KJ Scott Roofing Ltd

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Throughout the process they were efficient, hard-working, professional and a pleasure to be around. I was happy with their prices, the quality of their work was faultless and I would recommend them without hesitation.

An excellent piece of work that resolved my leaking roof, in a short time so that i didnt get anymore damage. I would totally recommend them

Kevin re-roofed our conservatory recently and has cured the leak, the work was handled very professionally and finished to the highest standard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kevin to anyone who needs a new roof

Great service. We had a line of tiles that need replacing. They managed to get someone round to do the work within a week even with the bad weather. When they arrived the work was carried out very quickly and professionally, they had all the right tiles already just from the pictures I sent them. Will definitely be using them again if we need more work done.

When we moved into our new home, we made contact with Kevin about a roofing issue that had come up in our homebuyer's survey. The whole verge (up and over) needed replacing, including new felt, a new batten and new undercloak. New cement laid and tiles reinstated and replaced where necessary. Kevin had actually repaired several of the properties in our road previously and sent some photos of the works so we had an idea of what to expect. The quote included for the scaffolding and skip too. Very reasonably priced.

Excellent product and easy to work with Kevin

Excellent service and communication from start to finish. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy during the work. Kevin and his team even stayed later to get the job completed in the time frame as we was moving in the following week. Highly recommended. Thank you KJ Scott Roofing

KJ Scott Roofing were fantastic. They fitted the flashing around my wood burner flue very promptly and professionally, and also fixed the wooden battens and some of the tiles which had become loose and damaged.

Really pleased with work, high standard, very professional and good communication throughout… thank you!

Highly professional and reliable company always prepared to offer help and advice

I had my porch completely overhauled by Kevin and his team of subcontractors and couldn’t be happier with the end result. They corrected a previous poor installation, insulated and then installed a rubber roof system along with fascia, soffits and guttering. The cladding team followed up the next day installing fibre cement boards which really finished it off nicely. I’d happily recommend to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Thoroughly professional response to repair my leaking roof. Work carried on on time and budget. Highly recommended.

RE: K J Scott Roofing Kevin accepted the challenge of re-roofing our orangery. It was a far from straight forward job but he listened to us and worked with us throughout. He kept us fully informed, fully explained technical issues, and when we were unable to be on site he sent us photos. We are very happy with the finished result. We would happily use Kevin again.

Outstanding! Kev was recommended to us by a friend in the building trade who knew of his good work. It is so difficult to find a good tradesman so we were glad for the recommendation. We had a flat roof that needed replacing. Due to the new building regulations all the insulation had to conform to the present insulation and fire safety regulations. Kev gave us a thorough estimate including all materials that were to be used so that the council building inspector could approve them before the job commenced. He also carried out an approved asbestos check on our existing old insulation which was negative luckily, something I would never of thought of doing but Kev explained the age of our insulation required this. The job itself was carried out without incident (in challenging weather conditions as well) and Kev liaised with the council planning inspection team before, during and upon completion. All waste was taken away and the area was kept clean and tidy. Highly recommend Kev and his team , they did a great job.

Fast response, competitive quotation given against description and photos to replace slate on house roof. Work carried out professionally and on agreed date and time. Good service, good job, well done. Will use in future for roofing needs.

Top roofer not only in terms of the job but has popped back to fix a broken slate that he saw as he drove past and would not take any money

This a totally impartial review of K J Scott Roofing Ltd. Kevin and his team did a fantastic job installing a new roof to our property. My husband and myself, found them to be 'extreamly' hard working and always punctual. Nothing too much trouble and importantly, a very pleasant manner, being open to any questions you may have regarding the job you need doing. We find it very important to be able to speak to the people doing your work, in a friendly open way. All in all, an extremely pleasant experience using this company. You won't be disappointed.
