Great service. I had a small issue with some guttering and got in touch with Affordable Roofing. Great communication from the start. The guys turned up when they said they would to assess the job. I thought they would say it would be a few weeks before they could fit it in but instead they just got on with it there and then, and did a professional job. I would happily use again.

Cleaned all our gutters and roof first class service tidy and helpful and a good price A*

Jet washed my elderly neighbours roof,no consideration for surrounding neighbours who's property(conservatories, windows, cars, gardens were covered in grit Not only are you not supposed to use high powered jet washes on roofs but the mess it caused was and still is unbearable They only came back to wash down my conservatory(using my water supply to clean up thier mess) after complaints from myself and the customer. My poor elderly neighbours had to clean up the mess left when they'd finished, leaving the front of our properties in a complete mess of jet wash residue It became apparent how much mess it caused when my neighbour the other side, car was covered. I'm still trying to clean all my windows from the mess, even though I asked them to clean front and back windows, they only hosed my back window. You really need to check with neighbours of customers what you are doing and clean up after yourselves properly in the first instance and not use jet washes on roof tiles where the mess travelled beyond. I hope lessons will be learnt!

I have had work done today after contacting Affordable only last week Very efficient and friendly workers whose work is exemplary with attention to detail As they could not complete a small part of the work their boss came round and finished off himself all on the same day I am very pleased with all of this

John and 'affordable roofing' have been a great help at helping us repair our roof. After a survey we had some minor issues flagged and approached John for a quote for these. He was super speedy and very helpful with providing this as well as completing the works incredibly quickly so as to avoid any further issues. John took the time to explain to myself and my partner each part of the process and our options for repair as well as showing us photos of the issues that had been raised and how these had been repaired. This has given us additional reassurance that the issues have been resolved.

Having been let down by another company who didn’t return to repair the work they done . I contacted John and his team . They fitted me in quickly , arrived on time and repaired the leaking gutters . Very polite and friendly . Would use again and would recommend . Thankyou John and team .

Good comms, fitted the job in for us quickly around their other work, polite and did good work.

Very pleased with the service from a polite hard working team of men would definitely would recommend

John and his team installed guttering and fascias on our house. They were very polite and professional, the work was done quickly to a high standard and they left everywhere neat and tidy. Would recommend.

Work was done to a poor standard and over priced and not completed when asked to return. Soffit not sitting correctly with adjoining house. Facia hanging an inch lower on one side. Sealent done poorly or missed completely in mutliple places.. John promised to come back to fix. After he missed several agreed days to come back. He stopped answering call and texts. Have had to do to the rest of the repair work myself. Also very expensive. Part way through the work to replace guttering. Soffits found to be rotten. Asked to replace as work already started felt very over charged for this but did not want to look for other quotes with work started already and half my roof exposed. Very demanding when it came to payment as well. My advice go to a different guttering company. Or if you go with this company don't pay a penny until you a 100% happy with the work. I doubt the guarantee is worth the miss printed time it took to write.

Very Happy with the work carried out ,a pleasure to do business with.from Sheila and Jim

Very pleased. Removed moss, cleaned gutter and added 'hedgehog' to gutters. Cleaned up after themselves. Got the job done in time stated.

So pleased with Affordable Roofing. John arrived on time to inspect the damage to our ridge tiles and took photos to show us what required repairing/replacing. They arrived promptly the next morning as promised and completed the work in a professional friendly manner. Photos again taken to show us what work had been done, exactly as promised. Very pleased with the work done and they cleaned everything down before leaving. Highly recommended.
