Henry Woods actually bothered to take the time to assess if they could get a skip into my extremely awkward driveway. They were the only company willing to give it a go, and return if they couldn't do it. Needless to say the driver made light work of navigating down a curved ramp only a few inches wider than his lorry. Well done, great driving! Also very friendly on the phone and the price was spot on. It's a major weight off my mind having a skip exactly where I needed it, hence why I felt only right I leave a review for them.
We had the skip for an amount of time longer than average, as far as skips go. However, having nearly completed works and with the skip nearly full, without prior warning, they came over and took the skip. This has resulted in an huge inconvenience, and I feel They have treated us with contempt.
Really pleased with Henry Woods, The Woman i spoke to in the office was very helpful and talked me through the different sizes of skips, and which one would best suit my needs. Shes a credit to your team. The skip was booked in and arrived within the time given. The driver was friendly and placed the skip on the drive in a location that allowed me plenty of access. Would not hesitate to use them again.
Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff were especially good — friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient when arranging delivery and collection. Everything ran smoothly, on time, and without any hassle. Would definitely recommend this skip company and will use them again.
Outstanding service delivered the skip on time and the driver put my mom at ease and explained where the best place to put it , and collected the time and day we agreed. I will definitely be using them again.

Brilliant service from booking to delivery and collection. Lady in the office was friendly and helpful when I booked. I was told my skip would be delivered between 8am and 12pm, it was delivered at 8.03am by a lovely guy who made sure it was positioned on the drive so I could still get my car on as well. I phoned them 6 days early to collect it and it was collected that afternoon. I would thoroughly recommended them.

Very impressed with the polite staff from the initial call to arrange booking, to the driver delivering the skip. They make you feel like a valued customer! We have had a number of drivers recently and every driver seems to have a great level of skill at what they do, which is extremely reassuring when full skips are being lifted! Recommend highly, Id encourage anyone to use Henry Woods before using another company!

UPDATE: Used again recently (July 2022) and still fantastic. Flexible when I had to keep the skip for longer than anticipated, no issues at all with drop off or pick up (both arranged and completed within 24 hours), easy to deal with at all times. Great experience all round. REVIEW FROM 2019: Henry Woods Skip Hire were recommended to me by a family member who had already used them on a number of occasions. I have now had 2 skips from them and the service on both occasions has been fantastic. Drop off and pick up were easy to arrange, their time keeping was great, all interaction (with both the office and the people who handled the skips) was friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Pleasant polite prompt service highly recommend
Absolutely awful to deal with, left the skip there for days and stopped the job from progressing, receptionist sounds like a automated response in a answerphone. Do not use them!!!!

Exceptional service from initial booking for next day delivery through to punctual collection. The lady handling the booking/collection couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant and the delivery driver was equally so. Such a difference from previous other skip hire companies !
