We had a great experience with Clearnce & Clean Up. Julie, who helped to make the booking over the phone was extremely helpful & efficient. We booked on a Thursday and were able to arrange the collection for the following Tuesday. Rick, who came to do the collection was brilliant - very quick & efficient and a really nice guy!

The bookimg was made on the telephone and the lady who took the bookimg was friendly and effecient, On the morning of the collection I received a text to say they would be with me in 10 minutes, They came on time and tool my old fridge away. Great\service.

My items were collected on the day I selected. Once they were on their way, I received a text with an update. A friendly and professional service! Would use again.

The men who collected my old dishwasher were very polite and acted very quickly. However I thought as I googled Chester Waste I thought it was the council run pick up of £25, I saw it was £27 assumed it had gone up a little, but the final bill included a one item pick up charge making it £99. The unmarked vehicle had Motorway Maintenance and there was no sign of Clearance and Clean up . Their messages to me were We are your Any Junk Team of Jason and Peter and we have just arrived. And they did their job very efficiently. But my advice is to seek out the genuine Chester City Council service which is far cheaper . As we get older it easy to assume, so check carefully as mistakes are costly. I know your asking why not cancel , there is a charge to do even that. The old dishwasher is gone but the Clearance and Clean up remain an expensive lesson that you should avoid if possible.

This was the second time this Month that I have used this company, and once again what fantastic service, was kept updated on the time of removal staff were once again very friendly and polite. In my opinion this is the only company that you will ever need for removing unwanted and needed furniture etc.

We were recommended this company for removals. The two men we had on the day said 'we don't usually do removals' well this become apparent. A large majority of our furniture are now scuffed and damaged.Heavy handed is an understatement 'throwing' our belongings about. The youngest male stunk of cannabis and we were left littered with tarpaulin and a broom outside our house when they left. We would not recommend this company unfortunately.

Booked a collection and paid for it on Sunday. Tuesday we had two chaps arrive to remove the rubbish in question. Straight forward and easy. Would use again for sure!

Great service! Turned up fairly early in the day, and the 2 guys were very careful removing 2 large double beds and a large armchair, carrying them down 2 flights of stairs with no damage to walls or anything. Quick and efficient, would use again.

I booked a Man and Van to remove 2 armchairs and a king size mattress from a storage unit in Worcester. I chose the "anytime" option, and phoned in the morning and spoke to a lovely lady who advised that the men would text me to let me know they were on their way so that I didn't have to wait at the storage unit all day - she was brilliant (so sorry I didn't catch her name). I got a message at 11:45 to say they would be an hour and also a phone call to say they would be 30mins, and another text when they arrived which was great! They were on time, very quick and helpful! All done by 13:15. Excellent service - thank you so much!

We recently had new windows fitted, and the window company arranged for this firm to collect the old frames. When the collectors arrived, they reversed up the drive and immediately started loading the frames. I expected at least a quick knock on the door to let me know they were here—especially since my car was on the drive—but nothing. I went out to speak to them and mentioned there were more frames around the back. They responded quite abruptly, saying they hadn’t been told about that, then carried on talking to each other. Eventually they phoned their head office and did take everything, but their attitude throughout was rude and dismissive.

I needed to get rid of two large sofas; website very easy to use with all prices laid out (so many places need you to call in). Booked it for a collection 2 days later and got the slot I wanted. Nicky and Stuart arrived on time; very friendly and had the job done in minutes despite the awful weather. I'd definitely use again and happy to recommend for quick and easy disposal of bulky items. I've had to use the Peterlee service quite a bit over the last couple of months while sorting out my house, and they have been nothing but professional and efficient, completing various rubbish and furniture collections to a high standard every time. This morning they picked up a large mattress- it was the third time one employee had been here- and managed to be very sociable and completed the job very quickly. Fantastic service all around.

(I used the company based in York) Right from my first phone conversation to gauge which service I needed, to the ease of booking online they offered brilliant service. I had a very large and heavy couch and a tiny little right angled porch. The two men who came to take the couch managed to defy physics and figured out how to get it outside. The men themselves were lovely and friendly. Would recommend this company to anyone needing to get rid of large furniture.

Awful, do not book this firm. Ordered a 7 yard pick up men and van. It would have easily gone in a 7 yard skip as I’ve had loads of skips over the years. They took half and said they would come back for the other half. They never came back. I rang the office and they said I would need to pay again. I had a feeling this would happen. Il get a skip next time and not from these guys.

