Really pleased with the service provided by Wayne and the rest of the team at Surrey Roofing Solutions. I originally enquired to have a health check carried out as I had noticed a couple of leaks plus another issue with a vent outlet. Wayne came round with his drone to carry out an initial assessment and then provided a very reasonable quote based on what he’d seen from the drone footage and from the issues I had reported. On the actual day, the team arrived on time and carried out the work in a professional and efficient manner. Olympia in the office is very efficient in sorting out the quotes and is happy to answer any questions you may have. Wayne and his team are excellent. They have done three different jobs for us over the last couple of years: replacing our flat roof (which had been installed incorrectly by another company and needed redoing completely); retiling a sloped roof at the rear of the house; and fixing the tiling at the front of the house. Their workmanship is top-notch. Also, they are very responsive: for example, with the latest job, we noticed the slipped tiling and emailed them in the evening, Wayne was here the next day with a drone to inspect it, and it was fixed the following morning. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

I had the flat roof on my loft conversion replaced and from start to finish they were brilliant. Wayne in particular was helpful, fair and trustworthy, and that set the tone for the whole job. Clear, detailed quote, no surprises on the day, and the work itself was top quality. They stripped everything back to the joists, installed an Alwitra VSK membrane, sorted the chimney flashing properly (chased into the masonry, not just stuck on), repointed the stack, and fitted a new dry ridge system — all in a single day. They even handled Building Control certification themselves through their NFRC accreditation, which took all the hassle out of it. Great warranties too. Wayne and Sonny replaced an old failing GRP ground floor roof with an Evalon membrane for us back in 2020. We just had them back recently (2025) to do the same job on a second floor roof, and both times we have been highly impressed with the workmanship. Since the original roofs were missing a vapour barrier, they stripped them all the way down and built them back up with a barrier and extra thick solid insulation. The Evalon membrane seems like a really good product and it's backed by the manufacturer's 20y warranty (including labour and access costs) which gives us extra peace of mind. I would highly recommend SRS!

Not to be trusted - we hired them a while back and have subsequently had further leaks through the roof. The issue was patched up quickly but has caused further issues a year later. On speaking to a couple of other roofers, they confirmed that it was a poor job and would need to be fully repaired and done again. Would not recommend.

As someone who works in the home improvement industry I have pretty high standards when it comes to any work being done for me. And I'm not one to leave reviews lightly. I've seen Surrey Roofers guys vans around the area so when water started coming through our bathroom ceiling yesterday (clearly from the roof) it made sense to call them. I figured they would be busy with the bad weather and they were, but Wayne made an effort get over to the house and take a look whilst I was at work. I wasn't expecting much with me not being at home but shortly after they arrived he called to say they had identified the issue and could fix it straight away! Anyone who's had a leak will understand the fear when it starts and how bad you think it could get or what you could get home too so for it to get sorted so quickly and easily was amazing. We employed Surrey Roofing Solutions to carry out the replacement of a large roof on one of our projects in Surrey. A mixture of pitch roofing of approx. 380m2 and over 130m2 of flat roofing all completed on time. Wayne and his team replaced our led roof with Alwitra and put a couple of skylights, they did a great job. They also changed our gutters and cleaned the roof. Excellent work providing his honest opinion and suggestions while helping us to keep the costs down. Using his network of friends, Wayne brought a painter and an electrician and he has made sure all the jobs are finished to expectations. We are very happy and would highly recommend them every time.

Three years after building a new home we had a problem with our flat-roofs. Short story we had to replace all 3 flat roofs. Wayne and his team replaced my very old, tired Victorian slate roof. From the outset, I was hugely impressed by their matchless professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency. Wayne was very clear about pricing, timing and how the work would proceed so that I knew exactly what to expect. The scaffolding was erected almost immediately and Sonnie and the boys arrived early the following morning and had stripped half the old roof by 9am! They worked incredibly hard over 4 days - no long lunches or tea breaks - and were unfailingly friendly, cheerful and helpful. The site was cleared of rubbish each evening and at the end of the job they even cleaned any debris out of the loft. Their work ethic was beyond admiration. A big, big thank you to Wayne, Sonnie and all the team and to Olympia for her very efficient administration. The new roof looks fantastic and I no longer live in dread of the next named storm!

