Roofbuild ltd

Guy identified the problem with a leaking garage roof and the repair was completed quickly and efficiently - great service from Guy and Connor. I will use them again.

Roofbuild did a small job for us to patch up a hole that birds were entering the roof through. Great job very happy.

My company does a lot of work for roofers, (Roofbuild )Guy and his team are the only company I would recommend to our other domestic customers. There workmanship is second to none. Always leave a tidy site and scaffold !!

Guy has done a number of jobs for me ranging from replacing a large flat roof to sorting out leaks from an old tiled roof. All done quickly and reasonably priced. He always gives options but doesn’t push for the most expensive. His team are polite and just get on with the job. I will continue to use him as my first call.

Highly recommend Roofbuild Ltd. Guy was prompt with his response and answered all my questions and then Connor and Reice arrived on time and were polite, professional and left the space clean and tidy when they left.

I would highly recommend using roof build ltd , they were extremely professional and polite, always arrived when they said they would, the job was completed within the timeframe they said it would be. Very satisfied with the end result

Fantastic job done really hard working. Punctual and professional team. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

Will definitely use again for any further works. Guy was prompt with the quote and happy to answer any questions I had and the boys that did the work, Connor and Reice, were extremely polite, professional and left the area clean and tidy.

Excellent workmanship and a respectful crew. My home looks fantastic now.

Timely, honest, and professional. I’ll definitely use them again in the future."

Very impressive with their service. Honest pricing, great communication, and quality work.

They handled my insurance claim smoothly and did a fantastic roofing job."

I would highly recommend Roofbuild. I got a really prompt response, a reasonable quote and the work was carried out in a very professional way. Having been ripped off by a previous dreadful tradesman, I was very glad to have Guy and his team work for me.

"Best roofing company I’ve dealt with. Great communication and top-notch materials."

Many thanks to Guy and his team for coming out promptly and addressing our leak. We do have to wait for the next wet, stormy weather to be 100% sure our roof leak is resolved, but we feel assured by the investigation and proactive solution to fixing what seemed to be a cause of our leak (some old crumbly concrete and felt under the roof tiles which was vulnerable to ingress during stormy, wet weather). Thanks to Guy and team for arriving on time to investigate l, and then fitting us in same day to fix - we got lucky that another job finished early that day. Another local firm had quoted (literally) 10x as much for the job, so we are even more thankful to Guy for his experience and expertise to uncover what was a simple and far less expensive fix. Thank you.

Guy and his team seagull proofed my roof, and did a fantastic job. Polite, professional and turned up on time. What more could you want! Would highly recommend 👍

Fast, effective, tidy and polite would highly recommend

Roofbuild recently carried out the third roofing job (not all on the same property!) that we have asked them to handle. If there were ever occasion for another, we would confidently entrust that to them too. All three have been promptly scheduled, transparently priced, and completed very efficiently, tidily and courteously.

Exceptional work and service. Would highly recommend. Guy gave me free estimates which included two different options to help me budget for the work. He booked me in very promptly and his team completed the work to a really excellent standard. Guy and his team are very polite, professional and friendly. I am extremely pleased with everything.

We’ve had a really good experience with Roofbuild. The conversation about what needed to be done was very clear. We felt we were being listened to as well as getting a clear assessment of the best way to proceed with a fairly tricky problem. When the team arrived, they worked well around the family and dog being present in the house, and the work done was very thorough. I feel very confident about Roofbuild and would definitely recommend.

Guy and he’s team were all very professional and always happy to help, they done an excellent job and we will be very happy to recommend them to friends and family

could not be happier with guy's work, came around kept me informed throughout the job, since coming around having more work done, really happy cleaned up and took all rubbish what a great company, highly recommend,

I have used Roofbuild Ltd on numerous occasions to undertake roofing work. I’ve always found Guy Denby and his staff extremely efficient with the work carried out in a timely manner. Guy Denby has always provided me with an explicit explanation of what he is about to do and expected result. I have no reservation at all in recommending most highly roof build.

Very responsive and very skilled roofers

Had a leaking roof, and they fixed it quickly and professionally. The team was friendly, explained the issue clearly, and made sure the repair was solid. No more water damage, and my home feels secure again. They were efficient, tidy, and very skilled. Highly recommend their roof repair services!

Brilliant reliable outfit, I have used them a few times, and can always rely on a first class job. I can highly recommend them.

Fixed issues with roof, really knowledgable and helpful, would definitely use again

Guy came round and gave me a free quotation. I accepted the offer and am very pleased with the result. The team are very friendly and I would highly recommend.

Brilliant job done. Reliable, tidies up, honest, and very good value for money. We have used Guy and his sons a few times for different things. They always arrive on time and are polite and curtious. We have recommended them to neighbours. We highly recommend Roofbuild Ltd.

My Fibre glass extension roof needed updating, searching for companies with reliable reviews are like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Roofbuild Ltd came onto my radar, contacting Guy setting up an appointment and turning up on time was a refreshing change for me. Guy was exceptionally knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional. Guy told me he was busy with a large job and would contact me in a few weeks time. In the meantime he emailed me with the price, details of materials and work schedule. Within the time slot he had contacted me and a date set to do the job. This is a family run firm with his two sons Reece and Connor who turned up in a separate van and got to work straight away. The family team were courteous, friendly and professional at all times. I can highly recommend Roofbuild Ltd for the job done, time scale, organisation skills and working practice. I will be recommending Guy, Reece and Connor to my friends, family and neighbours for all their building skills. Well done and thank you.
