Berkshire Clearance Services, were recommended on the West Berkshire Council website, so I contacted them by e-mail and received a prompt response and very reasonable price. I phoned to book a delivery and again a prompt response and very flexible collection options. On delivery day I was called in advance to confirm the arrangement and was also notified when they were 30 minutes away, which I found very helpful. The items for collection were mixed household waste and were located, inside the house, in the garden and the garage, which was no problem for them. The 2 guys were polite and friendly and quickly removed my unwanted goods. I have no hesitation in recommending Berkshire Clearance Services and would will them again, for all the above reasons.

Incredible experience! From start to finish friendly service so helpful, really put my mind at ease. Thank you so much!
Called on short notice on 23rd Dec to get some stuff cleared out. Shane came out and saw me within 20 minutes of calling and was happy to start getting rid but unfortunately i had a rusted over lock so couldn't start on the day. He suggested that his team could visit today (24th Dec) early morning to get everything removed. His lads came and were very professional and happily removed everything i requested and were done in less than 20 minutes. Very quick and efficient. Would recommend to anyone. Just for reference for anyone thinking about prices, I had a mixed load of general waste, some old plasterboard (from a collapsed ceiling due to water damage), an old mattress, some paint cans and the total came out to just over £400. Also as an FYI, I've used Berkshire Clearance Services last year and the year before to clear out some excess waste and both times they were good which is exactly why I called them up again this year.
Great service
Fast reliable and reasonably priced. Thank you

All fine. Removed 2 large sofas which we would not have been able to get out the house! Easy to arrange a collection, arrived on time!
Shane’s team cleared our parents house today and did an incredible job. The team were such nice blokes, hard working and polite. It was an upsetting day for us due to the circumstances and what impressed us the most was the approach the guys had. Very sympathetic and understanding, nothing was an issue and we were consulted on anything they needed to check. I took awhile to find the right firm but after meeting Shane in person I just knew this was the company to tackle such a personal and sad day. The team were just brilliant and I can’t recommend this firm enough! In this day and age where too many companies are just so busy with work they don’t seem to care, and manners are secondary, this firm has restored my faith completely.
Very professional, clean and quick service would highly recommend !
Brilliant, friendly service. Would recommend. They arrived, took the item away, and left with no fuss.
Best value and service you can get , cleared my garden and garage after my house was refurbished. Shane and his team were professional, polite and left the areas spotless and they provided a waste transfer notice.

I had an excellent experience with Berkshire Clearances. Shane and Kirk first visited the property to provide a clearance quote, and the job was later carried out by Kirk, Blake, Damien and Shane Jnr. Kirk and Blake, in particular, were exceptionally kind, professional, and polite. They cleared the property efficiently, removed the carpets, hoovered, and swept wherever needed — the results were fantastic. It’s rare these days to come across such an outstanding customer service. I’m truly glad I chose Berkshire Clearances and would highly recommend them.
Excellent professionals.

Used BCS twice now since moving home. Couldn't be happier. Will definitely use again.
Tried for weeks to pay Windsor & Maidenhead council to collect a mattress and garden storage box but they kept stalling, it was going to take weeks and no guarantee they would 'find me' - BCS in contrast were quick, stuck to the arranged time slot and the men (Mick and his colleague) making the collection were professional and friendly.

Shane and his team did a great job of taking up part of out patio and leveling the ground ready for a garden office to be installed. The project was moved forward quite considerably from what we had said when we got the quote, but Shane was really accommodating and got this done for us within a week of speaking with him. Great job done super quick, thanks!

Thank You Penny Upper Basildon
Great service. Friendly, all cleared so quickly and very helpful at short notice. Glad I chose this company. Will definitely use again and again.
What a fantastic company to work with. I can’t recommend Shane and his team enough. Timing from my initial enquiry to completion of the job was less than a week. This included a visit to quote, confirmed date and time to collect working around my busy schedule (arriving perfectly on time I may add), and clearance of our garden rubbish which included lots of heavy concrete. There was a slight issue with an item around a corner being missed however I message Shane the next morning and within an hour I received a call and he instantly did his upmost to rectify it by coming over personally that same afternoon to collect it, even kindly took a few other things I had missed off the original quote - so all sorted within 6 hours of my message. Absolutely incredible customer service and a pleasure to work with. You are in great hands if you use Berkshire Clearance Services and I will be recommending to anyone that I can. Thank you Shane and Team.

