All Aspect Roofing & Scaffolding

Had a leak on our flat roof just before Christmas and Dave was able to fit a visit in to check out the problem on the day we called. Dave couldn't spot anything obvious but discussed a number of options we could choose to fix the problem. Dave was happy to explain the pros and cons of the various options we had to choose from. He also suggested other possible solutions to minimise water pooling on flat roofs. Dave was unable to do the repair because of other work commitments until January but gave us good advice on how to apply a tarpaulin as a temporary solution. Dave arrived as scheduled early in January and completed the work to a very high standard. I was impressed with his attention to detail and craftsmanship in fitting and moulding the bitumen felt to the roof. Since the repair we have had heavy rain and no longer have a leak inside the house. The price we paid was very competitive and realistic compared to other companies that didn't even go up onto the roof to check it out in person. More than happy to recommend Dave and his firm. If we have any other roofing issues then we would use him again.

More recently I had to contact him again regarding my elderly parents tiled roof. Was so pleased to discover they now do scaffolding as well, so no having different companies and the scaffolding being up days before and then waiting ages for it to be removed. Following on from a very satisfactory minor repair job with a broken slate I contracted Dave at All Aspect Roofing & Scaffolding to undertake the repair of 2 leaking dormers and incorrectly installed chimney flashing (all resulting from poorly/improperly carried out repairs done by a different contractor.) Dave couldn't have been more helpful, he discussed the work with me and delivered a comprehensive quote and we agreed on a start date. Having the scaffolding team in house meant that the job started on time, no waiting around for the scaffolders to turn up! The work was carried out quickly and efficiently, with minimal disruption to the neighbour I share the roof with. Dave kept me updated throughout the work with the problem areas he uncovered, which were what he'd suspected when I described the issues I was having. The work was completed quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind, and on completion, as soon as I'd signed off on it, the scaffolding came down the same day (no waiting days or weeks as with a lot of scaffolding firms.) I'm very happy with both the professional standard of the work and the price I paid. I'd recommend All Aspect Roofing & Scaffolding, and when it comes time to replace the flat roofed dormer at the rear I won't bother with quotes, I'll just go straight to All Aspect.
