Actismart Ltd

Customer service, communication and professionalism has been exceptional throughout, from the initial survey to the final installation. Would highly recommend

Would recommend this Company, From first meeting to completion of works very professionally, Installed Solar System in one day very tidy job and all Left clean and tidy . Many thanks to your team

Actismart team all know what they’re talking about which is refreshing given some of the salesmen who had quoted prior to hiring Actismart. Knowledgable, polite, clean and timely direct staff and sub contractors too… Set up, scaffold, Install, commissioning and clear up was seamless and can’t wait for next summer to maximise the export!

We had the Actismart team install solar panels, a Sigenergy battery and inverter, a solar diverter for our hot water, and a Myenergi car charger. From start to finish, they have been exceptional, down-to-earth, helpful, and friendly. The installation team was highly efficient, neat, and tidy. We were so pleased with the work that we actually had them back after the initial install to add even more solar panels! A huge thank you to Will, Jay, and the rest of the team. We would certainly recommend these guys—and we already have!

From the outset Actismart have been responsive and supportive of customers needs. The whole design/installation process was considered and hassle free. Subsequent tweaks to better integrate car charging with the system have been no trouble to arrange and implement providing confidence of long lasting support.

I had a great experience with ActiSmart when they came out to fit my new solar panels and Fox battery system in August. From the very beginning, the whole team was super helpful and explained everything in plain English so I knew exactly what to expect. Josh spent two hours with me at the initial survey, explaining the different systems available and answering any questions I had. The roofers and electricians turned up right on time, worked quickly, and left the place spotless, hiding all the wiring neatly. They even took the time to set up the app on my phone and show me how to track my energy usage before they left. And Will and Jamie handled the aftercare, making sure I was happy with the job and making it clear I could contact them if I had any problems or questions with the system in the future. The system has been running great since day one and I’m loving seeing the amount of energy I’m producing each day. I really can't fault their service and would highly recommend ActiSmart to anyone thinking about going solar.

Fantastic company to deal with, 10/10 on pricing and the finished product. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Unbelievably professional installers , Jamie will and jay go well above and beyond for everyone

16 panel system with battery and inverter installed with no hassle or issues. Day of install couldn't have been more smooth. Jay & Jamie both went out the way to make sure my needs as a customer were met. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have recently had our solar system fitted by ACTISMART Ltd. I obtained quotes from other organisations for cookie cutter systems, potentially cheaper but not designed for my house What impressed me first was that ACTISMART would not even given me a quote without a survey. That makes absolute sense to me and I therefore immediately established a trust with them. The whole process from quote to fitment to the aftercare has been brilliant. We had a small problem with our system not reading our homes energy usage and it was a problem with the actual box supplied. It was diagnosed quickly and resolved simply without drama or any added stress. As an Engineer myself I am well used to knowing that things can go wrong, but the mark of an organisation is how the problem is handled.ACTISMART impressed me from start to finish. I am slightly addicted to the app for our system, all demonstrated by ACTISMART. The app is brilliant and easy to use. The after care and follow up which you don’t appear to get from others was a key selling point for me. They are amazing to deal with, work was done quickly, cleanly and everything explained clearly along the way.I love being able to run my home from UV. I have already and will continue to recommend ACTISMART to anyone who will listen. This probably sounds like a made up review. It’s is not and is exactly my experience of ACTISMART

After many quotes and visits from various Solar Companies I decided to opt for Actismart Ltd. Will came out on time and was polite and courteous and carried out a thorough survey both using a drone as well as checking the internals of the roof, including joist spacing etc. I had a few issues post install but these were sorted out and I was kept updated throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. The key to a good company is always how they deal with you after you have parted with your hard earned cash. Needless to say Actismart Ltd have never made me feel as though I cant approach them for any issues/advise post install. I would recommend this company 100% Well done lads. Keep up the good work!!

A very professional and tidy installation. I was recommended Actismart and I would recommend them to others.

