AVS Southwest Ltd

These guys know what they are doing, very professional, neat and tidy workers. Would fully recommend them to family friends for similar work , can’t fault them!

Really good service from start to finish - would definitely recommend. Will and his team were very friendly and thorough in their work and commitment, even down to the scaffolders they use. No questions were too much trouble and his love and passion for what he does shows through his work. As I say, would thoroughly recommend

Very pleased. A very efficient team did a nice tidy job without fuss.

Great service from Will and Tim , everything went in smoothly and they worked really well fitting in around other contractors. I am now enjoying lots of lovely solar electricity!

Very happy with my recent install. Neat installation, pleasant people and efficient, despite the heat!

The guys at AVS provided a great service, and we have no hesitation in recommending them to others. We were especially thankful with the time they took to explain everything after the battery had been installed.

This is the second time that we have used Will and Tim to fit Solar panels. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys, they keep you informed along the way, when they say they will come, they do. The price was very competitive and the work first class. I cannot fault them in any way and would thoroughly recommend them.

Knowledgeable, professional and thorough throughout. Will was happy to explain everything to a layman and ensured we purchased a system that best suited our every need, Installed on the agreed date despite sweltering temperatures. Delighted we chose AVS over other suppliers; the team made time for us and were happy face to face rather than on a remote computer somewhere. Very many thanks................and it's working perfectly!!!

Simply excellent from start to finish. The AVS team is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy and we are super happy with the install. Should have done it years ago!

Will and Tim have just completed a solar panel installation and the process from start to finish has been perfect. We returned to AVS after the great job they did with installing EV chargers a year or so ago. Communication pre and post install is first class. The panels and batteries have been installed perfectly without any issues or fuss! And quick! Far quicker and less disruption than I ever anticipated. Everything explained fully. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone considering solar or EV. This is what service looks like. I imagine a queue for these guys is forming!

We are so pleased that out of 5 quotes for a solar pv and battery system we chose AVS. From our initial meeting with Will to the commissioning of the system the whole process ran smoothly. Will, Tim and team remained patient and responsive to our uncertainties and queries during the installation process. The quality of workmanship and the efficiency with which it was carried out was excellent, with all heavily invested in delivering a top quality job in a timely manner. We have no hesitation in recommending AVS

Will and Tim did a superb, efficent, tidy, good value and clean installation from the word go. Everything from the initial quote through to delivery and install was nice and easy and well explained. Furthermore, Will and Tim have been at the end of email and Whatsapp to support me since installation with my questions. All good and would highly recommend!

Very quick efficient service, highly recommend

Will and Tim are fantastic! A brilliant service - loads of knowledge; which gives me the peace of mind I need. Very competitive rates too! I cannot give a high enough rating - definitely 10 out of 10! Thank you Will for your help, sage guidance and assistance.

Two guys did the whole installation in two days, like they said they would. No time wasted - just got on with the job. Brilliant workmanship. Thanks, guys.

Everything about about Will and his team at AVS was excellent everything was explained in great detail about the system and our requirements. The installation it self was carried out with great professionalism even to the extent the cables were hidden behind downpipes so you could not seem them kept informed throughout installation . Very clean and tidy job from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Will and his AVS team to any one .

Will and team installed a myenergi Zappi Glo EV charger and a Libbi 10kWh battery for load-shifting. I was impressed with their knowledge and experience, professionalism, punctuality, eagerness to assist and neatness of work. Happy to recommend. If we decide to get PV in the future, they will be our first preference.

Will and his team were fantastic! Hardworking, clean and quick - the application, installation and commissioning were done on schedule and communication was excellent. AVS Southwest obviously take pride in their work and all the electrics, wiring and various clamps look very neat and the team were careful to clean up at the end of every day. Would highly recommend.

We obtained several quotes from national, regional and local solar panel installers and chose AVS as their quote was competitive and on our request they fully explained the contents of the quote. The installation was carried out to a very high standard(including the excellent Groundworks) and the team were fantastic. Very attentive, courteous and nothing was too much trouble! We would have no hesitation in recommending AVS. 😀

Would 100% recommend Will from AVS Southwest. Was very impressed with how he held my hand and explained everything in words I could understand. I like to deal with local businesses when I can, when they give the most competitive quote that makes it much easier.

Will, Tim and team were amazing. Well informed communication, with prompt responses to questions, and the work was completed in a timely manner to an excellent standard. Thorough quotation provided, and follow up email post completion explained and had attached all we needed. Can thoroughly recommend and it's a good saving to take advantage of the no VAT currently. We had 10 panels, 10kWh battery, and an Eddi (hot water diverter)

Very professional and friendly service. Explained everything, provided a detailed quote and took great care with the installation. The result was better than I had hoped for and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service from initial visit to quote, through to installation. Kept us fully informed at all times and work was completed on time and whole process was simple and well managed by this company. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the services of AVS Southwest, We had a solar PV and battery system fitted for us by Will. He knows his subject well and was great in helping us decide what setup we needed. Installation went without a hitch and we thoroughly recommend his services.

I’d highly recommend AVS. I received a professional installation which was supported with proven knowledge, advice and detailed communication. Thank you.

Great service from this company, would highly recommend.

After receiving several quotes for solar panels we chose AVS as they were the least "salesy", really knew their profession and the kit well, and the price offered was excellent value. Also, they do the work themselves and do not subcontract out so if there is a problem we won't have the complications of tracking down and dealing with a sub-contracting firm (a difficult problem many people have!). The information we gained during our initial conversation was far better than any of the other businesses we spoke to which gave us complete confidence. We are really pleased with the installation, it was quick and they have done a really tidy job. Exactly what I was hoping for. If you're considering getting solar panels fitted I thoroughly recommend AVS Southwest Ltd.

Thoroughly professional service-

Will & Tim installed our solar panels, battery and EV charger in June 2023, they initially came on-site to quote and discuss (most companies only do solar quotes without visiting). Initially I was interested in a different brand of inverter & battery but after discussing pros and cons I decided to opt for their suggestion instead. Communication was great throughout, including answering many of my questions. On installation day they arrived nice and early, finishing the install in 2.5 days. The quality of work is excellent and the finished result is really neat and tidy. I am incredibly pleased and glad that I chose to work with these guys. I would not hesitate in recommending or using again.

Will is a genuine professional and the team at AVS are reliable and all great guys. Will has supported me with Fire Alarm Installations, CCTV signage and has a great knowledge of intruder and AV.

Fantastic service, prompt and reliable. Very competitive pricing. Thoroughly recommend.

Quality service from start to finish highly recommended!
