we have damp and mould which we didnt have before aspects showed there faces.made a complaint that the roofers broke our weather station and then disposed of the broken bits in next doors garden..we spoke to a high ranking person from there company who said he would sort it out..never heard anything else..£125 down the drain..left roof of for nearly a week when we had the rain..not a good job..leave this company alone and find one that will do the job proberly....they did most of this street and most of this street has had problems since then...

Had a new pitched installed and a new flat roof at the back of the property about 3 years ago. I am still waiting for them to come and finish pointing up around the chimney and to sort out the puddling on the rubberised flat roof. Have contacted numerous times but still waiting

Where do I start.. well your incompetence has caused my kitchen to flood.. bodged up work not to any standard that would be exceptabale.. made to feel like a liar trying to chase certain contractors who supose to be doing work on property only to realise they are actually cowboy builders.. rude staff no help from management when u make a complaint. Just thrown 200 compensation as hush money so u don't report then to trading standards for the cowboy work.. DEFIANTLY WOULD NOT recommend them doing any more contract work for great yarmouth council. Especially after the ton of excuses and lies for weeks and me having to keep rescheduling my private life and doctors and hospital appointments for me and my autistic child.. for them not to show for appointments arranged in advance to repair the said dodgy work

Very pleased with my GivEnergy PV+battery installation. AspectE offered a one-stop-shop for scaffolding, installation and electircal works. My installation was not simple, as I wanted to support some heavy loads - Kevin, Emma and the team were incredibly patient and accommodating until we found the right design for my needs. Installation team were fab and very tidy. System installed is exceeding my expectations. Like any new system, we hit a couple of teething issues - the AspectE team were very responsive and addressed all my concerns. Would happily recommend.

Subcontracted by my landlord so far my roof has been off for 3 weeks and still left exposed , Made a previous complaint regarding serious damage to my ceilings and not had a response from this either. Damage still not been rectified regarding the ceilings , first roofer that was sent to my property was asked to leave due to shouting and being aggressive in the house with my children about this came about because i had shown him the damage to the ceilings in my childs room severly cracked and damaged, still no response to that complaint either. Having to Call everyday to ask where the roofers are as it gets to 10.00am and still no ones here. Excuses from broken down vehicles and the “weather” . Upon asking when the roof will be fixed their response is they “dont know” . Really not happy with aspect roofing and wouldnt recommend to others to use . My home is left looking like a building site with scaffolding , roof exposed, skip and tiles and a toilet in my front garden and still non the wiser as to when this will be fixed . I would use another company if you want your work done in a suitable time and manner .

I had reason to call Aspect recently regarding a leak in my roof.. I have to say I was extremely impressed from start to finish with their punctuality, friendliness and efficiency. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who wants a job well done.

I would like to say thank you for Kevin Driscoll. firstly he is very clearly not only committed to the company he works for, but his profession to, he went above and beyond on my appointment with him. I really could not thank him enough, aspect group services are lucky to have him, unfortunately there we two other lads with him at my property, one was an apprentice and the other lad, both of which I didn't catch their names, but they were all extremely passionate and professional whilst wearing the asset group uniform, I just hope that the two remaining directors recognize these three lads, because not only do the process very good professional attitudes, but the attributes and their morals they obide by, aspect should be privileged to have three brilliant lads on their team, thank you for all of your help and advise lads much appreciated Nobby/Andy

Aspect were very helpful in helping me understand the different options of EV charger available to me, best suited to my vehicle. After an initial site visit, I was booked in nice and quickly for an installation with one of their own knowledgeable engineers. The installation was well organised and quick, Aspect were prompt and professional and I’m very pleased with the end result. My car now charges in under half the time and I have the scope to feed Solar energy to the device in the future. Overall a friendly and professional service.

We had leaks around 2 velux windows in our extension, Aspect advise the tile overlap was insufficient and provided a quote to retire the roof. Not the cheapest, but gave the best advice. Work started well, however there were a few serious issues with how the job was completed and a lack of communication. Resolved successfully, but I would want reassurance on timeframe if I used the company again.

Absolutely and totally rubbish...Done so much damage and so rude when complained on phone to them...said they would come and repair their slack work but didn't..

Called in early straight after the bank holiday when we noticed a leak from our ceiling. We had a call back immediately and someone with us by 9am that same day! Our roof has now been repaired all within a day. Amazing service, would definitely recommend!
