Just Clear

Jordan gave me a quote for a complete house clearance. He carried out a very thorough survey of what was needed, both asking questions about what I might need, and also giving suggestions. While not present when the work was done (live at the opposite end of the country), Jordan sent me a complete set of photographs of the work carried out. It all looked very tidy and the whole work was completed as quoted and on time. Overall, I would recommend Jordan and his team for any house clearance work.

Excellent service each time we have used them. Keeping us informed of progress with photos at the end. Thank you. Always polite and helpful.

Gary was a delight to work with - responsive, clear, and he and Jordan did a great job of the clearance.

Great team in Basingstoke, they were the only firm we found that dismantled as well as cleared. Quick, efficient, great value and nice chaps!

Jordan and team worked hard this morning on my gagage clearance. They were proficient, courteous, helpful and energetic. I will use them again for clearance purposes .

I can honestly say that from the first phone call to Jordan I felt at ease, he is professional and first class. The standard of his work is outstanding and he regularly keeps you updated.

Thank you loads for what was a very efficient and easy process. The house and garage has been cleared quickly. You were helpful, communicated well and absolutely did and charged what you said you would. Brilliant!

Jordan cleared my garden shed this morning plus other bits and pieces. They were extremely helpful and efficient and good fun. They were flexible re time which was helpful because parking where I am is difficult. I will get them back again for further clearance.

We had to rearrange our clearance date a couple of times, but this was no problem with Just Clear. On the day of clearance, Jordan and Adam arrived early just after 8AM and did a fantastic job clearing the house. We thought the van was perhaps too small, but it was amazing how much fitted in, although they did have too off load and make a return trip within an hour for the remaining items at no extra charge. They were polite and courteous always checking what needed to go and what didn't and which rooms were now clear. What we particularly liked was the follow-up on too specific special items for donation and it was good to know they will be well used. All in all, Just Clear were the best and took all the stress out of the clearance and we cannot rate them highly enough with an excellent recommendation !

Gary and Jordan did a fantastic job of clearing my aunts house, they were very efficient and very tidy; even gave the house a vacuum! They also did a fabulous job of clearing a very full garage and garden shed. We were very pleased with the price and would definitely use them again.

Amazing service at a great price. Booking process was quick and simple. Day of, they were very friendly and efficient. Very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Jordan and his team were true to their word by completing the house clearance on schedule. They were efficient, courteous and hard working. They worked with a smile and looked as though they enjoyed getting their teeth into what was backbreaking work. I would recommend. 5 star.

I can't recommend Jordan and Adam enough. They did an amazing job removing a couch and bed. It wasn't as straight forward a job as initially thought, but they didn't give up and eventually came up with a solution.

Without a doubt I would recommend Just Clear to everyone. Jordan is amazing and very reliable! We did this all through email as we do not live in UK and they were tremendous help to us and cleared out my uncles house amazingly! Very friendly and professional! Awesome job!!!

Very good service from booking to clearance.

Great service, very efficient and they were able to come the same day! Highly recommend.

Responsive and efficient service, whilst being sensitive to the situation. The house clear was completed as quoted, and in a timely manner. The team provided good expertise over the requirements and were flexible to accommodate any changes we had to the original quote. I would recommend Just Clear Reading to anyone who needs a house cleared.

Very good, quick and efficient. Communicated well throughout the booking. Would use again.

Good job well done at a day/time convenient to me. Fast and efficient. Thank you

Responsive, efficient, personable and use their initiative - would use again

We have used Jordan and his team for at least 5 clearance jobs for the company I work for. He always quotes very quickly and has fit the jobs in sometimes at very short notice. The work is always exactly what is needed, They are super efficient, friendly and polite and always leave the areas neat and tidy afterwards. I would have no hesitation in recommending Just Clear for any clearance job whether large or small, nothing is too much bother.

Without hesitation I would recommend Just Clear to anyone. The service was exceptional allowing us to move my mother at a week's notice. Jordan, the clearance man on the day, was outstanding. He was professional and his care and friendly manner towards my elderly mother was faultless. He was very helpful and approachable and did a fantastic job of clearing house and garage items at pace. He even spent the additional time required to work through getting a sofa out of some very narrow doorways. Jordan - thank you so much. Just Clear is very lucky to have you promoting the business.

Fast and friendly service at a great price!

Jordan was very helpful and freindly from the start of the job. He rearranged the collection time to suit us. The arrival time was pre- notified as agreed. The removal was not easy but he and his co-worker managed to get the furniture out without any damage to the paintwork. A job well done by a very professional company.

