If I need roofing work again (which is quite likely), James is the first person I will call. He came the day after I messaged him, quickly found the problem and fixed it. He strikes me as being extremely competent, skilful and trustworthy and I would recommend him to anyone who needs the servies he offers.

Jamie turned up very quickly and gave me a price that I liked. I was (previously) very cautious of building contractors generally but Jamie put me at ease with his terrific inter-personal skills. He and his team rapidly completed all of the tasks - himself putting in a ‘Herculean’ effort. Jamie followed-up a couple of days’ bad weather later going above-and-beyond to guarantee the integrity of his work. It feels good to now have a ‘go-to’ roofer. Thanks Jamie🙂.

We hired Jamie and his team through a recommendation of a friend after we had a very unfortunate turn of events with some previous builders who had been contracted to construct our loft conversion. Jamie's team took on the removal of two stud walls, the installation of a 3 meter high joinery-built staircase over a 10 meter deep gap, and the installation of a large MK04 Velux window in the roof. Over the few days of completing the job we found that there was a roof leak from where the previous builder's roofers had not sealed off the removed chimney flue, and Jamie's team quickly agreed to get up on the roof, patch it, and inspect and put right any defects. They were fast, accurate, professional, and happy to take on previous work and correct it - and all for a fair and competitive price. Would i hire Kent Roofing services again? Yes. Would i only hire them to finish roof services? No - the company has proven that it can do so much more than roofing services to a high standard, and so i would happily hire them for any other internal work. Above all of this, Jamie and his team have proven themselves to be trustworthy, good around working in sites where there are young children, fair and reasonable on pricing, and invested in ensuring that he can help his clients get a good and regs-compliant finish. They also worked well with the other trades that we had in, and in particular in going through some site specs with our other carpenter (who had been installing joists and secondary finishes) and project manager). We would definitely work with them again.

Excellent service and brilliant workmanship, so professional. Jamie was friendly and so nice to talk to. English is not my first language but he patiently listened to me and gave me step by step explanations. What a relief. Jamie and his team sorted out my overgrown ivy, mended leak, and installed new soffit, fascia, gutter and leadwork. Beautifully done. After work, they even wiped my entrance door and garage door. I am so happy.

Jamie arranged to come and quote Saturday at 10.30. I called him at 11.15 and 12.00 he did not pick up. Messaged him but no reply seemed a nice guy on the phone but I would avoid him in future.

Brilliant service and advice - Kent Roofing Services assisted us with our damaged roof (tiles had come away) and some lead flashing which had come free. While they were clearly very busy and booked up (as you would expect any decent tradesperson to be), they managed to fit us in and even offered advice on the best way forwards to remedy our long standing issue with our lead flashing. The prices were fair and the advice meant that we avoided unnecessary work (which other trades people had recommended - sadly it can be a bit like the "Wild West" when it comes to roofers from our recent experience). This of course saved us some money and I guess from Kent Roofing's point of view means that we will be loyal customers for them. A win all round! Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable service - if you are in Kent and need a roof looking at, these are the people to call.

Very good service, turned upon time and got straight to work. It was a flat roof and it looked good when it was finished. Hopefully we will have no more leaks when it rains now.

Jamie was always punctual friendly and professional, he found solutions rather than issues. His first visit was to repair leaking guttering and missing tiles. He has taken down very over growing ivy from an awkward to reach chimney and repointed and repainted. replaced a out building flat roof. He has just finished repairs to a wooden conservatory roof, arranged and replaced blown glass windows and painted the wooden frames. It looks amazing we are really happy with the finish and how the works have been completed-would not hesitate to recommend Kent roofing.

Jamie and Lee replaced our old flat roof. I'm very happy with the result. They kept to the times arranged and also kept us updated of the progress of the work as it is quite a big roof. It took them 3 days to finish the job and we also had our gutters and fascias cleaned which I wasn't expecting. Left the place spotless clean. I can definitely recommend them 🙂
