Fantastic company! Turned up when they said they would and cleaned up afterwards. I was stressed trying to find someone to mount my TV onto a solid stone wall and hide all the wires, but these guys did it no problem. Would definitely recommend!

Mark and his apprentice came to fit a tv on a dot and dabbed wall AFTER cowboys came in and ruined my trust in the job. I had Alex and Curt out from One Vision out to mount a TV and install Sky dish. They did an excellent job, the price was provided upfront and they explained exactly how they were going to do the job before starting. They also had spare cables as some of mine weren’t long enough. Needed a Wired Access Network installed to a recent new outbuilding. Told them what I needed over the phone. Already had the ethernet running down from my router to the new building, they just had to supply and install. Was quoted £180 plus VAT and that they couldn't fit until the following week as they would need to order the parts in. I was happy with this and the price. A little over a week later and the day they are due to arrive and a day I had to book off work they failed to show. It took me calling them to see where they were for them to tell me they wouldn't be able to attend but would attend first thing the following morning. I accepted and booked the following day off work. They attended as promise and looked at the job but left after just 5 minutes. When asked why he wasn't installing today he said that he was just asked to come out to give me a quote and tell me what I needed. I knew what I needed and I told them on the phone the previous week and they told me they were ordering the parts in. I called the office and they said they would ring the engineer and get back to me. It's now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for that call. I did my own research and ended up fitting a Wired Access Network myself after purchasing one off the internet for £25. Works great and fast upload and download speeds. Should thank them really as they saved me nearly £200. Wouldn't suggest them to a friend and would stay well clear.

My sat dish broke so I needed a new one . For £95 they replaced the old rusty dish with a brand new one with a one year warranty. They were two really nice guys, friendly and efficient. They did the job in no time. Now I'm up and running. THANK YOU ONE VISION.

Can't recommend enough!! We had a TV mounted on wall with hidden cables inside trunking, fantastic job and they even attached our Apple TV to the mount which we didn't think we would be able to do. Sorted out the poor TV signal through the rest of the house. In and out like a flash, friendly and professional. Thanks One Vision.

Disappointed. One Vision was recommended to me by SKY as i didnt want them putting holes in my new render. I called them to enquire about installing a SKY dish. My enquiry was very specific due to the nature of a recent house renovation. The quote was provided, £75 plus VAT, and accepted along with an installation date and time with an agreement that due to my work schedule, i would get a call 30 min before arrival. 1st problem- On receiving the call i was told the engineer is 5 mins away. Explaining that i wont be there in 5 mins i was told they cannot wait but will call me later that day, they didn't know when. After calling the office to express my frustration the engineer did call and made the appointment 2h's later. 2nd problem- On arrival i was told i had been miss-quoted. The engineer wasn't happy as this had also happened to the appointment before me. the price went up to £120 plus VAT. Again speaking to the office Manager, who is the person that quoted me, he miss understood my specific requests and if i didn't like the quote i could cancel the installation. Needing the dish for the weekend (due to SKY's visit) i had no choice but to carry on. Im sure I've seen these antics on watchdog in the past....... This is poor customer service from your business and looks very underhand. Take a look a your web site, it says "you can trust us"....... Still waiting on a call from the owner...

Mother in law had problems with tv signal/aerial so having seen positive reviews on the internet I called One Vision on her behalf. We were given a time slot and a call ahead of arrival- very useful. Lee investigated the problem thoroughly, both outside & in the loft and finally diagnosed the problem. Now have an updated Sky box and all TVs in action!

Definitely do not recommend. wanted a tv installed on wall so I gave all dimensions to the man on the phone and was given a price. when the men arrived to fit they quoted me DOUBLE the price. the reason given was that they needed to use a bit more cable. i needed the tv done that day as i had a party the next day so had to pay.

Had an aerial fitted by these guys last week. I missed the engineers at my address on the first occasion, however they were more than happy to book a new appointment with no arguments. Customer service is second to none and so is the quality of the job. The price was very reasonable and the engineers very polite and friendly. Keep up the good work!

Arranged appointment for Dish install. No show, No Call to apologise. When I rang to chase 3 times explaining that we had waited in all day, we finally were asked if we would like to re-arrange for a later date? For another no show and wasted day waiting in ? No thanks. Steer clear horrendous customer service.

Booked a week in advance. Given a morning slot 8-12. Then told at 11.30 that morning that they had overbooked, and booked me in automatically for a monday morning. They didn't call and ask if i was available. All i got was a text message. Guy on the phone didnt seemed bothered.