Called SRS RoofingSolutions after browsing for companies with good reviews. Wayne popped over the following day to look at part of my roof which was leaking. A quote came through the following evening, indicating all the work that was required to make it all water tight. A few days later they managed to fit me for the work to be done. I am pleased to say I'm very pleased with the work and would not hesitate in approaching them again in the future or making a recommendation. Excellent Work. Wayne and his team started work right on time. All scaffolding was put up by Libra before the start date so no time was lost. Roof stripped in a day. 2 Jobs one fixing a sinking roof and adding insulation to that area plus the main roof ( second job) totally redone. 6 days for the whole project, the team never stopped working. I was recommended Wayne and Sonnie at Surrey Roofing Solutions by my local Walton and Hersham Facebook group and they were amazingly quick at responding to my enquiry, determining the cause of the leak and providing a quote. I agreed to their quotation on Saturday and they started early Monday morning, replacing tiles, re-pointing and putting in new lead under the ridge. Further, they came over to my Mum’s house and fixed a punctured EPDM roof, replaced a loose tile, pointed out some quick fixes I could do for loose mortar on her extension roof, and did a brief survey of a recently installed flat roof. Wayne and his team expertly addressed all the issues with our roof. They provided clear explanations of what was needed and could not have been more professional or responsive.

Several attempts over the years to sort out a steadily worsening leak in our roof have not been successful. That is, until we called in Surrey Roofing Solutions. Wayne came and had a good look, sent us an estimate, and we didn't have to wait long before he and his team were able to carry out the work. While on site they worked hard to get the job done in the shortest possible time and between spells of rain. The area of work was left in a perfect, tidy state and all discarded material removed from the roof was taken off site at the end of the job. Most importantly, It has rained quite heavily on most days since the work was completed and not a drop has come through our ceiling. We have dispensed with our bucket. Success at last!

We recently replaced our failed GRP roof with Wayne and his team at Surrey Roofing Solutions. We had a flat roof installed as part of a property remodelling 6 years ago. Sadly the original builder's work wasn't good enough, the roof failed after 5 years and we never heard back from them, despite our efforts. We had leaks when there was prolonged periods of rain. Wayne was able to give us the most comprehensive advice as how to resolve the issue and we stripped the roof back to the joists and rebuilt it. His team worked tirelessly over 4 days to turn this around and the week later we had severe downpours which immediately tested the work. The new roof is built to a very high standard and is fully backed with warranties for the work and the product. 3 weeks into purchasing our first home, heavy rains made it through our roof and into the corridor through a light fixture. After reading the wonderful reviews here we called their emergency hotline and a few quick exchanges later Wayne was at our doorstep. Once in a while, if you’re lucky, you come across a company that exceeds all of your expectations. SRS is without question one of those companies. Our entire roof needed to be replaced, which wasn’t something that had been planned and the prospect of it just before Christmas was daunting. However, from the very first contact with Wayne it’s clear that he is extremely skilled at what he does and you immediately sense you are in safe hands. Everyday Wayne and his team were unfailingly diligent in every aspect of the job. Even a simple detail of being sent photographs and an explanation to update us on the progress at the end of each day, really made such a difference. Wayne and team installed a new single ply flat roof to our kitchen extension. Wayne was swift, clear, and absolutely transparent with what he’d found. He talked me through the issues with the existing roof and gave a comprehensive assessment of how he’d arrived at his quote. A Reliable and honest family run businees and wonderful people to work with. We had a roof leak in the house and Wayne Snr dropped by to have a look. Wayne and his team delivered a prompt response and quote following a major leakage after a storm. They rectified some sub standard work from a previous roofer and completed the job to a high standard. They also give a warranty for the work so aftercare is provided.

From the golf course on his sons stag weekend, Wayne assured me he’d always answer his phone, and he would be round first thing Monday morning. Within 48 hours the scaffolding was up, and a day later he and his team were cracking on. I couldn’t have asked for a more efficient and professional service, and at a price that was far easier to digest than I had feared. Can not recommend these guys enough, and have already booked them for more work.

From receiving a prompt inspection visit, to quotation, to carrying out the job was a very quick and seamless process. 3rd time lucky? Original EPDM roof leaked within months. 2nd roof was GRP and it leaked within a year. Wayne (SRS) came to inspect and was horrified at the state of the roof and leaks. He explained how he would fix it and finished doing so today! We were very impressed with their professional approach. They worked long hours to dodge the weather and went beyond the quotation to achieve the finish he wanted. We are delighted. This is a small family business that has a can do attitude. Will have to report on value once it has stood the test of time, but we are very hopeful!

