Great job from Dylan and Dave 👍

N Bird & son roofing did a excellent job and rebedding the roof ridges Highly recommened them

Excellent communication by Luke regarding fascia, soffit and guttering quote. Always kept me in the loop and the job was completed very speedily and efficiently.

Luke was really prompt to come out to quote for a replacement flat roof and a few other minor roof repairs, and gave helpful advice in the process. The teams were then also quickly booked in to come and complete the work and all was done to a high standard - thank you!

All staff, roofers and scaffolders, were friendly, professional and efficient, ably managed by Lukas.

third time with this company. reliable good quality work. thanks.

John visited my mother's house at short notice to investigate cause of water ingress to the lounge. Cause was quickly diagnosed and John offered to seal the leak free of charge as my mother was an existing customer. Great service.

I had a really good experience with Bird and Son Roofing. The team were friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They turned up on time, explained everything properly, and completed the work to a high standard. The whole process felt easy and stress‑free, and I was very pleased with the end result.

Happy with the service provided. Completed the work quickly and Luke had great communication throughout the process. Would recommend.

Extremely satisfied with the experince in dealing with N. Bird and sons. From the first call, we had an initial visit the following day from Lukas, and arrangements were made for the initial repair, it was then found that the complete roof was in need of replacement. Ilyas and Liam were superb and kept us informed at all times. In summary Lukas and his team were brilliant from inception to completion. I would highly recommend using this well established company.

Absolutely amazing service, great guys and very quick repair of a leaky roof! Thank you. Very professional and fantastic finish. Very pleased with the results.

N Bird gave me sound and professional advice and I was extremely pleased with the outcome of their excellent technical solution

Shaun came and quoted for a complete new roof at our house which was in line with other quotes but as we heard good reviews of N Bird decide to go with them. I have to say they gave us an exceptional service from start to finish. Shaun, Reece and his team were polite, punctual and hard working throughout the time they worked at our property. I would heartily recommend this company. Simon

I recently used N Bird and Sons to carry out new soffits and facias, timber repairs and dry ridge and verge systems. Overall, the communication was great and response time was quick. Workmanship was done to a very high standard and no payment until total satisfaction which gives a lot of peace of mind. Thanks to Shaun for overseeing the work!

Having experienced damp on inside walls of our eaves chimneys for some time and just decorated both bedrooms, time was right to get this sorted. Lukas came round and recommended Storm Dry application on both chimneys and once scaffold in place also replacing life expired lead and re-flaunch chimney tops. Work started promptly during the dry spell. Very pleased with quality of the work and all appears good now. Lukas kept us well informed during the job and was finished within agreed timeline. Thanks everyone on the team.

Swift and professional, keeping us informed and updated at every stage of the roof repair. Not the cheapest, but the best quality service and workmanship.

Thankyou Luke for coming round and assessing the job and supplying a very comprehensive, competitive quote for stipping off and repairing our Porch roof. We are highly delighted with the result. The workmanship is of a high standard, the materials used for the work are of good quality. The work was completed very quickly and we are delighted with result and have no hesitation recommending the "K. Bird and son" company.

Recently moved to the area and the house survey picked up some loose tiles and ridge mortar. Nice lad came out to do the quote and recommended against the work as was purely cosmetic and no leaks present. Highly recommend on the basis he didn’t try to sell me on work that wasn’t necessary, clearly a trustworthy family business. If I need any roof work in future, this will be the first number I call

Always excellent and quick advice

Roof repair completed quickly, scaffolding removed and contractors cleaned up on completion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend N Bird for your roofing project.

Recently contacted N.Bird and Son Roofing for some advice following a building survey on a prospective purchase which flagged some concerns with the roof. All questions were answered promptly, and Harry gave his professional opinion on where there was genuine cause for concern, based on the type of property being purchased. Couldn’t recommend enough, thanks again.

Really excellent service We found a hole in our roof and were apprehensive about calling a roofing company to look at the issue. Lukas came out and gave a quote for the repair work and also ,at our request asked the team to check the condition of the roof and chimney. The team carried out the original repair but found further issues which they backed up with photos. Lukas provided a clearly worded new quote and we agreed to the further work being carried out. All the through the process communication has been excellent with a high standard of workmanship and a polite well mannered ,tidy and hard working team. A big thank you to Lukas, Ant, ,Max , Boots and John. Would highly recommend N.Bird & Son

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the advice you gave me. I initially got in touch expecting that you would need to come out and have a look, and I completely understood that there may be a fee involved. I was therefore really pleasantly surprised when you took the time to answer my questions by email, and then followed up again with further advice. I really appreciated you sharing your knowledge and taking the time to help when you didn’t have to. That level of helpfulness and customer service really stands out. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing company. Thank you again.

I had a great experience from N Bird & son roofing and am really pleased with the new flat roof, with confidence it will be ready for all the rain we will eventually be getting. The turnaround for this job and staff working on it were excellent. Shaun kept me informed and was able to get the work completed very quickly. The guys who came were polite, took away all the rubbish and left everything clean and tidy. They explained what they were doing and made sure i was happy with the work. I would not hesitate to use Shaun and the team again should I have any roofing issues.

Great fast repair of chimney. Lots of feedback and support from Luke and lukas and the bird team

Lovely new flat roof installed in just over two days. Dave and Dillon worked hard on both days, really nice guys too. Hope I don’t need them again, but if I do have a roof requirement in the future I would definitely use them again.

Asked for a quote yesterday for a small job. Sean came around today after phoning to check I was in. Sorted me out, very polite, gave me good information, showed me photos, his advice saved me spending more money than was warranted for what I needed. Very happy with their service.

Lukas and team were great. Simply did a very good job on a roof repair of 30 broken tiles following damage. Good communication, thorough, and professional. Would recommend.

Shaun was prompt and clear when quoting. The 2 teams worked hard and replaced our flat roof and cladding. Would recommend this company.

Birds have just replaced my 80 year old father in laws roof. They were honest throughout the whole process and have done a fantastic job. They replaced the main bungalow roof and flat roof and all the trades men who attended were a joy to have at your home. Highly recommend.

True Professional company Luke kept us informed at every stage, he told us when the work would start and dead on time it did and when it will finish and it did the guys doing the work where Professional, friendly and hard working the quality of the material and workmanship was excellent If you want a job done properly and with no hassle then this is the way to go

Great service. Excellent communication and quality outcome. Lukas was very supportive and managed the project efficiently and effectively. Would highly recommend

N Bird & Sons previously carried out roof repairs for my elderly mother with great service.Without hesitation when further work was required I contacted them again and dealt with Luke (Edwards), Luke’s communication and responses to my requests were excellent, very knowledgeable with a willingness to help however possible. A company that value’s its customers special thanks again to Luke. Easy 5 star rating.

Our recent roofing repair work carried out by N.Bird and Son Roofing Services proved to have been very successfully carried out. The whole process right from the planning and booking with Luke was very efficiently and quickly carried out. The actual work carried out by Ilyas for the whole process together with Liam and Logan on different days was conscientiously carried out throughout. They always seemed to want to ‘do a good job’ and so it proved. They worked hard, in spite of the heat and we were very pleased and very satisfied with the final outcome. We were pleased too that all the waste material was satisfactorily cleared away. We were also pleased to have some ‘souvenir’ photographs of the work carried out. We were impressed too with the input from other N.Bird colleagues who checked up on the work to our satisfaction before the final invoice was paid. We would gladly recommend N.Bird and Son to anyone else and would be keen to use their services again in the future should the need arise.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team replaced damaged felt, roof tiles, and the lead flashing around the chimney to a very high standard. They were professional, punctual, tidy, and completed the work efficiently. I’m very pleased with the result and would happily recommend them.

We recently moved to Stratford upon Avon and had some issues with the roof which were partially highlighted by the survey we had done.We contacted N Bird & Son who came out promptly to do a quote and started the work in a couple of days, once the work started it became obvious that there was more work to do. A further quote was given to cover the extra work required, in there favour they did say if any further work was necessary they would tell us and we would be under no obligation to have that done, but in our situation it certainly was necessary so we had it done. I have to say they are a very professional company and give a 10 year guarantee on all their work. The 2 roofers who did the work, Dave and Dylan were excellent, very polite, friendly and did a first class job. They cleaned up every day and brushed the driveway before leaving. Everything was taken away at the end of the work. I could definitely recommend N Bird&son.

Ilyas and Kyle worked skilfully and effectively together, and were cheerful and very pleasant to deal with. Luke managed the overall project efficiently.

N Bird & Son, take a bow! Lukas and his team of Llyas and Dillon undertook a complete roof replacement. I can only describe their workmanship as sheer perfection. They've been established for many years and this reflects the experience of detail. As many customers do, we were slightly apprehensive of such a job however our concerns soon disbursed when we saw how good they were. The communication was outstanding as was the overall project. Cheers N Bird, keep up the wonderful work!!! Vincent and Julie

Overall we have received an excellent service. We knew our roof soffits/facias/gutters needed replacing and having seen N. Bird & Son working on a nearby roof replacement we asked them to take a look. Luke came out very promptly (next day after a call to their office) and was very professional and provided a comprehensive quote during his visit. Reece and the team started work also very promptly (within a week of the quote acceptance). While the quoted work was being carried out a closer inspection of our main roof was possible and it was clear it was not in the best state due to its age. Again Luke attended promptly and after reviewing the photos that were taken we confirmed the roof should be replaced. This meant more scaffolding was required but this was added without issue. Everything from the skip delivery, scaffolding and the actual roofing works was all coordinated and communicated by Luke on a near-daily basis. It is clear N. Bird & Son have processes in place and we have seen how it all comes together. We really appreciated the work of Reece and the team as the works were done during the heatwave of June ‘26. We have already recommended N. Bird & Son when a family member of a neighbour asked if we were happy with the works carried out. Mr. & Mrs. Lamb

Having previously used N. Bird & Son to rebed & repoint some ridge tiles on my main roof in 2016 I didn't hesitate to call then when i needed the tiles on my bay window replaced recently. Luke was exceptionally helpful and kept in contact day by day with what would be involved through the whole process. Dave and Logan who replaced the tiles also pleasant and efficient and have done an excellent job. Very pleased.

Shaun came round the same day to look and quote on replacing my flat roof. The team were able to come within a week to complete and they have done a great job and were polite and tidy throughout. I would definitely recommend them.

N bird &son roofing. We had a very great experience with this company always kept us in contact with what was going on and even let us know when and exactly they were going to start work. Especially Luke was very friendly and helpful and explained all the work needed for the job to be done correctly, also extra work was advised by Luke and his team but with no pressure to do this work either which some companies would insist. Very clean and tidy workmen didn't even know that they were working with how they kept my property clean and tidy throughout the job. If you're after work done on your roofing I would consider nobody else but this brilliant family firm very pleased indeed one happy customer

We have just had a full re-roof from N.Bird & Son and it has been installed to a very high standard. Lukas and his roofing team led by Chad are very professional and a pleasure to work with, responding to requests and queries promptly and helpfully. We can strongly recommend this company.

Removal of 2 large Chimney Stacks. Very good job with a few extras thrown in at no extra charge. Shaun the manager very helpful and easily contactable. Workmen very helpful and efficient. I would definitely use N Bird again. Robin Hanson

Very professional services kept up to date at all times with progress Very friendly team Very tidy

Prompt attention and quotation. Quality company and quality work, plus nice people. Very pleased.

A stress free experience from start to finish! From Lukas coming out to quote to a replacement roof on the extension being completed and checked, everything ran smoothly, I was kept regularly updated, and the work was completed quickly and to a really good standard. I will definitely use this company again for any future roofing work.

Having noticed cracks above the upstairs window and a tile that had fallen into the garden we phoned N Bird and Son. We were told a manager would phone us back next day to discuss the work needed. Lukas not only phoned back but came out to view the proposed job. The work was carried out the next week to a high standard by friendly and polite workers. They showed us photos during the work and when finished. Lukas kept in touch too. We have been really impressed by everyone and the work that has been done. I would recommend this company for any roof work needed.

Great service from John today from N Bird & Son. Had guttering previously installed by them and he agreed to come back to check on it as water coming over the edge. Found to be clogged up downpipe which he kindly helped free up. Very appreciated!

Fantastic service, very responsive, and great work - excellent job! Would recommend. Thanks to Shaun and his team!

Excellent service from start to finish. Quotation recieved within 2 days of contact, job booked with a week and completed swiftly. The team were professional, polite and diligent, all round 1st rate experience

Very good communications and a job well done.

N.Bird & Sons came within 30 minutes in response to my phone call. The problem was quickly identified and a solution decided, with photos for me to see the state of the broken tiles. I am very happy and relieved that the leak was fixed so quickly and professionally. Great service. Thank you. Father John.

I would recommend N Bird &Son to anyone. From start to finish they were very helpful and efficient. Very pleased with the replacement guttering, soffits and facias. The fitters did really well working in extreme heat. The scaffolding was removed the following day upon completion of the work. My thanks to Luke and the team.

Cannot fault Lukas or his team. They did a great job installing a new dry ridge system and kept me updated throughout the process. They are honest, hard working and reliable. Highly recommend and will use them again for any future work.

