Eco Energy

From the initial quote to the final installation Jamie and the team did a great job, with regular communication. We are really happy with the final result. And, what Jamie doesn't know about solar and battery installations isn't worth knowing ... he really is a wealth of knowledge. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service overall. I would highly recommend it. Renn

Great from the start all the way through to completion. Everything was organised ans scheduled so the job happened from start to finish in 1 week and we are very happy with system

Amazing work by Jamie and his team with our recent solar install. He provided great advice and recommendations throughout the quote and decision process and once agreed our install was booked in just a couple of weeks All the paperwork and various approvals etc and then certifications required were provided very quickly and even when we had a small glitch with our EV charger he was incredibly prompt to respond (after sales is always the most important part of any large purchase and he excels at this!) Overall would highly recommend Ecoenergy and Jamie for your solar needs and hope that we will continue to enjoy our new system and the cost savings for many years to come

Highly professional service provided by Jamie and the team. The quote was comprehensive and transparent. Installation went ahead as scheduled and finished as planned. Post installation support has been excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco Energy to others. Thank you to Jamie and the team!

Very happy with the work and service the team provided. Great communication throughout.

We had problems getting our GivEnergy inverter to work; it had stopped drawing power from our solar panels. Philip at Eco Energy Kent patiently talked us through what to do over the ‘phone and it worked. We were very impressed with the quality of service.

The service provided right from the advisory process, the quotation and all throughout the installation has been BRILLIANT. Jamie helped to tailor the individual needs for solar panels and batteries to suit the individual needs of my property. All the team were very professional and the communication was really good at all times. It is now a learning curve with this new technology however, I feel confident even though the installation work is now complete, the support from all the team will be there in the future should I need. I will have no hesitation in recommending Eco Energy Kent Ltd to others going forward. Thank you very much to Jamie Heslop and all the team

Excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie and his team were brilliant — really know their stuff and took the time to find the best setup for our needs, not just a one-size-fits-all like some of the others I spoke to. Our 100-year-old roof was tricky, but the guys tested different brackets to get it right, keeping everything watertight and protecting the old tiles. We’ve now got 16 panels, a 13.5 kWh battery, and a failover system — no more power cuts! The team were tidy, professional, and great to have around. Highly recommend.

Guys, Replaced aged panels for modern high performance panels, the output has been amazing

Installed solar and battery at my house in broadstairs . Great service

Ecoenergy carried out a very professional job. The scaffolder and solar panel installers were on schedule. Jamie carried out several site visits during installation to check that everything was running smoothly. He advised me to install extra solar panels on my garage roof which I am delighted he informed me to do so because its extra cost was relatively low. I experienced a snag at the end of installation because I noticed not all the solar panels had been wrapped with anti bird netting. Ecoenergy were quick to address the issue. All workmen were very polite and courteous. Following job completion Jamie reviewed the efficiency of the solar panels and helped me navigate the Octypus energy website. The company was recommended to me by my plumber who had done lots of research and informed me that Eco energy were in his opinion the best local solar panel installers. I can understand why and would recommend them as well.

Jamie and his crew have done yet another excellent job for me. This time on my mother's house after mine in July last year. Well done! Impressed with the workmanship and efficiency as well as the design to maximize the roof top space here. Keep up the good work!

Outstanding service and totally professional job. I would happily use again and highly recommend to all my friends and associates.

Fantastic team carrying out a fantastic install! The Eco Energy team were great, from first visit for specification and quote, through install and handover. They listened to my requirements, include cable routing requests, and went above and beyond to deliver on what they promised, all with no fuss. A true personable, professional, and reliable team. Very very happy with the solar solution they’ve built - more than covering my daily usage and feeding extra back to the grid - basically looking to cover all my energy bills for the year!