The staff in the office were lovely, Angela and Louise, and the two guys that came on the day, Martin and Peter, were brilliant. Booked Clearance and Clean Up Manchester to remove a three piece suite comprising a three seater, two seater sofa and armchair. The operatives Dean and Sean arrived on time, as promised, and made short work of the removal process. They were courteous, efficient and careful and I would not hesitate in recommending the company or indeed using this firm again should the occasion arise. Very pleased with the outcome.

Booked for a 12 to 6pm time slot. They failed to turn up within that time or to message me within that time frame. I did get a text just before 7pm to say they were on their way. Too late, I had already gone out. They should have messaged/phoned me within that 6 hour window. Oh, and you pay everything up front.

The Clearance and Clean Up team who came to our house were fantastic, they completely emptied our garage, removed the old carpet that was down and swept it out. The space is so much cleaner and accessible now. The team were brilliant and I can’t recommend enough.

I booked clearance and clean up to remove a 10 x 8 shed, timber, and plastic the 18 yard option was selected to make sure there was enough room for my waste, the guys were great 👍 cleared the garden in no time all fitted in the van no problem. Absolutely brilliant service! After trying to sell one of our two old sofas on all the usual sites, I had zero interest. We were expecting a new sofa too, which made the removals even more urgent. We were going to take the 2nd unusable sofa ourselves to the tip to minimise doubling the cost for removal. The booking process was quick and easy.. Then, the day before it was scheduled I had one enquiry from someone, so I called to cancel the pick-up. The lady I spoke to was fantastic and so understanding at my predicament, so she rescheduled it for the following day, just in case the this person declined the sofa. But she loved that one and took it away! So it freed up that 2nd sofa to be taken away at the prearranged time, which was already paid for. A lovely bloke came to collect it, bang on time, and literally as he was loading it into his van, our new sofa arrived!! Talk about perfect timing, I never get that lucky ever! I didn't catch her name, but whoever I spoke to in my moment of panic, I want to extend a huge thank you, I really appreciate it! Top marks all round..

We contacted clearance and clean up to take a large sofa set and all went really smoothly. They were quick to respond for a quote, and we were able to book in a slot on a Friday for collection the next Monday. We paid the extra for a half day slot, which was a helpful option for us. The crew turned up within the time slot and were very friendly and efficient. All in, a very good experience and completely hassle free. Would definitely recommend.

Having seen their vans around in York I called them yesterday and got a quote. Not the cheapest, I suspect, but they gave me a time slot of 1-6pm today to clear accumulated stuff out of the garage. Two guys arrived promptly at 1.15, got all the stuff in the van in less than half an hour and were done. They were efficient, polite and friendly. Couldn't have been any better, really.

Just got home to find one of your vans dumped on our residential road and whoever has driven it and dumped it has parked directly on our quite frankly tiny curb. Now we can’t get my mum out of the property. I think you need to teach your drivers how to park it’s absolutely ridiculous and we can’t contact the company to get them to move it. If you don’t get it moved I’ll get it towed

Dishonest company, avoid. Cancelled the collection the day before in the afternoon despite booking 10 days in advance.

Absolutely useless: never turned up: Said they were 10 mins away, in the wrong place. Sent detailed instructions, map etc. 45 mins later still said they couldn't find us. (Have had loads of deliveries from Amazon, DPD, John Lewis etc. NOONE has had any issue.) Don't waste your time.

Due to council bin men being on strike we ( 40 retirement apartment development ) decided to use your service, couldn't fault a thing, 2 very pleasant courteous guys came and took everything away leaving no mess, would definitely use your service again, can highly recommend. THANKS

Used the Yeovil service, absolute rip off

Unfortunately the team did not turn up at all during the 7.30am to 1pm time slot. At 1.30 the operator was unable to contact the team and did not know where they were. She quickly agreed to refund the £97 cost, which is a point in their favour. But very disappointing to find this company was not reliable.