"Awesome service from beginning to end. The team was super professional, neat, and took the time to explain how the system and battery storage work. They were always there to answer any questions. From the scaffolding to the electrical work, everything was done efficiently and to a really high standard. I totally recommend them to anyone in the area looking to switch to solar – choose this great family business. Even after the installation, I still feel like I can reach out to them with any questions. Nothing seems like too much trouble for them. I'd definitely recommend them. They make you feel like a really valued customer. Thanks, everyone, you're a great team! 👍" Especially Will Top Lad

Absolutely first class , no problems from start to finish .

We recently had solar panels and Hanchu system installed for our home and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The team was professional, showed up on time, and walked me through every step. Top job.

From start to finish we’ve had a fantastic service from Actismart. Really pleased with the detailed quote and advice given in the first instance and the speed and professionalism shown by every member of the team on installation. Always on hand to answer any questions I’ve got and happy to help. A big thank you to all of the team for your help and support and I would not hesitate to recommend you to my friends and family.

Absolutely 10/10 service from start to finish No hard sell or overly complicated sales pitch like some other companies. The whole team were polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The install was slick and the guys worked with speed and accuracy despite the spring temperatures. Explanation of how to use the app and set up the next steps was simple, thorough and I’m looking forward to seeing further financial gains. I couldn’t recommend the team at Actismart enough. Professional, friendly and really do take the time to deliver what you need not what they can sell. Superb from start to finish 5stars all round

Amazing company, professional and contactable. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking about solar panels!

I’m so so happy that I agreed to meet with Vincenzo the surveyor. I had already decided on another provider but thought I would go through the motions. They were so polite in contacting me and and making an appointment that suited me. The survey was time well spent as there was information provided that I hadn’t thought of or been made aware of. After Vincenzo left I felt a huge relief that I hadn’t gone ahead with another competitor. I felt a great confidence in Actismart and the people who are so knowledgeable and passionate about their business. Their promise on installation date and timings were spot on. Jake was so polite and explained everything to me and I felt at ease with his explanations and quality of work. Jay popped over to give Jake a hand and made a recommendation to me regarding my old inverter that turned out to be priceless. He made perfect sense and also very very generously agreed a slight amendment to the works and aided me in a more efficient set-up. When the hand over was complete I knew I had done the right thing in choosing Actismart. They’re not just another business, they’re the business that we customers are seeking. To provide a decent product and a belief in both their products and themselves and then deliver. Their customer service is both exemplary and genuine. I would thoroughly recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you Actismart for providing such a great service and a stress free transaction that has made me very happy indeed.

Excellent company to deal with

Excellent from start to finish , cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Knowledgeable and will guide you through the whole process . Well done to all of the team

Very happy with the installation of our Solar panels, battery and gateway. Right from the visit from Will where he went through and explained it all. Carried out a detailed onsite review of the house and submitted the proposal through to the installation that was completed all in one day. The team were very polite and professional and left no mess behind. Would certainly recommend them.

Actismart have been excellent all the way through the installation process and beyond. My husband is an electrician and was extremely impressed with the work they have done. They have been massively helpful with trying to sign up for the SEG payback scheme (which the utility company has not made very easy to apply for). I would highly recommend Actismart - Thank you.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Will & the whole team were very professional throughout the process and answered all of my questions & concerns, big and small. The final install is exactly as promised and is already saving money from day 1. Would 100% recommend!

From the initial consultation with Josh it was clear that Actismart covered all bases.Josh was with us over three hours with no guarantee that we would select them. Josh confirmed that our roof was in good shape by flying a drone and we were able to see the roof and chimney in close detail. As an aside this was in comparison to two national companies that used geo location to provide a quote, albeit for the house across the road! Installation went well, scaffolding on the front and back of the truck house quickly followed by the roofing team. We did have a query and a quick call by Brad to Jamie the Project manager resolved the issue. The Electricians Jake and Con continued the excellent work and the installation of inverter, battery etc was once again very efficient. We would recommend Actismart without hesitation and have indeed already done so with our friends who had their installation completed last week.

