C2 Renewable Solutions

We are very pleased with the work from C2 Energy. They were true to their advertising and there were no pushy sales persons! Everything went smoothly from erecting the scaffolding, panels and the installation of the battery etc. They all worked cheerfully during the heatwave. Oscar and Liam kept us updated through the process making us feel confident with the work. Highly recommended.

This is the second time C2 have done work for us - first the solar panels, and this week a battery. All round great work - an excellent firm.

Good experience from start to finish. Installers are swamped with requests for quotes at the moment and many are dropping the ball. However, the sales team were fast and efficient - turning queries and corrections around quickly. They also showed their real experience by not over-sizing our inverter and therefore paying more than we should. They also came in cheaper than other quotes. We wanted to get the roof cleaned and repaired beforehand and so C2 arranged to get the scaffolding in early for us (no extra charge). Our installation week was w/c 22 June - so by far the hottest few days of the year! The electrical team produced a lovely neat install with Oscar going beyond so that we could have no cables running externally on the walls where we are planning future development. Our roofers arrived on the Thursday 25th June - which was THE hottest day so far this year. However, they still got the install done in a couple of days. Chapeau gentlemen! Very pleased with the Sig Energy system - lots of metrics and configuration options to keep this geek happy!

A massive thank you to C2 Renewables Ltd. We have just had 36 PV panels and a battery installed, it has been a seamless and stress-less experience from start to finish. Incredible support from all concerned, from the office team, the installation team and the scaffolders. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, professional, accommodating and a delight to deal with, 10/10. Many regards Bob

I was not expecting a team of guys like the team that come to fit our solar panels, then the next day the electric installation guys. They were all fantastic. The roofers worked in the rain but still did a great job. Left it all clean and tidy. Then the Electricians. Equally as good, nothing was too much trouble for them. Nice neat job in my Garage. Oscar was full of useful information. Again they cleaned up and left everything tidy. From start to finish this was very easy. All the team were there for me at the end of the phone. If they said they would do it they were as good as their word. Would I recommend? absolutely.

C2 have been great throughout the process of quote to installation. Scott was very helpful in the initial visit and answered all of our questions. The office team were super organised with great comms. The scaffolders and installation team were also speedy and great. Special thanks to Oscar for working on a bank holiday to finish the install and going in the loft on the hottest day of the year! Really clean, tidy work too. We would definitely recommend C2 to anyone looking for a solar system at a reasonable cost.

Everything went very smoothly from the initial chat and home visit onwards, Ross did not think we would get 14 panels on the roof ( quoted by another company ) and his team managed 12 which I am very happy with, installed over 2 days by his helpful, friendly and polite team, have switched to octopus on their recommendation who also seem very good. Am now waiting for the feed in tariff to start and with having an 11.2kw back up battery am expecting my electricity bill to reduce dramatically, should have done this sooner.

From first contact to discuss the options right through to completion of the installation, all members of the team were courteous and helpful. At all stages we were kept informed of what the next step would be. I have no hesitation in recommending the C2 Renewables team.

C2 were excellent from start to finish, highly recommended!

Amazing service from start to finish, including support after completion. Extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service provided by C2 Renewable Solutions. Engagment with sales and installation teams was of the highest quality. Cost was lower than OVO and Octopus.

Our solar panel array had been damaged by other workman. Scott was able to tell me exactly what was needed to put it right, and didn't try to sell me anything extra, which I appreciated. He was extremely helpful, and gave me much needed advice.

No complaints at all, as per the other reviews.

Couldn’t be happier with the repair and adjustment of our in-roof solar panel array by C2. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional. Scott was quick to identify what work was needed and the repair work itself was top-notch. The entire team were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend C2.

C2 Renewable Solutions were contracted to install a 60 panel PV system at our local village hall. Usually in this life you get what you pay for but C2 Renewable Solutions seem to be an exception. An excellent installation and top quality service at a very reasonable price, quite considerably cheaper than other quotes received. It is early days, our PV system has just been commissioned, but throughout the planning of this project their service and advice has been first rate. Their friendly and professional installers completed the whole system in 3 days and it is working just as they had predicted and we had hoped.

