Had the guys come out to do a garden clearance as our garden had become very overgrown and they did an amazing job getting it back to a manageable state for us

Brilliant local company! Start with communication at booking which was amazing, very prompt and clear. The team are friendly and respectful, and have a fantastic work ethic. Made the whole process completely stress free. They were already very busy but kindly managed to fit my small job into their schedule, which I was very grateful for. They really didn’t have to, but it got me out of a bind and made a huge difference. A genuinely great local business run by people who clearly care about doing a good job. David & the team at Clear Out Cardiff were friendly, professional, competitively priced, and were a pleasure to work with. They cleared out a garage in record time, sorted the waste accordingly, and kept me updated during the entire process when I couldn't be on site at the time. Their communication was clear and were incredibly helpful. I would look to use their services again in the future and would recommend them for anyone feeling overwhelmed by clearing out a garage full of things that are not yours!

Dave came out to give us a quote within a couple of days, and then another few days later the team came around to do the job - no hassle and managed to sort everything out really quickly. Super easy process and great communication throughout, and a brilliant job done at the end of it. Cannot recommend Dave and the team highly enough 👏

Turned up on time and cleared the place in record time, were extremely helpful and took me on a walk around after to make sure nothing had been missed. Professional and friendly the entire. I really recommend them wholeheartedly.

David helped me on a few occassions and was more than professional and friendly! He was honest giving opinions, and prices are good. Now when I know his work ethics, I can relax knowing the job will be done as agreed, if I'm not present during collections. Couldn't rexommend more:)! Thank you so much!

They are always on time, do a great job and often go the extra mile. Plus nothing is too much trouble and they do it all with a smile. Professional, reliable and friendly.

I had my parents house cleared by Clear Out Cardiff yesterday.David and Richard were great. What would have taken me days to clear was done in a matter of hours. And of course it then had to be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way. The part of the process we don't see that takes longer than the clearance. Hopefully I don't need their services for a long time, but I wouldn't hesitate to employ them again. They are highly recommended.

I was very pleased to have chosen Clear Out Cardiff after a website review of local companies. David, the owner, promptly responded, was very helpful, clear and reassuring and following a visit to our property he provided an acceptable quote and schedule. We needed an abandoned 12'x10' garden office in our garden, now also full of redundant belongings, removed and the site cleared. Dave with his two cheerful and polite team members arrived as arranged working non stop in unseasonably hot spring weather to complete the job that day. Well done Dave and thanks. Don’t spend time looking around, you won’t be disappointed using this company.

A very fast and efficient service performed by a team of friendly and helpful staff.I would certainly use this company again in future.

Excellent, quick and friendly service from David and the team.

Contacted David at this local company after seeing their impressive before and after photos and stats of their work with 997 properties cleared - but just as importantly great environmental credentials with 6614 items recycled. The house to clear was in Aberdare but David and his Cardiff based team were more than happy to do the job. David was flexible sorting a suitable day and he and his team got through so much work clearing literally everything, I was very impressed. So, I would highly recommend.

David and his team did an amazing job. They worked so hard to clear 15 years of clutter I had accumulated, clearing the attic and garden within an afternoon! Really good service and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you

Excellent service, very reliable, thank you.

Professional, quick same day removal and great price! Thank you

David, Claire, and the team were brilliant. Handled a difficult garden and decking clearance (with a few false starts far beyond their control because of the miserable Welsh weather - but with excellent communication) and did an absolutely amazing job. Would totally recommend, use again, and many thanks!

Great- just great. Highly efficient communication with speedy job. Definitely saved for future.

Fast, efficient and friendly - will use again and recommend to others

I recently had David and his team clear my Garden, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They did an amazing job, removing a significant amount of rubbish, dismantling and removing a wooden and metal shed, trimming the hedge and cutting the grass. The Garden has been completely transformed! The team was incredibly polite and professional, working tirelessly on a hot day. I truly appreciate their hard work. Highly recommend their services!

Great communication about time of visit and when to expect them. They did a great job clearing out my garden. The whole team were polite, they worked hard on a very hot day! Highly recommended!

David was very prompt in coming out to give us a quote. David’s team were great, no complaints, cleared up after themselves and were very efficient at getting rid of the greenhouse and other garden waste that we had. We would highly recommend using them.

Absolutely faultless from start to finish. After the initial phonecall the visit to quote was very prompt and reasonable. I took a while to respond due to being on holiday and dithering about but at no point did I get approached/hounded. They carried out the work today and have done a fantastic job. My garage and back yard have been transformed way beyond my expectations. They also fully swept the area and left it cleaner than it’s ever been. Thank you so much, The Smiths Cyncoed 21/6/24

Steve and Richard arrived and did a brilliant job clearing the garage and the debris away too. Professional and kind people all round. Couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.

Got their details from the back of their van which could have been very random but boy, was I glad I did. Dave and his team are very prompt, friendly and professional. I first used them just to clear a garden of some rubbish for me. While they were there, I asked them for a quote for clearing the garden of all the weeds and overgrown plants which I was planning on trying to do myself. They've just finished it and wow, what an awesome job they've done! There is no way I could have got anywhere close to what they've managed. It looks like new again. I definitely recommend them and will no doubt be in touch next time I have another job that needs doing. Thanks so much lads.

Thank you to Dave and the team for an excellent job. They turned up on time. Professional and quick. They tidied up after (brought their own broom). Nice bunch of guys, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience using Clear out Cardiff. They were professional and thorough. They cleared a back and front garden, would recommend to anyone looking for someone to clear out a garden.

