Made 2 appointments with David to get a quote. He didn't show or call for either appointment.
Terrible.....all seemed good at first, but soon came apparent very quickly that David was unreliable and unprofessional. Booked him in to have some work,easy job,bit of exterior painting,3 days work tops....he was due to start on the Monday,I had to work so I left access for him,when I got home there was no sign of any work done,he hadn't bothered to turn up.When I phoned him that evening his feeble excuse was it was too hot to work that day,(it was fine if you'd got here to start the work at 8.30 in the morning like you said you would) To which he said he'd be along the next day (Tuesday)nice and early to start,similar situation I went to work got home and no work had been done,same excuse.So he didn't turn up on the Wednesday either but phoned me up that evening with a mumbled apology and will be along to start the next (Thursday) nice and early. So he actually turned up on the Thursday (looking on my security cameras) he started work at 9.30 done a bit of painting round the base (very poorly) and had gone by 12.30,I got home just after 1.30 and assumed he was having a lunch break so I called him,asked him where he was and what times he back on the job but he told me he was done for the day back in the morning. A very familiar pattern is taking shape here,yep guess what he didn't turn up, I phoned him up to which he said il call you back in 10 minutes,ok,fair enough, he never called back. Got hold of him in the evening,mumbling apologies again,said he'll be there tomorrow (Saturday). He never turned up.....no phone call or apologies as to why,ghosted numerous phone calls from me trying to find out what was going on and still haven't heard anything from him 3 weeks down the line. So think twice before you book any work from him,he probably won't turn up anyway, very unreliable and unprofessional,poor poor show.
First class experience with first class workmanship. Dave and team could tell I needed help, he was very busy due to the freak weather, but fitted me in and all for a reasonable cost. I will use them again for sure.

Contacted at 8.a.m. Roof repaired 11.30 a. m. David Roe is a keeper. Thoroughly knowledgeable,explaining all aspects of the damage and reassured of roof soundness. Will recommend at every opportunity.
I chose this company because it was the closest to me - hardly an informed analysis! The work quoted was completed with care and additional work I asked to be done was also taken on, despite having to return the following day which must have caused a little difficulty at this busy time. All was done with a cheerful and workman like attitude and a competitive price. Thank you David and your able assistant, I have no hesitation in providing this recommendation.

If you believe in good old values then David is your man. He took the time to come round on Sunday bang on time 10.30 and surveyed the job he said he would do the work on Monday for a very reasonable amount. Considering he was doing me a favour. Five star plus
Very friendly guys, no hesitation in recommending this company and would use in the future..! Very knowledgeable, professional, reliable and do excellent work at a good price, re felted our flat roof, repaired the lead work around the chimney and replaced all the guttering.. clean and tidy, perfect all round !
Exceptional service. I had a very large build up of moss on my roof and I wanted it removed without pressure washing and by a firm that did not insist on scaffolding. David and his team at Bournemouth roofing did it by hand and using ladders. They did an excellent job, meticulous in approach and the the roof now looks as good as new. They were a pleasure to have on my property. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.
We had a serious leak in a tiled roof which needed some tricky retiling to the valley area of a very old roof. Bournemouth Roofing were able to reschedule their work and fit us in, as the weather had been very wet recently. Job done to a very high standard and looks great, site was left clean and tidy. Very pleasant people to deal with too.