I would certainly like to put on record what excellent service we received from the C2 team. The team were extremely hardworking, polite and helpful and completed the job (12 solar panels plus 2 batteries) in just two days. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-spec Solar system at a fair price.

We were recommended C2 renewable solutions by an employee who had used them before, their quote was the best one we received and the service was excellent !

Good and efficient team. Very happy with the original install a couple of years ago and the support since.

C2 Renewable Solutions were recommended to us and we haven't regretted accepting their very reasonable quote. From the time we signed up the service has been excellent. Their expert help in deciding what was required to the ordering and installation was a very easy journey. The staff were all very helpful and the technicians who installed the system were very professional. The whole system installation is very neat and tidy. Special thanks to Sam for his attention to detail in the way the system was installed.

Recommended C2 Renewable Solutions by a friend. We contacted the Company and a prompt visit from Scott who explained what was needed. A date was arranged for the installation 4 weeks later. Which was completed in three days, roof panel fitters were efficient, tidy, and polite, and the electrician, Sam, installed the electrics, patiently as the cable runs were quite long. His professionalism and thoughtfulness was reassuring as he kept us well informed. We thoroughly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions

We've just had 19 panels, a powerwall 3 and EV charger installed by C2. From start to finish (which was only a couple of months) they have been knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Scott explained the system design in detail and answered any questions that we had. During install, Oscar, Sam et al. were polite, clean and tidy and also happy to explain the install and show me the various apps for control. We are so pleased that we made the leap to solar - if you are thinking about it, do it - and use C2!

Anabel and the team at C2 have been excellent in guiding me to a suitable battery installation. The installer was very knowledgeable and kept power interruption to a minimum. He even helped fix a measurement issue with the existing solar system. I would highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions.

Excellent service all round from initial contact to installation of a replacement inverter on our existing pv panel system. Would recommend C2 Renewable Systems unreservedly.

I had done some shopping around and then I was recommended C2, I found dealing with them very easy, my project was made complex by the home builder, and two other companies all trying to tie in together, but C2 made it work, we had a couple of options on the day around the amount t of panels, to which C2 communicated this, and were so accommodating. The new in roof system looks great, both their roofers and electricians were professional and polite. Always discussing options, and doing the work how I wanted and not just the easy way. As such we have cables run through the walls rather than down the outside. Having shopped around C2 were competitively priced which was a bonus, and open to all options the house builders were throwing up. We are already seeing saving having been using over £2.50 per day this dropped to £0.46. Only downside is the time it takes to set up the export tariff as in one weekend we would have made £6 but that’s out of C2’s hands. I would recommend them and will be using them again when I need batteries and EV charging points.

Scott and Ross and their team were very professional and efficient plus tidy with the installation. Very competitive quote with four companies contacted. System does seem to be working well so far Post installation and system configuration and set up support and guidance somewhat lacking though. Customer service team somewhat unprofessional

I’m quite astonished by the amount of 5-star reviews. After installation the communication has been utterly diabolical. No one returns calls, or gives answers or replies to emails. We have had to pay a third party to fix issues left by Scott and Ross. Really poor service, especially for an NHS GP Surgery.

We had an excellent experience with C2 Renewable Solutions in installing our solar panel system. From Annabel and Courtney on the phone, to Scott, the instal team, and the electrician - everyone was extremely professional and knowledgable. Scott was great on the initial visit in explaining the functionality of the system we went for. Excellent handover and detail in terms of the system which was very neatly installed. Would have no hesitation in recommending C2 Renewable Solutions. We were very impressed

Clear communication from the start. The two staff that cleaned the solar panels were efficient and conscientious of the work. Great clean, will call you again.

24 PV panels installed with GivEnergy All in One battery and Gateway. Great service and install from Scott, Ross and the team from initial visit through to install and commissioning. They liaised with the electricity distribution network operator (DNO) to obtain the export limit and optimally designed the system to suit. We changed the location of the gateway mid-install and C2 were flexible and accommodating of this. I would highly recommend C2 renewables.