Brilliant service. Did the job super quick and were really nice, helpful guys. Definitely recommend

Cannot fault the services of Just Clear. Great communication from Jordan, prompt arrival at the property, they worked hard and cleared the house very quickly but also carefully, very friendly and polite, nothing too much trouble. No hidden costs, no surprises. No hesitation in recommending Jordan and Just Clear.

I would highly recommend Jordan and his team at Just Clear for their prompt, efficient and friendly way they carry out the job.

Great team who assisted in the clearance of a commercial site over 4 days. They go the extra mile, friendly and very impressed with the final works. We will definitely be using them again.

Could not recommend Jordan and the Just Clear team highly enough.

Just Clear were brilliant. Good comminication, punctual, professional. Reasonably priced. Job done! Would recommend without hesitation.

Excellent service, friendly and helpful. Would recommend for clearance.

Great experience. Very helpful and professional.

Our family have just used Just Clear for a large house in Hook near Basingstoke. It was the best decision we made. Communication was excellent throughout and on the day Jordan and Gary went over and above to ensure all went smoothly and on time. They were very respectful of what was an emotional day and I can’t thank them enough. They left everything tidy and were more than helpful and supportive all day. I would highly recommend them. Thanks team.

I researched several clearance companies before deciding on Just Clear and I'm so glad this was the company I settled on. The situation was quite an emotional one, clearing the house of my seriously ill brother, and Jordan was reassuringly professional and sensitive. The clearance was a challenging job and Jordan and Gary carried it out cheerfully and thoughtfully, keeping aside anything they thought might be of significance or sentimental value. I was especially impressed when they found in the house a Rolex watch that I hadn't known was there. They rang me at once to tell me about it and posted it to me special delivery, carefully packed and insured. Another company might not have been so honest! Just Clear offered excellent value for money and I also like the fact that everything from their clearances that can be reused is donated to a local hospice. All in all I can't recommend Just Clear highly enough.

Top service from 2 great guys, and I provided them with an experience of a life time, a freezer that will never be forgotten. Thanks for the great service you provided.

The lads, Jordan & his coworker, were great and a testament to Just Clear! They called to let me know they were running early and check that was OK for my schedule - very much appreciated. Arrived, backed up to the stuff to clear and cracked on without any fuss or drama 👍 Load was packed on properly (efficient use of space), I was charged the right amount for what was taken and that was that - quick & without hassle! Highly recommended 👍

Very efficient and friendly service. Ive used these guys multiple times and would highly recommend.

My garage was a mess and Jordan and his team were happy to come and clear it out 2 days after I contacted them. They arrived on time and worked extremely fast. They were friendly and helpful and it cost exactly what was quoted. My garage looks fantastic now. I highly recommend using their services.

Jordan, Gary and his Team were very polite, courteous, punctual, very efficient. They did a fabulous job clearing a large area of garden full of very overgrown hedge, sheds and garden waste. Nothing was too much trouble and they left it clean and tidy. Would happily recommend them and use them again.

Great service from Jordan and the team today, on time, thorough clean and conscientious. When he says a van load he means it will be packed out fully. Thanks for all the work - will defo call when the next load is ready.

Cleared the contents of attic for us during a house move. Great service - on time and professional.

First Class Service. I cannot fault the professional way in which they cleared two rooms and patio at my parents home in Riseley. They even swept up and made sure the rooms were left spotless. Thank you to Just Clear of Basingstoke.

Jordan came to save the day! I had loads of furniture, white goods and smaller items that I needed to remove from my flat before I moved out, I had originally booked in with a ‘man and a van’ but he didn’t show. After speaking with Jordan on the phone he made great effort to come and clear the flat for me that same day so that I could still keep to my leaving schedule. Jordan and the team with him really helped me! I have recommended them to my friends and will be using Jordan again when needed!

I needed to use a local house clearance company to help me clear my loft and garage. I wanted a quote in person and Jordan happily visited. He also pointed out some garden items he could also help clear. On the day he arrived promptly and his team cleared all the items. They even swept the garage which I wasn’t expecting. Great service

I have recently used Just Clear Basingstoke to help me clear my Mum’s house out. Jordan was really helpful and sensitive throughout the whole clearance; showing us photos and other various sentimental items he found that we had forgotten about and asking us what we wanted to keep before he disposed of items. I would highly recommend Just Clear Basingstoke to anyone! They are professional, have good communication (they communicated with me brilliantly to arrange an appropriate time and date that suited me) and their service is great value for money. I will 100% be using them again in the future.