I can honestly say Actismart have been great to deal with from start to finish. From the very first contact, their communication was clear, timely and genuinely reassuring. Every step of the process was explained in a way that made the whole installation feel smooth and stress‑free. We had confidence in the team right from the initial survey. The guys arrived exactly when they said they would, were consistently polite and professional to us and our neighbours. The whole team took a pride in their work. Overall all pieces of the jigsaw came together well for us and the service just feels joined‑up. Everyone from Jamie in the Office to the contractors on site seem genuinely committed to offering a great service. We’re absolutely delighted with both the system and installers chosen. Highly recommended.

Im very pleased with the installation carried out by the team from Actismart. The work took about 5-6 hours. and went smoothly. The whole group were respectful of working in my house and I was consulted on a couple of points during the work in progress. I would recommend the Actismart team to anyone thinking about having a Solar system installed , thank you team Actismart for you dedicated install David Gregory

Very helpful team right from first contact through to install and very helpful with a couple of queries after the install.

Dealing with Actismart has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Being a local family firm was important to us (being a family operation ourselves) and they didn’t let themselves down. Their attention to detail and professionalism was spot on and as a family, we have no hesitation in recommending them

Lads did a great job with the install, very neat, very tidy, all mess cleaned up before leaving site. I’ve already recommended Actismart to a work colleague who’s looking into solar

We have just had our solar panels installed and from the start of the process ActiSmart have been outstanding! Josh came to visit us and went through our quote and answered all our questions, very courteous, honest and informative. The installers and electricians were superb !!! Very clean and tidy, knowledgeable and an absolute credit to the company - great bunch of lads !! All done in just over a day. Really happy so far and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend ActiSmart to anyone. We did get quotes off other suppliers. ActiSmart weren’t the cheapest but have given us confidence and we really liked their approach and ethic. Absolutely 5⭐️

Have had a recent install from Actismart. The initial contact and presentation of matching the system requirements to my usage and site survey were conducted by Will. Thoroughly professional in assessing needs and building a system to match. Absolutely no pressure to purchase but filled me with complete confidence with system and their abilities to be the Solar company for me.The installation team arrived on day in good time and presented themselves professionally and courteous and respectful for my property. They were happy for me to throw questions there way and seemed more than happy to explain their processes.Nathan/Connor and Jake completed the install . All actions were done as they stated and I marvelled at the cable routing and had to comment on the cleat spacing done by Connor. Shows the utmost attention to detail. Jay attended site and offered advice and recommendations where potential obstacles were encountered but nothing more than trivial for my install. Not to forget Jamie who arranged scaffolding install/ de install and has been at the end of phone for queries or follow ups . Totally professional/ friendly outfit. Great bunch who complete a 5 star install. Thoroughly recommend.

From start to finish Actismart have been an amazing company to deal with. They competitively priced and have done an absolutely fantastic job! They were friendly and polite, and have done incredibly neat tidy work. We are delighted with our purchase and have started saving money on our electric bills within 24 hours of the install! Thank you!

We chose Actismart because they are a family run business and in all aspects of their work it was clear that providing excellent customer service was a priority. Very professional and friendly.

The whole experience from start to finish was really professional. Everyone in the team were really pleasant and polite. I was pleased with the payment process as it was done in stages so I never had any concerns. I picked Actismart to install my panels with just the reviews to go on as I didn't know anybody that had panels installed. So if you're looking for someone I can't rate these guys high enough.

