I would highly recommend EGI Energy following their solar panel and heating system installation across our block of flats. From the initial discussions through to installation and, importantly, the aftercare, the communication and customer service from Dave and Carly has been excellent. They kept us informed throughout the solar installation process and have continued to provide support well after the work was completed. As a landlord, one of the things I have been particularly impressed with is the level of tenant support provided by EGI Energy. Dave and Carly have sat down with our tenants on a number of occasions to explain the billing process, answer their questions and help them understand how the solar energy system works, the benefits of renewable energy and how it can help improve energy efficiency and potentially reduce energy costs. Installing solar panels and energy-efficient heating into a block of flats can be more complicated than a standard domestic solar installation, particularly when it comes to helping tenants understand how the system and billing arrangements work.
