Thank you very much to Dale and Daniel and Kieron at Kingsley Roofing, who have done a great job on our roof and loft insulation in our very old house. Lots of care and attention have been taken to ensure that all necessary repairs have been undertaken in a friendly way.

Sadly, I’ve had a really poor experience with Kingsley roofers. I was so distraught I sought legal advice but due to the cost I have decided to cut my losses and just use the money to pay another company to fix the mess they made. I paid over 10k to replace my roof only to find three years later it leaks in two places. It’s worse than the roof they replaced. I politely approached them to advise of the issues and they sent someone round. They have told me it’s not the tiles they replaced but the coping stones that are leaking, and some missing guttering they failed to replace. I understand this however I believe they should have informed me this would likely be a problem in the near future at the initial consultation. I’m sure it would not be beyond an experienced roofer to anticipate this given the age of the property. Had they informed me of this I would have agreed to have the coping stones replaced or repointed whatever it needed at the time. Obviously, I don’t have the expertise to guess this may pose an issue so was reliant on them to inform me. It’s not unreasonable to expect when you pay this large amount of money that all areas of the roof would be addressed, not to do the bare minimum. As it stands, I do not have the time or emotional energy to deal with this, I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, I know it can damage a business, but I feel very strongly that consumers should be protected. So, at the very least I am taking the time to warn other people about this company, their shoddy work and the disinterest of the owner to resolve this.

Quoted £250 to fix some slipped tiles and reattach my gutter. Did the work, but left the gutter leaning but said it wouldn’t impact and would come back and sort it if it did. The job was completed in May and he is still yet to come back and sort, after me asking since May. Meanwhile the water continues to leak out. Gave me a date to come out and never turned up, ignores messages. To add I’m a vulnerable adult with disabilities and just been left with unfinished shoddy job. I have also found out as a friend looked up there for me that there is rubble in my gutters adding weight to the already leaning gutter, rubble that can only be from the roof job. Not very happy and I’ve waited patiently for this to be resolved. This company states they are reliable and no job is too small. Why not come and fix mine then as promised :(

Fast service from initial call to completing the work required, great communication and would highly recommend

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. Everyone from the office staff to the workmen were helpful and did a good job. They did everything when they said they would and were very reasonably priced.

I appointed Kingsley Roofing Services to replace a small bitumen/felt flat roof above the upstairs bathroom. They were not the cheapest of the three quotes I received but my decision was based on the extremely good reviews for this company. I am delighted with the work and the finished re-roof. We have had bad experiences in the part with previous roofers however Kinglsey were professional and communicative. Dale came over to investigate and quote for the works and soon after the team came to resolve our issue we have been experiencing for a while. Following damage during the storms the initial response was very quick. Dale came out to quote and assess whether we were in danger of having water damage to the interior of the property. He explained exactly what option he suggested as the best for us. Once agreed all was completed with minimum disruption. We would not hesitate to use Kingsley Roofing in the future and have already recommended them to a neighbour!

Great service from Dale and the chaps that came to repair the roof. Quick, friendly and efficient. Matched original tiles and even moved the old ones around so the new ones were invisible. Will use again.

Kingsley Roofing re-roofed my house, new breathable membrane, new tiles, sofits/facias, and guttering. They have done an excellent job, and it has solved the high humidity. The roof looks fantastic, making the house looking refreshed. I would highly recommend Kinglsey Roofing to anyone needing their roof replaced.

Paul and his team help us with our latest development, slating two houses for us. Offering help and advice through the whole process, with some bumps in the road, down to our suppliers the end result was spot on. We now have a partnership to complete our projects rather than a sub-contractor. Top work and a good relationship that will continue in the future.

1st appointment was cancelled the afternoon before "due to an issue" - fair enough we rescheduled. I wasted half day holiday 2nd appointment at 09:30 today no one turned up or called. (wife had been waiting in for them) I called at 11:30 am and was told I would be called back in 2 mins... 30 mins later still hadn't heard anything. No one picked up so left voicemail. Eventually had call from secretary saying there was a serious incident but didn't know what the nature of the serious incident was. Received call from the owner who did apologise, Its a shame sadly I don't feel confident to business with you.

Excellent communication skills and really easy to talk to. Knew exactly what they were talking about and completed the work very efficiently.

Would definitely recommend, very prompt response to initial query, and in completing the work, which was also done promptly and to a good standard.

Just a small job, to repair some damage following the gales earlier this year, but we received an accurate quotation and were kept fully up to date. The work was done when promised and the care and attention to detail was impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kingsley Roofing.

Paul came out and looked at our extension roof where the cement around the ridge tiles and apex was failing. the quote came as promised the next day and was very competitive. I gave the go ahead and Paul scheduled the work a week later. Unfortunately the weather turned to heavy rain so we had to postpone. As soon as the sun came back Paul gave us a new date the following week. They arrived on time and just got on with the job, i was most impressed with not only a quality job but they cleaned up everything before they left and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and 100% recommend Kingsley Roofers. You wont be dissapointed, small job or complete roof they are a firm you can trust.

After the recent storm, I contacted them and they repaired my roof the next day. Response was quick and did an excellent job!

The recent storm damaged my roof found roofing solutions on trust a trader, when I called the person was nice and friendly and they come out 2 days later. 2 guys come early morning, in and out within 30 minutes. They checked the rest of the roof plus my chimney, they had the perfect opportunity to mug me off because I don't have access to my roof so you're going by their word. Everything was perfect, heavily recommended! 5* all day long.

After contacting a number of roofing companies and getting a huge range of prices I got in touch with Kingsley Roofing Services and was very impressed. The work was for my parents and KRS gave a competitive price, turned up when they said they were going to and did an excellent job. I can't recommend them highly enough 👍🏾
