Really happy with our new air conditioning and the service from Heidi. Jack and the other installer were both brilliant — friendly, professional and very considerate. The installation was done really well, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish, and we’re very pleased with the air conditioning. Trying to book for a quote via email. We sent pictures and measurements as requested ( back in June!!)no response. Then visited their showroom( end of August), spoken to the staff, who asked for the details again, and he mentioned they can't do anything this year but next year should be fine. No worries, resent all the details.2 weeks later, no response still. Called the showroom, eventually received their response too: we reached full capacity, as a result we will not be able to assist you your project! Etc etc We are talking about next year....fully already for next year! Disappointing service, do not bother!

I can’t recommend Heidi Air Conditioning highly enough. I initially contacted Michael about having an air conditioning system installed to serve two bedrooms. He responded incredibly quickly, and after a short back-and-forth we worked out the best plan for the installation. Originally, I wanted the unit installed in a location that would have made future servicing much more difficult. They absolutely could have installed it there if I had insisted, but Michael was completely upfront about the potential problems and explained things I simply hadn’t considered. That honesty immediately increased my trust in both him and the company. Rather than simply taking the easiest route to getting the job booked, he genuinely cared about making sure it was done properly for the long term. Once we decided to go ahead, we were given an installation date a little over a month away. Considering the demand for air conditioning, I was incredibly impressed that they could fit us in this side of Christmas! Michael then came out to carry out the site survey. He was professional, personable and thorough, and confirmed that what we wanted to achieve was entirely possible. The day before the agreed installation date, Michael contacted me again to make sure everything was still okay at my end and to confirm everything was ready at theirs. It was a small thing, perhaps, but I found that level of communication extremely reassuring. On the first day of the installation, Jack and Cameron arrived and immediately gave me exactly the same confidence that Michael had. They were friendly and approachable while remaining completely professional, and it was obvious from the beginning that they cared about doing the best possible job rather than simply getting it finished as quickly as possible. I was told the installation would take two days, and it took exactly two days. Everything they said they would do, they did. The bottom line is that you may be able to find somebody who will quote you a lower price than Heidi Air Conditioning, but with something like this, price shouldn’t be the only consideration. There is enormous value in knowing that you are dealing with professionals who care about the quality of their work, communicate properly, turn up when they say they will and stand behind their reputation. A cheaper installation isn’t much of a saving if you later have to pay somebody else to correct a badly installed or half-finished job. If you want air conditioning installed and you want the reassurance of knowing that the people doing it genuinely care about getting it right, speak to Heidi Air Conditioning. From my first conversation with Michael through to the completed installation by Jack and Cameron, the entire experience was excellent. Go with Heidi and know, beyond any doubt, that you’re in capable hands and the job will be done—and done right.

Disappointing you only get a service from them after navigating their web site, adding room dimensions and then sending floor plans.. then they might visit. If I’m spending around at least 10 k I expect some one to come and see me and be nice.. not tell me to lean how to navigate all this tech.. yeah this new world is very disappointing

Great service and really pleasant staff. Great when we needed urgent service for heat pump system at our holiday home rental business. Plus recent new AC system same crew and really neat installation and great advice with showroom booking to look at units and then full site survey with great ideas to amend spec which was actually cheaper than our original idea. When we need another AC or combined heat pump system will be going to them first.

I had a two unit Daikin mini split system installed by Heidi Air Conditioning at the end of May. The installation was professional, clean and to a high standard. The system has performed brilliantly during the two heatwaves since installation.

Jack and Simon installed our air-to-air heating system and were an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Polite, tidy, and considerate throughout — boots off at the door, happy to answer every question, and brilliant company even while battling some truly awful June weather without a word of complaint. The install was low-impact, minimal mess, and we barely noticed the disruption despite working from home. Their explanations were clear and unhurried, and their humour made the whole thing genuinely enjoyable. Genuinely superb. Michael visited to confirm the online quote, and suggested the best way to install the unit. Jack and Cameron came to install it and they were both very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to explain the technology in detail. Everything was left spotless, and Jack taught me how to use the app and remote control. Servicing was explained and the warranty offered by Heidi Air Conditioning is better than the one provided by the manufacturer. Overall I’m very pleased and would recommend them to anybody.

Heidi Air Conditioning fitted our air-to-air heat source pump yesterday and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The team were absolutely brilliant from start to finish—professional, efficient, and very tidy while working in the apartment. The system has made an immediate difference. The apartment is now lovely and cosy, and we’re already noticing that we’re using less energy, which is a huge bonus. The Daikin internal unit looks very neat and discreet, blending in perfectly with the room, and it’s impressively quiet too. We’re also really looking forward to enjoying cool, comfortable temperatures during the summer months. Overall, an excellent installation and fantastic service. We’d highly recommend Heidi Air Conditioning to anyone considering an air-to-air heat pump system.

Heidi installed an air/air heat pump system into our church building. It consisted of 5 outdoor pumps with 10 indoor heat units. They came on schedule and completed within the projected timescales. We were very pleased with the communication beforehand and the installation looks very good. Thanks to Michael, Jack and Simon.

