Speedyfit

I have had pool heat pumps for a very long time. Steve was the first of many engineers that truly understood how the machine works and how to repair it. Too many 'engineers' only want to sell you a new unit.

Steve at Speedy Fit maintained a solar thermal unit I had for 16 years, so he was the obvious person to provide a quote for my Solar PV/ Battery/ EV charger upgrade. I have a complicated roof space requiring a bespoke job, that others thought too complicated. Steve took time to get the design right, spec the install, change things as I asked and was clear about the challenges and the relative complexity of dealing with the local network operator, changing suppliers, getting the right Tarrifs, admin and compliance (MCS and DNO certification), to have all the ticks in all the boxes if you want to export electricity and add value to your install/ property! The Aiko panels and SolaX system- battery, inverter/ EV charger are excellent and App easy to use. Steve also installed a Solar iboost unit to connect to immersion element on the hot water storage tank, so throughout this (hot) summer 2026 we have turned the hot water gas boiler off too, which is a real saving as we are on LPG delivered. Currently we are exporting £ positive, and with zero gas use, I’m delighted with my decision. Can’t praise Steve enough for the time, care and neatness of the job and getting it all right and managing my expectations and providing the detail. This is detailed and can be complicated as there is a lot of cabling and boxes, so you really need it to be neat and to use someone with all the skills, expertise, knowledge and certification for all the many jobs involved. Recommend in him and Speedy Fit 100%

Quick response and repair of our air source heat pump. Would recommend.

Thank you Speedy Fit Solar for the help with our G99 paperwork. The solar, battery and emergency Power supply install looks and works great. A very big thank you to Steve and Pete.

My wife and I are very please with the installation of our solar and battery storage. The staff at Speedy Fit were very professional and helpful.
