Sean and his team were brilliant. I would recommend them to friends and family. If you want a quick and not so through cheap job then I would say go to someone else. But! Just had All time roofing come out to us today to fix a leak we noticed over the weekend. They were here within the hour and the leak was sorted within 20mins. I sadly can’t remember the guys name who came round to fix the issue (I’m sorry) but he was lovely and so helpful. Would highly recommend, and will be letting people know to use All time roofing if they ever need help or work done on theirs.

Had our roof, soffits and gutters all done on our Victorian terrace property. The work was completed to a high standard. Once the team got going they were hard working and the finish looks good. Unfortunately the overall experience was stressful. After paying a £5k deposit, work didn’t start as promised and I felt worried I might have been scammed. Communication was patchy, I had to chase on details that were missed (a section of soffit, a wonky cowl), and two of my garden pots were broken and hidden without being mentioned. On top of that, I was pressured for payment before I’d even seen the finished job, which left me feeling uncomfortable. In the end, the job was done well, but the stress around delays, chasing, and payment pressure means I’d think twice before recommending.

Sean and his colleague arrived as soon as I made the call this morning following a bad leak in my lounge . Sean had quicky identified the problem. He found the source of the leak which was from my neighbours flat roof, He is going to send me a report so that I can use this as evidence if I have go down the legal route with my problematic/nasty neighbour. All Time Roofing were recommended to us by a friend in Woodley as All Time Roofing had replaced all their soffits and fascia's. Our friend told us All Time Roofing did a great job. We live some distance from Berkshire so we were a little reluctant to call them but I am glad we did. Sean and his team were happy to travel down to us and we are very happy with the work they did replacing our soffits, fascia's and guttering.

Sean and his team recently replaced our flat roof after another roofing company had done an appalling job, that only lasted just over a year. I was very cautious this time when I chose my roofing company, I received a number of quotes, prior to going a head with the work. Sean was by far the most professional and knowledgeable and really took his time to explane the process and reassure me after the nightmare experience I had before. Had some ridge tiles come loose in recent high winds, causing a leak into my loft space, Sean and the guys were able to quote and fix the problem in no time, communication was excellent and kept me up to date with videos and photos of the damage and also the repair. Our outbuilding got a dip on the flat roof which collected water during the rainy season. As we had no ideas on good roofers, we had been procrastinating on the repair job. We then got a problem on the ridge of our house. After some searching, we found All Time Roofing which has quite a few good reviews. After receiving our enquiry, Sean came swiftly to check and gave us a quote 2 days later. After weighing the options, we decided to go ahead with them. Sean then squeezed in a schedule for us. Albeit there were some delays due to the weather, the results were amazing. The team was energetic, funny and yet efficient. "I like to do difficult jobs", Sean said. Great work from an excellent team. Everyone involved was polite and to talk to, straightforward with the work that they planned on doing and the prices they charge, and brilliant in their trade and skills. The finish they have left is immaculate, and their speed in doing it was unexpectedly good. They were also happy to revisit to clarify any concerns we had, and determined to do the work to a finish we were satisfied with - this was the same for the whole slate roof, flat roof, soffits and fascia, and the guttering. All in all we had a great experience with this team and would highly recommend them.

My experience of Sean and his team has been excellent. I was kept informed of what was being done and what had been found. What started as replacing soffits that had broken, plus a leaking gutter, turned in to replacing the facias, soffits and correctly installing the gutter plus reconstructing two valleys. At all times Sean told me, in a way I could understand, what needed to be done and why. He understood what I wanted to know, he put himself in my, his customer's shoes. His team were great at the work. They removed all the detritus that was the previous installation. I will be booking Sean and team to deal with another soffit and facia that was also installed incorrectly.

I rang up to ask about a condensation in our roof, and rather than give me a quote for a £500 job as another company did, the person I spoke to instead pointed me to a £30 DIY fix which seems to have done the job. Sean and the team replaced our extension flat roof and facias, and replaced all guttering. They were friendly and professional throughout the job, even advising where we could save costs as parts of the roof timbers did not need to be replaced. The new roof looks fantastic and there is no standing water at all. They returned a couple of times to ensure the new guttering was working perfectly. Completed job to repair gutter and then did not return to fix it when it appeared to be leaking again. They arranged an appointment to return but did not attend, and then did not answer any of my calls or messages. Whilst the original job looked OK at first I would not recommend this company.

I had 2-3 rows of tiles coming loose on my roof. I consulted 6 roofers and finally chose All Time Roofing. Sean left me with a very reliable impression and promised a 10 year warranty on the work they did. I think this comes from their confidence in the quality of their work. They came on the 4th of November to complete the job. I did not give a review until today, 2 months later. This is because I needed to observe the result of the work for a while to make sure my review is accurate. Everyone in this team is very polite and they take pride in their work. Sean was a very considerate person who placed the rest of the cement perfectly at my side door exit, filling a gap that was not part of their scope of work. I appreciate the way he puts himself in the customer's shoes. I have already recommended All Time Roofing to my friends.

Can't recommend highly enough! Everything you could wish for when needing the services of professionals.
