Empire House Clearance

Tim and his team took away the stress and emotional turmoil of clearing my Fathers home after he died. Tim was so kind, reliable and made the whole process far less painful than we expected it to be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and am beyond grateful to him for this exceptional level of service. Thanks Tim and team!

It was a pleasure to work with Tim and his team in very distressing circumstances. They were efficient and helpful. They had good communication with me prior to the work being carried out and arrived on time.

I cannot fault the service I have had from Tim. Absolutely first class . Thank you

First class service from this company. Can fully recommend Tim for a great job at a competitive price. Thanks..

These guys are absolutely brilliant in my opinion, Tim normally arrives ahead of time, no matter if it is to quote or complete a job. Tim & Jim are both personable, polite guys & work extremely hard & efficiently. They have today completed a clearance on my mother’s house extremely respectfully, checking multiple times to ensure everything required was removed per my request, I could not be happier with the service I have received from these guys & consider the price to be very reasonable for the work completed & the cost they will incur for correct disposal.

Would absolutely recommend. Called this morning they arrived at 12 as said on phone. Both very professional and friendly. Did an excellent job .Don't hesitate to use them thank you both

Tim of Empire House Clearance, along with his son, did an outstanding job for us at very short notice. They were professional, efficient and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was completed to a very high standard. They turned up exactly at the time they said they would and completed the job swiftly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a reliable house clearance service.

Very friendly and reliable

Went above and beyond

A great team, reactive, professional and well organized.

Excellent service and totally trustworthy. I rang Tim for a quote for a house clearance of my dad’s house but as I don’t live nearby, Tim picked up the keys from the estate agents and rang me with the quote. He also did the job without me meeting him too! He left certain items in the house which needed to stay and everything else went. I couldn’t fault him at all. Very efficient and did a great job.

I called Empire House Clearances to get a quote to clear my late father’s house. Tim arrived at the time we arranged to give me an estimate of costs. Although the house was in need of some renovation surprisingly not only did he quote me to clear everything he also made me an offer to buy the house from me. We agreed a price and the whole transaction was completed very quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend Empire house clearances.

Superb customer service.... always on hand to contact if needed..... highly recommend.

First Class company, quick to respond and clear a very full house. Thanks so much to Tim and his team, would definitely recommend them

We were so impressed - cleared our parents house to perfection. Tim was so kind, helpful and very professional - these things can be emotional and he was so understanding - nothing was too much trouble … thank you Tim and team for making it such a smooth experience you were amazing from start to finish “I highly recommend Empire” couldn’t fault them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Phoned empire house clearance having read good reviews, spoke to Tim Van Laun who attended the property promptly and conveniently, giving me a price on the spot. Arranged the clearance for a weekend, arrived on the dot of 10am, left them to clear house and garage and returned later to lock up. Tim asked me to look round and make sure I was happy with their work, sent me an invoice and bank transfer details. Excellent service.

Excellent, prompt service at a fair price, bearing in mind all the costs now facing professional waste disposal companies. Thank you Tim and Carmella, very much!

Following a family bereavement, I contacted Empire based on their excellent online reviews. As soon as I'd spoken with Tim, I knew I was in good hands. First he came to view the house and bought some of the personal effects which he paid promptly. He then stayed in contact and shared useful advice as the house sale progressed. As we moved towards clearance day, he was flexible and responsive in setting a date and - of course - did a great job on the day. Both Tim and his wife are very personable folks and I can't imagine you'll find better.

We arranged for Empire to come over today and assess a house clearance. However at short notice we had to rearrange. Tim was really accommodating and came back later. We were in such a mess but he kindly took all of the mess for us and was calm, professional and straightforward. I would definitely use Empire again, Tim was marvelous.

Empire House Clearance took care of clearing my partners mums flat after my partners mum passed away recently in Portsmouth. During such a difficult time for my partner, Empire House Clearance met my partner at his mums flat in Portsmouth (after my partner travelled down to Portsmouth from Milton Keynes) and cleared the flat efficiently and professionally. Empire House Clearance did an excellent job clearing out a 3 bed house including garage, loft and garden. Everything was dealt with well, from the initial visit where Tim gave advice on various options for clearing the house and once a date was agreed everything was set up and went smoothly. The house was left clear and tidy, so all we had to do was a quick hoover. Thank you Tim - highly recommended.

Friendly, reliable, excellent service. Highly recommend

My husband and his sister lost their Dad and subsequently needed help to clear his house. After contacting Tim, he met with my husband the same day, and within two days the house was cleared. Tim and his team were professional, accommodating, and sympathetic to the situation - making a difficult process easier for my husband and sister-in-law to deal with. The house was left tidy and all debris removed - even the garage and garden. We highly recommend Empire House Clearance; they get 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from us.

An amazing company. Tim is a friendly helpful man who arranged to clear a three bedroomed house fully furnished, a fully packed garage and a shed and green house in one day. He collected the keys and returned them meaning we didn't even have to be there. His staff must of worked extremely hard. Thank you all for your understanding at this difficult time in our lives.

As you can see 5star treatment. They came on time, were friendly and extremely helpful. They also came at very short notice so I would thoroughly recommend them. Well done!!!

Tim was very helpful in arranging flat clearance and accommodated a short time frame without problem. Crew who cleared the flat were exceptional, worked very efficiently, and were friendly and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. I really appreciate efforts to donate and recycle items where possible. No hesitation in recommending Empire House Clearance.

Tim provided a courteous and professional service.

I lost my parents last October and they were of the generation that lived through rationing, so they threw nothing away! Tim Vanlaun and his wife Carmella worked like Trojans to clear a packed house in one day. They are pleasant friendly people and find new uses for most of what they clear. Even old towels become rags for local motor mechanics! Tim also sells items at antiques fairs. I can highly recommend Empire House Clearance.

We used Empire House Clearance to clear my late fathers flat. Tim came to the flat to determine the work involved and gave us a quote on the spot, unlike other companies we approached who would only quote via email. Tim gave us a very competitive quote and provided fast, personal & efficient service from start to finish. Thoroughly recommended.

Really fast service. Gave me a same day quote and completed the job the next day. Lovely guy, professional and punctual. I highly recommend.