I initially considered another company to install our solar panels and battery but felt unsatisfied with their recommendations regarding the number of panels. A neighbor highly recommended C2 Renewable Solutions, and I'm so glad they did! After reaching out to C2, Scott visited our home and suggested we could easily double the number of panels initially recommended by the first company. I decided to switch to C2 at the last minute, and I have no regrets. The installation process was quick and efficient. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and addressed a few minor issues on the second day without any hassle. Now, it feels like we have a mini power station on our roof, and the results are simply amazing. Highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions for anyone considering solar installation!

They always answer the phone, most companies in this industry do not. The staff are helpful and know what they are doing. Next minute they are on google and have a picture of your roof and determine what will fit on there. They took time to fit solar panels symmetrically so they looked better. I had all the electrical work checked out afterwards by a qualified friend who confirmed it was all done to a very high standard. All the cables had plastic trunking and it was very neat. The scaffolding was done correctly and only up for time required. The rails that the solar panels lie on, had end caps fitted, most companies do not bother with this. When dealing with contractors, it can be hard work, however everything went very smoothly with this job.

Just installed PV, EV charger and battery up in Buckinghamshire. Initial call-out was quick and very informative. The fitting took place quickly and exactly on schedule, with nothing being too much trouble. Also cheaper than others! Can't faut the service.

We wanted an extra battery for our existing system but needed a new installer as our solar installer no longer exists. The batterie was installed but there were some issues which were sorted out promptly. Good work

What a pleasure it was to work with Scott and his team. Scotts initial visit was booked in and done quickly and he fully understood what we were trying to achieve and gave us the best solar solution to achieve this. The installers were a pleasure to have on site. They were polite and extremely tidy at all times and worked really hard to complete the set up in two days. We now have a live system and are really pleased with it. C2 came to us on a recommendation and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone else looking for a renewable energy solution. 2 years on and just had a battery installed by the C2 team. Sam our installer was fantastic. The install was outside and we had terrible weather conditions but nothing was to much trouble for Sam. All now installed and working and very tidy. Another great job from the C2 team.

C2 was recommended by s friend and have been excellent. They delivered and installed a solar and battery system, The whole team from owner to customer support and installation electrician were great.

We were impressed with the service provided by C2 Renewables from start to finish. There was good clear communication throughout the project, including excellent technical guidance at quotation phase. The installers and electricians were polite and professional. The job was completed on schedule and in accordance with the quote. We would not hesitate to recommend C2 Renewables.

After a colleague's recommendation, and after reading other Google reviews, I decided on C2, and I wasn't disappointed with the work or the price. From initial contact through to handover, I can't really fault C2. Scott's survey was all about equipping me with the best fit for my house; Anabel's knowledge, understanding, patience and communications were top notch; and Courtney fired over the relevant paperwork and emails extremely efficiently. Adam and Rob the electricians worked well in the freezing temperatures, as did the two Jacks fitting the panels on the roofs. All were polite and friendly. If the panels fall off the roofs and the inverter and battery fail in the next few weeks, I might change this review, but C2 are definitely worth the five stars in my opinion👌

C2 Renewables have excelled in designing, explaining, installing and commissioning my solar PV/battery system. They have been a pleasure to do business with throughout, and the end result reflects their professionalism. Highly recommended.

Commissioned a 14 solar panel with battery installation at my home with C2 Renewable Solutions. Communications, product and installation were excellent. Everything done professionally. Like to thank Annabel, Courtney, Scott, Stephen and Sam in particular. Would highly recommend.

First rate installation and customer service. Turned up when they said they would, very professional standard of work and very clean and tidy. After care and information regarding apps etc delivered very quickly and clearly. I would highly recommend Scott, Ross and the rest of the team to anyone

I would highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions. Having received a number of quotes from other supplies which felt very expensive, they were also very confusing and complicated! The team at C2 were very responsive in explaining the quotation and offered up some really good solutions which other suppliers had not suggested. We had some additional panels installed alongside a Giv Energy Battery and Inverter. We had a couple of issues with the Solar install, but these were put right by Scott and the team and I couldn't fault their service and communication. I would highly recommend. Despite it being October on the days when it's sunny i'm fully charging my battery and I'm loving the new set up. Thanks guys!

