From my first enquiry through to the completed installation, Tony and the team at We Know Energy provided an excellent service. Communication was outstanding throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer every question, explain the different options, and share their knowledge and experience, giving me complete confidence that I was making the right decisions for my battery installation. The installation and commissioning were completed to an exceptionally high standard. The workmanship was first class, everything was left neat and tidy, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It was clear that they take real pride in the quality of their work. What has impressed me just as much is the aftercare. Even after the installation was complete, Tony has been on hand to answer questions and help me understand the inverter settings and system setup. That level of ongoing support has been invaluable and really sets We Know Energy apart. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony and the team at We Know Energy to anyone considering a battery or solar installation. Professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely committed to delivering a great customer experience from start to finish.
Tony, Alex and David are an incredible team. So thorough, professional, knowledgable and friendly. They installed solar panels and a battery in my house and did a fantastic job. 10/10 recommend.
This project took a long time as we worked through getting a fully functional smart meter, planning approval, moving over to Octopus Energy and finally the construction of a plinth for the domestic batteries to stand on. Tony stayed patient throughout and got on with the job the very moment all was in place. We have 15kW Libbi batteries and 5 Solarwatt panels combined with a Zappi EV charger which have made charging our EV so much more convenient and most importantly massively cheaper. The work he, David and Alex did was perfect - neat, efficient and Tony stayed on the case as we spent time getting the hang of the apps and charging schedules - which took a week or two! They were great guys to work with; we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending We Know Energy to anyone embarking on a project like ours.
If you are looking to install solar, I would highly recommend We Know Energy. They really do know energy! Very knowledgeable 5*
Professional, personable and straight forward. Tony and Alex did a great job installing our solar panels on our garden room. They even advised and made good of some less than ideal wiring left by the previous owners. Battery and new inverter next! Would not hesitate to recommend!
Tony & Alex ran our solar project from inception, through planning, fitting and configuring the set up. New garage build with inset solar panels (6kw capacity) on south facing roof and (16kw storage). We Know Energy delivered on the remit of high quality products (panels, battery system and car charger) provided drawings and quotes and liaised with the electricians on site. The panels sit on UK designed metal trays and the team worked with the roofers. The panels went on in 1 day. The system is managed via a Solarwatt App. We are very pleased with the outcome. We Know Electricity are certainly masters of their craft. They are knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. I have no hesitation in recommending them for even the most complex of jobs.
Tony was very considerate and even answered the phone on holiday. Prompt and good work on replacing our solar inverter, glad to be back online.
Tony and his team were fantastic to work with, they are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. As an OZEV-approved installer, they were meticulous in their work. They also helped obtain a government grant, and provided excellent after-installation support. A great experience all around! Highly recommend their services.
Tony and his team were so helpful in installing our EV charger. They were fantastic at advising us on the requirements which for us, included a new consumer unit, along with advice on the different types of EV charger to purchase. The installation went smoothly and when we had to have our charger replaced due to a fault with the product (not the installation!) they were fantastic at liasing with the EV company on our behalf and getting a new unit installed quickly. We had a few issues with our car and charger talking to each other, Tony has been so fantastic at talking to the car manufacturer and EV companies on our behalf and giving us some tips to try! We would highly recommend Tony and the team!
The team were fantastic - punctual, efficient, friendly - very pleased with the installation of my new rapid charger. Thanks!!
These guys fitted my EV charger and di a great, really neat job which looks excellent. Very happy to recommend them.
Tony & the team at We Know Energy are a great local / regional solar installer, providing sound design advice and using first class products. These are meticulously installed, giving the best possible outcomes. Solar PV power from the sun harnessed to reduce our electricity bills.
Really impressed with the quality of work and professionalism of the team. We were able to discuss options, were talked through the science in an easy way and find what worked for us and need. The solar panels and battery were installed quickly, workmanship was neat and tidy and above all an enjoyable experience. The team have remained in touch to make sure no issues and performance is as expected. Would highly recommend.
