Wilrose took one of our 660l mixed recycling bins away 3 weeks ago (by accident) but have failed to replace it. It's our busiest time of year and now 3 times a week I'm driving bags of waste to the council recycling centre to keep on top of what Wilrose are meant to be sorting. No offer of extra collections, no compensation, no replacement bin. Been dealing via our broker til now but running out of options now.

Frequent missed collections. Poor service.

Wilrose is the best recycling company I have dealt with and boy we have tried so many before. Thx Wilrose for your excellent service.

Didn’t even show up! When I called they claimed the commercial vehicle could not get down the road. I’d booked domestic garden waste not commercial so why send out a commercial truck! Also the collectors are clearly too lazy to walk a few seconds up the short road to get the wheelie bin and dispose of the garden waste. Don’t use these cowboys!

During the financial difficulties experienced by Elmbridge Council and the industrial action of staff as a result of their concerns about the terms of the contract, there has been serious disruption of waste collection and recycling services. Fortunately, Wilrose have been able to prove a reliable and cost-effective alternative service.

Excellent service. I submitted the order several hours after the deadline for next day collection and they still fitted us in.

Wilrose Environmental gives the most excellent service and I heartily recommend them.

Used again today, they don’t mind occasional use and will certainly use again and tell our neighbours. Excellent and very easy to book. Thank you.

I saw this company praised on my Next Door App. Looked them up and everything proceeded smoothly from there. As others have said, its a £12 one off charge for the large brown Garden Waste Bin, payment is quick and easy, an email follows confirming your booking and you are given a slot eventually. Mine co-incided with medical appointment so rang up. A very polite female said it was no problem to book it for following week. They arrived on the day .... what more can you ask for. Recommend them to friends and will certainly use them again if Council don't collect again!

So easy to arrange on line with a reminder sent the day before to leave bins out. Very efficient service - was able to add additional items to my original booking without any problem. Also very quick to respond to a phone enquiry. Worth the money to avoid a messy tip run given the current lack of council garden waste removal service.

Needed to do something about the very full garden waste bin after Elmbridge suspended collection. Ordered a one off collection online making a payment of £12. Email next day confirming a collection day that week. Collected as arranged - all went as planned. Great service.

When the council lets you down & you dont know who to call, then call Wilrose. I found them on line, easy to book & pay. They turned up when they said they would. I will certainly use them again as the Autumn leaves mount up, assuming of course we are still without our council services.

Very easy to book a garden waste collection. It was collected when they said it would be and they kept me informed before the collection regarding when it would be collected.

Fantastic service. Signed up for bin removal Monday evening and it was collected Wednesday. Clean and tidy.

Very efficient service. Booked the collection on Monday evening, received an email on Tuesday afternoon with details of the collection the next day. The collection happened as per the email. Happy customer. The next time my garden waste bin is full I will book another collection. I tried 2 other company's who advertised the service on Facebook, 1 never replied & the other cancelled on me.

Make sure you agree on a collection date BEFORE you book a skip ... or you might be stuck with one on your property for longer than you'd want.

First time using Wilrose for green waste collection, very simple online booking system and bin emptied tidily and promptly before 10.00am on scheduled day. Would use again as a fill in service between regular council collections when needed.

Wow, just wow. We have been using wilrose for a few months now and it has been the best thing for our business in the last 13 years. We have been with PHS and Biffa for several years before who missed collections, failed to provide a service and continue to charge us for collections while we were closed during covid. We terminated our contract and got in touch with wilrose which the local driver gave us a leaflet when passing in our area. Communication with wilrose is 10/10 and they pick up the phone straight away. Value is also perfect and they haven't missed a single collection since signing up. Road closure in our area meant they couldn't collect but it was rescheduled for the following day without me getting in touch. Again 10/10 We closed during covid and wilrose were totally understandable And paused the service at no cost to us until we opened again. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone. Sign up!

We’ve only used Wilrose for a couple of months now, but so far so good. We used a different company before that constantly missed collections, over charged frequently and rarely answered the phone to customers. It’s very refreshing to make use of a professional service that always do collections per schedule and deal with customer queries in a fast and efficient way.

Very reasonable and very reliable. The council keep cancelling the green bin collections because of the virus and I always use Wilrose to take up the slack and get my green bin emptied.

They came when they said they would come and were a godsend while Richmond Council were not collecting green waste. I would certainly consider them in the future if I have more green waste than will fit in one bin.

Great service during this difficult time.. Simple process to order your green garden waste bin pickup, followed up by a confirmation email. Picked up when said they would, and left the area clean and tidy.

Delivered next day at 7am, collected following day 7am. Very professional, brilliant and polite driver.

Witnessed one of their drivers using a mobile phone at the wheel and reported it to the company who can't be bothered to reply.

These chaps are fantastic. Delivered skip on Friday and collected on Tuesday. No hanging around and drivers were lovely. They negotiated my difficult road and location with cheerful helpfulness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

We have used Wilrose services on two occasions now. They have provided skips to three of our buildings and have been wonderful to work with. They are extremely responsive and have helped us with last minute changes to collection dates, as well as organising one off collections for other items at very short notice. From the first call to arrange a specific delivery and collection requirement, to the driver and office staff, they were brilliant! Ordered two skips from Wilrose Skip Hire. I received a friendly reception, staff were helpful and both arrived in the required time slot. I didn't experience any problems and the price was competitive. I hope I don't have to, but I would use them again !

Used a skip for clearing my house on the day of sale completion. Skip was a bit battered, but serviceable. Unfortunately they took it away earlier than they were supposed to (we hadn't finished filling it), but after a frantic phone call, they brought another skip within a couple of hours, with no extra charge. Good service!!

We are a building contractor and new to the Guildford area with regards to working here. It is always difficult trying to manage waste in a built up area and Wilrose couldn't have been more helpful with how we can manage our waste on this project and their drivers are always helpful too. We will continue to use them for the rest of this project and any other future projects that we may have in this area in the future. Would highly recommend for builders and residents alike

Fantastically easy to order with and great value for money. Skip was delivered at short notice in perfect time and collected in a timely manner. As soon as they were notified of collection on Monday morning, it was collected within a matter of hours.