I recently had solar panels and a battery installed by Actismart, and I’m genuinely pleased I chose them. Before deciding, I’d had quotes from a few of the big names like E.ON and Octopus, but it quickly became clear that they simply passed the work on to third‑party installers. I wanted a company that would handle the whole project themselves, and Actismart stood out straight away. From the first contact they were professional, organised, and easy to deal with. They carried out a proper site visit, talked through any concerns I had, and never once pushed for a sale. They took the time to explain different system options and the pros and cons of each, which made the decision much easier. The installation itself happened on the 13th of April, the team turned up exactly when they said they would. They were friendly, respectful, and clearly knew what they were doing. Before starting, they walked me through where the battery, panels and other equipment would go and made sure I was happy with everything. The workmanship was tidy and well thought out. Once the install was complete, Jay spent time going through the hardware with me and showed me how to use the Fox Cloud app so I’d be confident managing the system. Since then, their follow‑up has been excellent, answering my questions quickly and clearly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Actismart. Their pricing is competitive, the service is genuinely impressive, it is clear that they take pride of the job from start to finish.

Wow what a fantastic service this company provides jay and Connor fitted my Ev car port in a rapid time and the advice along with the demo on how to use the unit was amazing I would fully recommend this bunch of lads or service provider to any family/ company with out a blink of a eye there was no mess and they also help me set up the app on me phone 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 keep up the good work lads and thanks 🫡

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service from Start to Finish After having Actismart install an EV charger for us last year, we didn’t hesitate to go back to them when we decided it was time to get solar panels fitted. From the initial quote right through to installation, the service was outstanding. Everything was clearly explained, every question answered, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole process felt smooth, professional, and genuinely customer‑focused. We’re delighted with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Actismart to anyone considering solar or EV solutions.

Highly Recommend Actismart LTD From the beginning with Will taking us threw what will happen and how many panels needed where the battery could be placed. Then We were told when they would start the job first the scaffolders came and put up the scaffold they had to climb on the extension roof to get to back garden the 2 men that came were very polite and friendly. Next day 2 Men fitted the panels they were also friendly and polite. Also Robo Jay and Connor came and done the electric work they also were very polite and friendly and tidy asked if was ok to leave some equipment here ready for tomorrow. Next day they came and fitted the battery and other equipment explained what everything was for. Very professional clean and tidy all very polite. Job well done by all we would highly recommend .

Had my solar panels, inverter and battery fitted today. Nathan and Connor were the electricians that fitted the system. They were great lads, professional polite and knowledgable. A credit to the company. I would thoroughly recommend this company if you are considering having solar fitted. A great job. Tony Williams

Having had an EV charger installed by Actismart, using them again for our solar system was always the preferred choice. What an excellent choice it was. Will designed a first class system which suited our needs. The installation was lead by Jay and through-out the whole process was extremely professional. It was never too much trouble to answer any questions we had. All of the people involved were polite , curteous, and professional. All packaging etc was removed and the site left clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I can’t recommend this company enough. From the start of the process they have been professional, explained everything in full and just down to earth people. We had an issue with our roof and they were able to arrange scaffolding so we could repair it. The people that fitted the solar panels were amazing took care of everything and explained what everything was! If any one is thinking of having solar panels these are your guys! Thank you so much!

I recently had an EV charger installed by Actismart, and I can't recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. The team were courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. While I was anticipating a long lead time based on quotes from other companies, Actismart moved incredibly fast. They got the job completed much sooner than I anticipated without cutting any corners. They made everything as easy as possible. From the initial inquiry to the final hand-over, which—from a customer perspective—is greatly appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Great communication throughout, the team delivered on time and worked around the business priorities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Thank you.

As a new EV driver, choosing Actismart was a great decision. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Communication was easy from the start, and the consultation helped us explore options and budgets with no pressure. Will was polite, informative, and made us feel at ease straight away. The installation was arranged quickly at a time that suited us, and the team did a neat, professional job while taking our preferences into account. We’re really happy with the service and would definitely recommend Actismart to others. Thanks again!

In this day and age to have a company that says what it does, and does what it says on time and within budget is rare to say the least. To have a company who put the customer and their needs first and foremost is often a luxury. Actismart do these things as standard. From the very start, I became part of a family that had my back, gave honest independent advice and used only the best technology. Actismart pride themselves in doing a sound job, and they truly care. I cannot speak too highly about my experience or the systems they have installed for me. I can and will offer my unconditional recommendations for this companies services to anyone , they were brilliant. My thanks to Josh for his amazing home survey, and to Jay and Connor for all their professionalism on the day of installation. A very well done to all concerned at Actismart.