So happy with the service we received from this company. Very professional, and always happy to go the extra mile to allay any fears we might have had. Always on the end of the phone to help as well. Will be happy to recommend

C2 provided Solar and Tesla Powerwall 2 install. The installation was first class, professional and I can't recommend them enough, thanks to Scott and the team at C2.

Excellent PV system and excellent service Our PV system has been up and running for a month now and is performing very well – the panels with individual optimisers, inverter and battery are well matched as a system and this meets our needs exactly. The design and planning team were very knowledgeable, producing an appropriate system for us: they planned an appropriate schedule, taking into account the timescale for DNO approval, and they kept us fully informed throughout the process. The installation team were excellent: very polite, hard working whilst on site and extremely tidy. We can highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions. If you are considering installing a PV system, do some research before you contact potential installers. Get an idea of the size of system you require (based on your energy use, roof size and direction, etc) and, in particular, be aware that the DNO (the grid operator) will take 3 months to assess an application to install a system with an inverter of more than 3.68kW capacity. Some installers only want to provide small systems which can be installed without prior DNO approval – one told us that he would not quote for us for that reason, and we appreciated his honesty. Some other installers quoted for mismatched systems (such as a large number of panels with a small inverter, presumably to allow quick installation) or ignored the DNO timescale completely (proposing to install a large system with 8kW inverter within a month). There seems to be high demand for PV installations at the moment but, after a lot of effort, we did receive several reasonable quotations. C2 Renewable Solutions’ quote stood out from the others. They were keen to understand our needs and designed a system which would meet them. They were open about the timescale for DNO assessment and scheduled our installation date taking that into account. Scott even discussed how we might amend the system design if the DNO required our system to have a smaller inverter, so we could be confident that an amended system would still be worthwhile, even if it was not quite as good. (The original design was accepted by the DNO.) Their price was very competitive. We are very pleased that we chose C2 to provide our system and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

C2 are a great company to work with. I deliberately left it a while after my panels were installed to try and give a more rounded review - and I have to say that C2 are impressive even after your transaction has concluded - their after sales is great and if you are considering a solar install then I would thoroughly recommend them. They really do care about their customers.

We are absolutely delighted with our experience of solar panel installation by C2 Renewable Solutions. Everybody was so helpful from the first time we called the office to the completion of the installation. They were very flexible, and we were able to tweak the design up to the moment Scott actually began the installation. The cost was reasonable and everything is working well, showing a significant reduction in our fuel bills already. A very professional job and we thoroughly recommend them.

A job well done by the C2 Renewables team installing a new inverter and battery system. All very professional and timely!

We were very pleased with the work carried out by Ross and the boys, they worked efficiently and were very pleasant to deal with. We had secured other quotes for our solar panels and they were very competitive and came highly recommended. We were not disappointed. Ross took time to explain about the app and what information it gives you, and as we are not of the computer generation this was much appreciated.x I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

I can't speak highly enough of C2. From initial enquiry, through assessment, quote, my numerous questions, installation and calibration they have been responsive and helpful. Everything was clearly explained and my questions were answered promptly. The installation was as per schedule and at all times my property was treated with respect and care. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone considering solar.

Highly rate the C2 team. They just completed an install of panel + inverter + battery, great set up, competitive price and very professional install. Thanks

Good team, great communication and came back very quickly to sort some small snags. Would happily recommend.

Good communication from the first visit. Panels and battery installed to complete satisfaction. All staff were very professional, the work completed to a very high standard.

C2 Renewables are truly a breath of fresh air, very honest, no sales patter, just very knowledgable, great solutions and good service. If you want green energy, look no further.

A brilliant experience from the first inquiry to the installation day, the C2 team were great and we're so pleased with our panels.