Booked to remove a large chesterfield & chair based on their website image of nice vans with men in high viz jackets. What I got was a tatty old van with side mesh the same as the councils use when they clear fly tipping and not the same company Be very aware they portray one thing on website charge top rate and then send any body with an old van to remove

The man arrived and gave a heads up on expected time, by calling in advance, as asked to be done, service and swift appointment to have item removed, thank you, however may I say that the man was on his own, the mattress was very heavy and I know as I tried to move it from the room with my friend and it was so heavy to shift, I choose to pay to have it removed instead of struggling ourselves, so to hear he was on his own and struggled and was not to pleased he had been assigned the job as a one man collection, and my mother wasn't able to assist as she is 87. Just wish I had said it was a very heavy mattress and narrow hall and stairwell. I hope he isn't suffering now from the job. Maybe I should of said, but more when taking a job order the question of weight should be asked of customers. Anyways I was impressed with the arrangements, and thank the man for not giving in, and getting it removed. I will deffinitely recommend your company to others, and use you again when needed.

Awful company. Was quoted an extra £60 for removing 3 fence panels although I had quoted the panels in my waste description! Was offered a cheaper quote on the panels if I paid cash! Really ?!?! Your reply is nonsensical. I was offered £60 via a phone call, to add on 3 fence panels that I had already told you were part of my collection. I said no thank you. Then your older collector said if I had £20 in cash he would take the panels. I know when a scam is occurring, whether I'm elderly or not! You should be more diligent hiring your staff as they are scamming you too!!!!!!!!! So many bad reviews but company is given a good rating. I can only assume many of these so called good reviews are fake!!!! Trust Pilot does check reviews & ratings is so much lower 😉😉😉

This is the first time I used C&C, wanted to get rid of cardboard and lots of materials left over after putting new carpets and linoleum in house. Great service, lady on the phone was very helpful and friendly. They took all our rubbish on the day agreed, while me and my partner were at work - and left front porch where the rubbish was placed, extra tidy. Would recommend, worth the money paid 👏👍

Very poor service, only use if you are prepared to supervise every second this company are at your home. I left them for 3 minutes, in that time they took a few bits of rubbish then drove off at speed. All attempts to contact the company have been ignored.

I was suprised to learn that although I had booked and paid in full on the 11th April that Rosanne and Mark were only informed of the job about an hour before they arrived on the 19th April, thank goodness they were available to carry out the work.

I booked 4yards 300kg mixed rubbish but they took just my refurbishment rubbish. They didn’t take my garden plant branches which was clearly written mixed means all rubbish including green plant’s branches. They were late and ignored the instructions clearly left of who to contact. They then only stayed for 20 minutes when the package we had booked was for 70 minutes and they refused to take half our rubbish saying we had too much. We booked 10yd which was definitely adequate but the people who came chucked it in the van without any kind of logical arrangement. It turned out they were more concerned about fitting in their next two jobs than completely our job. I would not recommend these cowboys.

A little late, and unhappily so as I had paid for a morning slot. But the QuickJunk team were friendly and courteous. Took all my items and were swift at doing so.

Happy with the service, however we booked removal of a sofa bed and on arrival they opened it out and said they could not take the mattress (which comes as part of the sofa bed) unless we paid an extra £25. I think this should have been specified when selecting 'sofa bed' on the website. Other sites I've looked at have given separate prices for sofa bed or sofa bed with mattress. Also I think £25 is pretty steep for a thin sofa mattress. Other than that, we were happy with the service.

Time slot between 8 and 6. Got a txt saying bloke was 25 minutes away at 3pm. Got another one at half 5 saying he was an hour away. A lot of waiting around, couldn't get hold of anyone to ask what was going on. Would have been 1 star, but when the bloke did arrive, at half 6, he was really good

Original enquiry was to empty a garden waste bin, no mention of weights or yards in the quotation. Was very clear the bin was full and heavy hence why it needed clearing. Made the booking and paid only to be left with a half empty bin- when called they explained the "yard" system which would probably been worth mentioning In the original quotation phone call. Would not recommend or use again. Poor communication, and hidden costs it would seem.

Needed to have a sofa bed removed & disposed of in Hastings. Called Clearance & Clean Up and all was arranged quickly by the helpful & friendly sales lady (sorry, didn't get your name!). Their local representatives turned up on time and were also friendly & helpful. They quickly & easily removed the sofa bed and loaded it onto their lorry without any problems. I was also sent a text half hour beforehand telling me they would be arriving soon, along with a link to a real-time tracker link so you could see where they were. Very impressed all round and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend.