Michael and the team were incredibly easy to deal with and inspired confidence every step of the way. A professional service throughout from our initial visit to the showroom where Michael provided knowledgable answers to all our questions, through the site visit after which he designed a system to provide air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the living room, to the installation. Brilliant from start to finish. We had a floor standing AC unit fitted in our attic conversion and I have to say from the visit to the Heidi Showroom, all the way through to commissioning of the unit, Heidi have been a pleasure to work with. There was no heavy hard sales pitch, only good advice and recommendations which included a home visit to assess the best positioning for the AC unit, including proposed pipe work and location of the outdoor unit. During the installation process, Michael and Jack were the ultimate professionals who took great care in what they were doing and ensured minimal disruption and mess during the works, and even went above and beyond with completing some unexpected additional work during the process. We are more than happy with the end result and we expect to use the new unit for both cooling and heating throughout the year, in a room which was in much need of something like this. I couldn’t recommend Heidi and the team highly enough. Another satisfied customer 😊

I had an AC fitted by Heidi last year . Michael and Jack installed it. Did an excellent job very professional , clean and tidy and respectful of my house. I have used the AC everyday and it’s been excellent. The best thing I have invested so far . Jack serviced my unit yesterday to keep my 3 yr warranty which comes standard with the product. Again excellent service by Jack. I can’t be more impressed by the unit or Heidi the company ! Plus my oil froze over the winter months last year so my AC unit was used for heating, another useful addition. Also the electric costs are low while running it !

Heidi installed a air conditioning unit for my mother’s apartment in June 2023, and they did an absolutely brilliant job. Very, very neat installation, as inconspicuous as it could possibly be and with absolutely no mess at all. The unit’s size and positioning means that the apartment is now beautifully comfortable, and the indoor unit is essentially silent (very quiet outdoor unit too.) And they’re lovely folks to deal with. Heidi is very much a family business - you’ll probably get to meet or speak to most of the family! Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Heidi Air Conditioning were simply brilliant. Home visit to advise on the best set up of the AC was very informative allowing me to make informed decisions on what we wanted without trying to upsell me on things that weren't needed. Guys work tireless to get the installation in before the heatwave and did a great run through all the equipment and we haven't had any additional questions since. They even opened a shop for us on a Saturday so we can see the units before making the final decision. All work was done with little interruption to our day and to the highest of standard. They flexed the timings of the noisy tasks to allow me to continue with business calls for work. Simply can't recommend them enough!

We have used Heidi Air Conditioning for both air-con installation, and air source heat pump servicing. We had our air con installed in April 2021 by Joel and Jack. We had it installed in 6 rooms, and it took a week. The whole process from initial survey to completion was absolutely great! Michael based in the office carried out the survey, explained exactly what would happen, and what we could expect, and was always quick to reply to any queries or changes to the brief. Joel and Jack were some of the nicest, neatest, helpful and personable guys that we have had working in our homes over the years - Joel in particular is a mine of information and obviously knows his stuff! They units worked like a dream during the summer - it is definitely one of the best things we have ever invested in! We had just moved into a new build the summer before, and while the modern insulation is fantastic in the winter, it really does need air con for the summer months, especially with lots of bifold doors and a roof lantern in our south-facing family room/kitchen where we spend most of our time! We had Daikin units installed, and they made our hot summer actually enjoyable, especially at night! Absolute bliss to go to bed and be able to sleep in 18 degrees, not 30! We were so impressed with Heidi, that they now service our air source heat pump system as well as our aircon - we trust them 100%, and have already recommended them to our neighbours. 10/10 and 5*****!

Jack, the engineer, was one of the most helpful and efficient I have encountered. He listened to the issues we had and explained that mostly it was the high temperatures at the time, but did find the pump needed cleaning and did a great job cleaning it.

Heidi installed our home aircon a year ago and have just have the first service. Very professional and knowledgeable engineers and inexpensive service. I must mention the company's communication and admin which are excellent.

Wow! Professional and knowledgeable - these guys really know their stuff. Having dealt with a different company who were unable to improve the efficiency of our air source heating, we were visited by Joel and his colleague who identified a series of improvements that previous service engineers had not. To say we were impressed is an understatement. A written report was produced before they left, leaving us both happy with the service and confident that the steps taken will increase the efficiency of the system.

Supplied and installed the Mitsubishi Electric air conditioning unit on 4th July 2016 following an initial online indication of cost, a detailed survey and expert guidance. The installation was carried out in one day by a team of professional engineers – sited and installed with care involving the customer at all stages. Overall my experience with Heidi has been positive. The unit was up and running within minutes of installation. Replaced a noisy portable unit in the bedroom (with its attendant venting difficulties of effectiveness and security issues) – the system is quiet and much more efficient in comparison. The internal unit is compact; the external unit needs careful consideration as to its siting as discussed during the survey stage.

Heidi installed an air conditioning unit in our loft conversion. Service has been excellent, as has the follow up maintenance. Recommended.