Excellent service, We are renovating our home and had a large volume of waste materials to get rid of. From phoning for a quote Shane arrived within 20 mins and the team removed all the rubbish within just a few days. Can't fault them at all and would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again!
Berkshire Clearance Services provides a first class and reliable service
Very friendly efficient service. Prompt collection, would highly recommend
We have had an overflowed shed for 14 years a culmination of old furniture and rubbish that had become too much for us to deal with. These guys had it cleared out in 20 minutes!! We are so grateful for the help and now have a nice clear space (to refill with junk probably haha!!) Highly recommend 👌
Had a great experience, they were on time, cleared quickly and competitive on price. Plus they were thoroughly nice guys, would recommend!
Excellent service from Shane and his guys, arrived on time specified and had the house cleared professionally, good guys and good experience thanks for everything
Easy to book a collection and they were happy to change the date on short notice for me. I had a lot of junk to be removed from the garden following a clear out. The two men that arrived did the job quickly, professionally and left the place very tidy. I would definitely use this company again.

Ashley was a speedy removal guy. Brilliant service. Great to talk to. Customer services on point! 😊
Very quick and efficient!
Amazing service, from enquiry to collection. I had a call when they were on their way to collect and a call once they had collected. They took all the rubble/waste and it was left tidy too. Really pleased with the service and price, I would definitely use again! Thanks for all your help.
Ashley did an excellent job. Forgot to take pictures of before and after but I highly recommend their services. They gave a great price for the amount of large rubbish such as old mattresses, chairs from dining table and more. Thank you Ashley :)
Provided an email with pictures of the waste that needed removing. Only to find out on the day that the quote provided couldn't complete the work I asked to take place. I was pressured into potential Court action for me not paying the quoted amount as they had not completed the job. Approach with Caution. To states, The guys that undertook the work were great and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
Spoke to Shane who provided me with a quote after visiting my rental property (i believe the next day.) He agreed to completely clear out the whole house. This was done on an agreed date and pictures were sent to me to confirm the job. I thought the whole process was made simple, carried out efficiently and completed as agreed. I couldn't be happier. As it was a whole house clearance, the price was relevant and in proportion to the amount that needed clearing. Thank you
Excellent service - couldn't have asked for more! I emailed the company on a Thursday. Got a quote 30 mins later - was competitively priced compared to others. Shane explained how it would work - that the quote was based on my volume estimates, but that they can confirm when they arrived and let me know if it's any more. Shane and another person arrived the next day, at the time they said they would, and confirmed the estimate was correct. Loaded the truck in 5 mins and tidied up. Were super polite & professional - even to neighbours walking by! Got the paperwork and the invoice 2 mins later. Payment was through an online invoicing service (Xero) that accepted Apple Pay. The longest step was writing this review! What brilliant service - would happily use their services again. Thank you!
Excellent service, came next day as promised. Gave a no obligation quote and fully explained the charges. Price was reasonable and then cleared away everything there and then. Would recommend.
Really helpful, polite and efficient service. I had a garage full of waste- a mix of rubbish left by tenants, surplus furniture, a fridge and some building waste. I was really stressed about it but Ashley arrived on time and had it cleared in under 2 hours. He was also careful to check with me on items I wanted to keep, hidden among the rubbish. I was relieved and delighted and would have no hesitation in using Ashley's company again. Waste certificate provided for all the waste plus the fridge. Photo provided of the cleared garage. Thank you! 😊
I was absolutely floored by how smoothly everything went. My old wooden shed was barely hanging on, so I figured I’d take advantage of the five minutes of summer we get to replace it. Initially, I thought I’d rent a mini skip, roll up my sleeves, and tackle the job myself. That is, until I reached out to Berkshire Clearance Services. For the price of a 4-yard skip from other companies, two gents showed up right on schedule, disassembled the shed, cleaned up, and vanished in under 30 minutes. If that wasn’t impressive enough, they even managed to drink the coffee I made them—and the cups were still warm when they left. Although, I might have made the coffee a bit strong...
I have used Berkshire Clearance Services a few times now, each time they have booked me in within a few days, arrived on time on the day, cleared my rubbish efficiently and to a very high standard, I will definitely be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone, thank you guys
BCS were fantastic and the service seems to be more cost effective and convenient than a traditional skip- good communication about arrival time, incredibly professional and friendly will defo use again. I was amazed how quickly and cleanly they moved all the waste ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Update: have used BCS more than once and they have been consistently good service.