Great turn around on our request for a quote, very helpful site visit to understand the options with a clear direction. Will know more post installation.

The personal approach, good advice, and friendly manner. We looked at several alternatives, but decided on C2 as they were a local company. They were able to supply everything very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Efficient and easy to deal with, turn up when they say they will. Happy with their service and installation.

C2 Renewable Solutions have just installed a 4kW solar PV system on my property. From the initial telephone enquiry to the installation this week they have been responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The installation went smoothly, with the system up & running in one day, Scott and his team did an excellent job.

Scott & Ross did a excellent job installing our in-roof solar panels and battery storage, done everything they said they would do on time with no issues. everything was completed with an eye to detail its all very neat and tidy and everything working well. I would highly recommend them as a company. They are both very knowledgeable about all aspects of solar. I was very clear in what I wanted and they made that happen. My only criticism would be better communications but that can be overlooked as they are a small company and everyone need time off and when the start date was confirmed this happened on time. Many thanks for all your hard work Debbie

Scott and the team are great providing professional services and offered good quality and value product. The performance of the PV battery system has exceeded my original expectation. With the energy price going up, the ROI is going to be noticeable. I will recommend anyone who is looking for a PV system installed by C2 Renewable Solutions.

C2 did a great job of installing my solar panels at the same time as I had my roof replaced running the cables through the loft down to my garage. They also installed the Givenergy inverter, battery system and iBoost+ which is running perfectly and saving me money on electric and heating my hot water so many thanks.

I contacted C2 to discuss a reasonably large domestic installation. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and very prompt on quoting and providing additional information. Very professional.

Excellent service throughout. I am now generating more than I require and starting to export back the the Grid. Good polite service completed to a high standard. Would recommend without hesitation. 13 X 360W panels + hybrid inverter + 3 X Givenergy 5.2 Kwh batteries.

Scott and the team couldn’t have been more helpful or informative.. I received quotes from 6 different suppliers and C2 had the most competitive quote, along with a very friendly and helpful customer service. Scott recommended the 4.5kW system with a 5.2kW battery and iboost which is perfect for our needs. Their after installation support is also great, I would recommend to anyone and hopeful for lots of sunshine!

We were very impressed. Very informative and great communication. The job was organised very well and Scott kept us updated. The engineers were polite, efficient and tidy. We would highly recommend C2 Renewable Solutions.

Very pleased with our installation, 14 panels + solar iBoost and all working fine. Install was done really well and we're glad we decided to do it.

We obtained several quotes for our solar panel and battery installation. C2's was the lowest, but still presented very professionally. The installation was well organised and brilliantly executed. It was a pleasure to have the team on site, and we're very pleased with the performance of the system. I can heartily recommend C2 Renewable Solutions.

Spent time researching new solar panels and a battery storage, this company were friendly and provided the right amount of information and no pushy sales. Very pleased with the kit and the Tesla powerwall.

C2 were professional and easy to work with, doing a great job in a time when the supply chain is challenged. Good people with integrity who give good advice. Our system was 28KW capacity and so far seems to be delivering within expectations. I would recommend them very highly as I think they are good people to work with. Communication could be very slightly better - but I think they are (rightly) busy and when you initiate the query they revert fast. They do care about service. They do good quality work and are competitively priced (they were not the cheapest) but I believe that in terms of the quality, integrity & price balance they are excellent and you will likely not find better in the South East of England. Shipment delays mean I can't comment on my batteries as they are not yet delivered/installed but in terms of the pure PV system, C2 are first class operators and good people. Extremely highly recommended and I would definitely use them again if I had more solar capacity to put up.

Excellent service from C2 from initial quote to completion of installation, a very professional team.

A1 Service a clean and professional operation. Highly recommend !

C2 Renewables just completed our Solar installation. Excellent experience from start to finish. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and his team on-site excellent. Very pleased with the overall system and now looking forward to lots of sunshine in the weeks ahead.