It was easy to arrange a quotation with Shaun, who provided estimates for our flat roof and facia replacement. He was very clear in pointing out that if hidden damage was uncovered, there would be additional costs, which were outlined as part of the original estimates. So there were no nasty shocks when we found that the boards and insulation needed to be fully replaced as well. Shaun co-ordinated the scaffolding and skip arrangements and the work was carried out the week after we accepted the quote. We had 5 roofers from N Bird and Son working on the job and they were all very polite and professional at all times.

I had Dave and Dillon out for replace my flat roof and guttering. An amazing service from start to finish. Shaun the good looking manager kept me in the loop from start to finish. Would highly recommend

Fantastic, efficient service from start to finish. Communication from Luke was superb every step of the way, gave you confidence in the job they were doing.

We received a very good service from Nathan, Harry and their team. The quality of the work was excellent, as was the customer service and communications. The team were professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Dillon, Logan and Dave did a great job for us. Experience counts for a lot, powered by tea!

Under Guarantee John came out the following day to change seal in the guttering the gutting has been in for 5 years, customer service 1st class.

N.Bird and Son did a fantastic job fitting my guttering and repairing the roof. Also many thanks to John for coming back to fix the downpipe under the guarantee. Much appreciated and great job. Written on behalf of Maggie.

Great service from the start, called for a quote with regard to some issues with ridge tiles, broken tiles and other concerns to a new property we have moved into. Call was made on a Monday morning, Luke arrived lunchtime to look over the damage, we had a conversation and within a short space of time a written quote was provided there and then. The following day a team was sent out to do the work, two lads Jack and Zak, from the start we were very impressed with their work rate and standard of work. Advice was given on some other issues in an honest way once work had started, we agreed and this work was also carried out after a price agreed. Great service overall, great updates from Luke on what was happening and when, we were always kept well informed, very pleased indeed, would fully recommend.

Very happy with professional service - from quote through to completion to fully replace flat roof. Great delivery by the whole team: Bruno, Joghil and Wellington worked with care and consideration throughout; Shaun kept us informed and managed the process end to end. Very happy to recommend.

N Bird & Son Roofing previously did a great job replacing our flat roof four years ago. We didn’t hesitate to call them again to undertake other roof repair work. John came out to inspect what was required and returned a few days later to complete the work. We would highly recommend this company and John in particular.

Quality job done quickly. Would recommend.

Breno and Diogo were very Polite lads and from the photos they took it looks like they have done a good job. Thankyou.

Recently had a garage flat roof replacement by N.Bird & Son. Very pleased with the professional approach, the customer care and quality of the work carried out by Shaun and the roofing team of Breno, Diogo, and Tom. Highly recommended.

Happy with the roofing work carried out, I’d definitely recommend them and would use the company again. Luke handled my enquiry really well. He got back to me when he said he would, answered my questions, and provided quotes promptly. Communication was solid throughout, which makes a big difference. The team doing the roof (Jack, Logan & Zach) were all great. I mainly dealt with Jack, who took the time to show me photos, explain what they were doing, and keep me updated on progress. I appreciated that, and he was more than happy to answer questions so I could properly understand what was going on. All of them were courteous and respectful to both us and the property the whole time. That goes a long way when you’ve got people working on your home, so thank you.

Quick response, exceptional project management by Lukas and top quality work by his team produced an excellent result. Superb!

Brilliant company from start to finish. Very reasonable quote for the works they have completed. Would recommend and have them back in a flash!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. As a family, we’ve used N Bird & Son many of times and always recommended them! We couldn’t fault them, especially Harry who has always provided professional, trustworthy, outstanding customer service 😊 thanks again!

The in-laws grandparents had a leaking roof which needed looking at urgently. N Bird & Sons were quick to respond and came out within days to inspect and advise on how to best proceed. Excellent customer service and a well experienced team who I would recommend to anyone. Thank you to N Bird & Sons.

Recently had some work done, great guys and professional job Would recommend

Fantastic Company !! Harry and his team came out to my property to fix a leak we had on our roof a couple years back. At the time his advice and expert knowledge surpassed our expectations! His team were punctual, approachable, tidy and the quality of work was second to none. I recently had to contact N.Bird and Son again as we had the leak reappear. N.bird and Son honoured the 10 year guarantee with no questions asked and returned the same working day. I would highly recommend Harry and his team to anyone looking for roofing works.

Excellent local company which takes pride in its high standards time keeping and competitive pricing. Would highly recommend

Used them for a few jobs and always reliable and great service Never any issue and great to work with

Have recently used N Bird Roofing and Son to repair our roof. A gentleman Shaun came out to have a look and give us a quote. Everything was explained in detail to us and the costs etc. Very polite, very professional and the work carried out was excellent, my expectations were high and they delivered. Have to give this company a 10//10. Thank you N Bird and Son wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. Called N.Bird & Son back out the other day as I recently had some storm damage. I know their guarantee doesn't cover storm damage but they're work and customer service was excellent so I rang to see if someone could come out to inspect the damage. Well what can I say...big thank-you is an understatement to say the least! They've repaired the damage that was caused out of a gesture of goodwill & free of charge!!! Saved me a lot stress. Thank-you again all involved, REALLY appreciate the kindness shown and also the work you've done.

Highly Recommend. Carried out some maintenance work and repairs on an old property for me, they were very efficient, reasonably priced and left everything spotless. They even went over and above and did a favour for a next door neighbour on his roof whilst they were up there. 10/10.

Just had a complete roof plus soffits and guttering replacement by N Bird and sons and could not be any happier. Throughout the work undertaken they were thoroughly professional and very informative keeping us fully up to date on progress. Special shout out to Ilyas and Kyle who did the work. Could not fault the whole process and would highly recommend.

We had work carried out by N.Bird & Son 6 years ago. We recently called them up because the leak reappeared, they came out within 24 hours, fixed the leak, free of charge, all under their 10 year guarantee. Exceptional after care service. If you want complete peace of mind, give these guys a call. You definitely get what you pay for.

My nan had a leaking conservatory and I needed someone to go round and fix it. The team went round really promptly, were really good with my nan, located the issue quickly, took photos to show me & explain, then also photos of the work they’d done. I was really pleased with them. Their confidence and professionalism was really reassuring

Very happy! Definitely recommend. We had two separate jobs, one on the front Dormer and the other on the rear extension. Luke and John were very helpful, explaining the situation well and providing the quotes. Ilyas and Kyle, then Chad and Lukas all completed the work with skill, speed and excellent communication. Thank you!

Had a delicate job of a kitchen roof removed and retiled. Could not have picked a better company than N.Bird & Son to do the job . From day 1 to Shaun coming round to giving us a quote on the day to Dave(excellent builder) ,Jack and Shamus doing excellent work all round. Friendly and professional, what more can I say. We had a minor issue with the a crack in the ceiling which wasn’t related to the job done on the roof, but John came round and sorted it free of charge.👏👏Thank you N.Bird & Son.

Yesterday a builder working on next doors roof made comments about the state of my roof where it joined. I'd had it done about 3 years ago by N.Bird. I thought that the recent bad weather had caused an issue. So I called and a lady answered the phone and said they would come out as soon as they could. This morning John came and checked over the roof, said everything was still good, which put my mind at rest. He also said that the check was free and if had anymore concerns just to let them know.

A problem with roofing tiles which had slipped. John has dealt with the problem quickly. No charge involved as under guarantee.

I had work carried out on my roof by Bird's in April 2019. That was carried out professionally. Since that time, I have needed to call them back for fairly minor problems, which have been dealt with in an efficient manor. The recent problem when a tile under the ridge tiles became dislodged. I reported this on the 25th.March and John rang me on the morning of the 26th and came to assess the problem. As the ridge tiles are accessible from the adjoining flat roof, John was able to re fit the original three quarter tile using a high quality sealer. Job done by 1 p.m.

N.Bird & Sons have just successfully completed fitting new guttering system to front of my house. I only contacted them yesterday for an estimate and within 24 hours, scaffolding has been erected and job accomplished in its entirety. Very professional and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this company. Sandra Seymour, Solihull 15 November 2023 I have had reason to use again Bird Roofing. Shaun immediately visited to give me an estimate and then Max worked efficiently to replace roof over front door and garage. Excellent service. Sandra Seymour, Solihulll 28 March 2026 John from Birds Roofers visited my house within 24 hours of phoning Birds. I have used Birds on two previous occasions but John said the this guttering problem was unrelated. However, he cleared the blockage and secured the gutter without charge. A kind and considerate man. S.Seymour, Solihull

After I called N Bird on there web site they responded quickly. The work was soon carried out after I accepted the quote. Additional work was spotted and quoted and carried out to a high standard. Pictures were sent to me of the areas to work on and the finished job. The Service was very good throughout.

Chad and Liam very professional. Speedily re-pointed tiled ridge and replaced some felt and flashing. Showed before and after photos. Impressive.

We had a full rebuild of our chimney and couldn’t be more impressed by the quality of both the work itself and the level of customer service. In terms of customer care It was like dealing with a company from a bygone age where standards and customer satisfaction is paramount. Shaun was always on hand to answer any questions or queries and nothing was too much trouble. We are delighted to have found N Bird & Son and recommend them in the highest terms. We just wish we’d found them sooner!

I’ve had roofing work done on two properties recently and I would agree with everyone who has given these guys a 5 star review They provide an excellent service during and after completion Nathan and Harry are always polite and promptly settle any issues I wish everyone was like them in this day and age where good service is a thing of the past

Very happy with response to our request for a quote for repair. Luke talked us through the options and we appreciated his updates on progress with the job. The team (Chad and Lukas) were friendly and hard-working and kept us informed each day with photos of the job. We are happy to recommend!

Very easy to deal with, they do what they say when they say and their work is always high quality and guaranteed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Luke came and gave me a quote and the very next day they started on my chimney. Excellent company to deal with.

A great job done by Breno and Diogo on a very cold wet day. Site cleared and left clean and tidy.

Luke and the team were all thoroughly professional throughout. They kept us updated with photographs of our roof and explanations of exactly what they were doing and why. The work has been completed to a very high standard and they kept the work area immaculate throughout. We have no hesitation in recommending the team based on the quality of work and customer service. Many thanks.

Great experience and service from initial enquiry to end of process. Replacement of flat roof was carried out professionally and efficiently with quality materials and d workmanship. Thanks to Shaun and the two personable hardworking guys, Breno and Diogo.

N Bird carried out a roofing repair for me last year and were very prompt. Unfortunately another issue arose yesterday, I telephoned them and within the hour, Ilyas and another chap turned up, identified the problem, rectified it the next day, despite inclement weather. I am very appreciative of their prompt service and would be happy to recommend their services. Thank you.

I have now used this company on three separate occasions to carry out work on my own and my sons property. I would have no hesitation in using them a fourth time should the situation arise.

A fantastic service from Shaun and the team after we noticed a leak in an upstairs room near the chimney stack. Shaun gave helpful advice and arranged for a proper inspection, the cost of which was afterwards deducted from the required works. Scaffolding was arranged and erected without fuss (which was appreciated as it required access through our neighbour's garden) with the issue being identified and quoted clearly. Communication from Shaun was brilliant, and the team carrying out the work were friendly and professional, clearly explaining what was going on when a more serious situation with the chimney was identified, which again has been quoted for fairly and clearly. Highly recommended.

We were dreading getting our flat roof fixed as we knew significant underlying water damage was likely. We went with N Bird because they seemed the most professional and clear through the quote process. So glad we did. The job was carried out in a timely and hassle free manner, with good communication all the way through giving us confidence of a job well done. Roof looks great!

They came out to repair my mother in law gutter John was a star will recomened this company. There Customer services is second to none

Our request for a quote on a new flat roof was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner with a visit from Luke. We accepted and all was promptly underway with great communication. The work was carried out efficiently by Breno and Diogo. Based on our experience I would not hesitate to recommend the service we received. Kevin and Christina, Bournville 😊

Luke and his team were very professional. We are very happy with the work done on our roof which was leaking. The communication was excellent, keeping us informed and showing us photos of repairs needed. Would definitely use them again.

We were very pleased with a job done to repair a valley on the roof which was causing a leak. A professional quote was given, and despite the terrible recent wet weather which caused understandable delays the work was done in good time and in an efficient manner.

On the listening end from day one, a sound feeling that it was not just a repair job but very much an investment to prevent future issues.

I found this company very good when I had a leak in my roof. Shaun came and gave me an quote for the work and then kept me informed as the work progressed. The rest of the team who did the work were great friendly guys. Thanks all.

We had lived with warped plastic guttering for too long and were conscious that the side of our home would need scaffolding braced onto our neighbours roof. We spoke to Luke @ Bird & Son and what appeared to be a nightmare, became a 'can-do'. Accepting that our neighbours were brilliant, the whole replacement of our guttering was achieved with a calm efficient professionalism by Anthony and Max, who also kept us briefed on progress. The job was completed as per contract and we are delighted! Well done Luke, Anthony and Max. Simply excellent all round.

We’re extremely pleased with our new replacement roof. Reece, Lucas, and Jack were highly professional and worked incredibly hard throughout the project. Luke kept us well-informed with timely updates, which we greatly appreciated. We would happily recommend Birds to anyone in need of a replacement roof.

Great after care service from N Bird. John came out at short notice and reconnected a gutter down pipe which had come loose in bad weather. Thanks.

quick response from first call to Shaun coming round and looking at problem. reliable with all aspects of work from estimate to work being done. very friendly crew, kept up to date with all work. clean up afterwards best seen. (new rear roof)

We were pleased with how quickly the work was started once we had accepted the quote. Luke's team were excellent, they worked hard and efficiently. We are pleased with the standard of the work. We were particularly pleased with the rapid response over a weekend when we had some water ingress whilst the work was still part way completed. All the waste material was removed and our paths left clean and tidy.