After using their services today, I just wanted to give credit where it’s due….. I had an absolute mountain and more of rubbish after moving house that I could not face sorting - These guys did an absolutely phenomenal job!! Not a scrap of rubbish to be seen!! 100% recommend!! Thank you!!!!
Great job done in disposing a house full of "stuff", to help us get a property on the market quicker than expected. Very professional from initial enquiry to final clear up on a daunting job.
Very, very happy and appreciative! What a fantastic service - thank you SO much. Enquired in the morning, collected in the afternoon, very professional, and affordable! Just be careful of Shane’s very strong handshake! 😝
Quickly organised disposal of an old oven. Excellent service, highly recommended.
Excellent service. Turned up as arranged. Very efficient. Would definitely use again.
The service I received was excellent. I made a call and Ashley arrived the very next day to pick up two items that were outside my house. Ashley provided a friendly and polite service, keeping me well-informed about the expected time of his arrival. I was extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend it to others.
Great service. I called in the morning and Ashley and Michael arrived the same day later in the afternoon. Very friendly and got the job done. I would use them again.
Berkshire Clearance Services were excellent. They arrived to inspect our garage within 2 hours of calling, cleared the whole thing very quickly and even helped to get rid of a few rogue mice that had been hiding in there. The guys who came were very helpful and professional and the whole process could not have been easier, or more reasonably priced. Would highly recommend them to anybody.
The booking was easy to make, and the team arrived on time, was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend and will use again when I need removal services.
If I could give this company more stars I would do. Ashley arrived and very efficiently removed the rubbish that had accumulated in my parents garage for many years. Totally professional and excellent value for money. Would certainly utilize their services again. (For BCS our invoice number is 14869 - please pass on our thanks to Ashley and his colleague - also to Shane who handled our original inquiry)
From the moment I contacted Shane with our initial enquiry, to the moment when the full load was taken away, everything was handled professionally and on time! The team who did the clearing was punctual, efficient and friendly. They did a sterling job and we have no hesitation in recommending this company!
Used these guys twice in the last week, as unable to have a skip. Great service, they clear everything leaving no mess!
QUICK RESPONSE & EXCELLENT JOB. FAIR PRICING & HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Very pleased. We've had a pile of old wood and stuff (the remains of a children's play-house) in our garden for ages. Too big for the usual channels but not enough to justify a skip. Came across one of BCS's vehicles in town and thought it would be perfect. Job done quickly and cheerfully and they even tidied up the ground before they left.
We use Berkshire clearance regularly and can’t fault there services. Always punctual, reliable and work to a high standard. A very professional company that I would not hesitate to recommend.
Very helpful and took away everything on the day. Both were polite. I would use these again
Berkshire Clearance did the job they promised but what makes them 5 star is how well they communicate and how professional their staff are. They do what they promise when they promise and will inform you of any possible changes. Highly recommend
I would avoid using Berkshire Clearance Services at all costs. I was let down on Friday when they didn't show up for a booking. They apologised on the phone and asked if they could do the following day..... they then failed to show up again! Unreliable time wasters
I have used their services twice now, and I highly recommend this company: they are quick and reactive, no bad surprise regarding the prices and on top of that, they are very smiley!
Berkshire clearance arrived on time. I was super prepared for them and had everything out on the road ready so that I was ahead of the guys and I kept ahead and I achieved more than I had hoped for, which was super as I had come a long way but they didn't stop and it was a full load from household through to garden clearance. Great job and they have the full licence to ensure that this is not dumped. `great. thanks
Berkshire Clearance Services provided waste removal, waste containers and litter picking for an event that I helped coordinate. Their services played a crucial role in making the event an incredible success. First and foremost, I must commend them on the condition in which they left the event. The committee agreed that it was truly excellent. The team's dedication to maintaining a litter-free environment did not go unnoticed, and it greatly contributed to the overall positive atmosphere of the event. The ease of the cleanup process was also a significant factor in the success of the event. Their efficient and well-organized approach to waste disposal made the post-event cleanup a breeze for our team. Their expertise and commitment to the job were evident throughout the weekend, and I have received numerous compliments from the committee and volunteers about the cleanliness of the event space. It's safe to say that their services played a vital role in enhancing the overall experience for everyone who attended. I look forward to working with Berkshire Clearance Services again in the future and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of waste disposal and litter picking solutions.