These guys are quality. Installed a 10 panel system with battery. Quality install. All bells and whistles as standard. Can’t recommend them highly enough. They’re certainly not cheapest but to achieve a quality install of quality equipment isn’t gonna be cheapest. Pay for what you get. Thanks to Will, Jay and crew 👍

I had a full installation consisting of solar panels and batteries also the roof renovated through Actismart which finished the project beautifully. The whole process was professional from start to finish from the design carried out from Will to the installation from Olly roofing panels and Jay the batteries and solar set up. A company I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Quality service, Will is great

Excellent company! Great communication from start to finish with good advice given. Tidy and pleasant on fitting day and pleased with the price. Would highly recommend

Fantastic service, Will was extremely knowledgable and helpful throughout the job. Installation team we also great guys

From my first meeting with Jay from Actismart, I knew that this was the Company that I wanted to design and install my Solar System. Thank you to the teams that put up the scaffolding, installed the solar panels, the electricians, and the office staff, who all made it an enjoyable experience. First class teams, first class Company, first class experience. Thank you for helping make the move to Solar Power.

Will and his team did a fantastic job from the first meet to discuss options to explaining potential savings very professional, job done in a day tidying up and removing any rubbish, great team can can highly recommend them

We decided we were interested in having solar panels fitted, we went on social media Facebook for recommendations, many people recommended Actismart, so gave them a call and asked for a free quotation , we also googled solar panels and had nationwide company to come and give us a quote too. Without a doubt Actismart were the best choice , from our first appointment to final insulation , service was very professional from cost to completion , highly recommend this local company, after sales service is 5* too . To Will & his team, thank you. From Roy & Michelle

Had an alarm and CCTV system installed by ActiSmart and the experience was excellent. Jamie was particularly knowledgeable and took the time to talk through another upcoming new-build project with me in detail, ensuring the products we chose now would also suit the next installation. The work was tidy, efficient, and the system works perfectly. Couldn’t be happier — highly recommend ActiSmart!

Unbelievable service from ACTISMART, from the plan ,the quote to the installation. Quotation was competitive, but to be honest I went with my gut instinct, nothing was too much hassle , answered all my questions and we planned together, and they were transparent. Hopefully I've made the right choice, up until now they've delivered on what they've said, and have no reason to suggest they wouldn't support me in the future. Thank you and well done, all the best for the future. My dog Woody made friends with them too!

Really good communication with all the lads start to finish, nothing was to much trouble and always checking everything is exactly what we need. Not to mention our CCTV fitted is awesome 👏 thanks lads 👍

Have just had a new inverter and battery add to our solar panels the process was handled both professionally and efficiently. Communication was second to none very pleased with the installation.

Just had Actismart fit an EV charger to my home. I chose the Hypervolt . Jay and Con came and did a sterling job and it is amazing. The installation has been done and rises the understairs cupboard and the wiring completely out of sight. This is a bonus as I did envisage trunking. I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody.

I’m so pleased that I entrusted Actismart with my Solar Installation. It’s great to see people doing what they enjoy & going to such lengths to ensure everything works well, complies with all the latest regulations & ensuring that the system performs as they promised. The solar panels charge the battery through the day & run the house. If there’s no sun I can charge the battery for less than 28p overnight & that holds sufficient power to run my house next day. I live in an area where there are often power outages so to have a system that automatically switches to battery when the grid goes down is a great relief. I’m really pleased with my investment.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Actismart team from start to finish through the install. Everyone helpful polite friendly and certainly have alot of patience with my queries. Process was smooth cannot rate them all highly enough and fully recommend for all works they offer. Extremely knowledgeable and done everything possible to put my mind at ease for what was required and needed.

