Puzzle Plumbers Ltd

Five stars for Puzzle Plumbers. They sorted a stubborn leak in my loo with quiet efficiency, turned up bang on time, and left everything spotless. Properly good service, and a fair price too.

Ethan did a great job, kept me informed and worked quickly and neatly!

A thoroughly helpful service both in the back office and the technician who visited us. He was very professional and couldn't do enough to help us - including our many questions! I recommend Puzzle Plumbers. Philip Parry Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire

Thank you so much for today for coming to rescue my 80 year old mother in law and fixing her ceiling leak. Thank you Aaron for arranging for Elliott to come and solve the problem. Really appreciate the fast organisation and competency. Thank you so much. Highly recommend Puzzle Plumbers 👌

Very professional. On time, removed his shoes on arrival 👌🏻 and explained everything he was doing. Would highly recommend Puzzle Plumbers to anyone.

I recently replaced my old warm air system in Milton Keynes with a new 12kW heat pump system, and I’m really happy with the result. It was quite a big project for a large house, the team had to remove the entire warm air system and install all-new pipes and radiators. They did an excellent job integrating everything. The pipes are neatly hidden behind the walls, and the system looks like it’s always been part of the house. It took a few adjustments to get everything running perfectly, but now it works great. Thanks to the whole team for their hard work !

Excellent job relocating a boiler and lovely team too. Would highly recommend.

Prompt response for a non urgent job. Arrived as arranged and swiftly completed. Invoiced promptly. Cannot fault.

We had an urgent bathroom water leakage problem, damaging the downstairs ceiling. Puzzle got there on the same day we reported it, and with that call out and one more the next day, TWO leaks were sorted. Great service, good price. Puzzle are now our Go To plumbers

Broken tap which needed replacing and a boiler service. Excellent professional service as always with Puzzle Plumbers. Easy to book and communicate with, showed up on time, got the job done and tidied up after. Exactly what you want - easy, quick and no fuss!

Excellent service and helpful engineer. Would recommend this company to anybody looking for plumbers/boiler engineers. I will be using them in the future.

We’ve had some issues with heating which PP installed. I had told them about the issue before the warranty expired, but nothing was done. However, despite the warranty expiring, they agreed to fix the problem It now appears to be fine Thanks

Quick response and professional work done. Thanks very much.

The standard and quality of work was very good and left it working nicely, £120+VAT was slightly expensive for 30minutes work but that may be the cost of next day attendance.

Excellent service from Lynn and the team at Puzzle. Ryan & Andy were efficient, knowledgeable and courteous.

Excellent customer service and prompt issuing of the Gas Safety Certificate. Highly recommended. Thank you.

I always use Puzzle Plumbers on all my projects, great communication, professional and tidy. Would highly recommend.

We developed a leak in our end-suite bathroom resulting in water coming through the ceiling below. We were recommended Puzzle plumbers by some friends and do got in contact for some urgent intervention. The team couldn’t have been more helpful, coming out the same day and having quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary paperwork and cleaned up the mess. The young plumber Ethan was very polite and considerate asking for permission to move through the process. Communication was superb throughout and an invoice provided promptly. Cannot speak highly enough of the whole team.

Great communication and problem diagnosed and repaired efficiently

Called in an emergency and within 25 minutes Elliott came out and fixed our leak. We’ve also been using Puzzle for the last 5 years for our boiler service which to date hasn’t gone wrong. Great guys and an excellent service!!

Excellent service, great job done. Needed an urgent plumber, never used before but they were brilliant, so responsive, easy communication and the plumber did a fantastic job working with my old heat system. Very friendly and real professionals, couldn’t be happier. Many thanks

Puzzle installed a new boiler at our last house, so when we moved house and wanted an air source heat pump, we contacted them again. As last time, Puzzle were responsive, great value for money and did a really good, thorough job. We're really pleased with our new heat pump and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Puzzle Plumbers to others.

I had a new boiler install, which was relocated to my loft. I was recommended puzzle plumbers by a friend, who had said that they was a very honest and fair company. I was glad I did as the engineers came on time, worked cleanly, were friendly and their work was to a high standard.