Impressive bin-clearance work!
I needed to clear a 1 bed flat in an awful state. Other firms refused but this firm came within 24 hours notice. They recognised I was highly stressed with what needed to be done and were professional and courteous to me and the neighbours. Would highly recommend
Had a mattress and divan to dispose of and Ashley and another gent who came were professional, polite and quick and were very kind in accomodating my request to leave shoes at the door!
Brilliant service
Very reliable, helpful. Would definitely recommend. Thank-you.
Ashley and Matthew were brilliant. Friendly and professional, I'd highly recommend.
I am so pleased with the service from Berkshire Clearance Services. They couldn't have been more helpful, they made the arrangements very straightforward and on the day, the items I needed removed (of which there was a lot!) were cleared in around 15 minutes. Friendly and helpful team, will definitely request their assistance again.
They're Mr. Strong Man, lifted concrete like wood. They come within few hours after I called for quote and they moved everything very quickly.
The service is fast and professional. Good communication and called before arrival to confirm. Definitely recommend!
Wow these guys are brilliant and polite.I couldn't believe how professional and fast they cleared the rubbish. And they came out the next day. Highly recommend this company. Thankyou Great job guys.
Easy to deal with, and professional Would use again
Great service, very pleased with the job done. staff were very professional and friendly. communication and time keep were also great. Will definitely recommend and use again. big thanks to the team.
The guys turned up when they said, we’re friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. Excellent service and I would recommend.
Two really cheerful and professional men came on time and cleared all the rubbish. Super professional and friendly definitely going to use them again when I finish clearing the house
After 3 other companies turned down the job this company happily took it on. The 2 gents who were sent we absolute diamonds and were extremely friendly and helpful. They even swept up after for me 20/10 wouldn't use any other company again.
Phoned BCS and after providing my phone details they sent a message detailing the services and pricing. It was then simply a case of replying to the message with the requirements (ie book a collection and suggesting a time and date) and address and email details. I then received a prompt response confirming the collection and they then confirmed the final price on arriving at the property. They also provide you with a certificate (which you are legally obliged to keep for 2 years) of disposal, so it's all legit and professional. Highly recommended, they were absolutely brilliant - prompt responses, professional service and pretty reasonable pricing. Really appreciate all their help and excellent service, especially considering it was all done at pretty short notice on my part. Many thanks for all your help!
Prompt response and booked in quickly and at quite short notice. Shane and Ashley rocked up and cleared the place in no time. Polite and professional.
Very reliable and component team of operators, Extremely helpful and went the extra mile in their cooperation on fulfilling a very unpleasant task.
I used this company last week, they were efficient and hard working. They Job came in on time, and on budget. No issues, would use again.
A very happy client here. I arranged a removal of kitchen re-modelling waste with only a couple of days advance. The team was very punctual, courteous, worked efficiently and left the place spotlessly clean. Highly recommended!
Booked these guys in the morning and they were here same day and had everything done quickly, efficient and we're incredibly polite and friendly. Couldn't recommend a better service for waste removal. Worth every penny.
I had a look at different companies before choosing Berkshire clearance services, i feel confident in my decision, they have taken a weight off our shoulders and were affordable, friendly and speedy, I thought it would take a few days but they were able to provide a quote on site and remove on the same day
Fantastic service from start to finish. My wife and I needed an old sofa to be removed quickly. When I called, Shane explained that a text would be sent with a breakdown of the fee and terms and confirmed that the job could be carried out the following day. Shane and his colleague arrived promptly, were very polite and tidy and removed the sofa in less than a minute. All in all, a very impressive service. Invoice sent via email and easy to pay using credit/debit card or bank transfer. Would recommend thoroughly.
Came next day and cleared the garage within their one-hour window. Were fair in assessing the load as it squashed down a bit in the truck. Good job, saved me 10 trips to the dump.
I emailed Berkshire Clearance Services on a Friday and they were arrived on Tuesday the following week to collect my rubbish. They were prompt, courteous, and quick. I cannot recommend them enough. I have used other Clearance services before who overcharged and didn't take into account the surroundings of our office space. The guys at Berkshire Clearance Services were first class, thank you. You will now be my go to contractor.
Next-day collection. Very pleased.
Great service! Easy to book, and were quick, polite and professional.
Used these guys a couple of times, professional and quick service both times. Cheers!
