Luke organised for his employees to completely take down my large chimney stack last December from my 1930s house. The chimney was deteriorating and we had a damp patch in an upstairs bedroom. The hole left by the chimney was tiled over and the whole roof was checked for any cracked tiles which were replaced with good tiles. This was a job that really needed doing and I was worried about it but Luke handled everything so well which took the worry off me. Luke was very reliable, punctual, polite, efficient and was very patient and understanding in answering all my questions. I felt very comfortable that I was in safe, trustworthy hands. Likewise, Tony and Chris who carried out the work, were very good in every way. The work was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Everything was left clean and tidy. Luke and team fixed the lead ridge to my listed property as well as replace the lead around a leaking chimney. It is refreshing to have someone show up on time, complete the work in a tidy and professional manner as well as supply photos showing how they have addressed the issues as difficult to see at the top of the roof. My 82-year-old father got conned into spray foam insulation and then removal of it, which damaged the roofing felt. We had a really tricky problem installing solar on our roof. We had some advice that we needed to do major remedial work to the roof and had quotes of up to £20k. I called LK Roofing, and they attended site the next day, gave me an honest appraisal of the situation and worked with my solar provider to solve the problem. It would have been the easiest thing in the world for LK to take advantage, instead they solved the problem for a very fair price and they were a pleasure to deal with. Highest recommendation possible.