Moved from storage to a property. The Parkway in sheffield was closed in both directions due to an accident. Initial invoice was £180, to be followed by another invoice for a further £180 due to supposedly going from a two hour slot to a four hour. One way to make money from other poeples misfortunes I suppose.

The collection of a fridge freezer did not happen on the pre booked date after waiting in all day for the collection which was very frustrating. Post Investigation into the root cause with collection team by the Company Helpdesk did not align with my experience of the event However the Company Helpdesk was very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly by having the item collected the following day before 11AM which was very much appreciated. Overall not what I expected given the previous 5 star reviews and was rescued by the Company Helpdesk. Undecided if I would offer repeat business

The council would have charged me about half as much to remove the single bed and mattress (too old to be eligible for a charity) -- but they would have needed it dragged down the end of a 50-metre driveway on to the road, and given me no promises about timings. I'm glad I used Clearance and Clean Up: they were helpful over the phone, and the person collecting was pleasant, efficient, and careful.

Sofa delivery booked over 2 weeks in advance. Noone turned up despite me phoning towards the end of the time slot to check they were coming. Company not willing to send anyone the next working day so had to pay a premium to another company to get it removed urgently. Really poor with no communication.

Shocking service - Damage to property and didn't fulfil the quote - Read on to see why... I sent over a quote with pictures of rubbish and pile of wood I needed clearing. As I have a bad back so I didn't go for a skip and load it myself. The guys turned up on time and took the pile of rubbish but left the pile of wood as apparenty it wasn't on the quote. I showed the guys the quote clearly showing the pile of wood and also decription in quote stating 'pile of wood'. They said sorry but no room left on the van and quickly left. This was very annoying because the wood was the main heavy part I wanted removed due to my bad back. Now I'm left with the wood and have to pay another company to come and finish the job they didnt want to do. Unfortunately that was just the start of the problems. The next day I realise the whole side of my car has scratches all down the side from bumper to bumper, even the wheels, from where they had dragged their big dirty bag of rubbish across (see attached pictures of the damage). When contacting Clearence and Clean Up they said they would look in to it and come back with 'The guys clearing the rubbish deny everything and could only take any action if there was CCTV footage' I was hoping my neighbours CCTV would have picked it up but unfortunately after checking it did not cover the area as it was blocked by their van they were loading. I said 'what else could have been dragged down the car of the car that morning, you can see the only rought from the rubbish to their van was to squeeze past the car, you can even still see small remains of the rubbish attached to the car' it was so clearly done by them. The silly thing is we could have easily moved the car if they could have been bothered to ask as my partner was still at home. As a family of car enthusiasts we were devastated by the damage cause and the expence and hassle of having to deal with the repairs ourselves. So after lots of emails etc I was offered a small refund for the wood not being cleared as per the quote and they didnt want to know about the damage to the car as no CCTV, just pictures. So almost £1000 later at the body shop and time wasted sorting it all out I'm left with a car that has now been damage repaired and still have the pile of wood to deal with. What an absolute joke of a company. If you respect your property please aviod this company at all costs, as they have no respect what so ever. Order ref/inv number 34164

Used this service for the first time , never again turned up late after booking morning slot turned up at 2.15 in the afternoon. Booked for 4 cubic yards of waste to be removed only took half of this and argued about the waste we had , no idea on how to measure waste loads what we had would easily fill a 4 yard skip . Didn’t turn up in a suitable vehicle for waste after stating what our waste was on booking , complained via telephone to the office didn’t want to know. You own paperwork work show the driver only did 25 minutes of work. 4 yard is 4 yard, regardless of it being on the back of a van or a skip. It must be my mistake, just like other customers who have spoken to your professional staff, and still had items not taken which they have paid for it to be taken. AVOID THIS COMPANY, READ OTHER REVIEWS NOT JUST MINE.

Just brilliant- this job has been a noose around my neck. What to do? Do I order a skip (what size?) then it has to be out of sight on a side road nearest to alleyway access where anyone can dump stuff in it! Then I need people to help me during the week, which is hard as everyone works! A skip at the weekend is ok but I’ve had to work 5 out of 6 weekends! Found these guys online. Was £70 more than if I’d ordered a skip BUT I didn’t have to lift a finger - you can’t put a price on watching someone else do the hard work!!Professional, quick, friendly and a lovely guy. Highly recommended and we will be booking again once the next phase is in full swing. Feeling pretty happy! Thank you

One and only observation- they could have the use of a newer van for the job. Obviously fit for the job but the Sprinter was almost more rust than paint.

poor service and keep changing prices after i paid. refused to takeaway what agreed to be taken away despite i already paid £145 and called back to request £100 extra and then refused to refund my money and deducted a lot of money. refused to accept my plea despite requesting and very dismissive and hang the phone on me . I am very unhappy and despite my plea they don't care about their customer they only care about money.