Very happy with the service received, I called up and was given 2 options of grab hire or a man in a van. The grab lorry came on time, took all the waste and took some extra rubbish away for us. Very happy!
Brilliant prompt service from the Berkshire Clearance team. Requested a quote and received service the same day. A 5 cubic yard load of domestic waste from our recent house move was removed in less than 10 minutes. A real weight off my mind. Highly recommend.
Great service, would recommend without hesitation.
Due to a miscommunication of a job that we needed doing I had to contact Shane to tell him that the job wasn't done as I had expected. Shane came to see me promptly and arranged for the job to be completed as I had originally wanted. He was very professional and happy to come back to do the job that I had originally envisaged.
Great reliable service and able to help at short notice. Would highly recommend .
These guys provided amazing customer service all round. Easy to contact, and were able to remove a lot of rubbish next day. Friendly, professional, and affordable - I would highly recommend to anyone.
Came within an hour of me calling, great service! Cleared it within minutes very happy will definitely use again!
Garden waste removal. Quick and easy. Better price than most other companies around. Nice friendly service, would use again.
From quote to collection, great service would use again x
This company was quick to respond to calls, kept us informed, and performed an excellent service. The removal was arranged for the next day from the first call and they turned up promptly and did an excellent job. The rubbish was removed quickly and safely, the service was friendly and helpful. The whole exchange couldn't have gone better. I highly recommend them and am likely to use them again myself if/when the need arises.
Would absolutely recommend this company, easy to book and arrived on time, did everything we asked for and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely use them again.
Great service, they cleared my shed the next day. Thank you!
I had a wooden bed frame and a 3 door wardrobe which where both in pieces broken collected by the lads in the Pangbourne area of Berkshire, they arrived the same day within an hour and collected and where gone in 15mins, Friendly bunch of people service was prompt and effiecient we live on a first floor so there was a bit of hauling down the stairs to contend with, Would use thier services again 5 Stars thanks a million, David
Very happy with the service provided. Was able to help clear my flat on short notice and on a Sunday.
Very good service. Really helpful
Helpful, professional and efficient service. Cheaper and easier to arrange than a skip.
Cost was spot on within estimate provided. They did what they said they will do at the time that was promised. Highly recommend their services.
Great service to pick up brick rubble from my house in Caversham. Miles cheaper than Clearabee and Hippo! Highly recommended!
We took down an old shed that had seen much better days. We needed someone to remove the waste and were recommended to use Berkshire Clearance Services. They collected the waste within a day of contacting them and were much cheaper than getting a skip. All in all a very professional and friendly service. I would certainly use them again.
Absolutely , I had good experience in Berkshire clearance service. They gave me a great price to collect old carpet waste. I highly recommend this company.
Excellent service, arrived on time, quick, efficient and at an excellent price. Would highly recommend and will use them again for any future needs. I'm very pleased.
Had a fair amount of mixed household waste following renovations. Arranged for a removal at a great price, with Ashley and his colleague clearing the waste quickly and with great service. Highly recommended!
Needed an old sofa removing from a second floor flat with no lift. Another removal firm I contacted recommended Berkshire Clearance Services as they could do single item jobs cheaper. Booking was arranged by text quickly & efficiently, a query was answered in a few minutes. On the day the guys turned up on time and did the job in a few minutes. They were very friendly & professional. Excellent service, would definitely use them again.
I used Shane and his amazing team to remove the construction waste from my current major refurbishing project in RG6 - Shane's communication was brilliant and kept me informed of the pick up time and date. They cleared all my rubbish within an hour. The guys were professional, polite and respectful - they cleared up the pavement before leaving and the price was unbelievable too. Thank you Shane and the guys for the excellent service - Raz
Great communication, responded straight away with a good price and arrived on-time, clearing the waste quickly with no problems. I have never considered it before but will now always choose the hassle free services of Berkshire Waste Clearance over getting a skip
Quick and excellent service. I called up in the morning and they were there in couple of hours to collect the household waste . Keep up the good work!
Quoted the best prices in the area when enquiring. Easy to book the date and time required and Shane was helpful and replied quickly to my questions over email. Guys came in the allocated time, explained the process took all the rubbish piled up in our front garden in 5/10 minutes! Amazing service, highly recommend and will use again.
