should be serviced annually to maintain the warranty, but this service does not need to be carried out by us. Any suitably qualified air conditioning contractor should be able to inspect, service, and repair the system if required. We therefore recommend contacting another F-Gas certified air conditioning company, who will be able to assist with the repair to the damaged unit, carry out the upcoming annual service, and provide a quotation for any additional installation you may require. Panasonic air conditioning in living room and main bedroom fitted brilliantly by James and Rio. The guys worked like trojans all day from 8am to 5pm, with only a couple of 10min breaks. Medals deserved for their perseverance drilling large holes required through, what seemed like, brickwork made of granite 😱! They were very polite, really easy to talk to, and everything was well explained, including answering all my MANY questions and making sure I had the app (which is great too) installed and working! From Peter coming out to my house the day after I made an enquiry, going through everything clearly, to fitting, was only 6 days too. I'm extremely happy with the work done byJames and Rio and this company, my new air con is BRILLIANT. I just wish I had got it fitted years ago! If your looking for air conditioning and want a professional job done, I really can't recommend this company highly enough.😀 FIRST CLASS!

Unreliable company. Was looking at these as an MCS certified company and recommended by Home Energy Scotland. Had a home survey completed for an air source heat pump, report will be with you in 2 weeks. 3-4 weeks later nothing, call up 4x and am told will get back to and nothing 2 months later. If you don’t want the work - just say.

Last year they fitted Ventilation and Air conditioning to 3 of our surgical rooms, yesterday they came and installed Ventilation to another staff areas. I managed this large project for our charity. The engineers from Stewart’s were all excellent. We had Ross from beginning to the end of this project and his work ethic was faultless. We were trying to kept our building open during this work and Ross organised the work of the team around our needs. Given that one of the rooms that we needed for our users was the one with the loft access, I’m sure that it was a nuisance to work around, but any requests were always managed with politeness and an attitude that it was no bother. We had units installed in every room in our building and work was finished and rooms tidied to a high standard every day. I would highly recommend Stewart’s for ASHP installation to local businesses or homes.

Installation went well with friendly and efficient workmen who left things tidy. We had to get the young guy back to set up the App as this was way beyond the technical capabilities of a couple of septuagenarians. So happy with our house installation, we've now had an installation completed at our offices in Aberdeen. Comprising 2 Panasonic Multi-split units outside and 5 Panasonic indoor units. The whole installation is very tidy and unobtrusive and our tenant is delighted.

Promised the earth on initial visit but once signed up we could never contact the individual we had dealt with again. Were told our unit would have hardwired and handheld controller and that the direction of airflow could be altered vertically and horizontally. After installation they told us we would have to use a finicky and unreliable mobile phone app to control it, situated the wall mounted controller out of my reach (I am a wheelchair user) and refused to relocate it. Eventually they removed it completely and provided a remote control, however there is no backup and the airflow can only be directed in one direction not the multi way as we were sold. Installers were rude and belligerent, particularly towards me as a disabled customer, blaming me for the app being useless and the fact they had situated the wall mounted controller out of my reach without asking where I needed it to be, and expecting me to be dependent on others to operate it.

Ross and the team have been absolutely exemplary from start to finish, always professional, always on time and nothing was ever too much when it came to explaining the details of the New Heat Pump and how everything works, they have since been back to upgrade all of the UFH Thermostats and re-do a bit of pipework to accommodate. Installation of 15kWh solar PV and battery storage. Very pleasant company to deal with, from initial enquiry through site survey, to design of the system (no pressure sales pitch), delivery of components, installation and commissioning. Initial tender was very competitive with a very short lead time. Even allowing for two upgrades (my choice \ change order) their final pricing was still competitive. Their installation and commissioning crew(s) were well versed and got on with the work without fuss or tea breaks. A real pleasure to work with such friendly, courteous and professional people who didn’t waste any time. Site was left cleaner than when they first arrived. All things considered, I look forward to inviting them to tender for phase 2 of this development.

After reading online reviews of several companies, we decided to use Stewart Temperature Solutions to install an air-to-air unit in our living room. We weren’t disappointed! Logan arrived promptly and installed our unit to a professional high standard. He was knowledgeable and helpful and readily spent time helping set up the Android app and wi-fi. The unit is quiet and efficient. Very Happy!

After contacting several companies relating to a problem with our solar panels which were not recording the feed in we phoned this company. Cammy arrived at the premises within 30 minutes. He checked the system and diagnosed the problem as relating to a faulty meter. He proceeded to order a new one and returned 2 days later to fit the new meter which is now working as it should. He was extremely polite and efficient throughout the entire process and gave any further information required due to the replaced meter. We would highly recommend the company for anyone with a similar problem as many others would not help if they did not install the system.

Absolutely fantastic all-round service from Stewart Temperature Solutions. We’ve just had two air conditioning systems installed in our home and the whole experience has been excellent. From my initial enquiry, which was very promptly answered, to completion of the installations and all correspondence afterwards, the company has been a pleasure to deal with. Due to the position of our house, the bedrooms upstairs, and the downstairs back room, would get unbearably hot in warm and/or sunny weather – even with every single window in the house being left wide open all day, the bedrooms would still be baking at 30 degrees at 3am after a warmer day. We also had one slightly cooler night recently which gave us the chance to test the heating function of the systems – turns out the heating mode is just as fantastic and effective as the cooling mode! I was able to discuss multiple options and make a decision without being pressured. The team were helpful in answering all my questions and in a very timely manner. After years of various failed attempts to fix a complex leaking refrigeration system I got in touch with Stewart Refrigeration to seek their advice. Gregor installed a domestic Panasonic Ethrea heat pump in our bungalow on Arran. Tidy installation, friendly fitters who knew their job. Now have heating which is using only 1/5 of the electricity but lovely and warm. Much better than simple electric heating.