Following a bad leak next to a skylight on our flat roof, Wayne & his team came out very quickly to inspect. They then covered the roof with weighted down tarpaulins to avoid any further damage having already assessed the problems. We'd previously had a new EPDM installation on this same roof last May by what turned out to be a rogue outfit who had basically done everything wrong! Therefore it was evident that the whole roof had to be replaced and following discussions with Wayne we decided to go with Alwitra liner to ensure a great result. Unfortunately after ripping up the various layers of rubber, wood, felt and more wood a variety of other issues were encountered which needed to be sorted out and increased the cost of the job significantly. However the team worked hard to get everything sorted and resolved, quickly and efficiently. Wayne and his team were very punctual, professional and friendly throughout the whole process and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them if you need any roofing work done.

They came and looked at the leak and offered me two options 1. to repair the roof 2 to renew the roof and gave explanations and quotes of both options in order for me to make a decision. I was building an extension with a flat roof and wanted the roof to look good and to last. I had heard some horror stories about GRP roofs and was looking for an alternative. My architect recommended a single ply membrane and my searches for a reliable local firm and product led me to Surrey Roofing Solutions Ltd. I was impressed from the start by the way in which my inquiry was dealt with. A site survey was carried out at short notice and I was given all the Alwitra product information I needed. Wayne also pointed out possible problems and we were able to modify the design accordingly. SRS could not have been more accommodating and were able to first fix and get us dry in just a few days which made a huge difference to the building progress. They provided a really great service in sorting out leaks in our gutters. to make sure the guttering wouldn't lead to any problems in the near future they replaced a lot of parts and sections of the gutter at no extra cost to the original quote. They were very professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was - lack of vapour control layer which was causing condensation to build up and cause leaks. The roof had to come off and was much more serious than we thought. Several major errors were made and the coping stones had all lifted. We would absolutely have had the roof collapse in or the window cleaner fall through if we'd not got a new roof. Some of the wood was so rotten it was crumbling in my hands. They were quick to strip it all off and lay a brand new roof but this time it was done properly. We went for Alwitra as it has a nice look and looks longer lasting. Came with 20yr guarantees as well. We had several people out to quote and some recommended painting on a rubber paint and one just sprayed something near the recent leak point. However none of this would have fixed the actual problem and there are clearly a lot of bad roofers out there. Fortunately I found Surrey Roofing Solutions who were knowledgeable and would recommend them to anyone.

Wayne was informative and honest. The swept valley was professionally repaired. A little expensive, but piece of mind knowing this was carried out to a very high standard. Very happy with the choice and will recommend his team highly.

A fast response to my initial enquiry and then the work completed within a week. The cause of our leaking roof was identified and clearly explained and a permanent solution was offered, we had had a patch up job done a year before which hadn’t lasted. Top job. Wayne and his team retiled our roof and recovered the flat roof on our kitchen extension. They brought our insulation up to or above standard. Worked quickly and well, technically super-competent, excellent work that looks great. One niggle – worked so fast that snagging list was a bit longer, and difficult to keep up with recommended changes found during the job. Make sure you get the job crystal clear at the start, and agree changes in writing as you go along so you know where you stand. But to be clear, they did everything they said they would, and more. Highly recommended.

Wayne and team did an excellent job repairing/installing a new flat roof above our porch. Work was completed to quote & Wayne was very clear in explaining the work to be completed. All finished in a timely fashion with everything left perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend.

The team did a brilliant job, when we took the roof off we found out that the situation was worse than anticipated. Very professional, removed GRP and rotten boarding and insulation, replaced all to regs, created watertight box gully, solved guttering issues and used Evalon Alwitra for the membrane, created a really impressive finish. Kept informed throughout. Even worked 12 hours on a Saturday and 8 hours on a Sunday to get the work completed before the torrential rain that had been forecast for the following Tuesday. Would definitely recommend.

Sonnie and Wayne responded promptly and politely to my call once I had discovered a leak in my roof. They surveyed the problem on a Sunday (much appreciated) and carried out the repair by the following Thursday. They kept me well informed of the problem and were clean, courteous and professional throughout their visit to my property.
