Blue Lines Roofing Ltd carried out full roof replacements for several customers, including council tenants, with reviewers describing the finished roofs as looking amazing, perfect or excellent. One reviewer said Danny, a manager, explained the work clearly and helped ease their worries, and another praised a housing liaison for being professional and going above and beyond. Several reviewers called the crews polite, helpful and hard working, though one said they had to ask for their drive to be cleared afterwards. Others reported problems: one reviewer said the work was shocking, workers left mess and repairs were still outstanding after weeks, while another said repairs were claimed as completed but had not been started and a neighbour's property was damaged. One reviewer criticised rude office staff and another mentioned dangerous driving, and another described rude, inconsiderate staff and an overpriced bodge job.
MDC tenant iv had years of problems with the roof complaining many times with the bowing roof when raining the weight cracked the ceilings and even breaking the window Blueline was contracted to fix the problem and replace the roof I was in panic made here we go again but no Danny came out with mat giving me some confidence back I was then visited by Danny and Rachel who talked my through the work and accommodated to my needs thank you 🙏 scaffolding went up and the lads came out to start the work I found all the staff extremely helpful hard working with no complaints or drama the scaffolding came down as you can see from the photos the roof looks amazing I can not thank you enough and wish you all the very best thank you so much I found out the contract has now been give to another company from well out of the area bad move MDC local company and local lads extra 🤷♂️ I do not understand this at all Blueline thank you from my heart I truly mean that would highly recommend 👍
This is excellent company. They completely replaced council flats roof in Meden Vale. Two man team work tirelessly for three weeks in all weather to complete a fine job. The flats now have brand new roof. Thank you Blue lines Ltd from the residents of the flats. 😊If anyone needs new roof these are the guy's you need
Rating 5 stars dedicated to our housing liason. She was lovely, professional and went above n beyond to ensure that we were happy with the outcome. She made the process of getting a new roof feel less worrying and stressful. Bluelines have done a wonderful job on our new roof.
I was very pleased with the work done. Builders were polite & helpful. Very skilled in their work.
I recently had a new roof fitted on my council property and I’m extremely pleased with the work that was carried out. The whole process was handled professionally, and the quality of the workmanship looks excellent. I was quite anxious at first about the work being done, but Danny, one of the managers, was absolutely brilliant. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really helped put my mind at ease. His support and reassurance made a big difference and turned what I was worried about into a very positive experience. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and the end result, and I’d like to say a big thank you to the team for doing such a great job
We have had this company to do roof work ,there work was shocking, dirty workers ,never cleaned up after their selves ,we was left days without workmen, office staff are very rude .we have repairs need doing ,and we have been left 2/3 weeks if not longer waiting for repairs to be completed. We would definitely not recommend this company to anyone .
If this company cares about your roof as much as they care about the safety of other road users with their dangerous driving I would give them a miss.
Firstly Bluelines are doing the work though the council here at Amber place , there are a gang of three - Kurt ak Dellboy , Owen ak Trigger , and Jack ak Rodney -Dave who are the best i have seen in doing there job roofing , stripping the old tiles off prepping the old wood frames up grading the insulation covering back up retile the site is kept clean at all times by Rodney , we had some banter to make the job more light hearted , as a team they really do work as a one , oh me the call me uncle Albert
Just had a full reroof done by Bluelines. Josh and the lads were a class act from start to finish. Must have had nearly 10 roofers round to quote prior to Blueliness, which was a bit of a nightmare. Josh was the first to do a detailed site visit, and produced a very reasonable quote and sent this through to myself promptly. Kept me in the loop with scheduling, and always on hand to answer any queries. Once on site, the lads worked hard to get the work done and to a high quality. They even did some extras for me, at again, a very reasonable price. Site left tidy at the end of each day. Would definitely recommend, will be getting them to do future work for us for sure.
Very skilled professional company
Absolute COWBOY’s - says repair work had been completed and then a year later admits repairs weren’t even started, given another chance to repair and they have damaged my neighbours property and still not done the original repairs. Stay well away from this company unless you want damp patches on your walls and ceilings, scaffolding left up for weeks on end and inadequate guttering. These guys must have took thousands of pounds from the Local Authority for in-completed and inadequate works. Truly shocking! Avoid at all costs
Lovely, polite crew new roof was perfect, had to get in touch for them to come clear my drive after they'd finished the job,but all in all was very good
Well established great quality work 👏 👌 👍
Excellent company, John who performed the initial inspection, and every operative have been extremely professional, and friendly, and ready to answer any questions. Five stars and my 100% recommendation.
Can’t rate this company enough, very professional, hardly any mess ,good value for money ,very impressed
Rude inconsiderate staff. If you are looking for a over priced bodge job they are perfect.
Friendly and helpful