Replacement of delaminated Garage ridge tiles, Excellent prompt service from Luke, Zach and Ryan A++++ Supplier & Quality. Would recommend and use again

Luke and his team did an excellent job replacing a displaced roof tile, replacing crumbling mortar and re-setting a number of ridge tiles. From start to finish the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard, and communications with Luke were excellent throughout. Would highly recommend.

Shaun responded quickly to our enquiry and gave us informed and balanced advice on the level of work required. Ilyas and Chad were an excellent team that carried out the work. They explained what they were doing, were very informative and helpful (not to mention very tidy aswell). The quality of their work speaks for itself, again, excellent. Very pleased with all aspects of of our experiece with N Bird and sons. Thank you!!

It's a daunting process knowing who to go to for a full roof replacement but really glad to have used the professional services of N Bird and Sons Ltd,we prefer to use local companies. Found Luke to be a breath of fresh air as it was the most comprehensive and timely quote, you wont find a more comprehensive or professional approach. Luke managed the process from quote/scaffolding/materials/skips/building control and his communication is an asset to the company. We were well looked after by the company. I have to say the team that did the job were polite and courteous and the finished large roofs look amazing, glad to have top quality breathable membrane and proper mortar less ridge tiles and quality mortared gable ends..Would highly recommend if you need a quality roofing company. We would not hesitate to used their services again. Great job well done. Many Thanks

The company was easy to work with. Alex made all the arrangements. The roofing crew (Zac and Benno) worked well, in the freezing cold, to carry out the work agreed. At the end of the job, after removal of the scaffolding, a couple of snagging issues were apparent but within an hour of my contacting the company the crew returned to remedy them to my satisfaction. I would be happy use this company again. Update 10/11/25. Had a problem with previously installed guttering, it was leaking at the downpipe joint. Called the company who sent John to investigate, he replaced a broken clip and cleared out the gutter. Gutter now appears to be fine. Excellent response by the company and John. Many thanks.

N Bird & Son Roofing did a great job fixing part of our roof six years ago so when a minor problem recently cropped up on a different area we didn’t hesitate to call them. They came out promptly and carried out the necessary fix quickly and efficiently. Would certainly use them again.

The original installation was professionally done to a high standard, and was good value for money. We needed a little bit of maintenance follow up, solely caused by weather conditions and debris blown into the gutters. They came around promptly, at no extra charge, and sorted things out swiftly and efficiently. Very impressive as contractors, and would certainly recommend them.

We contacted Luke about re-doing the ridge tiles on our garage. They came the next day. The lads were so good brilliant job and they cleaned up and jet washed!! We had 2 tiles chipped during the work and Luke sent John around to replace them. So much communication about scaffolders arrival and times. Top notch😁

A very professional and thorough service, and a friendly team. Luke was really good at keeping us informed throughout the works. Thank you.

Fantastic work and always keep the high standard.

Following a bad experience with previous roofer I called N Bird and sons spoke to Shaun on phone. Shaun was very helpful and reassuring. Emailed a quote The men arrived and the job has been completed very efficiently. Without hesitation I would highly recommend this firm. Not only was the work completed by the men in a short space of time I also had phone calls from Shaun to check that everything had been carried out to my satisfaction. Joan banner

Incredible Buisness delivering 5* Work. Diogo & Breno, we want to give them a huge shout out. SO friendly and well mannered, putting hours of work into each day to get our job finished not only as soon as possible but at the highest of quality. After having some awful businesses to work on our house in the past, we feel so happy and content with the job they have done. We have recommended N.BIRD to all our neighbours already and wouldn't ever go elsewhere for any service that N BIRD deliver. Thankyou, Hannah Hogan-Fleming

Well what a fantastic experience we had from N Bird & Son Roofing. Firstly we had Luke arrive to discuss our roof as we had a few issues and to be fair to Luke he explained everything very clearly on our roof replacement so there was know surprises. We was very happy with Luke’s recommendations, so then on our agreed date to start our job. The lads arrived Aaron, Liam, David and Regan and what a breath of fresh air, they was so positive and showed there experience from day one. We all got on which helped and they cracked on with our roof in good speed and completed the job and we could not be happier with there work. I have to say the team that done our roof was first class just brilliant and would recommend. Luke was also around which was really nice still explaining and making sure we was happy. Thank you to all very much

Great Gable cladding replacement carried out by Shaun and his team who were friendly and efficient

Existing customer who had work tile vents fitted on roof 2 years ago. Recent storms blew cover off one of vents and John came to have a look and came back following day and fitted replacement cover free of charge. Excellent aftercare from company happy to recommend them.

Just had our hip and ridge tiles repaired by N Bird & Son. Luke was extremely helpful, explained everything clearly. The scaffolding was put up without delay and the 2 gentleman who worked on the roof were very friendly and efficient and cleared up all the mess after themselves. A good job well done.

Originally 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Now 4 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Approximately ten years ago we needed a repair doing on the roof. Hunting around and with some trepidation we choose N Bird and son after seeing reviews. The work the lads did then was excellent, and the reason we chose them again is because the work they did ten years ago looks as if it was done yesterday! Exceptional work, Excellent standard, Excellent staff. 110% recommend them!!! Many thanks to Ilyas,Chad, Dave definitely deserve a pay rise, have seen some jobs around estate and you definitely can see the difference, quality and longevity. Definitely use them again!!! 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ We'd had an issue regarding roof, on another valley and decided to have remaining ridges, lead work replaced,at same time. Although age dictated some further work necessary unfortunately it had not been picked up. Work done although fairly expensive was of reasonable quality. There was a small issue which was dealt with in a few days. Have some other minor bits to look at and would consider using Birds Again. Must mention Zack very professional. Lovely lead work.

Great to have Breno and Dillon today doing a fabulous job on two flat roof jobs, over a covered walkway and my front bay window. Excellent work ethic, polite, professional and hardworking throughout their all day shift. Pleasure to meet them both. Thank you - your work today has been appreciated. Highly recommend this company.

Shaun, from came to our house to assess a leak. He gave us a very accurate assessment of the problem. (Not coming from the roof) He was absolutely correct, and there was no charge. He was professional, on time, exactly as you’d hope, when a stranger comes to help you. I’d thoroughly recommend N Bird and Son, roofing services.

Fast friendly service with a perfectly completed job thank you

Shaun and the team could not have been more helpful. Turned up on time and were polite and courteous at all times. Great service from start to finish.

We would have given 5 stars but the scaffolding arrangements let things down. Luke as project manager was excellent, keeping us well informed throughout even on his day off! The quality of the workmanship looks good and survived a downpour shortly after the work was finished. All areas tidied up before they left.

We have just had a complete roof replacement on our 70's built house. Really pleased with the quality of the materials used and modern eave guard and ridge systems and the valleys are much neater than the original on our complicated roof. Pleased with our brown roof which stands out from the current fashion of grey. Dave and Aran led a good team, and Moores scaffolding were very good too. A happy bunch of people to have around.

I contacted Shaun with a roof leak that was causing a damp problem internally. Shaun came out very quickly to my property and described exactly what work was needed to fix it. He gave me a written detailed quote there and then. A day was arranged for scaffolding to be erected and for work to start. The guys (Zach & Ryan) who came out to me were professional, friendly, polite, and quickly replaced and repaired part of the roof. Afterwards the area was swept and tidied up. All the work was completed efficiently and in good time. I would highly recommend N.Bird & Son for all roofing services. Thank you Shaun and the team.

Had some guttering replaced, which revealed other problems of rotten fascia and rafter. Luke was very responsive each time and came to assess what work needed doing and give a quote. Not the cheapest on the market but work is of the highest quality. The finish is excellent. Anthony reviewed the guttering after it was installed and readjusted the fitting to make sure the guttering was emptying properly. There was a small ornamental attachment on the facia which was rotting. The young lad fashioned a replica by hand. Full marks to his skills. Overall an excellent experience with the whole team.

At very short notice Shaun came round to quote for our flat roof. Quote very professionally explained and competitive. Breno and Jack did a great job regarding installation of the new garage roof. What really impressed was the clearing up and their inter personal skills. I would high recommend N Bird & Son who have lots of their boards particularly in Knowle and Dorridge.

A good company to deal with. Straightforward, good communication, did the work promptly, tidy site afterwards, no complaints!

Shaun came out to quote for a couple of roofing jobs, one for our flat roof the other a valley replacement. He attended promptly and arranged for the valley work to be done at our convenience, the lads were polite and friendly, got on with the job and kept things tidy. We haven’t had the flat roof done yet but will leave another review when we do!

I am highly delighted with the professional job carried out on the crest tiles and gable end of the house. Every thing from the quote from Shaun, the manager, to the very competent work of Zack & Ryan, the roofers, was carried out to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bird's to anyone.

I need to give Luke a big shout out from N Bird & Son Roofing. A fabulous job was completed quickly and efficiently at my elderly parent's house. I would definitely recommend this company.

Luke and his team came to the rescue following a roof leak around my internal soil stack vent pipe. I would strongly recommend N Bird & Son Roofing to anyone requiring urgent repairs or proactive maintenance to their roof. Luke visited me initially to survey the job and provided me formal quotations and constantly kept me informed of what works were being carried out in advance as scaffolding was needed and some custom leadwork needed to be made up. I reached out to N Bird as my neighbour had used them previously and they resolved her roof leak very quickly. Their customer service and workmanship is excellent and I would definitely use them again for any further works on my property.

N Bird & Son recently carried out repairs to ridges and several valley gutters at my home. The work was completed to a high standard. The firm exercises robust quality control to ensure customer satisfaction. I would recommend anyone to consider them for roofing repairs or replacement.

Luke was excellent, very professional, and a good job done very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding service. Sean offered a great quote for a quality job. Dave and his team did a stunning job of a new roof, guttering, sorted the chimney and not only does it look gorgeous, but when it poured down with rain yesterday, the water was channelled away perfectly. Efficient, professional, tidy, polite, would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from Ollie, Stirchley.

Thanks Luke for the excellent service and communication throughout the contract. We are very happy with the quality of the work carried out at our property

Harry has been able to provide us with invaluable in-depth advice in advance of our potential house move. He has gone the extra mile with the information that he has provided which is hugely appreciated, especially as we are not currently living in the property. Thank you Harry for your knowledge and expertise

Very helpful and fast response could not fault the company response very pleasant people

Luke thank you to you and your team You did an excellent job you came and gave a quote which was very fair and you had your team at ours the next day and the job completed. Your guys were lovely they were polite and helpful and cleaned up afterwards and took all the rubbish away.

Shaun provided a very competitive quote which I accepted. The team turned up on time and did the work to a very high standard.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank Ant & Max for their excellent work on our new roof. They were kind and considerate throughout the job. Also, we would like to thank Shaun who oversaw the job and liaised with us at all times. We would recommend N Bird & Son to anyone, we can’t thank them enough.

Impressed with the professional approach of this Company. Ryan and Jack kept us informed of progress and worked really hard, thanks also to Shaun their Manager. A job well done.

These aren’t the cheapest, but they are very good. Work was carried out on time and professionally. Only asked to pay once the job was finished.

Always good to find a reliable contractor. We contacted N Bird & Son Roofing, they came promptly , and left us with a quote. Very polite and courteous. After agreeing to have the work done, workmen arrived as expected, carried out the necessary work, tidied up afterwards. Civil, polite and courteous, kept us well informed . On a return visit , exactly the same , phone call to say their on the way, and they duly turned up. Finished the job, cleaned up and left. A pleasure to find a contractor who cares about the client. Well done indeed

Just wanted to shout out the great service from N Bird and Son Roofing. They came and fixed a couple of slipped tiles for me, honouring their excellent 10 year guarantee. Thanks to John for making this happen 👍

I requested several different quotes for an 'MOT' of our roof since we had a significant leak, missing mortar and a rotten wooden soffit. N Bird & Son were very responsive and Shaun in particular provided a competitive no obligation quote (backed by a full 10 year guarantee). The work was scheduled and completed in a professional and timely manner to a high standard. Shaun kept me proactively updated on progress and timings. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend.

Had quite a lot of work done on my bungalow roof. Lads have done an excellent job worked really hard. Left very clean. Shaun was closely intouch throughout very professional and reassuring. Shaun came to view gave me a quote and work commenced the following day. Also given 10 year guarantee. Would highly recommend this company.

Rang on Friday about having some warranty work done on our Bay Window Roof Installation. John came round on Monday morning and carried out the necessary work. Well done John, very pleased with the speed and quality of the service Many thanks

A big thank you to Shaun and the team of Zach and Ryan for their work this week - they've done a very professional job. The roof valleys look really good and they worked extremely hard despite the extreme heat!

Excellent service. Shaun came out quickly and quoted the work. Ilyas and Freddie did an amazing job rebedding the ridge tiles and they were so polite and friendly. Good bunch of lads

Having moved into a new home we discovered that our chimney was leaking. Shaun and the team tried everything they possibly could to fix this over a period of time and stuck to their guarantee. Nothing was too much trouble despite the chimney being very problematic and having to eventually be taken down. A company who persevere and don’t give up on a job when problems arise. A big thanks again to Shaun and Dave!

