I called in WRS to clear my Mother's house which, after 56 years and with a large family, a large amount of waste & some furniture needed to be taken away. Craig explained his process of working clearly and his team worked hard and efficiently to clear the house and yard within a few hours. We had a number of things we needed rid off out of our back yard so the builders could start work. WRS came round the same day I contacted them to give me a quote. The cost was very reasonable and less than I was expecting to pay. As I was happy with the price, they took the rubbish away right there and then. Rang and left 'phone message. Was called back within an hour and removal of bulky item arranged for following day. The van arrived within the time window stated, item removed swiftly and courteously. Would certainly recommend using this company.

Phoned and they came the following day and took all and swept up. Then exchanged invoice paperwork for payment. Very explicit on rules on disposal of waste. Great service.

Great communication. I was able to contact WRS on first attempt and book an appointment for just a few days later. Got a confirmation the day before with approx arrival time.