Wow! If only all companies operate like this. From the initial call for a quote, to a visit shortly after to survey all that needed to be done (clearing out sheds, removing one and a greenhouse too) to completion, everything went exactly to time and like clockwork. Pictures taken by Shane at the start and finish as I couldn't be on site for the clearance itself. Everything is thought of to make it as hassle free as possible to the customer AND of course, you get the all important waste transfer note to show it has all been disposed of legally, a really important factor. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Shame it's only 5 stars available otherwise I would have given them 10. I'll be using them again. Many thanks.
I called Berkshire Clearance Services to help with garden waste disposal. Shane was really helpful and immediately provided me with a quote and a date. Ashley and his colleague called to schedule an earlier pick-up and arrived promptly. They did an amazing job and were really polite and helpful. I highly recommend this company.
On time, very friendly, professional, clean and tidy. Have all the correct licenses and insurances to give you confidence that this will be disposed of in the correct fashion. Confident with this company and if ever needed, will use them again with out question.
Highly recommend this company, they did a huge removal for me today, very quick and professional.
5 star all the way! Thankyou :)
Very efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend to anyone. I'm sure we'll use their services again.
Easy to book, fantastic communication and very responsive. Great value, professional service. Quick and efficient clearance. Highly recommended and would use again
Would definitely use them again. The team gave me a quick, fair quote for clearance, then came the next day and carried out the job with minimal fuss. Very professional.
Brilliant service, literally just a couple of hours between quote and a clean garage. Definitely recommended!
Excellent service, and so efficient, came out quickly and did a brilliant job, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - a big thank you from me!
Excellent, fast and efficient service. Would use again and highly recommend.
Berkshire clearances are a very polite and professional company, with great time keeping I have used them in numerous occasions and they have never failed to make me a happy client. I will be using them again in the future.
Fantastic job by Shane and his team, clearing all the waste from our house renovation and demolishing and clearing our old outbuilding. The guys were very polite and efficient and have left the garden very clean and tidy. Thanks so much!
Very good service, did exactly what I asked for, turned up on time and were very efficient. Top work
I used Berkshire Clearance Services for the first time to dispose of some mixed building waste and I would definitely use them again. Reasonably priced, on time, great service from Shane in the office and Ashley who came to clear the waste. Thanks both for a good job.
Apologies Shane as i did review the wrong company as it was meant to be for a different one in Ascot. You have been extremely straightforward and practical to provide quoting information every time i have contacted you and will be hiring your services soon once i start with the moving process. Kind regards.
Great service, affordable price. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommended!
Extremely professional and well managed. Definitely recommend the service.
Fab bunch of guys. have used Shane and BCS a number of times over the years, and always get a efficient service which is reasonably priced. Thanks to all at BCS.
Shane and his team were brilliant. They came on time and did a professional job they was very polite with good manners. Left the garden clean and tidy I would recommended them to anyone!
Excellent service, pleasure to deal with and a fast and efficient service. Would use again and highly recommend!
Shane came and looked at the job within 20 mins, booked it in for within a week. Good work, professionally done.
Professionally done. Great communication. No nonsense. Would recommend. By the time I finished with the paperwork they were pretty much done. Would use again.
They arrived within an hour of my enquiry. Didn't complain about the amount of waste I had to remove and got it done very quickly. The two guys who did it were polite, professional and respectful of the house as they were carrying waste through it. Would recommend to anyone!
Shane and his team were brilliant. They were profesional, friendly and worked very quickly. They were available at very sort notice and for a weekend job. Really good prices as well, which were based on the volume of waste, so I had a general idea of the cost before Shane confirmed it when he arrived, he also offered to come and give me an estimate, with no obligation. All in all, really happy with their service.
Shane and his team are spot on with the service they offer. Their quoting and then the subsequent removal of unwanted furniture was professional, curteous and without fault. I have no hesitation recommending Berkshire Clearance Services.
Used Berkshire Clearance Services this week to clear a large amount of mixed rubbish. The service they provide was excellent, turned up on time , very polite and efficient.
Contacted them on Sunday evening, received a response within an hour and appointment on Monday 9am! They cleared my driveway full of junk within 10 mins for a reasonable price - cheaper and more convenient than hiring a skip!
I used BCS to dispose of a large amount of waste items left over from a house clearance that I had to do in Reading. They were polite, efficient and charged a very reasonable price compared to other companies as well as leaving everything tidy. They were keen to do everything by the book which gave me confidence that the waste items were disposed of properly. Based on my recent experience, I would strongly recommend this company
Refused their service when the guy verbally arranged on Monday that he would visit the site on Tuesday (22/09/2020) at 11am. Someone turned up today (Wednesday 23/09/2020) at 13:00. He then outright refused to wear a mask despite it being mandatory in shops, scoffing at my request. Don't fancy paying a company who turn up 26 hours late and scoffs at the idea of wearing a mask which would be protecting their work force and my staff members in such a difficult time where spreading disease is a big issue.