Birds replaced a rotten lean-to conservatory roof. Very pleased with quality of finish. Team were friendly, polite and efficient, and left the work space tidier than before they started! I woudl thoroughly recommend Birds for roofing

Shaun for organising and Chad & Iiyas for completing the replacement of the entire roof. Excellent job friendly and polite very professional.

Excellent service, the work was done quickly and efficiently and when we asked for help with our gutters, John came around and within 20 mins the work was done and cleared. I would highly recommend N.Bird & Son for any roofing as they did what they said very well indeed. 👍

Well my chimney was starting to open up like unzipping a banana. If it continued it would either have fallen through the roof causing considerable trouble inside the house or continued to split & cause considerable expensive damage to both my roof & my neighbours. I was aware of Birds reputation & have not regretted my decision to use them in any way. Shaun was my agent & supplied a fabulous team. They were professional, cheerful & made a lovely of the job of the brickwork. At all times they were courteous & didn't leave a speck of rubbish behind. I'm very happy to recommend Shaun & the teams from N. Bird & Son & giving them all a well deserved 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am very pleased with the Service provided by N.Bird's team. Luke Edwards was very responsive to my needs and his colleagues responded accordingly. My roof was repaired in a professional and very timely manner. Also I really appreciated the communications about what was happening and when. Many thanks

What a fantastic company. I’d been left in a bit of a pickle with an unfinished gutter corner and with my rendering booked in . Some roofers were working on a nearby house. After talking to N Bird and explaining my roofer had passed away suddenly and that I couldn’t find an odd job man in time . It was only a small job but very high up. Not only did they come the next day and sort it out, there was no charge which I thought was so kind of them. Really good job . I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone . Thanks you so much .x

Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned for an initial enquiry & Luke came round to quote the very next day. He provided 2 options to replace the verge on the side of the roof. Luke was really knowledgable and professional - his communication throughout has been excellent. The work was then completed the following day - both scaffolding erected & work completed. Scaffolding was then taken down on the Monday. All teams involved arrived on time, tidied up and were professional throughout. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent firm. Came out to quote and work carried out within a week. Team that carried out the work were great guys, professional, clean and tidy. Would recommend and use again 100%

Make sure you always get alternative quotes! The quote I received for a new garage flat roof was significantly more expensive than the quotes from other roofing companies for the same work (50% higher after correcting for a mistake in the initial quote which they would have corrected).

Rang up and received a phone call back the next day from a manager arranging to come and have a look. Explained that I needed a valley replacement to solve my leak. Scaffold up, work complete and scaffold down in a few days. Could not recommend this company more.

I was recommended this company through a friend; looked them up and their reputation was amazing and they certainly lived up to it. Fantastic service all round. From the lady answering the office phone, to the workmen that installed the new ridges and hips on the roof and to the young gentleman that came to check the quality was up to standard, nothing was too much trouble. 100% would recommend.

Had our roof replaced Sept 2023 by N Bird & Son great job very pleased.Yesterday i noticed a damaged tile letting light into my loft.I called them yesterday to see if they could have a look.John rang today 22/5/25 to let me know he was on his way. He got on the roof found the problem and replaced the tile.I would recommend N Bird & Son for their prompt after sales guarantee and staff member John.

Great job done on our roof, managed by Luke. Quick to organise scaffolding and get the job done and clear communication throughout. Very happy with the job and would definitely use them again if ever needed.

Shaun went above and beyond to help my Mum with her roof repair. He was thorough, professional, honest and easy to deal with. We would highly recommend Shaun and N Bird and Son Roofing.

We had a flat roof and skylights replaced by the team and are extremely pleased with the work. Shaun helped us identify exactly what was needed and didn’t oversell at all. We agreed the works and budget and then Dave and Kyle did a brilliant job; they were very careful, tidy and took the time to do a first rate job. From start to finish, the team were excellent and we have no hesitation to highly recommend.

Many thanks to N Bird & Son for excellent service and thanks to John for some little extras not on the original specification

I asked these guys for some advice on a property I'm hoping to buy. They were kind enough to read through the roofing section of my survey report and give me some very thoughtful commentary and advice to help me estimate my likely costs - at no charge whatsoever. My surveyor had pointed me towards them as she said they did a good job and my experience so far suggests she's absolutely right.

We required some emergency repairs to our roof and this was managed promptly and professionally by Shaun who organised the repair within a day. It was completed safely and to a very good standard by the team. We have used N Bird & Son Roofing previously and would recommend again.

Recently had a replacement flat roof and guttering, Shaun came out and quoted, explaining what was needed and time frames and gave detailed breakdown of cost. The job was completed by Aaron and Jalal who where helpful took pictures as they went along and communication was excellent. Done a fantastic job and couldn’t be happier with the finish. Communication throughout with Shaun was first class would highly recommend N.Bird and Sons. Thanks From Emlyn and Carla

Excellent service. Had roof flashing repair done 5 years ago which needed redoing. Came out within a day of request to re-do under 10 year guarantee. Very pleased. Now getting quote for fascia replacement.

Shaun and his team provided a very organised and professional job keeping me informed of all aspects of the work needing to be done. I would recommend and use this company again going forward.

Had a problem with a few roof tiles coming loose, couldn't ask for a better service. John diagnosed the fault and put it right. Extremely polite and diligent. In fact I had some other work by N Bird some 8 years ago and would not hesitate to use them again going forward.

Zach and Breno did a fantastic job fixing the ridge tiles on my garage roof. Very professional service as usual, left everything looking good as new and clean

Great experience . Thoroughly professional and reliable company, from the prompt and reassuring attention of the manager Shaun , to the conscientious and friendly attitude of Reece who did a fantastic job reroofing my bungalow and garage, with the assistance of Jack. All this with a 10 year guarantee! Would recommend these guys to anybody.

Im not sure ive left a review for a company who hasn't done work before! Luke came around to check my flat roof out as im having some issues inside with the ceiling. Communication was great, called when they said they would, turned up when he said he would and was a really lovely guy. He checked the roof over and told me everything was fine. He could quite easily have made up some work that needed doing and charged and arm and a leg but he didnt. He explained everything clearly and laid out my options and even gave advice on some next steps for me. Credit where credit is due and i'll certainly be calling them whenever I do need work completing!

I am delighted with the work carried out by this company. They have done a brilliant job and did a great job tidying up afterwards. The men were very pleasant and reliable and I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone .

A really professional job by Zach and Breno. Ridge tiles rebedded and two chimneys relaunched. My house is 85 years old and this job has been done a few times in the past by various roofers. N Bird is easily the best outfit that I’ve dealt with

This company has a very friendly team working for them and would recommend them to anyone, we had a new roof and what a difference it has made to the house looks great 👍 we had a couple of small things that needed a bit of attention and John was right on it and came out 2 days running to put them right. Good job 👏

Faultless service , from Luke visiting on the day of my query to supply a quote, to Zach and Breno attending the following week to do the job. Kept updated throughout via texts and calls to advise of times of attendance etc. Zach and Breno were polite , hardworking and ensured they left the site clean and tidy. First class job rebedding ridge tiles across my double garage. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Shaun came out and talked through the quoted work on 2 chimneys and also gave us separate advice on an issue with a flat roof. At every stage work was explained and photos shared. We had experience of temporary repairs from other local roofers which were far from ideal, so it was good to know exactly what was being done and why. The two roofers that completed the work were also good. Would recommend.

Excellent and very speedy service. Luke came around the same day as I called and he was very helpful and friendly. Work to repair was done professionally within 2 working days with a good focus on health and safety. The roofing team worked very efficiently and made sure everything was tidied up. Luke checked afterwards that we were happy with everything. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to others.

I have recently had fairly extensive roof work done by Bird and Son, and they were very professional. Shaun came out and quoted for the work and did the back office management. The quote was very fair and Shaun was accommodating when I asked for a slight delay on the payment. The work was done by Mike and Zach and they were efficient and considerate and tidied up completely at the end of the job.

Many thanks to John for fixing a few tiles for us at short notice whilst we had some scaffolding up! A great company to deal with. Always reliable

I phoned last week to get some tiles put back on the roof. Harry phoned and then visited the following day. I pointed out some faults in the guttering that Bird had installed about 4 years ago. Harry said they would sort out the guttering and replace the tiles free of charge as we had been good customers in the past. Anthony and Mike have just completed the work - both very pleasant and professional characters. Great job - very easy to recommend this company. Update: Previous review was left 2 years ago. My husband phoned them Thursday last week as some guttering had come adrift at a corner causing water to overflow. A pleasant lady told me John would phone to arrange a visit. He phoned back later that day, came on Friday and said he would return asap to fix things, which he did. We were out on Monday morning but noticed upon our return that the guttering had been repaired. A very pleasant company to deal with - nice people and great service 👍

Great after sales visit from John today prompt efficient thank you great service

John from N.Bird and Son came to look at a roofing issue we had. He fixed the problem whilst with us. Very friendly and competent. Would certainly recommend.

Cannot recommend this company more highly!! They were not the cheapest but were also not the most expensive. They sorted a new roof for the house I'd just moved into (which needed doing urgently), in record time! The team they sent to do the work were exceptional!! Huge thank you to Illyas, Dave and Chas who were exceptionally hardworking, courteous, tidy and a real pleasure to have working on your home. I will recommend them to everyone on my street! :-)

We had crumbling mortar along the roof line of our bungalow. Shaun quoted for installing new dry verge caps to the rear of our property. The job was carried out quickly and efficiently by Shaun and his team. We are very pleased with a job well done and would recommend

Great service from start to finish replacing a 45m square flat roof, fascia panals and guttering. Max and Ryan were always very polite. They did a great job, keeping us informed every step of the way. Very pleased with the result, and Alex was always on the end of the phone when needed. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have a roof replaced or repaired.

After having a small problem with our roof contacted N Bird & son and they sent John out the next day to see what problem was and he came back and sorted the problem out in minus conditions, John is a lovely man always smiling and whistling Thank you John for everything you did for us if I could give more than 5 stars I would

Shaun and his team were very professional friendly and efficient also, removing all rubbish very tidy they are well recommended

Phone on Wednesday, came out to check the work required on Thursday, Job completed on Friday. Excellent service. Well done Alex John and the team.

Alex gave a very thorough visual examination from ground level and explained in detail what had to be done and also what additional work might have to be done once the old facias were removed. The work itself would have been done in a day had not rain intervened. I am very impressed by all the personnel involved.

Hi from Alex coming to do the quote and getting the team here, it has been an absolute pleasure .to meet all involved thank you A massive thank you to chad ilyas and Dave. Great workers and extremely helpful and polite.Nothing is ever too much trouble I appreciate you all my wife and myself would highly recommend to anyone looking for honest roofers choose N Bird and son 👍👍

Alex and team were helpful, professional and did a cracking job. So important to me when I’d been left down by unprofessional workers in the past. Would definitely trust and use this professional firm again and would recommend. Thanks from Lisa and Katy.

Had a small problem with a slipped roof tile. Roof replaced 2 years ago. John from After Sales Service fixed the problem within 24 hours of telephoning them. John was friendly, professional & informative. Thank you.

We had damage after storm Darragh just n4 Christmas and spoke to Shawn he asked me to ring back 2nd January which I did, we couldn't have asked from the team, Shawn, Zach and Breno, couldn't have done more, I have no problem recommending them to anyone. John from Bird roofing came this morning to make safe our TV Ariel on our roof and I must say we were very impressed. Thanks John

Excellent service replacing flat roof on extension. Speedy quote process and arrangement of work by Shaun. Work was done by Max and Ryan who were friendly, professional and tidy. New roof is excellent quality and well fitted. Would recommend.

Nice people to deal with, Shaun was very helpful.

Quick to respond to original call out. Specialised advice for a very old and complex roof. High level of skill, workmanship and dedication to preserving a Victorian property.

Following up on work performed on 2 January to rectify a couple of problems with my roof drainage, I found a new problem I felt had been caused by the work performed. I contacted Shaun on 13 January and he sent John to have a look the next day. John was not sure how the problem had been caused but he came up with a solution to rectify it and managed to do an excellent job. I was personally recommended to N Bird by a satisfied customer. I recommend the company and in particular John.

Anthony did a fantastic job of resolving a very difficult set of issues associated with leaks around my chimney & valley. Anthony has excellent attention to detail and really cares about the quality of the work he does. Shaun also provided excellent customer service. It was very refreshing to not to have to chase people all the time. He simply did what he said, when he said. Great job guys!!

We had fantastic service from Shaun and his team who repaired our roof following storm damage all over the Christmas and New Year holidays. Max in particular was excellent in his work and kept us informed of everything he was doing throughout. Thank you.

I had some roofing work done in 2018. In March 2024 I reported some internal damp in a bedroom. The company sent a team out the same day to repair the damage. In January 2025 I reported some damp in the bathroom. John came out the same day and advised that it was condensation. I think this is correct as we were away at Christmas with minimal heating left on and the bathroom ceiling is no longer showing signs of mould I subsequently noticed that the bedroom was showing signs of water ingress. John came out within 24 hours and saw no damage to the tiles. He removed some tiles and saw that there was a tear in the felt. Quickly patched and hopefully job done. The company has responded to the 10 year guarantee with no quibbles and John in particular was particularly efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending Bird and son and commending the work John did

John came out promptly and dealt with the problem even though it could have been the result of work done by a other contractor. Did not charge. Very good service.