Just had my E V Charger fitted by Actismart Ltd. Top job done from start to finish. Turned up on time very informative al the way through . No mess and no packaging left behind. 10 out of 10. Both fitters very friendly. Well done 👍

Superb service from this family business. I am a pensioner and was nervous about any expenditure in what is a new field for me. Throughout they have impressed me as honest, helpful, competent, efficient and knowledgeable. You might find cheaper solar installation solutions, but I doubt that you will find a team as effective as these guys. Their initial survey work was thorough, informative and without any sales pressure to commit. Scaffolding was installed very quickly and the work that followed was absolutely seamless, and completed to the highest standards. Attention to detail is meticulous, and all the complex wiring and equipment is carefully mounted and finished. Most of all they have impressed me with their integrity and honesty, rare qualities in business these days. I wholly recommend them to anyone considering solar installation.

Right from the moment I met Will I knew we were going to Choose Actismart for our solar install. Having a real face to face conversation rather than just an online quote ment that Will could survey the house properly and check the locations for the panels, batteries and inverter were all suitable. This gave us confidence that even given the size of the system we knew it would all fit where and how we wanted. The installation team were just as friendly and professional and were a pleasure to have at our house. Workmanship is faultless and even when there was a small issue, it was resolved without hesitation. We now have the perfect solution for us and the piece of mind that should we need it the team are just a phone call away. I would recommend Actismart to anyone considering solar.

Very pleased with the service we received from Actismart fitting an EV Charger in garage plus various upgrades. Kept to their word and reliability. Would use again .

Absolutely fantastic service - willing to work within my requirements to get a project complete, showed up on time, didn't jack the price half way through a job. One of the best professional tradespeople jobs I've ever had.

I have had Solar Panels and an EV charger fitted by ACTISMART. The entire process was remarkably easy. Prior to me signing the contract, Will answered all my queries promptly and with great patience.. The team doing the installation were quick, efficient and courteous - they ensured that everything was left clean and tidy and also ensured that the relevant apps were installed on my phone and that I understood them. I would definitely recommend ACTISMART!

Great team at Actismart fitted me an EV charger great job communication fantastic would recommend to anyone it’s nice to find a company that is so professional great job

Engaged the Actismart team after comms with a few other national companies for an EV charger. Actismart just felt right from the off. The site survey sealed the deal, they really know their stuff. Price was competitive, install was to plan, the onsite install team treated our house with respect and the job went to plan. I'll be using them again for sure. Great to have a top quality firm in the area.

I had decided to have battery backup for my solar panels and did a little research. I came across ACTISMART through trade recommendation. Having made initial contact, Will came out to see us and explained what would be the best option for us. Once we had decided to go ahead with the work everything went very smoothly and whenever I contacted Will he was very open to discuss our needs and preferences for siting of the inverter and battery. Jay's team were very conscientious about the work and explained everything they would be doing. The installation was completed quickly and they worked very tidily ensuring I was happy with the work and having talked me through the setting up and use of the app checked I was happy. I was very happy with the service provided from start to finish and would recommend anyone thinking about any electrical work to seriously consider ACTISMART Well done guys.

I recently had an EV charger and security camera installed by Actismart Ltd, and I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. The workmanship was top-notch — everything was fitted neatly, with great attention to detail. What really stood out was the fair and competitive pricing. There were no hidden fees, and the value for money was excellent, especially given the high quality of the installation. Communication was clear throughout the process, and they made sure everything was set up and working perfectly before leaving. I feel much more secure now with the new camera system in place and am thrilled to have the EV charger ready to go. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable, affordable, and skilled installation services. Great job all around!

Efficient and friendly staff. Excellent service and nothing was too much trouble. Actismart helped us to solve a complicated issue and the work was completed to a high standard.

I recently had an EV charger installed by Actismart and couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The installation itself was incredibly neat and tidy, clearly done with care and attention to detail. The engineers were punctual, professional, and happy to walk me through the setup. Getting everything up and running on the app was a breeze too, super intuitive and user-friendly. It’s clear that Actismart takes pride in delivering not just quality hardware but a smooth customer experience as well. Highly recommend!