Great personable service from these guys. Took a load of waste left by the last owner and then willing to take a bunch of extra scrap and carpets I'd ripped out during renovation for a reasonable price. Talked through their licence and was confident the waste would be disposed of properly. Thank you!

Absolutely brilliant, I spoke to Richard at about 9.30 this morning and he arrived and cleared out everything that I asked to be removed, both he and his colleague were extremely polite, considerate and efficient, could not ask for better,I would highly recommend this company

Big thank you for taking the old sofa - quickly and without fuss. I will use your services again. Big thanks D

We are so impressed with this service, what a life saver David and his team have been. I was so stressed when I found out I had to empty the basement of my property before the sale could go through and only had 4 days to sort it. David called out at a time that suited me and gave us a quote which was really reasonable and the work was done in no time! Really impressed, they have restored our faith in tradesmen!!!

Clear Out Cardiff responded really quickly to my initial contact. They arranged a site visit a few days later, at a time to suit me, to assess the work. An estimate arrived the same day and I was able to get the team booked in to clear a huge amount of debris, waste items, rubbish and garden waste shortly afterwards. The team sorted all the items on site before loading it, so I was confident that everything being taken away was going to be disposed of properly. They were happy to evidence the proper license etc to operate as clearance specialists. They tidied up properly afterwards and did not leave until I confirmed that I was happy with everything. They were friendly and knowledgeable and clearly care about our environment as much as they do about their work. Happy to recommend them and will definitely use them again should I have any more clearance work that needs doing.

Courtesy, care and consideration are all the attributes of this excellent company. David and his team did a first-class job for me today and I'd have no hestitation in asking them to do more work for me in the future when the need arises. Well done.

Absolutely beaming with delight, David & his colleagues return the garage back into use for a car for the first time in 30yrs. Recommend them in a heartbeat. Thank you lads👍

Fully recommend Dave and the Clear Out Cardiff team. They were prompt and helpful. Provided a great service.

Three lovely lads worked incredibly hard and fast in our front garden, leaving it clear and ready for planting. An excellent job, and I won't hesitate to ask them back when I need more. ... and so it proved. I have asked Clear Out Cardiff back twice since that first review. On each occasion the job has been excellently well done, premises left clean and tidy, everything done with goodwill and friendliness, and for a very reasonable charge. In particular, it's very good to know that everything is properly disposed of and anything that can be recycled will be.

Amazing service - not only did they remove items, they also cleaned up surrounding mess and cleaned the area too. Superb! Makes house moving so much simpler!

Excellent service and great prices. We have used this company twice now for large clear out of household waste and furniture in Cardiff. Always on time and very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend to others.

I’ve used Clear Out Cardiff about four times now and every single occasion has been superb. Their pricing is transparent and clearly laid out before the job is complete, though they are flexible with payment options and when to complete this. They’ve always acted professionally both over the phone and in person, and not once have I had an issue. There’s a clear reason why I have reused them numerous times.

I recommend David & his team. I have found in my dealings with them that They are professional, efficient, and polite. David has been great to deal with from initial inquiry, to quote, to booking in a job. The jobs have been fairly priced and the service exceptional. I have used clear out Cardiff several times, and will use them again for any future endeavours. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Would totally give 6 stars if I am able to, extremely happy with the services David provided. Was told by the contractors that some furnitures needed to be removed as soon as possible and he was very accomodating. On top of that he also removed an extra furniture as requested by the contractor out of goodwill and was very grateful as they didn't tell me about that. Will definitely come back to David when I need more furnitures removed!

Competitive pricing, very efficient Clearout of garden waste, carpets and white goods. Great communication. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

We are really well pleased with the excellent job Dave and crew did with clearing a rather overfilled garage. The speed of response to our initial contact was amazing and the work was completed to a superb standard in double quick time, by two extremely pleasant young men - we have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I was very impressed with the quick, efficient and friendly service I received. Thank you so much

David and the team are fantastic. Helped us out on a few occasions and will continue to use their services in the future for our business and personal needs.

We had David and the team do a house clearance on our previous house. Highly recommend very professional and did everything we asked them to do. Very good price and cheaper than hiring skips and doing all the work yourself.

I've used David and his crew twice now - once for rubbish clearance and now for clearing a very overgrown garden and can't recommend them highly enough - very professional, very pleasant to deal with and do a brilliant job very efficiently - so here's another 5 star review from me!

Me and my girlfriend have just bought our first house and needed to get rid of a sofa from our old flat. I called and they were able to come the very next day, rang me half hour before to let me know they were on the way and were both efficient in doing the job and friendly lads. I've never needed a disposal service before but if I do again I'll be a returning customer. Very pleased.

I can't fault the experience with Clear Out Cardiff from start to finish. They were really responsive, incredibly friendly and gave what I thought was a very reasonable quote for the removal of our rubbish. They were quick and efficient and left the place looking tidy when they left. I would 100% recommend their services!

Fencing & garden cutting /branches cleared. David came & reviewed the items for clearance and provided a quote we were happy with. He was very professional and friendly. He kept us informed & he and a colleague turned up exactly on time and cleared and tidied up the area to a high standard. It's important to use reputable businesses. We had searched for a licensed waste carrier and found Clear Out Cardiff listed as one of top three clearout business in Cardiff. David was happy to verify details of the waste carriers' licence.

Highly rate this company. Great team, great service. A good price too. Thanks.

Really happy with the work done with these folks. They took an overgrown, neglected back garden and cleaned it up amazingly well.

Would just like to say what a hardworking, polite and caring team you are Dave, Peter and Richie. Would definitely recommend you and thanks again guys.