More excellent service and work from the N Bird guys. From Alex’s quote, communication and accommodation of my required timescales to Chad, Ilyas and Dave’s work and approachability - I recommend all aspects of their business. Thanks!

The team were all very hard-working, professional and friendly at all times, and have made as little mess as anyone can reasonably expect! We were kept informed at every stage, and as the inevitable niggles arose, they were explained and dealt with with the minimum of fuss. At no time did we feel they were looking to generate work from us, they were always just doing a professional job of talking through the various issues with our roof!

First class friendly and professional service. Shaun and the team were super responsive to sorting an urgent issue and I would highly recommend them.

Many thanks to Shaun and the team at N Bird & Son. Fast response and great service. Would highly recommend. Barbara and Pete

We had some damage to a roof tile in the recent stormy weather. Shaun arranged a quote for us and the work was done the next day. All very efficient - very satisfied. Thank you!

I would have no hesitation in recommending N Bird & Son for roofing work. They responded within a day of raising a ridge tile replacement job after Storm Darragh and scheduled the repairs within days. Staff very responsive and courteous. Tom Maughan Northfield Area

"Rang N. Bird & Son first thing on the 9th saying that a ridge tile had been blown off during the weekend storm. I was pleasantly surprised that within the hour Shaun rang to say he was on the way to inspect the damage. By midday the workmen he organised were on site and replacing the missing ridge tile. They were friendly, polite and efficient and any mess that was made was cleaned up."

John from N.Bird came to repair a dislodged downpipe after storm daragh . He phoned up before, came on time and did repair there and then. Always have had good service from this firm and would recommend them.

N Bird & Son have just completed the renewal of the guttering at the rear of my house and that of our adjoining neighbours. I was delighted with the promptness of their service both in terms of Shaun’s initial survey and estimate, the subsequent scaffolding erection and then the carrying out of the work by their efficient and very pleasant workmen. Because of the age of the property the job was not straightforward but I was kept closely informed throughout. Highly recommended Trevor Ridgway

I called NBird and Son after the storm At the weekend. They were quick to respond, came out the same day, with a reasonable quote and fixed the problem the same day. The team were very professional. Highly recommend!

Shaun’s team has replaced my flat roof, replacing and strengthening timbers as required. They were very polite, neat, tidy and finished the job promptly despite adverse weather conditions. Thanks.

I asked Shaun to come over as I was having what I thought was damp issues in my chimney breast after visiting he advised me that this was normal and no work was needed. It’s great to find honest trades people like N Bird Roofing

After being messed about by 2 other companies, I was happy to have someone who turned up and completed the work they said they would. Thank you. Really pleased with the quality of work and communication throughout.

N Bird and Son are incredible. They were so quick to come and sort our leak and were by far the most competitive rate. They were professional throughout and couldn’t be more genuine. I highly recommended them.

Exceptional work done by N Bird and Sons replacing 3 old roofs on 3 terrace properties. Efficient from the start, with their quotes, communications, start dates and organising all the paperwork. Nothing was a problem and we received regular updates with detailed pictures. They were very professional, tidy and friendly which was also commented on by the neighbours. The properties also received a full clean down after. They dealt with every question or issue immediately and organised for the front Apex's to be repaired and the loft insulation to be installed. They were also the only company that informed us about the building control requirements when quoting, which they took care of. I would thoroughly recommend N Bird and Sons for all your roofing works. A huge Thank you to Harry and his team.

Zack and Bueno were very efficient and tidy, and well mannered. Knew what they was doing and we're able to explain some challenges that came up during the work, providing me with clear and concise advice . Highly recommended.

Harry took the time to chat with me about the problem I have with a leaking gutter. Whilst the work required is not something that he can undertake, the fact that he took the time to offer his advice, at no cost, is a very welcome change these days.

Had my leaking porch roof replaced by N Bird & son , they were very professional clean and polite, highly recommend them.

Really good experience with N Bird .. contracted for roof replacement for 3 terraced properties. Detailed quote provided; efficient getting job diarised & starting to time; excellent regular communication with Harry & team throughout the project (including photos/videos) enabling us to keep tenants & neighbours up to date with works progress; full liaison with building control to ensure compliance; plus have been very responsive to minor snagging issues. Great job!

Several roofers looked at problem with a roof of an old Victorian property with no advice or help to solve the problem. Shaun came along and identified the fault immediately and quoted for the repair and not an entire roof like others had. Nice to find a trust worthy roofer.

Just two days after my telephone call, roofing team had surveyed and showed integrity by quoting only for essential repair and were on the roof, re-roofing the dormer surrounds, fitting vent tiles and re-bedding the complete row of ridge tiles. They’ve been very clear to talk to, regular face to face and telephone contact, and offered valuable advice beyond their own very neat work. We’ve only been here one year and this essential work will protect our roof and attic. This company has given us peace of mind. I am very confident in recommending them.

After Alex gave me the quote, the work was started a few days later. Aaron and his crew Jalal, Zak and Max were polite and friendly they worked really hard to complete the work. They have done an excellent job. A very professional company and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Discovered two holes in my roof after recent severe rainstorm. Scaffolding up, assessed and repaired within a few days. Chad and Ilyas identified other problems and fixed them quickly. Shaun kept me updated throughout. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Thanks again to Chad and the boys for fixing my guttering last week, have used N Bird before and always pleased with there prompt action ,and they are just nice guys,👌

Second time we’ve used N Bird & Son for two different reasons, and every time the service we’ve recieved has been exceptional. From calling the team with the problem we had to them carrying out the work it was professional and speedy throughout. I would definitely recommend them anyone, and trust N Bird & Son. Thanks so much.

Another excellent job done ,Ilyas ,Chad and Dave worked so hard, they arrived on time ,very friendly lads , and very tidy all rubbish removed . I would recommend N Bird and Son , this is the third time they have done a job for us .

Excellent service, John did a great job, polite and very friendly, would recommend highly, this firm, thank you again John.

Thanks to Ilyas,Chad &Dave @N.Bird.Good job & follow up service spot on.

We had excellent service from Bird and Son. Shaun advised throughout, was very approachable and always responded promptly to our questions. Their team, headed by Zak, re-bedded the ridge and bonnet tiles. The work was done well and tidily. Zak kept us informed of progress and was also very willing to answer our questions as the work progressed.

We had a problem concerning some cracked tiles on our porch that needed fixing. Alex, from N. Bird and Son, promptly replied to our enquiry and arranged to come to visit us the day after our enquiry. After looking at the situation he quickly replaced the tiles and looked at the general condition of our roof. His whole approach was professional, helpful, efficient and polite. We were very impressed as it was such a small job and we had feared that we would be unable to get a professional to even look at the job. We would not hesitate in recommending both him and his company to anyone who requires any help with a roofing problem. They are an excellent company.

Would like to say a massive thankyou to N Bird & Son Roofing specially to Alex everytime I needed him he was there to help. And for the Roofing team Reece,Illias, Max,Dave, Jack and Shay you all work amazing and done amazing job.

Very happy with work recently carried out on our roof, would highly recommend this company, the team were great and workmanship of very high standard.

Excellent workmanship from Jack and Shae. Very professional and friendly. Brilliant experience and service. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely people, especially Reece and Ilyas, who helped me hang my house number plate on the wall. I bought a drill machine, but it wasn’t powerful enough. When I asked Reece and Ilyas for help, they said, “No worries, we can do it for you,” and they did it very quickly. Many thanks to both of you. I will definitely use N Bird & Son Roofing in the future.

We’ve used N Bird & Son before and had no hesitation in calling them in to replace a flat roof and carry out some repairs on a chimney on our Victorian house. Shaun was on hand at all times, responding quickly to any query and the work was done within days of of us getting the quote. All their team are polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Were recommended to us by some friends and have been really happy with them. 10 year guarantee is a great security and when a problem reoccurred they (Jack and co) were really responsive in sorting it out.

Thank you to everyone ant N. Bird roofing. Team Aaron, Billy and Dave were brilliant. Working on 3 flat roofs and a bay window. Non stop working throughout the summer weather of blistering hot days and cooler rainy days - only 1 day, did it rain too much that meant they had to stop working earlier than planned. Very polite and courteous team. Would highly recommend the company especially Aaron, Billy and Dave. Thank you.

After discovering our roof was leaking we contacted N Bird and Son. Alex came round the same day and diagnosed the problem. Within a couple of days the scaffolding was up and the job was completed satisfactorily without any issues.

Excellent service, polite workers, only accepted pay once we were satisfied with the job, would highly recommend.

Great Service from them and very quick to respond. Highly recommend.

Shaun, from N.Bird & Son gave me a price for a roof repair. The initial job was for 2X Verge replacements - UPVC Facia & Dry Verge. This was due to long term weather deterioration of the underlying timber. As a second job corrective work was carried out to prevent future deterioration along the entire front and rear elevation. Felt replacement along entire length. Work was carried out professionally and efficiently. The scaffolding was removed promptly after completion and area left clean and tidy. Very pleased with the finished result. Peter

So pleased with the repair work to our chimney by this company. Shaun was great - they were quick to come out ...the whole team were brilliant so considerate when working, tidy too! Kept us informed at every stage with photos showing the progress - found the whole experience extremely professional and will be using them again. It's good to know that they are trustworthy and reliable - a relief when you are using a company for the first time. ...and they were just as good the second time I used them! Have just had a complete new roof - the team just as before were really tidy and helpful ...Harry kept us informed at every stage with progress - can't thank them all enough we are so pleased with the final result - I still have further work to be done and will be calling on them again to complete this - thoroughly recommend them

Can’t fault the speed and professionalism of N.Bird and Son. The lads were polite, patient, tidy and efficient and the service from Harry was excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone!

N Bird & Son did a good quality job with our roof. From the start they were efficient in responding, pricing up the job and planning for it to be done. They listened to what we wanted and helped us consider all the options. They didn't try to upsell the more expensive option. Their staff were courteous, careful and communicative. They are quick to deal with any queries or problems and are responsive afterwards if anything comes up. We would highly recommend them for roofing work.

Professional and tidy job to fix our roof leak. Good clear comms from Shaun, and great to have a 10-year guarantee on the work. Would definitely use again.

N Bird & Son Roofing repaired my father's roof in Coventry. Shaun responded promptly to my our enquiry and provided a detailed quote. My father is very happy of the work carried out by Reece & Aaron. They were polite and efficient. We would highly recommend them

We had an issue with squirrel damage, I rang N Bird on Monday , fifteen minutes later Shaun visited, we agreed a price and the work was completed by Wednesday. Excellent service

Thank you to Zac and Breno for the work they did on our roof these past couple of days to replace rotting wood, felt and re-cementing the tiles. They did a great job as well as being very polite and tidying up after themselves.

With the completion of roof repairs and scaffolding removed I would be happy to recommend N.BIRD &SON for excellent service and for Shaun for his advice. Special thanks for the roofers and the care taken. Graham Walker.

I have a gutter cleaning business and dislodged a loose hip tile whilst working at a property. I knew that it needed a professional repair but was a little concerned that I would be able to find a roofing contractor who would take on, what was for them, a relatively small job. I contacted N Bird & Son and with 2 hours they called me. I sent them photos, they gave me a subject to site assessment price and within a week they had carried out the repair to the highest standard. In times when you hear a lot of negativity about tradesmen, I was absolutely delighted to have had such a professional service from a fellow trader!

Very impressed with this company. No job too big or small. Used them last year and this year. Very professional and tidy. John fabulous guy. Highly recommend.

Thanks ever so much to n bird roofing for my new bay window roof. Quality work and a nice polite team. I can highly recommend them.

Had flashing replacement on chimney to fix a leak. From quoting and explanation of what needed doing by Shaun to the work done by Mike and Zak, it was a pleasure dealing with them. The work was done professionally, quick and to a high standard - I have no leak!

Great service! Called up as we had a leak on our flat roof. Harry advised he was able to get the guys round that week to fix it. So far so good. Would recommend.

From the initial contact with Harry to finish N Bird & Son have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had the flat roof replaced on a sizeable utility. Brilliant job and showed us photographs at each stage of the job. Tidy workmanship and a really great bunch of lads - Aaron, Dave and Billy. All extremely well mannered and would have them back to do further work. Highly recommended!

I had two roof repairs completed by N.Bird and Son. They replaced some felt and installed a dry ridge system on the garage and found 3 splits in the flashing on the extension roof. Shaun responded very quickly to my initial call and arranged for scaffolding which arrived the same day. Mike and Zac carried out an excellent job, they were professional, thorough, and explained what they were doing. They cleaned everything up before they left. No hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks for a job well done.

The 2 gentleman from this company did a really wonderful job felting my porch roof and i could not be happier with the end result. They carried out their work in a very professional and courteous manner and were very easy to chat to while they were doing their work. I would strongly recommend this company and will definitely use them.again in the future. Update i reported a problem with the drain hole on the flat top roof and called the company and spoke to harry. He had this sorted and put my mind at rest in no time at all. As previously i was really impressed with the way this was dealt with and the outstanding professionalism shown, i highly recommend these guys for any roofing work

Thank you to all the staff members who carried out the repair to our roof. After being let down by other roofing companies not turning up. It was so nice for a quick repair today to by Zak and Mick. The team who put the scaffolding up were excellent. From the initial phone call to giving us a quote for the cost of the job it has been first class. Definitely recommend them to others.

