I needed to clear out some old items from my garage and having used Pat's service in the past, i decided to go back to him as i recalled how friendly, reliable, effective and efficient his services are. I'd phoned Pat a few weeks earlier to inform him I was going to require his services again within a few weeks and he asked me to call back as soon as i had the things ready for removal, Once I had everything set to go I called Pat to request he make the pick up - as it was 6pm on a Friday evening i assumed thew job might not get done till the following week because it as a Friday, however Pat advised that he could be at my place in 30 minutes. .. and true to his word he was a my place and after quick negotiations we agreed on price, he was straight into the job no fuss or messing around. PT'S comes highly recommended - Patrick is a safe pair of hands you can trust to handle the business of your clearance expediently, efficiently, effectively, professionally and affordably without any fuss. For as long as Pat's providing this service of he will always be my first point to go to.

I was on the verge of spending a substantial amount to rent a skip, but during my search, I came across PJ Chelmsford’s building waste collection service. Pat promptly responded to my call and managed to remove the waste within 30 minutes. Additionally, his pricing is quite competitive in the current market.

Patrick and his service is second to none. He is polite and hard working to say the least! His price was spot on and he even came on a Sunday. Patrick cleared my garage which was full to the brim with items from a house strip out, ranging from old carpets, bags and bags of old wallpaper to beds and mattress. He left the place clean and tidy, even sweeping out the garage to make sure all was gone. Will definitely be using him in the future.

Pat is a top man, he came straight over to assess the load and we agreed on a price. Everything was duly loaded on his large van, swept up and job done. Would highly recommend PT Services, and I would wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

Patrick arrived on time a day earlier than originally planned because of a cancellation. We agreed a price for the removal of an old patio. Work involved removing the flagstones and barrowing these to his van. Because of an unexpected mortar layer which needed to be removed as well, an increase the original quotation was agreed. Work continued over two days and 3 trips in his van Patrick was not perturbed by the increase in workload and was always helpful to enable a good outcome.

Consistently incredible work, knows his stuff and willing to help in any way he can. I always call on Pat for clearance, highly recommended.

Super service! Responded promptly and got the job done quickly and professionally! Will definitely use again!

I have used Patrick’s services twice in the last month. He responds very quickly to messages and provides a really good service in taking away household and garden rubbish. Being a woman on her own, my only other choices were to hire a van or hire a skip. Both were daunting choices. My brother recommended I use Patrick and I wasn’t disappointed. Patrick loads everything himself, and disposed of rubbish like magic! I would recommend him to anyone who needs to rid themselves of all those things we say we are going to fix but never do and stuff we no longer need. I now have a gym, where before I had a garage full of rubbish.

Great friendly service at a reasonable price. Came round to give me a quote, after agreeing a price he cleared the rubbish there and then.

Pat was very professional and courteous. I can highly recommend his services.

What more can I say. Pat provided an excellent service of clearing a load of waste that also included a lot of cardboard that had got really wet in the heavy rain. Left the area absolutely spotless too and will definitely use again. I can highly recommend.

I called PT's after checking their website and seeing that it was reputable in waste removal. Patrick was very quick to respond, and within an hour he was around giving a quote, and the waste was all removed within two hours of my enquiry. It may not be the cheapest waste removal, but I would rather that for a quality job and the knowledge that the waste is handled responsibly.

Great service, very professional and the best rates . Polite and didn't let me lift a finger for even big things. Will definitely use again .

Quick efficient and very professional. Kept in touch with regards times he was attending and a pleasure to do business with Definitely recommend

I have been really impressed by Pat both times that he has helped us, and have recommended PT'S Services to family. It is a pleasure to work with Pat, he was clear on costs, turned up when he said he would, and did a great job. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Pat again.

Found Pat online for builders waste removal. He got excellent reputation and I went with his quote, which was reasonable. He is very professional, punctual and polite. All boxes ticked of how a tradesman should be. In no time he loaded the van with all the heavy rubbish i had and cleaned after himself. Recommend his services to everyone! I will save his number and use in the future for any more domestic waste and also when my company needs a clear out! Thanks Pat!

Brilliant service from Pat! It's the 3rd time we have used Pat for rubbish clearance, and once again received a superb service. Within an hour Pat had removed all the rubbish and swept the area clear. Thanks so much :-)

I had some garden waste, including a glass tabletop, that was too much for me to take to the dump alone but not enough to be worth hiring a skip for. Pat called round the day after I contacted him and it was all gone before I knew it. Not only very efficient but courteous and professional as well. Highly recommended.

Pat is a professional, phoned him up, he booked me in and gave me an arrival time frame. On the day he text ahead with his ETA. I've already recommended Pat to a few friends. The service he offered was exceptional. With this stuff you always want someone polite, professional and friendly that gets the job done! Sometimes you only get maybe 1 or 2 of those qualities in a company, but Pat delivered on every single one of them. The company is honestly brilliant and Pat's the man if you want anything cleared at speed and done professionally and with a smile. Thanks Pat!

Used them to remove lots of rubbish having just moved into a house. Pat was courteous and punctual. Good value and efficient. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Absolutely amazing, reasonable price and second to none service. Very pleased! Thanks so much- will definitely be using this service again!

Very professional and great communication. Rubbish collected quickly with no fuss. It was left very tidy and most of all very cheap - would 100% recommend. We was not at the property, Patrick video called us before and after, also sent over photos. We even had particular valuable items we forgot we wanted to keep, thankfully he was alert and called us to ask if we wanted to throw them out, most companies would have just got rid of it all without asking- thank you so much :)!!!!!

Great man, man of his word. Very tidy and polite!! This company will be my regular go too for all rubbish Removal in the future.

Pat was super easy to deal with, responsive, accommodating and did a great job. Friendly character and will be using again in the future no doubt. Fully recommend

This is the first time I used Pete. A tenant moved out and left so much trash in the garden which I had to get rid of. Pete came to quote the same day I called him. It was a hot day and I had been working to dismantle some of the trash and didn’t have any drinks at the property as it was empty. Pete immediately offered me a brand new bottle of water before quoting. His quote was excellent value, and he very quickly cleared the rubbish while I waited. I would definitely recommend him. Quick response. Great price. And very polite and no hard sell. I ended up using him again a few weeks later.

Great Service ,Patrick very reliable and helpful. Definitely recommend for quick collections.

We’ve used Pat at PT Rubbish Removals on a couple of occasions now - he’s been great to communicate with and always done a top job! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

I got in contact to remove a mix of rubbish from my garden including hard core, soil, tables, and fence posts. It was as easy as sending a picture, arranging a time to view the rubbish and agreeing a price. It was all removed quickly and left the garden in a clean state. Will use again. Was cheaper and quicker than hiring a skip and loading it myself.

This was a fantastic service. Pat is a very nice, honest and fair guy. He came round the day I called and gave me a quote there and then, we agreed and cleared out all the rubbish in my garden in about 30 minutes. I was thinking of getting a skip but I am so glad I didn't, this was cheaper and much more efficient. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Asked for a quote and had a finished job less than an hour later! Easy to work with and provided exactly what we were after.

Fantastic service, super quick, friendly and great price. Would definitely use again!

A thoroughly professional, honest, polite, value for money reliable service. I would not hesitate to use Patrick again. A truly excellent job. Had to trust him as I was 100 miles away. I needn't have worried. He sent me a video of before and after clearance. Wow! He even swept up! Thanks Patrick!