I can truly say I was very impressed with the service. The two lasses (on this occasion) where on time and swiftly loaded the the sofa and chair onto the truck. Their manner was both friendly and courteous at all times. I would certainly use this company again should the need arrive.

Waited all morning for my scheduled pickup (0730-1300) and no one showed. I called 30 minutes after the end of my appointment window and was told that it "must've been overlooked" as no one was on the schedule for my pickup. I was then told they wouldn't have an available driver until the following Monday, as it's now in the afternoon on Friday. Very frustrated with the quality of the service.

Dreadful experience, booked for Tuesday afternoon 1-6 - first time customer. Rang on the day in the afternoon, after reading other reviews online. I had a feeling they wouldn't show up, I was right, I was advised, "they are now coming on Wednesday at 12.20" (the day I work? and not the day I booked). I asked why the mix up and was advised "they just didn't see it"?? I asked if I would of been told about the change and was advised "I don't think so". So all cancelled, awaiting refund and going with a more competent company. Would never recommend.

Company showed up late for paid time slot, they also took next to nothing of the waste that was paid to be collected. Items that where taken could be put into a family hatchback but was classed as 7yds waste removal!!!

I have used this company 3 times and that says it all. Their staff are second to none. Their prices are competitive and turn around is very fast. I ordered online last night and the recycling waste was cleared by lunchtime today. The first time I used them I was very unwell and tripped over myself. The very kind removals person called me later that day to check I was OK. I cannot recommend them enough - professional, good pricing and customer service that exceeds expectations.

I came across this company via a Google search while seeking an alternative to ordering a skip. Initially, the company appeared to be professional based on its website and the booking process went smoothly. However, the professionalism was not sustained. At the last minute, they changed the previously confirmed date. Although such occurrences are not uncommon, they took away only one-third of the rubbish they were supposed to, despite being paid almost £400 for 14 yards and being informed of the type of rubbish that needed to be taken away. When I called the following day to query why they had only taken away what appeared to be a maximum of 5 yards, they insisted they had taken away the full 14 yards, despite not providing any photos to support this claim. Instead, they took a photo of the rubbish that was left. Despite several attempts to reach a resolution through the office, the issue remained unresolved. To avoid the risk of being shortchanged, it is advisable to keep a close eye on their operations if you engage their services for rubbish removal. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company and will not use their services in the future.

It was simple to arrange the removal over the phone. The guys turned up within the timescale given and were pleasant and worked quickly. I would recommend the company and would definitely use them again.

Do not use this company. They will not do what they sell you. The guy who sold it to me “danny” told me they would fill a Luton van up literally till things are falling out. On the day they collected the junk they got half way full in the van and said oh the vans full and can’t fit no more due to weight and time restrictions. I was confused as when I booked in nothing was said about weight limits or time restrictions. At the point the guys removing the junk told me this I called up the office and asked them what was going on they then said yeah there’s limits, I spoke to Danny again who admitted to saying to me that they would fill the van till it can’t be filled no more and that he would get it sorted. While this was going on the guys removing the junk told us they mis sell jobs all the time and they had missold one as early as 3 days prior to this one. The office didn’t call me back and the guys left and the office just refused to do anything. They argued and kept changing their arguments. They said it was all clearly in an email however it wasn’t. Do not use this company. They will lie to sell their service to you and you will be disappointed when they turn up and do half what they say.

I got the service one day late from the date agreed. One item from the list I have provided for the quote was missed to be collected. One small item is not a big issue, of course. And my time wasted is also not a high valued asset. But all in all my experience dealing with company was not succesful enought.