Excellent service was on time and very respectful and polite definitely calling here again.
Very good service
I hired Shane and his team to clear out my late mothers house prior putting it on the market. There was quite a bit of stuff left over after the family had taken what they wanted and I was scratching my head over how to get rid of what was left. After a quick Google search I called Shane at BCS. He immediately put my mind at rest, agreeing a time to meet with a view to getting going straight away; if we could agree a price. This achieved and the go-ahead given, I gave them a key and they worked for two full days taking at least five van loads for sorting. The rubbish was disposed of and recycled properly and anything worth re-using was donated to an Alzheimers Society. The house was professionally cleaned and was immaculate once the job was complete. Throughout. what was, a potentially upsetting process Shane and his team were, friendly, ethical and courteous at all times and I have no hesitation in recommending them highly. They took the problem out of my hands and, for that, I am extremely grateful.
Called them up and they visited same day and gave me a good price to clear a lot of garden waste/shed. They came a couple of hours later and nothing was bother for the guys. Great service. Great value.
on-time, helpful, thorough, friendly, efficient, flexible, even collected a sandwich for me ... highly recommended (make sure you get the right people, others with similar names are not 'berkshire clearance services'.
Polite, blisteringly FAST, friendly service. Have done multiple jobs for me, couldnt be better, spot on. Cheers. Guy.
Absolutely brilliant service. Cannot fault them.will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.
Excellent service, polite, quick, professional, would recommend and will be using them again.
Fantastic service. Rubbish was cleared within 24 hours from first phone to clearance. Really good price.
Amazing service. Quick, professional and great price. Would 100% recommend.
AMAZING SERVICE! I spoke with shane one day and he arranged to quote the same day. The next day all the rubbish I had from a home-renovation was picked up and cleared. They were great value for money, great with communication and even sweeped my very dusty attic after removal! CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE!
Excellent service. I needed a greenhouse dismantled and rubbish removed. All done very quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend them.
Had the combined spring cleaning of the whole house removed in minutes.
Fantastic service at a great price. From initial inquiry to the job being completed within 24 hours. Entire area that the rubbish was removed from was cleared up and left incredibly tidy. Would highly recommend.
Third time using Berkshire Clearance services, always good communication and punctual. Cleared all my rubbish in 30 minutes which would have been 3 or 4 trips to the tip doing it by myself. They even swept up too. Great guys will use again
Super quick service - Came say day and removed our bags of soil in about 5 minutes. Fab service will use again and would recommend :)
Great experience. Very fast and professional.
Came to quote and was able to take our rubbish the same day. Great price and great service. Would definitely recommend.
I contacted Shane at Berkshire Clearance Services to help clear rubble from our lockdown garden makeover. He was very prompt in his response and came round the same day to quote for the job (whilst respecting social distancing requirements). Shane and his team were able to come within two days and removed everything quickly and carefully. I was also provided with an explanation of how the rubble was going to be responsibly dealt with, which was a great reassurance. Overall a top service, and all for a very reasonable price (plus a couple of cups of tea!)
Needed to get rid of a significant amount of garden waste and the council refuse centre was shut due to COVID-19. Polite, efficient and left no mess what so ever, even after emptying the waste into the back of their truck from the sacks I had used. Maintained extreme social distances during the whole process and then thanked me for maintaining distance. I not hesitate to use them again when the need arises and would absolutely recommend them to anyone else.
They worked quickly and we're very tidy happy I choose them.
Absolutely brilliant. I called Shane mid morning for a mountain of rubbish we’d cleared from the garage and garden to be removed and the guys were here by 1 o’clock. Very professional, very friendly. This is the first time I’ve used ‘rubbish clearance’ people. From now on I’ll forget about hiring a skip and just call these guys in. Thanks Berkshire Clearance 🙏 I’ll call regards the rubble tomorrow.
Arrived on time after setting a date. Took less tham 30 minutes to clear out our garden with refurb debris in it. Didnt miss anything. Were very efficient. Would use again.
Great service! Fast and reliable.
