We used them twice to remove some large items of furniture pre move. Spencer and his colleague were brilliant, fast, efficient, friendly and polite. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Joradan and Adam did a fantastic job clearing my late mums house, which was in quite a state, they took everything the said they would and even knocked some money off the quote as they finished a little sooner. I would highly recommend Just Clear (Basingstoke), very professional and considerate, thanks again.
Jordan and his team were amazing! Had just moved house which needs work, so had a lot of rubbish and large boxes to be removed. He quoted a very reasonable price and the guys removed everything so quickly and professionally will definitely be using them again!

After our father's death, my brother and I needed to clear his house to sell it. It was in a terrible mess! I asked Gary from Just Clear to quote, and we visited the house together. He was completely unfazed, and had evidently seen all this before! I appreciated his experience and advice, and accepted the quote feeling that I knew what to expect. We weren't disappointed: they kept in touch well, and sent photos showing they'd done a great job afterwards. I don't know how they did it in just two days! They also showed initiative in keeping a gate which they found which made a pair with the one outside. (I already knew that they kept an eye out for things like photos and money and kept those). So I recommend them: they did a good job at a realistic price, and were really helpful at a difficult time.
Jordan gave me a quote for a complete house clearance. He carried out a very thorough survey of what was needed, both asking questions about what I might need, and also giving suggestions. While not present when the work was done (live at the opposite end of the country), Jordan sent me a complete set of photographs of the work carried out. It all looked very tidy and the whole work was completed as quoted and on time. Overall, I would recommend Jordan and his team for any house clearance work.

Jordan cleared my garden shed this morning plus other bits and pieces. They were extremely helpful and efficient and good fun. They were flexible re time which was helpful because parking where I am is difficult. I will get them back again for further clearance.
We had to rearrange our clearance date a couple of times, but this was no problem with Just Clear. On the day of clearance, Jordan and Adam arrived early just after 8AM and did a fantastic job clearing the house. We thought the van was perhaps too small, but it was amazing how much fitted in, although they did have too off load and make a return trip within an hour for the remaining items at no extra charge. They were polite and courteous always checking what needed to go and what didn't and which rooms were now clear. What we particularly liked was the follow-up on too specific special items for donation and it was good to know they will be well used. All in all, Just Clear were the best and took all the stress out of the clearance and we cannot rate them highly enough with an excellent recommendation !
Gary and Jordan did a fantastic job of clearing my aunts house, they were very efficient and very tidy; even gave the house a vacuum! They also did a fabulous job of clearing a very full garage and garden shed. We were very pleased with the price and would definitely use them again.

I can't recommend Jordan and Adam enough. They did an amazing job removing a couch and bed. It wasn't as straight forward a job as initially thought, but they didn't give up and eventually came up with a solution.

We have used Jordan and his team for at least 5 clearance jobs for the company I work for. He always quotes very quickly and has fit the jobs in sometimes at very short notice. The work is always exactly what is needed, They are super efficient, friendly and polite and always leave the areas neat and tidy afterwards. Jordan was very helpful and freindly from the start of the job. He rearranged the collection time to suit us. The arrival time was pre- notified as agreed. The removal was not easy but he and his co-worker managed to get the furniture out without any damage to the paintwork. A job well done by a very professional company.

Our family have just used Just Clear for a large house in Hook near Basingstoke. It was the best decision we made. I researched several clearance companies before deciding on Just Clear and I'm so glad this was the company I settled on. The situation was quite an emotional one, clearing the house of my seriously ill brother, and Jordan was reassuringly professional and sensitive. The clearance was a challenging job and Jordan and Gary carried it out cheerfully and thoughtfully, keeping aside anything they thought might be of significance or sentimental value. I was especially impressed when they found in the house a Rolex watch that I hadn't known was there. They rang me at once to tell me about it and posted it to me special delivery, carefully packed and insured. Another company might not have been so honest! Just Clear offered excellent value for money and I also like the fact that everything from their clearances that can be reused is donated to a local hospice. All in all I can't recommend Just Clear highly enough.

The lads, Jordan & his coworker, were great and a testament to Just Clear! They called to let me know they were running early and check that was OK for my schedule - very much appreciated. Arrived, backed up to the stuff to clear and cracked on without any fuss or drama 👍 Load was packed on properly (efficient use of space), I was charged the right amount for what was taken and that was that - quick & without hassle! I had loads of furniture, white goods and smaller items that I needed to remove from my flat before I moved out, I had originally booked in with a ‘man and a van’ but he didn’t show. After speaking with Jordan on the phone he made great effort to come and clear the flat for me that same day so that I could still keep to my leaving schedule. I have recently used Just Clear Basingstoke to help me clear my Mum’s house out. Jordan was really helpful and sensitive throughout the whole clearance; showing us photos and other various sentimental items he found that we had forgotten about and asking us what we wanted to keep before he disposed of items. I would highly recommend Just Clear Basingstoke to anyone! They are professional, have good communication (they communicated with me brilliantly to arrange an appropriate time and date that suited me) and their service is great value for money.