Excellent service from start to finish, they had a full back garden to empty and although not all completely cleared they did fill a 22yd to the brim and gave advice when leaving as to what would be needed for the rest to be removed, so I now have a guide as to what I need to book next time , from the first booking you are kept updated via phone call or email. Overall one very happy customer and would recommend to anyone

Booked an afternoon slot for 7 cubicyards equal to 60 refuse sacks =570kg for our rental property in Coventry.The team arrived with no prior warning 2hours before the slot which gave us no time to keep the waste ready.They refused to do the job.After contacting the company they took one washing machine one flat pack pack cupboard consisting just 4 panels,one curtain,few card boards and two very small side drawer,leaving 80 % of the waste . We had to book another company called Clearabee for the next day. They did a fantastic service with excellent communication and workmanship. We strongly recommend to avoid Clearance and clean up company Sheffield .Very disappointed.

I booked via their website so i guess they delegated to someone else because of my locaton. Booked early appointment. Got a call that said they would be late. Couple of hours later and nothing. Had to call again. I was told they would let me know 30 minutes before arriving (as i was not on the premises). Got a text msm saying that they will be there in 12 minutes, had to start running. 7 minutes later got a call that they were there. Very stressful for no reason. 3 stars because of the politeness of the crew.

I booked a pick-up sort of last minute being unsure if they’d actually turn up. That being said, I did get an automated confirmation in my email. It turned out that I didn’t need to worry. The next morning (in the time slot I booked) they turned up and collected the mattresses. Thanks guys, you were great!

We couldn’t be happier with everything - all in all they were here for 20 minutes and cleared out our entire garage and carried a double bed frame down two flights of stairs without any complaints. Both people were really careful to not scratch paintwork on the way down or knock walls, which was extra appreciated too. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be using again once I’ve filled the garage back up again!!

So good, the rubbish was there one minute and gone the next! Easy to use service with simple on-line booking. Used them to clear mixed rubbish left over from some building work that the builders wouldn't come back for. I have used this Clearance and Cleanup 3 times now and I am always extremely pleased with the service I receive. From ringing to arrange for them to come to the property to the men that remove the unwanted items nothing is too much trouble. The reception lady explains everything about how they work and what your actually paying for, you can usually book a collection within the next few days and choose from morning or afternoon. The collection men have always been on time the they get the job done, they are polite and helpful and always make sure you are happy and everything is OK before they leave. I can't fault Clearance and Cleanup and would recommend them to friends and family. 😀

on’t get caught out by booking just yrds that they advertise because they put weight limit in small letters. For 10yrds (£300) all they took is a fibre glass bath 50kg at most 6 rubble bags 30kg max, 2toilets 70kg max and a radiator 15kg max (385kg total)

I wouldn't recommend Clearance and Clean Up after having a pretty poor experience overall. On the day I was booked in for a job to show up between 8am-1pm. By 11am I'd heard nothing so phoned to be told that the removal guys would definitely be at mine by 1pm. By 12.45pm I'd heard nothing so decided to move some furniture downstairs myself to help the drivers out when they arrived. Again, I phoned to be told that the drivers would be with me "soon". By 2pm I'd heard nothing so phoned to be told that the job is still active and the driver will be "with me soon." I then decided to live-chat with a rep at 3pm, who told me that my job was next in line and the driver would be with me in 45 minutes. The driver did finally show up at 4pm and to be honest, he was rushed off his feet so I helped him out moving the furniture into the van. In all that time though, not a single rep from Clearance and Clean Up decided to phone me back, update me or even check on the status of the job, especially given it was 3 hours late. I appreciate that this is a nationwide venture and reps are busy but even a text message around the time the driver is supposed to show up saying "your driver is running late. They should be with you in a few hours, thanks for your patience!" would have been nice. But instead I was forced to chase this up 4 times. The only person who bothered to apologize was the driver who, like I said, can't be blamed as he was super friendly. Customer service was lacking on the whole and I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience using these guys.

The service received from this company was poor and one star is being generous. I had booked an 8 yard collection, but it certainly was a pick and mix collection. They did not collect what I had specifically asked for. They left a upvc door and window, which I had specifically asked to be collected. I contacted them and was told I would need to pay £90 more for the door and window to be collected. I spoke to Matt who I found to be unhelpful. The guys that came said their van was full, but when I spoke to Matt he said there was room, but there would be an extra £90 charge. There was clearly room left on the van. I found the whole experience with this company poor.

10/10 recommend. So easy to book in 2 mins online, they arrived early and took my old furniture. Barely even knew they were there before the job was done. Will be using again, Thankyou so much!