We are moving house this week so the second time using them. I had to contact him pretty late yesterday with an urgent request for today, not only they promptly responded they were here today on time and cleared everything super efficiently, helped us out with the extra volume we had and understood a very particular situation, going out of their way to help! They are so flexible and attentive and the price is the BEST around! I can't recommend them enough and surely will be using again soon :-)
Contacted yesterday, replied immediately, great price, reliable, came today on time, mom said they were super polite and accommodating to a last minute request she had. Can't be happier!
Shane and the team arrived within a few hours of a phone call, and they very quickly cleared my drive of all the mess and waste that comes with a bathroom renovation. Shane is very personable, and professional and I felt very comfortable having him at the house making the clearance. I also had a load of tiles that needed removing from our garage. They didn't just clear the tiles out, but they also gave the garage a good sweep at the same time. All very reasonably priced as well. Thank you guys! Tim Watts Fulmead Road
Phoned for a quote and they were round in an hour to do the job. Nice chaps, great service. Thanks!
Super helpful and really polite, friendly guys. Quick response and good price
Friendly service, arrived on time, worked quickly & efficiently. Did my hardcore clearance within a week of enquiry. Great service & great value!
Exceptional service, the team were super friendly and worked so quickly. Managed to entirely clear my dad's old flat in 2 days, when other companies had told me it would take a week. Very understanding and non-judgemental, and did a fantastic job! Turned up exactly on time both days, and were very responsive to all my queries. Also very patient with me needing to rush off doing other things, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you so much!

Highly recommend Shane and his team, very professional and tidy, prompt response in clearing away hardcore of my drive. Would definitely use again. Many thanks.
Thank you for the excellent service I received on Saturday. I had an old wardrobe that I was planning to take to the tip, however, after getting halfway down the road, parts of the wardrobe was falling out of the boot into the road, the wardrobe was too long for the car. Berkshire clearance services happened to be driving past at the time of need, and without any questions asked, they were kind enough to take the waste from my car. Thank you again, I will be using your services again!!
The service was great, they took a two seater sofa from my house they were quick and efficient and the price was great I will definitely use them again. Thanks

Thank you Shane!! These guys came round within 40 minutes of my enquiry to see everything that needed to be taken, gave a very reasonable price and took everything away there and then. Super simple and really nice guys - thanks for making this so pain-free. For sure would recommend! -Liberty

BCS are fantastic! This is the second time I have used them to clear waste from my grandmother's garden & house and on both occasions they came out the same day (despite me calling on the off chance that day whilst visiting from out the area) & took the stuff away. All for much less than hiring a skip which has to be left then collected another time. BCS are loaded up and gone in minutes. See you in the Autumn BCS when the shed comes down! Many thanks!
I messaged in the morning and they came in the evening on the same day. Very sufficient work!!! Hope your brother enjoys the moped!
Great customer service! Easy to get hold of and quick in response. I would recommend Shane and his team to anyone. Thanks!

These guys are great! Shane replied to my first query within an hour, and from start to finish the service was excellent. On removal day they arrived on time and were really polite and friendly. They even sweetly listened to my gibbering about being so sad to let my 30-year-old sofa go! Would highly recommend, and I'll definitely be using them again.
We wanted something moved in a hurry. They came out really quickly, within the hour. Both men were really helpful, extremely polite and shook my hand when leaving which impressed as it was only a really small job. Would definitely recommend them and if needed will use again. 10 out of 10.
Much cheaper than competitors, polite and got the job done quickly.
Was quick and efficient at clearing my carport out today. Thank you.
Came within 24hrs of my call, quick efficient and affordable.
One phone call, turned up and gave very competitive quote, asked when I wanted it done. Turned up on the day and cleared everything - magic. Now that is what I call a very professional company, well done Berkshire Clearance Services.
Very-much customer oriented, next day, clean, no-nonsense, reasonably priced service. Were pleased and will be using again. Many thanks!
Used this service a few times now and can thoroughly recommend their services - nothing has ever been too much trouble with a straight talking 'can do' attitude to most things. Where they are unable to help they will advise carefully, but so far they have managed to impress enough for me to give them 5 stars. Thanks Shane and team - good jobs done!

Shane and his team are wonderful. This is the second time I have used them, the first being to clear some things from my garden, this time to clear some less than savoury rubbish left behind by a rough sleeper outside our premises. They were round the same day that I called, gave me the quote and cleared it there and then. Absolutely great service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