Really friendly, local, company for Knowle and Dorridge

Great Service from N Bird and Son, Shaun came to provide quote the day after we contacted the office. Shaun was very helpful and communicated regularly with us, works started very quickly and the team completing the works were polite, kept us informed at each stage and cleared up at the end of each day. A reliable company we would use again.

The work on our roof has been completed as specified - a combination of dry ridging and mortared ridges. Crew were competent, professional and friendly and left the site clean afterwards.

Having used N Bird & Son for the first time, we would have no hesitation using them in the future or recommending them to friends and family. Alex responded very quickly to our request for a quotation; after his initial assessment from ground level, he clearly explained what work would be required but was very honest that the roof problems could be more extensive once inspected from the scaffolding. During the work, which was severely affected by the weather, Alex kept in almost daily contact regarding progress. Reece took the lead on the work and as well as being professional and very personable he has done an amazing job. Our biggest concern was that our two-year-old solar panels had to removed and refitted; Reece completed this task completely successfully and reassured us throughout the process. The company stressed that we had to be 100% happy with the work before paying anything – not even a deposit.

Excellent service. Very helpful, polite and considerate. Great knowledge and thorough investigation and resolution of problems. Would definitely recommend to others.

We have recently had our roof bonnets removed and re-nailed and mortared by N. Bird & Son. The work was carried out promptly and the finished work looks neatly done. The roofers were polite and courteous and left the site neat and tidy. Shaun, who initially came out to provide a quote, was himself helpful and explained what was required. He provided a written quote on site and this ensured there was no delay in the works being carried out. I would certainly recommend the company following our experience.

Having used N.Bird & Sons for previous work we did not hesitate to phone them when we needed repairs to our garage roof. Shaun was our first point of contact and kept us fully informed throughout. Always at the end of the phone if any questions needed answering. Reece did a great job aided by Ryan. Both were extremely polite and very professional, always tidying up at the end of the day. The quality of the work was of a high standard. Thank you.

N Bird have just finished repairing a leak in our roof coming from the back chimney. There was a lot of work to be done, everything short of a complete rebuild which they carried out professionally, and in a friendly manor. One thing I liked is their quick response to questions and problems that arose. This was largely down to Shaun who always answered the phone or phoned me back within a few minutes if he was on another call. Thanks to all the team. Gary

N Bird and sons are a great company, they have fixed our roof for a very reasonable fee and have offered their services moving forward to look after all of our roofing needs.

I called out N Bird & sons under my guarantee. John came out to my house the next day to look at the roof. He was very friendly and arranged to return the next day to complete the repairs (natural wear and tear). Very impressed with the prompt response and service.

Have just recently been given a quote replacing some old roofing on my property and spoke to Sean who was very helpful and friendly with all the information I needed and would definitely recommend them for any work to be done in the future

I contacted N.Bird & Son to get a quote for a chimney that I thought needed re-pointing as parts of it seemed damaged. They came round quickly to give us a quote and were really open and honest saying that it didn’t need doing yet. I really appreciated the honest feedback as we have had another quote recently stating it needed doing for quite a large sum of money! I would definitely recommend this company and I will be back in touch at a later date when I am in need of a roofer. ☺️

Had a leak in the house roof which required a membrane and valley replacement. Nathan came out and gave a detailed quote for the work required within 24 hours. The work was started 2 days later by Max who worked for 2 days supplying detailed photos, as he progressed the job, of all the damage and the work carried out in order to repair the roof. Max was excellent in his friendly manner and the way he carried out the job. If I have any need for roof repairs in the future I will use N Bird and Son and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent work done and great communication sorting the job out for us in just a few days. Shaun was brilliant taking the time to explain everything and giving us our options. Would definitely book them again in future.

Great roofing company. Sorted my lead valley and ridge tiles despite the rain! This is the second time I have used them. The first time they solved an issue which other roofing contractors failed to tackle satisfactorily. Highly recommended.

N Bird attended to give an estimate promptly but we decided to go with a known contractor.

Shaun and the team did a great job fixing a couple of leaks in our roof. The work was completed really quickly with no fuss or mess. Scaffolding was up and Chad was here within a couple of days of booking. Highly recommended.

N Bird were quick to come out to quote, to start work & to get the job done. Work looks great and the repairs have given us peace of mind. Really appreciated Shaun’s speedy & reliable communication throughout. He checked out other potential issues with our roof and provided us really valuable advice. Thanks so much!

We had a complete new roof organised by Harry after we found a large leak in the roof. The workmen Reece and Ryan were polite and efficient, they only took a week despite the periods of bad weather making work impossible. All the team have been polite and considerate and we are very pleased with the final result. I highly recommend this company.

New roof and 2 repairs due to storm Isher proved the guarantee worked.

Job was replacing fascia and soffits, guttering and downpipes. The two young lads who did the job worked very hard and conscientiously in sweltering heat. Job was well done. Both were helpful, polite and pleasant. Site was left clean and tidy. Called the firm back in January 2024 for assistance as storm winds had blown one of the gutter brushes out of the gutter. They responded quickly and politely and rectified the problem effectively. Excellent service all round. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I phoned the office and told them I had a problem with leak from the chimney. Shaun came around the following day and advised a repair with leading and pointing or removal of chimney. I went with the second option of having the chimney removed. The work was completed that same week. I am very pleased with the company N Bird & Son and would use again.

Over Christmas, with the bad weather we noticed some damp coming through into an upstairs bedroom, upon closer inspection it was clear that a bodged repair on the lead flashing around the chimney was the cause. I called N Bird & Son, Shaun came round that afternoon and clearly explained the work that needed doing, the process and provided a clear quote. Shaun kept me updated throughout the whole process, letting me know when the team would come round. He was approachable, friendly, answered all my questions and I got the impression nothing was an inconvenience to him. Cracking customer service. Zack and Jalal completed the work, they were friendly, efficient and had a great attitude. They took me through the work that they had done and provided plenty of photos. Really happy with the work that N Bird & Son carried out and in the timeframe they got everything done. Will 100% use them again and a 10 year guarantee gives me complete confidence in their work, thanks!

N Bird just completed work on my roof under their 10 year guantee with no charge. Recomended ...

N Bird came to our rescue when we discovered a leak into our loft and couldn’t have been more helpful. Alex came to quote next day and the team consisting of Reece and Ryan worked quickly and professionally to get the job done before Christmas. Highly recommend their services.

I have a had new roof fitted in time for Christmas, it took just under 2 weeks with some days lost due to terrible weather but the team were brilliant. Great communication from Shaun and Aaron, Chad, and Josh were very friendly doing the roof with frequent updates on progress with photos. Very happy.

I have just finished having work done by N Bird & Son Roofing and I must say I was very impressed. Shaun came round and gave us a well informed and thorough quote for the investigation and then repair/replacement of the flat roof on top of our house, which dated back nearly 15 years following an extension. His team were very professional and did an awesome job and fully cleaned up after themselves. They even cleaned another flat roof that had got dirty from the work. They also gave me an update on the work as it progressed with detailed pictures. It now looks great and comes with a 10 year guarantee. I would highly recommend Shaun and N Bird & Son for any roof work and I would use them again. Cheers, Darren.

Of the five roofing companies I phoned this was the only one to return my call. Alex arrived in a timely manner and was honest about the work that was needed and gave me a quote for work quickly. The two roofers who came to replace my ridge tiles and membrane around the property named Mike and Zac were a delight. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves and although I am clueless about roofing, even I could see the outstanding quality of work that they had completed. It was obvious that they had pride in their work. From first call to completion of work took less than a week. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent service from Shaun who quickly identified the work that needed to be done which was carried out within a few days of his visit. Everything was explained and I would have no hesitation using this company again.

The company assessed and repaired our roof over an awkward box gutter which was leaking into the room below. After the tropical rain this week there was water coming in in a slightly different place and John returned to sort it out efficiently. Nice people, responsive and very professional.

What an amazing experience I have just had with this great company, from my first call to Shaun who was brilliant with my query to sending their guys out to my property, all within a couple of days, I honestly cannot fault them. Their experience is second to none, very informative and extremely helpful, will definitely call your company again if I require any further work and have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and family, what great tradesmen you are! Thank you

Shaun and the team were great from the start. All work excellent and area left clean afterwards. Would recommend.

We used N Bird and Son to repair a leak in our roof, found to be a problem with the valley. From our initial contact with the company through to our dealing with Shaun and his team we found the company to be professional, friendly and thorough. The job was completed in a timely fashion and to our complete satisfaction.

We are impressed with the work that has been completed by N.Bird and Son, repairing our chimney. Shaun clearly explained what was required and arranged for the work to take place promptly. His team carried out the work to a high standard and were friendly.

N. Bird and Sons were recommended to us and we contacted them when we had rain water ingress from the roof. Shaun responded promptly and we didn't have to wait too long before the problem was sorted. This led to additional work and the options were explained to us clearly as the work progressed. Max and Brenno did a fantastic job and clearly took pride in their work. We would be happy to recommend N. Bird and Sons to others following our experience.

We recently needed a tricky roof repair before winter set in. Having seen many favourable reviews for N Bird & Son Roofing we called and set up an appointment. Within a couple of days, Shaun came out, assessed the extent of the repair, then explained what was required in detail and provided an 'on the spot' total cost. A few days later, Max came to do the work and carried it out with care & diligence. Since we were unable to access the roof and see the repair for ourselves, Max provided lots of before & after photos & videos and we are confident that we'll have no further issues. The whole experience was stress free and both Shaun & Max were professional & friendly throughout, answering all of our questions & patiently explaining about the repair to us novices.

Thank you Josh, Arran and Chad for a job well done. This is the 3rd time I have used N Bird and have always been happy with the work carried out.

Outstanding service and couldn’t recommend more highly. They were professional, honest and punctual, keeping us well informed throughout. Roof repairs were completed quickly and to a high standard, and they tidied up afterwards. Really pleased and we would highly recommend.

Very quick and efficient good quality work showing images of work completed. Shaun quickly got in touch to give us the quote with work completed within a few days. Very pleased with the considerate attitude towards my 85 year old mother in law (especially from Max.)

We have used N Bird in the past as we are very impressed with their work. Alex came round and gave us a quote and the work was started a few days after. Reece carried out the work and is extremely professional and his work is of an exceptional high standard. He keeps you informed of all the work being done and always leaves everywhere tidy. I would definitely recommend Reece and N Bird and Son.

Alex visited our house to review the roof in October 2023. We had been having some issues and it was decided we needed a new roof. He was a good communicator always letting us know when the scaffolder’s would be out when the guys on the roof would start. The guys who replaced the roof Aaron and his colleagues were very helpful and conscientious. Our new roof was completed quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much bother. We are very happy with the new roof and would recommend this company with any roof related issues.

Very professional from start to finish, Shaun quoted and kept in contact throughout, Anthony and colleague did a great job replacing our lead flashing and adding soakers to resolve the leak. Explained the job clearly and all left clean and tidy. No the cheapest company out there, but quality professionals and a 10 year guarantee on the work.

Very prompt response to our leak. Came when they said they would. Extremely clean and tidy work. John (roofer) very polite and courteous. Would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs

Competent work and Shaun is easy to deal with.

Shaun from the company assessed the damage to the porch roof carefully and explained fully the work required and cost involved. The work was delayed with our agreement until the weather was dry. It was completed rapidly and thoroughly. Definitely recommended!

Excellent experience with this firm. Window cleaner had noticed felt coming away from boards on a flat roof along the front of the house. Shaun came, inspected and immediately gave us a fair and detailed quote. Myself and neighbour accepted the quote and Max and Brena came a few days late. They were first-rate workmen; hardworking, friendly, polite and tidy. They finished the job promptly despite interruption for rain. The job was carried out exactly in line with the specification. At no time was there any 'hard sell', and I was given a very honest assessment of the other roofs. I would not hesitate to use them again if required, and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Both service when booking in the work, and workmanship on the job was 5 stars. Job was carried out efficiently with no hassle. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Shaun and his team at our property in Redditch. The roofers were efficient and knowledgeable and their experience showed through, they left each with day everything tidy. We are grateful for their help. Shaun kept us informed throughout and was easy to contact if we had any questions. Thanks Pat

Harry came to the house within 1 hour from the call. He was professional and diligent in explaining the issue. He went away and quoted a very good price for the works. I immediately accepted as the price was the best by far from 3 different local companies. 2 days later 2 professional and very polite roofers came and fixed the job. You would not have known they had been on the roof to replaced the membrane and several tiles. A very very good, professional and trustworthy company. Please do not hesitate to use them. Thank you

Harry, Alex, Shaun and Dave delivered on what we hoped would be an excellent job. Having a leaky roof, we were guided on the options on how to have it water tight again. Dave, who replaced our roof, is a master craftsman in my opinion. The quality of work and attention to detail surpassed my high expectations. They were on-time, worked non-stop and kept me updated through the replacement. We have a 118yr old house and Dave matched his work to the architecture. Although the roof is new, it looks very in keeping.

Good job done & very good after care service

A great company to do business with, no matter how big or small the job. They have carried out a few repairs to our roof and we have always been happy with their professionalism and quality of work.

alan, chad and josh did a n excellent job on our roof and would recommend them to our friends.will use again in the future

Harry gave us some honest and sound advice regarding a potential roof leak. As a result we didn’t require a roof repair, but we appreciated the time he took to respond and point us in the right direction. We wouldn’t hesitate to turn to him in the future should we require any roof works..

