Visited Thursday 18th June The lady in the shop was the most helpful, she couldn’t do enough to help us find the jelly cat rabbit we wanted.. Hope the owner sees this as I have never experienced a sales person like it. Thank you and thanks to her we got our rabbit from the Reigate shop. Fabulous shop
Amazing shop and customer service. Communication via social media was amazing due to an issue with payment for my order. There was then a mix up and two of the same jellycat product was sent to me on accident. They contacted me asking for me to send it back to them as it had already been paid for and ordered by another customer, which as a honest individual i did so of course, however, their amazing communication and willingness to help previous to this made me more inclined to get this item back to them as soon as possible. They refunded the postage i paid to get it back to them promptly and all was resolved in an orderly manner. Couldn’t recommend enough! As a jellycat lover i will definitely be ordering from here again in the future!!! Thanks so much!

I went in there with a few friends, browsed a few items and was considering making a purchase when we were very abruptly told to “Get out”. Staff were extremely rude and after we left, stood outside and watched us, making us feel very uncomfortable as we are only young. We were threatened with CCTV footage despite doing nothing wrong. Completely disgraceful behaviour and service. Do not recommend unless you want to be verbally abused and treated badly for no reason. Awful.
Absolutely awful service. The staff were extremely rude and disrespectful. I was in there with a few friends looking at products and offering our custom until we were forcefully told to leave without having done anything wrong to trigger this aggressive response. After leaving people stood outside and watched us as we walked about the high street, making us feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. Would not recommend, products are overpriced and workers are unnecessarily verbally abusive. Do not go unless you want to be attacked without provocation.
as a teenager, me and a few of my friends were walking through banstead highstreet. we went into this shop as we have heard they sell jellycats and i was needing to pick one up for a relative of mine who is currently in hospital. whilst looking at the jellycats i picked one up to check the price and was instantly kicked out along with my friends. When asking why we were being thrown out the staff were unable to provide any reason whatsoever. After leaving we checked other charity shops to see if we could find anything, to our surprise we looked out of the window and the staff mentioned previously, along with 2 adult women and one man were all staring at us for around 10-20 minutes. This made us extremely uncomfortable and nervous. Overall would not recommend unless you enjoy poor hospitality and being threatened by 4 grown adults, for essentially no reason.
I've ordered multiple jellycats from them and every one has come in perfect condition in a cute lemon tree bag. Very happy with the service so will definitely keep buying from them :)

This liitle shop is just lovely! I bought a scarf for my daughter before Xmas and it was nicely wrapped in tissue paper with one of their stickers holding it all neatly! The Girl that I chatted with a few days before my purchase was so friendly and helpful! Even though I live in Derbyshire I plan on visiting the shop when I next visit family.
