So Go Solar Ltd

Amazing experience with Sogo Solar. I was under some time pressure to complete my project and they were the only company that were able to complete the works in time to my full satisfaction with all the relevant certification. They are a great team and would highly recommend them.

Ben and the entire team at Sogo completely confirmed my decision to use a local solar company instead of a national provider. The personal touch, the explanations and the experience of similar houses made a huge difference. You also know that they are going to stand by their work, especially when you bump into them grabbing a coffee in Hampton Hill

Excellent local service. I had a problem remaining from my GET installation; SoGoSolar called back from my enquiry, and gave me a sensible quote. They arrived on time, sorted the reorientation request, cleaned and checked the system. Very happy customer.

What a wonderful company! They fitted solar panels for us a few years ago and provide excellent after sales service. They are on hand to answer queries and fix small problems that arise. I am so happy with the system they fitted for us.

In more than 6 years of dealings with SogoSolar they have been excellent throughout. From initial surveys and quotation through to installation and aftercare service. Thoroughly good technical information readily given without any measure of a hard sell. More than two years after installation I had an ongoing issue with my energy supplier due to their faulty meter. Upon contacting Ben for help he provided me with the information, both verbal and written, that enabled me to obtain a £1400 credit from my energy supplier due to nearly four years of them overcharging for night time usage. I have no hesitation in recommending SogoSolar for complete installation of solar systems.

Excellent service from Ben snd his team at SogoSolar. Very good product knowledge and efficient installation. Would highly recommend.

Nice guy and was knowledgable all seemed well. Came around for a site visit and then simply never came back or responded to emails since

I was looking for a credible / quality firm to install in roof solar panels on a house I am planning to buy in Surrey. After contacting Ben, I was very pleased with the fact that he sent thru a diagram of what might be possible and also discussed with me on the phone the pro/cons. He was generous with his time and knowledge despite the fact this was just an initial enquiry from me. Once I buy the house I will certainly ask him to visit the property and confirm what is possible and use him should I go forward with the solar array.

Shocking customer service. I called up and spoke to a totally incompetent waste of oxygen. He basically posted me to the website as he knew absolutely nothing about his products. If this is the kind of staff this company employs, I’d sooner be taking my business elsewhere. I’ll be sure to add to this post of more helpful suppliers.

We had our panels installed in 2019 and think they're fantastic. Ben and his team have been first class throughout from planning, to installation and ongoing support. Great value.

Excellent service - the engineer quickly resolved the issue. Thanks very much.

Our PV solar system was installed in 2011 and has performed well. Then after 9 years the invertor failed and my original installer was no longer trading. I contacted Ben at Sogosolar and received excellent service. Good advice, reasonable quote and prompt/ efficient installation.

Properly knowledgeable, system agnostic and an excellent standard of work. Sogosolar fitted solar panels and a Tesla Powerwall for me in Feb 2019 and I have been extremely pleased with the work, the results and the standard of follow up from Ben. The level of service is different class compared with most in the world of solar panel installation.

A fantastic service from Ben and his Team. We have now had the panels for 2 years and on the odd occasion when we've needed a bit of technical advice Ben has always been available and provided great help. Would not hesitate to recommend SogoSolar to others thinking of having solar panels installed.

I had used Sogo Solar during the initial solar installation on my house over 5 years ago, they were excellent with regards to pricing, advice and support. Ben was always a pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful with any queries. The system installed is outperforming our predictions and I predict will pay for itself in a little over 5yrs. Later I extended my solar array and added a Tesla Powerwall, again with Sogo solar, and all have been working happily for several years. During the last 5 years the only issue I had was with one inverter that started to malfunction, Ben quickly sorted and repaired within days, very pleased! I have also recommended them to friends who have also been very pleased with their service. I would not hesitate to recommend Ben and his team to anyone considering solar PV installation. Dr Seth.

Excellent service from Ben and his team. The system was fitted on November 2018 but we have only just moved in. The system is generating very well on sunny days giving in excess of 30kwh per day in production. Ben helped me get the system ready before the government grant cut off and gave me all the necessary paperwork to get the grant approval. I am extremely happy with the system and Ben and his team have also returned to fix minor teething issues without delay. Do not go with a cheap non MCS installer. I can 100% recommend SoGo Solar as they will give you what you need at a good price. Highly recommended. 👍

SoGoSolar have installed PV systems in two properties. In both cases they were working to tight time frames due to my dithering and late ordering. I am really pleased with their work and the reliability and quality of the systems. Support is great, Ben always gets back to answer any queries. I thoroughly recommend SoGoSolar.

I met Ben at the Grand Designs London exhibition in 2016. He was by far the most knowledgeable solar installer I'd met. He installed and commissioned solar panels & inverter in 2017 and a Modbus meter for performance monitoring in 2018. Very pleased with the results, sensible pricing and Ben's professionalism and technical support. Ben has recently installed a system to divert excess/export power to water heating. Highly recommended.

Excellent service, helping keep an eye on my system years after installation to ensure smooth running and great return on investment.

We have had our system for 4.5 years now, and we are impressed! Although we were told that normally the productivity of these panels declines a bit each year, it seems the output of our system only goes up! We have not had a single problem, yet Ben and his team keep an eye on our system remotely, just to make sure! Excellent service, great product and doing the right thing for the environment. Highly recommended!

We were quoted a competitive price for a good size residential solar PV array and battery storage. The installation was well-coordinated and neatly done on our flat roof. Ben and the team have been very knowledgable, helpful and genuinely friendly throughout. Many thanks indeed.

I contacted Ben as the company who installed our solar array no longer trade and we were experiencing leaks into the attic. Ben arranged for a roofing company to assess the damage then coordinated the repair which involved removal of the panels, mending the roof and replacing the panels. He also arranged the scaffolding. All involved communicated well so we knew what was happening at all times. Very professional, thank you!

Ben is a great professional who made the whole solar installation process straightforward. Brilliant customer service and highly recommended.

I contacted Sogo about the dismantalling of our domestic solar system and re-installation following building work that changed our roof. It was a more complex than usual job and I was so grateful for Ben's expertise and professionalism. Especially after having experienced problems previously with a different installer. They are very helpful and at a reasonable price. Sogo knows their stuff and I highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the installation by Ben from Sogosolar and will recommend him to everyone. The installation was quick efficient and done with great care and little disturbance, thanks

Excellent service. Ben provided a competitive quote to install a solar diverter, the Marlec iBoost, arrived punctually to install the device, and carried out the installation and testing efficiently, and explained how it works. With the sunny weather lately, the excess electricity generated heats our water instead of going into the Grid. The iBoost buddy monitors activity and we can see continuously what is happening to the electricity generated by our solar panels.

Sogosolar were very professional and helpful throughout the PV installation process, including: the design stage where they worked with our architects to recommend a suitable set-up, providing likely output calculations, coordinating with our contractor on the multi-stage install, commissioning the system and setting up monitoring so we can assess whether we would benefit from a home battery before committing to one. They were also helpful when we had to investigate some unexplained electricity usage which helped us spot and correct the problem earlier than we would have without their system and guidance. Just a slight hiccup as they didn't point out that we needed an EPC conducted before the PV system was commissioned, otherwise they would have got 5 stars! Highly recommended!

Great expertise, very knowledgeable , freindly , honest at a reasonable price . You could not ask for more . I highly recommend.

High level of expertise. Great customer service!

Installed a Solar iBoost unit for us. Great piece of kit, but during the installation another device was disconnected in error. SogoSolar arranged for a local electrician to fix quickly and discounted our bill to cover the cost - we couldn't have asked for better service.
