He genuinely recommended a much cheaper repair option than we were expecting, which showed his honesty and integrity. He even came with his son, which gave a nice family feel. I had a small roof leak in my kids’ bedroom and called Titan Roofing Solutions to come out and solve the problem. I’m a very happy customer. Just had my ridge tiles replaced as the old concrete had deteriorated and several of the tiles were broken. Dan and his team installed a completely new set to make sure everything is secure and watertight. Really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the job and I was kept informed every step of the way. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left tidy afterwards. I’d happily recommend Dan and his team to anyone needing roofing work done.
Incompetent staff with lack of experience. They've made a hole in the ceiling in my room, urinated in pathway between terraced houses. Disgusting! Work haven't been completed as was agreed on contract. Fake promises about 10 years insurance back guarantee (this company not member of this scheme, picture attached ). Reputable and caring company would inform custumer about Building Control requirements (Not Titan, they didn't even mention about it) Didn't listen what custumer wants, always confronted costumer wishes/concerns. Complete rip off to be honest. I wouldn't even recommend this company to my enemies. Please don’t trust check a trade review, they just won’t let you post negative reviews,it’s a scam!! Roof pass building control inspection from the third time,Titan can’t rectify basic issues. Company address and company owner didn’t match together, so you can’t take any legal action against them. 10-15 years warranty,no chance, they won’t take any responsibility,just run away. Cowboys!!!!!! Titan roofing solution using cheap subcontractors,to complete job(stay away from this company) Chimney haven’t been rerendered , just patching and painted. I ask you to pay for a ceiling paint, full ignore from your side! Confideration of roofing contractors trying to mediate between us ,about issues I mentioned above,but you refuse to cooperate!

I had two roof tiles that had slipped, Dan responded to my phone call and arrived to do the job within twenty minutes. Whilst he was on the roof he checked it all to give me peace of mind that no other surprises were imminent. He did the job for half what I'd been quoted by two other companies and was friendly and informative throughout. I would be very happy to recommend him and use his services again in future should I need to.
Dan was so professional and our saviour in our desperate time when our roof leaked in this kind of weather. He even did extra job and gave us tips in some areas of the house where we had issues as well. We will definitely recommend him.
I had two previous quotes for a leaking roof . Both quoted approx £1200. These were clearly dishonest contractors. This contractor was working down the road and my husband asked if he could have a look at our roof. He simply climbed up and said that two tiles had not been clipped together correctly. Which he promptly did. At no cost!!! He mentioned two tiles where chipped and suggested that they might need replacing at some point in the future. He agreed to replace rhe two tiles for £80. He came back a week later and replaced the chipped tiles and showed us the damaged tiles. It's so refreshing to actually come across a genuine honest roofer, who belongs to a regulated roofing organisation. Delighted! So Fed up with unscrupulous building contractors. I would certainly recommend Titan
