One reviewer described Duncan Renewable Power Limited as always helpful when they needed help. Another reviewer was not impressed: after asking for a quote several times, they got a reply and provided a lot of information, but then heard nothing more. That reviewer thought a short email saying the company was not interested would have been the polite thing to do.
Always helpful when I need help.
Not impressed. Requested a quote on several occasions. Eventually received a response and provided a load of information and never heard from them again. I realise that they may be very busy in these current times, however, out of courtesy, a quick email politely stating that they are not interested in the project would have been appropriate.