Can’t think of a bad word to say about this company, they’ve done a couple of jobs for me and they have all ways been very professional, user friendly and proactive.

Alex thank you a Great job, didn't leave me with half a job, turned up rain or shine to complete the tricky repairs I needed on my roof trustworthy and reliable thanks very much Alex for being so helpful.

Shaun came and gave an estimate to remove a chimney, and inspect a leak. Did the work quickly and in a timely manner. Fixed the leak caused by Aerial fitter (Aerial & Installations Ltd). Had another leak, after tiles had been replaced, came and did temp fix within 1/2 hour. Informed us that the roof needed replacing, 10k, being the price. Told Shaun that could not afford at moment, asked us to contact when ready. Happy with the work and the quick reaction to fix.

Could not recommend N Bird & Son Roofing enough. Really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency from start to finish, Shaun was super responsive and helpful and Jalal and Kyle did a wonderful job on fixing our roof, always happy to explain the work and incredibly tidy and friendly throughout.

Chimney stack part-rebuild c/w new pots also stack re-sealed to roof with new lead flashing. Good, polite attitude and professionalism from John (Manager), Mike and Shaun (Roofers) and Paul (Bricklayer). Quality work completed to specification and quotation. Congratulations.

Good humoured staff. The team, particularly Brena and Ryan replaced two very sorry flat roofs, (including guttering & fascias), at short notice. Professional, hardworking and courteous throughout. Good value, too!

The roofers at bird and co were punctual professional and extremely hard working they showed me every step of the way what they were doing and they have done an outstanding job of my flat roof they also cleaned everything away before they left thanks so much to you

We had a roof emergency - a sudden leak from the kitchen flat-roof the day before we were due to go on holiday - and not only did N Bird & Son give us a quote for the repair the same day we called, but they immediately arranged for some temporary fixes to make the roof watertight while we were away. Harry was clear about what was needed, what it would likely cost, and anticipated in advance any possible variations in the final price based on what might be revealed once the old roof was removed. We agreed to the quote and once back from the holiday, the old roof was removed and a new roof was fitted promptly and professionally by Max and Breno. At every stage we were talked through what was happening and were shown photographs of what was happening up there if we couldn't see it from the window. They worked tirelessly in the summer heat, with the absolute minimal interruption of our everyday lives going on in the house, and got the whole thing done, and all waste removed, in two and a half days. We are very happy with the job done and would definitely use this company again.

I called N Bird & Son as i had an air vent which was leaking water into my loft when it rained and also some loose Ridge Tiles.Everyone on the team was friendly, helpful and professional form Harry, who i spoke to on the phone,to Ryan and Reece who came to do the job.All work was carried out efficiently and to the highest standard with no mess left behind.Highly recommended.

Josh and Zac did a great job and showed a passion for what they do. Happy to recommend

Max did a great job. Super attention to detail, especially the drip formers. Courteous and friendly at all times and happy to explain the work being done. The finished work looks excellent and would happily recommend the N.Bird team

John was very helpful, prompt, professional. I recommend N Bird &Son Roofing 100 per cent.

An excellent company to do business with. They responded quickly to our problem with a persistent leak and made sure we were happy with their work. Highly recommended.

N Bird & Son were very good. Professional, helpful, friendly, and effective. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone requiring roof repairs.

Quick response to come and look at the problem. Quote provided at end of inspection, we ordered and work carried out within days. All excellent

As a previous customer, I contacted the company concerning obstructions in the guttering system. John arrived to assess the situation, reset part of the guttering and rectified the problem, no hassle, no charge. Excellent response, nice to know services are available out there.

The company and staff are efficient and gud recommend them

Very fast and professional response to my request. John provided a very thorough assessment and quotation. The work was scheduled quickly with excellent communication about the arrangements. Mark and Kyle arrived on time, explained exactly what they were doing at each stage and completed the work to a super high standard. Thank you!

Harry came out to access and quoted me next working day for a valley replacement. Scaffolding and work began same week. Unfortunately other problems with ridges were identified. The gents who did the work (Mike and Kyle) were fantastic and quickly diagnosed what needed to be done. Harry provided a new quote for the additional work and everything was completed within a few days. Ended up being a bigger job (and expense) then first anticipated but satisfied with the support and work done. Edit: had a later gutter problem. Not related to the work previously done but Little Max came out anyway to have a courtesy look anyway. Provided some helpful advice. Will definitely use if any further work or repair is required.

Had some delays due to rain but Alex kept us informed throughout the whole time. Job completed satisfactorily and workmen were professional and helpful.

Work carried out in a friendly, efficient and effective manner.

amazing experience, lovely people, quality service, highly recommend… Harry came to take a look at the roof and very efficiently gave me a quote detailing each step of the job Thank you

Thank you for the excellent service. Not the cheapest out there, but certainly the best value. Their guarantee gives me peace of mind.

N Bird & son roofing and his team are very professional, l Called them out as I had a leak it was problem solved after their Visit so pleased as had two other roofing companies out to have a look but they didn't solve the problem after a friends recommendation it's was fixed promptly and efficiently with absolutely no fuss...super happy would highly recommend this company too anybody and nothing was too much trouble and an excellent price too

Great communication and high quality work. From start to finish N Bird & Son have been absolutely amazing and professional, thank you! Would definitely recommend to others

Amazing work provided from n bird and son putting a rest to our leaking roof. We were very quickly booked in and was kept up to date with everything that was happening. Would highly recommend this professional company

Do not use this company. They had a very good reputation years ago, which is why we called them back. Unfortunately, when requested to come out, the individual did not know what he was doing, originally stated he couldn’t quote, then said he could, then said perhaps he should have brought ladders and then finally said we had to pay £150 non refundable payment to get someone to use ladders to assess what was wrong. Disgraceful. Do not use them.

Just had Josh and Max complete some pointing on our roof. They were very efficient and friendly and did a great job.

Max and Pablo have done an excellent job replacing our garage roof. They were very professional and polite. All waste materials were taken away and the job left clean and tidy. We would definately recommend this company.

Mike and Kyle came out and identified the problem with my guttering and returned the next day with replacement parts and carried out the repair. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism!

Great service from quote to completion Mike arrived on time and quickly completed work leaving area clean and tidy, would recommend and would use again for roofing work

Communications were excellent with Harry who managed our job and let us know timings at each stage. Our quote was reasonably priced. His lads arrived promptly, worked quickly, and were well-mannered. Our roof has been tested by at least one heavy downpour and has survived! Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

We had a problem with the flashing on a bay window roof that N Bird replaced for us a few years ago. Two working days after raising this issue, Chad and Josh arrived and did a great job. They completely removed the flashing installed when the roofing work was done and replaced it all with new lead. No messing!

From start to finish N Bird & Son have been absolutely amazing and professional. They gave my Dad a quote and within a few days started the job. They explained fully to Dad what they were doing and how long the job would take. The 2 lads that worked on the job, Zak & Jalal, were so polite and caring to both my Dad and me. Dad is in his 80s and is quite vulnerable and every day they took time to ensure he was ok both in himself and with what they were doing. They were professionals at all times and nothing was too much trouble. Every day they worked hard even with it being extreme heat. They also explained to me every day, what they were doing and how far they had got. Their workmanship is second to none and they always left the job clean and tidy ready for the next day. They are both an absolute credit to the company so please pass on my sincere thanks to them. It's a shame all companies don't have staff who have the same work ethics as Zak and Jalal. To most people it would be 'just a job' but they really showed they also care about their customers which is a rarity in this day and age. I highly recommend this company as they were clear and transparent throughout and there were no hidden charges. Thank you for such a high quality job and outstanding Customer Service.

Alex was prompt and helpful at all times, the men were cheerful and Polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company.

Harry phoned me one day after requesting quotation for repair work & agreed to arrive 10 minutes later (which he did). Upon arrival, Harry inspected roof/chimney breast and advised no repair work was required. Very friendly and professional, would definitely recommend and use again.

We found Harry and his team to be both very friendly as well as professional in their work. Harry's team worked very hard to get the job done on time and to a very good standard.

Alex responded promptly to our request for a roof check. He was courteous and friendly both on the phone and in person,. His inspection was thorough and he reported his findings in detail. We would highly recommend this local family run business.

Very pleased with the service from Bird & Son Roofing for a roof repair. Professional and responsive service and the two lads who installed we extremely politie and took the time to show and explain where the roofing problems and the work they had completed.

There was something in the guttering and we didn't know what it was. We were worried in case it was part of roof damage and that it would fall down and do damage below. We've satisfactorily used N.Bird before and after a quick phone call to them Alex came out and did a visual check saying there was nothing to worry about...no roof damage but to put our minds at rest he would get someone out to clear the debris from the gutter. Two guys came yesterday as arranged and removed the rubbish. Our minds were put at rest and to top it off....we were not charged for the work. HOW GOOD IS THAT! Thank you to all concerned from Sonia Vaughan

Brilliant would definitely recommend 5 star

Very prompt response to my query from Alex who was friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Jamal and Zak worked quickly and efficiently on the repair , tidied up afterwards and were very pleasant to deal with. very pleased with the end result.

We had some work done a few years ago. A couple of tiles recently came loose. N Bird came to fix the tiles within 24 hours of me contacting them. No quibble. All under 10 year guarantee. Very professional and trustworthy. 10/10. Would highly recommend for complete peace of mind and an excellent job.

We would highly recommend N. Bird and Son roofing company. We had a comprehensive itemised quote from Nathan, followed by swift action erecting scaffolding and having skip delivered. The complete new roof, including chimney removal, took just over a week, and the roofers, Rhys and Connor were real grafters. They were considerate and tidy and have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the result. Thanks also to Harry for organising everything.

Excellent speedy service for 2 separate jobs. From phonecall to completed job - less than 1 week. Photos provided. All thanks to Harry and team.

Excellent service and extremely professional team, would highly recommend.

Watch out for the slopey shoulder brigade here.. I thought I was buying into 35 years of roofing experience. Nope. Didn’t fancy the job as it was too risky (for their guarantee) Oh they don’t do brickwork either. Funny how they quote chimney work as one of their services.. Had to chase for an update too. Really unprofessional.

Very helpful and informative from the quote given by Harry to the lads who completed the work professionally and efficiently. Overall a fantastic service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you N. Bird & Son

Nathan and his team were Fantastic from word go. Prompt and competitive quotation through to roof repair. Very professional. I would highly recommend

Highly professional and responsive company who from first contact I found very helpful & friendly. We are completely satisfied with the work which was carried out in an efficient yet thorough manner. Clearly a highly experienced team with a wealth of knowledge. Would recommend to all.

This is the second time we have used NBird&Son (for unrelated problems) and I never usually do reviews, but the service they provided to us on both occasions has been absolutely outstanding. So professional, competitive quotes and most importantly so friendly - everyone always had a smile on their face. From initial quotations with Harry to roof repairs from the lads, couldn’t recommend enough, great company - 5 stars!

Wonderful job from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and the two young gentlemen who did the work were polite, punctual and hardworking. Ten year guarantee, and inspected and passed by the council which gives you peace of mind. Windows etc cleaned after the work was completed and no money changed hands until you were completely satisfied. I would definitely recommend them.

Harry gave excellent service with very quick turnaround after damage to the roof from high wind. Would definitely use again. Many thanks to the team from initial phone call, quick quotation and repair. David.

N Bird & Sons have carried out a number of repairs to our roof over the past few weeks. They have been nothing but professional and courteous from start to finish. They cleaned up before leaving every day, they kept us up to date on when they were coming and the roof looks great. Recommended.

Called in Martin following a gutter cleaner saying we had an issue with the roof who had quoted us £425. Martin took a quick look and said there was nothing wrong with the roof! Thank you Martin for being honest with us and saving us from what now looks like a scan gutter cleaner!

Excellent prompt service to replace a valley gutter, good job, very well done and good value.

Called N.Bird at 10.20 this morning with some concerns about the state of my ridge tiles and one that needed re-seating. By 11.15 Harry had been to check the roof, and sent a couple of men round to fix the tile. I will definitely be be using them to fix the ridge tiles when the warmer weather comes. Excellent service with honest advice.

Good quality, good communication and clean and tidy. Excellent all round job

N Bird and Son Roofing about an issue I had with some previous work covered by their warranty. Max and Reece came out within two days at a time convenient to me and had a look at what the issue might be. The leak we had was due to the GRP dormer installed by the builder and not with the work they carried out. They very kindly offered to patch the problem area which would prevent the leaks continuing for a period of time and get us through winter. We will get the bigger job done in summer. Many thanks to NB&S for their help.

We had a wet patch in a ceiling corner after the December stormy spell, and Martin the manager came to inspect and quote for assessment and repair. He promptly found the problem was a small gap in the leading and helped us tap it shut and silicon the join. He declined to quote me or to take payment as it was ‘a job done’. That’s what I call professional! Thank you Martin

Happy to recommend ; professional and friendly.

We received a fabulous service from this family run business recently, we cannot praise them highly enough. We called N Bird & Son before Christmas as we had water leaking into our bathroom from our flat roof, Nathan was at our premises to inspect and quote within an hour! The quote was very reasonable and we booked the work in to be done early January. They arrived on time and completed the work promptly and efficiently without any disruption. N Bird provide an excellent service, they are all extremely helpful, efficient and knowledgeable.

