Work was done quickly and with care (new garden work was avoided and worked around). Initial price was very good, I had miscounted the amount of waste sacks to be removed but this was dealt with very fairly price-wise with no nasty surprises or gouging which I've experienced with other companies. Omg, what a professional company. My company was working in London, and we are from the north. We were doing some maintenance on a property and put some building rubbish in the communal bins. Unfortunately this is not permitted in London so I had two options send a driver 5 hour there 5 hours back to collect it or find someone local to remove it. Reckless and unprofessional workers damaged my neighbors property with their truck. Mistakes happen, but instead of apologizing and compensating quickly, they misled me into thinking they had repaired the damage when they had not. They then chose to take us on a long a protracted “process” not worth the £200 gutter they ripped off the wall, just because the company didn’t have the money to fix the problem quickly. There’s lots of better services around, I encourage you to use those.

I called and provided pictures of waste needing collecting outside of my property: they discussed my requirements, quoted me a reasonable rate, and then within 30 minutes their van had arrived, collected everything and sent me pictures of before/after. Extremely efficient and excellent service. I would definitely use them again!

We called up at lunchtime half way through a garage clearance, having been given some outrageous quotes from other companies. Quickwasters were professional, helpful and were able to pick up our stuff the same day. The truck arrived when they said it would and Ru who was in charge was friendly and super-helpful, spending a good 20 minutes loading our stuff without any extra charge. Thoroughyl recommended, and our garage is now clean!

I must add this amend: Their manger very quickly find out the reason of problem that was a misunderstanding of new staff and on day after (Sunday!) the driver called me and apologized and explained the situation and condition and return all £60.00 so however, we did not deal but Thank you for your reliability and following the issues " my ex-review - Never ever try them, I believe all this review are made by them, they come to my place and charge me for £60.00 and say you waste is too much"

Good, efficient service. After my email the rubbish was picked up the following day at my preferred time. The chaps were on time and called when on their way. The carpet etc was slightly larger than they expected but they still stuck to the original price and were extremely polite and courteous. They were brilliant. Came round the same day and broke up two large lumps of concrete into small enough pieces to be able to lift and take away. Took them 45 minutes and a lot of sweat. And they smiled through it. Efficient, quick and would use them again if needed.
