WILLINGTONS ROOFING & BUILDING LTD is praised for reliable, friendly service and high-quality roofing work, from roof cleaning, repairs and reroofing to guttering, fascias, soffits, ridge tiles and verges. Customers value clear communication, competitive pricing, tidy workmanship and respectful teams who often go the extra mile. One review noted that a quote for a less convenient job was left outstanding despite follow-ups.
I used Willingtons to replace all of my soffit/fascia/guttering after a fire at my house. The service and quality of the work was exemplary. They went the extra mile fixing small other issues to while on site. They worked great with my insurance company supplying acceptable quotes from the outset. I recommend them regularly to friends and neighbours as a thank you.
Fantastic company with reliable staff. I used them for years, including when I've needed the gutters cleaned, fixed (after damaged by some scaffolders!), resolved a leak etc. I've recommended them to neighbours who have used them too. I couldn't speak highly enough of them.
customer service, great end product. roof cleaning and mortar works on roof
Fantastic customer service from start to finish! The quality of the final result is top-notch. Highly recommend!
Greame and his team were very helpful. Discussed what was going to happen and when. Would use again
Fantastic job from start to finish, customer service from the team was excellent, took the time and care for my property. Would highly recommend, roof looks like new after cleaning!
Wellingtons came to clean our gutters and were reliable and efficient. Many thanks!
Roof repairs, cleaning and guttering replacements carried out. Very happy with all work done, communications and price :-)
I have used Willingtons for gutter cleaning and repairs and will definitely use them in the future. Respectful staff, great job and good price. Chaney went above and beyond the job he came to do and kindly repaired my broken soffits where I had pigeons moving in ! I’d definitely recommend them 😁
amazing company, great communication and great work
Very friendly team, transparent in their communication from the off, couldn't be happier with their service!
Willingtons have carried out a number of jobs on my house over the past 3years. They’ve renovated my chimney, cleaned and restored my roof and replaced all of the fascia’s and soffits. Every member of their team were courteous and professional and the roof looks great. I highly recommend them.
Booked them for roof cleaning and gutter clearing. Both done well. Communication was clear and price was reasonable compared to others I checked
I had Willingtons clean my gutters a couple of times and I was very pleased with the quality of work. However, I then asked them to quote for rectifying a problem area at my roof edge and, despite several promises and reminders, they never quoted. My view is that they are good at what they do but, if your job does not fit conveniently into their workflow, you may be left waiting.
Ridge tiles and verges redone on my house in a timely manner and left my place spotless
Reroof completed. Great workmanship, they were tidy and polite too.
New roof installed at my house. No more leaks and now my roof looks better than anyone else’s in my road
Great service provided by Willingtons replacing our facia and soffit. Would highly recommend these guys.
We have used these guys a couple of times to make various repairs to our roof and guttering. They provided us a detailed plan of work that needed to be done and clear before, during and after photos. All communication was clear and any questions we had were answered clearly and concisely. Also very respectful of the property leaving everything clean and tidy at the end of the day. Cannot recommend highly enough
Gutter clean - very thorough job, reliable and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks
2nd time we have used them. Great work. Left the place completely free of rubbish. Highly recommended. Will use again
We had our Fascias soffets and guttering replaced. Willingtons were brilliant, on-time clean and polite. Graham gave us a quote which was very competitive and Channey was brilliant hard working and nothing was to much. We will be getting our roof tiles replaced soon and will definitely be using Willingtons. They were superb and would highly recommend them.
Ridge tiles recessed at my parents house. Very easy to deal with, nice guys, very tidy. Will use again