We required a roofing company following torrential rain in mid November, which resulted in a slight leak through the loft and into the rear bedroom. N Bird & Son we’re located after a checkatrade search, and after providing a quote, sorted the problem very quickly when the price was agreed. Top professionals, did a great job and the 10 year guarantee gives great reassurance. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service with Bird & Sons. Had an issue with the roof on a home we recently bought. Received a number of quotes from different firms but went with Bird & Sons having been recommended by a friend. They turned up extremely quickly, were very transparent and open about what needed doing and how long it would take / cost and carried out the job quickly and effectively. The problems we were having with damp cause by the roof have gone and so would definitely recommend them going forward.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. Speedy, thorough, and professional. The lads were polite and considerate at all times and worked through the weekend to get the job done quickly. They accommodated all our needs to a very high standard with excellent communication at all times,

N Bird & Son recently replaced my flat roof over my kitchen. Not only were they competitively priced, they were professional and polite whilst on the job, and the customer service from their call centre was also excellent. Will definitely use these guys again and would thoroughly recommend them.

We noticed some loose mortar on part of our roof. Martin came and inspected it, reassured us that it should be fine for now and to call them back if it deteriorates or any leaks develop. Really good service and reassuring that work will only be undertaken if required. Many thanks

Excellent service! Quick reply, on time and did the repair professionally! I would definitely recommend!

N Bird arrived promptly and provided a quote. Their roofers arrived promptly and kept me informed when extreme weather made progress impossible. The work was carried out quickly by N Bird’s friendly, helpful and efficient roofers. I am pleased with the result and if course very relieved that my leaking roof has been fixed. I was particularly pleased with the 10 year guarantee.

Good job done thankyou

Great service from the whole company. Everyone was polite and honest, understood our time constraints and fulfilled their promise to work within those restrictions. Very professional work done by Max and Charlie and very quick to come and repair a problem that they hadn't caused. No problem in recommending to anyone.

Great family Bussiness helpful efficient freindly, Go Beyond to help. Always worth the call cheers all

I had an issue with some small pieces of concrete falling off my roof. As a few houses on my estate had recently had all their roof tiles replaced I was fearing the worst. An appointment was made for an a.m. slot and Martin called to confirm a time on the day of the appointment. What a refreshing change it is to have an honest, reliable and polite trades person. Martin explained the issue fully and reassured me that the tiles did not need replacing. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and awarding them 5 stars, as I received a first class service from them.

Very prompt and quality work. Harry understood our requirements and gave us a quote, which was what we were charged when the job was finished. Paul took before and after photos so we could see what needed to be done, and had been done.

We have used N Bird & Son 2 years on the trot for different roofing issues. Very reliable & do a good job. Lots of young lads who work hard including Josh & colleague last year and Alec and Zac this year to name a few. John always gives a good inspection prior to work being carried out. Would definitely use them again

Called to request free advice/quote. Excellent, timely response... Nathan (really nice bloke) assessed the situation & took the time to explain in the best possible way... even though our fears of a roof leak are unfounded & it means there's no work for them. Also put minds at rest by explaining how to confirm his assessment over time & call back in unlikely event of further concern. Kind & considerate service from initial phone call to end of visit.

Excellent response from this company. Fortunately they were already working in my road and their office arranged for a member of staff to check my problem and it was all sorted by midday at a reasonable cost. Many thanks from a worried pensioner.

Excellent service. Job quoted & completed in 2 days. Full details given as to what was required to fix the problem. Thank you.

Not for the first time that I have employed N.Bird & Son Roofing. I have total faith in what they do. Very quick to respond and works completed without fuss or mess. Love the photos taken showing before and after, nice touch. Must mention the lads Alex and Zach and supervisor Harry. Would I recommend this company, absolutely yes. Peter Burge

Excellent customer service from this company. Fitted new guttering in September 2015 all around my roof and gave me a 10 year guarantee. After heavy rain I realised that I had a problem with a leak. I phoned Bird and Sons regarding my problem and within 3 hours I had two men (Josh and Tad?) who fixed my guttering there and then! One very happy and satisfied customer, thanks again Bird and Sons.

Reece was absolutely brilliant and solved the problem within minutes. Will always use your company in the future when needed.

Very professional service.

Incredibly polite and knowledgeable! Absolutely a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend them. Reece was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble and Roof leak all sorted. Quick and reliable. Thanks again.

Great communication from first contact, kept in touch and arrived at the agreed time. Good honest advice from Nathan. Would highly recommend.

Very prompt in quoting, fitted us in quickly and did a wonderful job converting a shallow pitched roof into a flat roof. Would happily recommend.

Professional service from beginning to end. Martin, Came out surveyed the property and gave an accurate account of the state of my roof. When I decided to go ahead they turned up almost immediately. Did the job to spec and on time and to the exact price quoted. All staff were all pleasant and helpful. Martin called to make sure I was happy.

Happy with the work done. Very professional team. Pictures during the work were taken and sent to me as requested. These guys know what they're doing and I would recommend them and use them again in future. A+++

Really great, no-quibble after-sales service. Called on the Monday and everything was sorted out professionally, politely and efficiently the next morning. Couldn't have asked for more!

Well its a clear 10/10 from me! Rio, Harry and Dave were nothing short of true professionals in honouring their no qibble guarantee. From start of the communication during and right up to the completed inspection and completed repair was just first class. Please be assured you have one very happy customer here and have absolutely NO HESITATION in recommending your company and the service you provide! Thank you

Outstanding service. Harry provided a written quote within 24 hours and Paul carried out the chimney repair work a further 24 hours later. Harry was extremely professional and took the time to listen to my concerns. Paul also was very professional and I felt that he was well briefed and was seriously interested to do the best possible job for me. Very reassuring but not always the case these days!!!!!!! The company is a pleasure to deal with. Unreservedly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. Both Chad & Josh work really in extreme heat really happy with the work carried out would recommend this company without any hesitation.

A great job done in very hot weather. I am very pleased with the job carried out on my roof. Two good lads have done exactly what was needed and have cleared up before they left each day. I can highly recommend N Bird & Son Roofing. Thank you. Len gillings.

Phone for a quote harry was in the area came within three hours we talked through what I wanted doing went to his Motor for about 15 minutes came back with a printed quote there and then Two days later I phoned to give them the job a week later they arrived to start Kept informed by Harry throughout the job what was going on And told I could go and look at what they were doing at any time which I did they were very helpful and explained everything Dave was the main man on the job very Informative hard working and conscientious When they finished the job the place was left clean and tidy I Cannot prays n bird and Sons roofing services enough I have No hesitation at all to recommend them to anyone thank you all so much for your hard work at n bird & son.

Harry was very eager to impress. Once I convinced him I preferred face to face meetings rather than phones he found the time for me. The workmanship seems fine, when they found problems they showed them to me and explained options. The lads doing the work were patient with me ribbing them a bit. The team were all young lads who obviously live at home with mum to tidy up behind them. When I mentioned this to Harry, he had part of the team back the very next day, to sweep the drive again.

My mother who is 91 had a problem with her roof with a number of broken and degraded roof tiles. Harry and his father visited her and carried out an extensive survey. They then contacted me to discuss the results, with the advice that the roof didn’t need any work at this current time, and told me that trying to carry out tile replacement may cause more damage. I thought that there assessment was very detailed and honest, I would recommend them to anyone wishing to get an honest quote for repairs.

Phoned for a quote where Harry very kindly came out and gave one and arranged for a team to come out and repair the garage roof. Chad and Josh did the repairs very efficiently and cleared all the excess away. Great service and very reliable. Would be very happy to use again and recommend to anyone. Tom

Max came yesterday and completed a gully repair. Very polite, efficient and work looks good. Harry Bird checked and organised everything without a hitch. Max and Anthony came today and replaced old lead flashing. They also checked rest of roof for any other problems. Again, all looks good, everything tidied and work completed efficiently. I would recommend this local firm for any roof problems.

I don't usually do reviews... but am always happy to give credit where credit is due, especially in these days of zero customer service... N.Bird & Son gets a 10 out of 10 from me. From my initial query (for remedial chimney work) - to a site visit - to all works completed - 6 days, start to finish.... that's what I call service...!!! If I include the value for money AND the exceptional standard of work, the courtesy of Anthony & Mike (roofers) and Harry for quoting and the initial site visit.... then I am more than happy to recommend the services of this "proper family company".... Brilliant lads...Many Thanks, Really appreciate the service.

Michael and Ant repaired the crumbling mortar on our very high roof ridge tiles via minimum scaffolding over 2 days. Also reached broken roof tiles where needed. Obviously very skilled at their job despite our property being on a steep incline. Very pleased with their attitude to the job and pleasant and cheerful manner in clearing away.

fast service from this company, good neat job done. The two lads Max and Charlie that carried out the work were both very pleasant and polite, would not hesitate to recommend this company. many thanks

Harry and a second employee came to check out the front bay and the rear roof, and offered a great value quote with which we were very happy. They came two days later (including the hottest day ever!), and did the work over two days - they were efficient, friendly and very professional, and the work was done to a high standard. I'd recommend the company, and will certainly use them again if we need further roofing work!

Very pleased with all aspects of the work carried out by N Bird & Son. Quotation was precise and explained well on site. The team of Max and Charlie arrived on time and we’re professional in their delivery of the work with great people skills. Big thank you.

Had an inspection yesterday. Manager phoned with price. Informed us that they would be out today. Had a message this morning to say that the 2 chaps were on their way. Turned up within 30 mins - very pleasant chaps - jobs done. Thank you. Would certainly use these people again.

Harry inspected and quoted our minor roof repair on the Monday afternoon and by Wednesday lunchtime Max & Zach had successfully completed it. Affable and knowledgeable team. Keen to explain the works in detail. Thank you.

I needed some minor roof repairs. Spoke to Martin on Wednesday. He came out following morning and quoted. Chad and Ian arrived to carry out the repair on Friday. The service from start to finish was excellent, everyone was polite and helpful, and the work was carried out to a satisfactory standard. Would not hesitate to recommend

Harry and Chad were great. Polite, friendly, got on with the job, on time.

I made my initial enquiry in the morning. Harry came round the same day & supplied a written quote. Two days later fifty damaged roof tiles were replaced by Josh & Little Max. Excellent service and responsiveness all round from start to finish. Thank you.

After many years of a recurring problem with a flat bay roof and guttering, John and his lovely team have sorted it. Two days after I contacted N.Bird & Son the job was completed. I cannot thank them enough. Zach, his brother Max and Pablo were great. Friendly and hard-working, nice to have around. I would highly recommend this firm.

Very professional company. Very happy with the work. Would recommend

Very efficient gutter replacement.

Chad & Alex firstly completed the roof inspection for damage. They identified where the leak was coming from & completed the repair with no fuss or both. Refreshing to see two honest guys doing a good job with a smile. Thank you!

I had my roof retiled along with some repairs to rafters, new soffits, barge boards, guttering & downpipes. The roof was around 60 years old and needed some TLC. Max and Zac did most of the refitting. They were very conscientious and did a great job of tidying up after the work was complete. The skip was removed swiftly as well which meant we had access to the drive swiftly. I don't expect to have any roofing problems at all from now on. Thanks guys 😁

We had replacement guttering fitted (instigated by Martin)and the work was done in a very professional and friendly manner. Whilst the scaffolding was there we then went on had all the ridge tiles on the main roof re-mortared (managed by Harry) - the work was again done in an excellent fashion. Special mention to 'the workers' Chad and Alex ! We're very pleased with the end result.

Max did work for my 82 year old mom. He was very professional and kept me up to date with how the work was going and when the work was completed. It was important to have somebody I could trust. I would happily recommend this company.

Josh and Matt arrived on time, I found them to be very helpful, friendly with professional manner. Everyone that I've spoken to on the phone or met them are friendly with professional manner and are very helpful and work hard. Next time Josh and Matt come back I'll do a ham and Tomato sandwich and hot drinks for them. 😀 Today on the 6th June 2022 I had Chad and Alex came to redo the front of the garage roof, I found them both to be friendly with professional manner and very helpful and I always give workers who do the job for me refreshments. ☕☕😃 I would recommend NBird&Son Roofing to everyone and will be using them in the future. I've been trying to but this review on the check a trader.com but it hasn't allowed me to submit as it thinks my postcode is wrong 🙉hence why I am joining this review to the other one.

Very impressed by the way they sorted out my roof leak. They came within a couple of days of contact. Their people are friendly and well organised. Definitely recommended.

LIL MAX & PARTNER WERE EXCELLENT(POLITE,HARD WORKING,KNOWLEGEABLE)

Very informative in explaining what needed to be done. Josh and Paul very polite and no trouble at all. Would highly recommend

Work completed to a high standard by Chad & Alex and Max & Harry, 4 lovely lads polite & great with a broom, very skilled and hard working.

Need all ridge tiles rebedding and a couple replaced. Able to give me a quote within 24 hours of asking and then able to do job within 24 hours of giving go-ahead. Josh and Paul did great job.

Highly recommend this team. Punctual, hard working, honest, friendly and respectful. Nothing negative to say at all, just excellent.

Fantastic. They worked over Easter and I can't praise them enough. All of them from start of first phone call to finish and I thoroughly recommend them. Will use them again if needed.

Had my old garage roof replaced with powder coated metal sheets. Great job done by Dave and his helpers, everything tidied up and cleared away afterwards.