6Kw Rec alpha, 8.2kw battery + iboost. Installed jan 2022 Great communication through design phase and very helpful with suggestions. Competitive quote, prompt arrival, friendly and tidy. Work done to high standard and with all safety measures in place. System now been running for 3 days with higher output than expected considering dull days. Thank you to Scott/Ross and the rest of the team Highly recommended!

Very pleased we found C2 company! Had been looking at fitting solar panels for a good while, but couldn't find anyone who gave you full confidence and the flexibility in what they were fitting and then I came across Scott from C2. He would listen to my opinions & thoughts, fully answer any queries we had and then came up with a few different options which we then applied to meet what we required. The whole C2 team, including the scaffolders, were very polite & friendly throughout and did a really professional job. Would highly recommend C2 to be your solution to renewable solar energy! Fitted:- 5.2kw Solar PV system with 2 x 8.2kw GivEnergy Batteries

Scott and Liam just installed a SolarEdge 16 panel solar PV system with an 8.2kW GivEnergy battery, iBoost for hotwater and online monitoring. Great technology installed by great people.

C2 have just finished fitting Solar PV to our south facing tandem garage pitched roof. The work was carried out on time and to a very high standard. Scott explained the options available, and only sold us what was viable with the roof space available. The Iboost was fitted to our hot water tank to use any surplus power. Extremely happy with the service from C2 and would certainly recommend to friends. Nice to use a local firm.

Wonderful service. Scott was very helpful, stuck to his timescale and did an excellent job

We spoke to several suppliers. Most just wanted to sell a standard system. Scott was willing to listen and try to provide what we wanted. A couple of tiles got broken during installation but they changed them all, even the difficult ones in the hip mortar bed. A pleasure to have working on site and delighted with the system.

Very pleased, would recommend to a friend! Helpful and unbiased advice, competitive pricing of decent kit and prompt & efficient installation by an extremely friendly & polite crew.

7.5 KWh Solar Array 5Kwh Inverter Myenergi Eddi, Harvey and Hub. Having made enquires with a number of installers C2 stood out as a company who had the customer as their focus. Scott listened to our needs and designed a system that met our exacting requirements. With Ross completing the electronics hardware we have a very smart and efficient installation with no fuss or bother. A professional and seamless service and thoroughly nice chaps! Thank you both very much.

C2 fitted solar on our roof along with an iBoost for our hot water tank. The installation was in late 2019. I found them to be helpful and efficient through the process. Scott answered my many questions on the project. The installation was fine and they made all the requested modifications. I would recommend them to others for a domestic solar project.

The whole process from beginning to to end was completely seamless and without ant hitches, Scott and Ross were fantastic and any concerns were immediately addressed. We would recommend them to others. Carolyn and Grahame Ferndown Dorset

From first contact through to completed installation, the whole process was carried out most professionally by Scott Croucher, Director and all of the team who were involved from Scaffolders to Electricians. Brilliant!

A fantastic experience with C2 Renewables. We were so happy with the quote and the entire process from start to finish was very simple. We’re already seeing amazing savings, cutting our electricity bill down to almost nothing. We couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Far more knowledgeable and approachable than any of the other companies who came to quote.

Great service, very easy to deal with, and everything was set up for us. The installation was done quickly and has been faultless. We have an app to monitor the production. No high pressure sales, just a relaxed chat with professionals who are passionate about what they do. It looks to have been a good investment - it's saving us more money than the cash would have earnt in any savings account, whilst also helping to be green.

Amazing service from C2 Renewable Solutions from start to finish. The initial consultation was far more detailed and informative than anyone else and the turn around time was exceptional. No other company explained the system as well and C2 Renewable Solutions also recommended and installed a Solar iBoost for us, almost doubling our savings. Genuinely couldn't fault the service or the panels.

I'm very impressed with Scott and Ross. They have very good product knowledge, and did a great job on my installation. They were in contact with me to keep me updated on progress throughout the process, and they are a pleasure to do business with.

C2 Renewable Solutions did a really great job advising then installing photovoltaic panels and a Tesler battery for us at our home. They really know their trade, are very personable, fast but thorough, and quick to answer any queries. We recommend them and their products very highly.
