We recently moved in to an old property with electric heaters and no gas supply to the house, I reached out to Transcrew to enquire about an Air source heat pump and spoke with Joe and he was very knowledgable and helped me come to the decision to get the ashp fitted. After speaking with Joe on a Friday, we made the decision to go with it and he had a team at my house that next Monday morning starting installation. The team that fitted the ashp and all new pipe work and radiators were fantastic. Graham, Weston and Ben are all very knowledgeable about the system, great tradesmen and were very happy to answer any questions and thoroughly explain everything that we asked. After installation, there was a couple of problems with the heat pump itself (no fault of Transcrew or the installers), but the team identified the issues and resolved them straight away. We couldn’t be happier with the service and I would recommend these guys to anybody who is looking to install an ashp to their home. A very good company, from a very happy customer!

Our heat pump installation was okay but not the smoothest. Everything is working, time it took was fine and price wise fair. But the communication was problematic. The installation was happening while we were away and we got back to a cold house without getting any notice about that beforehand. They also did not tell us that they couldn't do the placement of hot water tank on one side of a cabinet -which we agreed on- but took up all the space. We counted on using half of the cabinet and are still struggling to arrange furniture in that room due to that. One more thing was a mis-wiring of a Homely smart control. It was easy to change but took a couple of days to figure it out and we did it ourselves in the end to not delay having everything set up any longer. Overall, an honest, good company but communication is not their strength.

Given this was my first time choosing a Company to install an AirSource Heat Pump it was not easy however I was delighted with this Company. Before i signed their contract an open discussion was had and their Team were simply great. Edward (Alfie) & Brad were Rock Stars, being concientous and overcoming any concerns with a truly professional approach. Delighted with the Installation and cannot recommend enough.

They know there stuff, there very well priced in market where installers over inflate prices. Would recommend

From the first moment I met the surveyors/engineers I had good vibes and was very impressed by their knowledge and choices given to me regarding the installation, which was carried out with no problems and very little mess with no rubbish left for me. Joe and his team installed underfloor heating and an Air Source Heat Pump system in a barn conversion for me. From start to finish they were professional, clean, tidy and always turned up when they said they were going to. Always went above and beyond to help and explain the whole process. We recently had a Heat Pump And Radiators installed by Transcrew and we were so impressed with their excellent and professional service, every attention to detail was given and we couldn’t stress enough the quality of workmanship given. The men were extremely polite and courteous in every way and always insisted in cleaning up after themselves. We were left with a very efficient Heat Pump that regulates the temperature appropriately depending on the climate we are experiencing at the time , and instant hot water when needed, so pleased with their service and we highly recommend them to anyone who may be considering having a Heat Pump installed .

Joe's technical knowledge and experience convinced me that his design for a heat pump and hot water installation for my home was a better solution than others I asked to quote. I can't recommend Transcrew highly enough. I found them on Check-a-trade and they are extremely professional. I had an air sourced heat pump installed and Jo and the team successfully applied for the Government grant to upgrade my gas boiler, making the total installation extremely good value. Ben and Charlie were brilliant with the installation and kept everything stressfree, clean and tidy, despite being bothered all day by my dogs.

Had dealings with this company since they installed a new boiler for my elderly parents. They had them back up and running in no time within days due to the emergency crises of it being extremely cold weather. Since installation they have been making contact each year advising that the the annual safety service is due. Very reliable company keeping on top of everything striving for perfection and 100% customer satisfaction everytime. We have called them a couple of times for guildence and always come away with the inquiry resolved. My experience with Transcrew has been brilliant, and I strongly recommend them. Two years ago they fitted a new boiler and very recently a new hot water cylinder. The works have been carried out to an excellent standard.They have always been very responsive and helpful.

I initially contacted Transcrew to ask about fitting a replacement bath and shower plus dealing with a partly blocked sink. I chose them as they were a local family company which gave me some confidence. A visit by Jo happened within a couple of days and I was given a reasonably priced quote. I had a couple of queries that were satisfactorily answered so I accepted the quote. The work was completed about a week later with the bath, screen, taps and shower all sourced and provided by Jo. I am very happy with these and the overall service and standard of work by Transcrew. Throughout Jo and the Transcrew office were friendly and helpful. I have told Transcrew they will definitely be my company of choice for plumbing work in future. Following on from my initial review, I have used Transcrew on 3 more separate occasions all quite different - leaky main pipe leading to flats, installing new water heating boiler and a standard annual boiler check. On every job they did the necessary work promptly and efficiently and at reasonable cost. They are definitely my first choice for plumbing related work.

Excellent service from Joe and the team. I was rather pitched in with Transcrew accidentally as my previous installer went bankrupt after doing the survey and Joe stepped into the breach. Joe was able to identify issues with the previous survey, some of which would have affected efficiency, some which were frankly undoable. I would strongly recommend Transcrew purely on this basis alone. They don't dabble in Green energy, they specialise in it. This can focus can significantly improve the performance of your system. During the actual install they were prompt, pleasant and very professional. They got the work done with a minimum of fuss and mess and followed up with the appropriate paperwork in a very timely manner.

I have been trying to find a plumber who could fit a new bath shower, into our ground floor bathroom. It was a hard job as it would be need some relocation of piping work to provide hot water, and other trades people did not want to take job on, But Transcrew did and they were amazing lovely new bath/ shower, excellent workmanship, I shall be asking them to deal with plumbing and heating needs.

A really excellent company - the professionalism and reliability of a large company, but with the flexibility and warmth of a family run operation. Our boiler is a bit old now but everytime it plays up they're able to come round and patch it up, and when we eventually get a new boiler we have every faith transcrew will do a good job

Repaired my underfloor heating 5star

Returned home to find I had no heating or hot water with the temperature at only 1° outside! Transcrew arrived quickly, fixed it efficiently, and recommended changes to the settings to keep it all working smoothly. Very happy with the polite, professional and friendly service. Totally recommend.

I contacted Transcrew about my elderly mums kitchen tap. They called me back the next morning and went round that day to fix the problem. Really quick and efficient service. What a great company! I posted the job this morning, they called within the hour and fit me in for the afternoon. He arrived promptly, was very efficient with the boiler service, and left everything as tidy as before. Would HIGHLY recommend using Transcrew!

They came up with an effective solution to a complicated problem. Completely tiled in toilet that required tiles removing without making the whole bathroom look a mess. Solution looks like it was meant to be there all along.

Wonderful, wonderful company. Being a meanie I purchased an indifferent combi boiler. It came without the requisite fittings but Ben and Rowan took my parsimony in their stride and with considerable humour too. They did all the carpentry, electrics and plumbing to a brilliant standard, left the property in immaculate condition and at a fair price. Joe and his initially came to service my boiler and underfloor heating. Over the next fortnight he ended up dealing with a number of persistent issues that had been troubling me for months. This included pipework, alterations to the central heating system and making significant repairs to my ground source heat pump. Transcrew made more progress in two weeks than other engineers had managed in months. I've been consistently impressed by Joe's efforts to understand complicated problems and address their underlying causes. Transcrew has proven reliable and responsive. I'd gladly recommend them.

Joe initially came to service our caravan boiler but we needed a safety certificate too. When he was doing the checks for this he found a gas leak. As he said it was unsafe he came back the next morning early to repair it. We are extremely pleased with the excellent service and would definitely recommend to others