Brilliant job, fast efficient friendly have already recommended and will use again

Fantastic service for a home EV charger install at short notice, quick, efficient & tidy job. Everything was explained regarding set up & good to know the technical support is there & local if wver needed. Highly recommend!

Great experience. I needed to have bonding which most places want done before. Came out same day had a look and all booked and done within a week. Explained it in a way that's easy to understand and make decisions. Options presented but no hard upsell. Great tidy job done quickly on day. Works grand.

Superb experience at every contact with Actismart. Right from the response to my Internet enquiry through to installation everything was made simple. As a 1stvtime EV driver and charger user I had lots of questions, they answered them all with confidence. The product range and choice was good too. The installation guys were very friendly and efficient and showed lots of patience when my phone was struggling to connect to the app. They didn't leave before sorting it. I felt well served and an important customer which is quite rare these days. Small businesses like this deserve to be successful, good luck guys and thanks.

Amazing service from start to finish, fast communication, extremely friendly and realisable young lads, very helpful and tidy, knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend x

Superb... 5***** service from start to finish! Everything was so easy, from quotation stage to final payment... many thanks guys.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Excellent Service! Had some electrical work done at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was efficient, tidy, and very friendly throughout the whole process. Everything was done to a high standard, and the price was very reasonable. It’s not always easy to find reliable tradespeople, but these guys were fantastic. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with the work carried out Actismart Ltd which was a Hypervolt EV charger and solar panels with inverter and battery etc. Fully recommended

I don’t normally take time out to write a review but on this occasion I feel it only fair to explain my 5* rating, from initial contact both time keeping and communication were excellent, a thorough inspection and subsequent explanation of the required works were explained with the various options of EV chargers also discussed. A free no obligation quote was drawn up and accepted. I believe having three brothers running a family business pays dividends with the pride and care shown to the customer. I was really impressed with the quality of the installation and the follow up aftercare. Please give the brothers a chance you will not be disappointed.

Amazing. Great experience for our first ever alarm system, these guys are fantastic. Very thoughtful and willing to help and tailor to our needs.

Very happy with the installation of our EV charger. Refreshing to have a job done by a company that genuinely seem to care about providing a high level of customer care and are reliable. Would highly recommend to others.

Very professional install no pressure to buy after having a free quote quick to install ans all round relaxed ans pleasant experience. Would recommend

I have just had solar panels, inverter and battery installed at my property and I’m absolutely delighted with them,I initially had reservations about solar panels but was totally convinced as to there merits after Will discussed at length the benefits that I could realise by having such an install I have used Actismart now for several years and I have nothing but the highest admiration and respect for them, the professional way they go about the many jobs I have asked them to do, big or small has to be highly commended. Big shout out to Jay for all his expertise and patience in the actual solar installation he really knows his stuff and put me at ease during the whole process, he really did go above and beyond on this project. I highly recommend (unreservedly ) this company for all your electrical needs. Andrew Middleton

Excellent service

Excellent service from start till finish would highly recommend Actismart for EV installation. Thank you

Extremely quick to reply to messages etc. every time, really patient with explaining everything that needed explaining, super neat and good-quality installation (EV home charger), top warranty and loads of aftercare/support etc.

Fantastic service from Will and his team, start to finish. We have been up and running for about a month and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of workmanship and help I’ve received. I would highly recommend Will and his Actismart team.

Excellent service from start to finish, would highly recommend. Responded immediately to a CheckaTrade job for an EV charger install. Were only interested contractor to actually turn up, survey and quote! Arranged rapid installation date. Installers quick, helpful and courteous

Had the ohme epod installed. Quick job. Left all tidy afterwards. Great company to deal with as I had to change the install date q few times with no issues. Highly recommend

Once again an excellent job completed by Actismart. Jay and Connor did a first class electrical job for us installing outdoor sockets in our garden. 5 stars to Will, Jay and Connor, a great bunch of guys who I would highly recommend for any electrical or Cctv work

Great service provided by Actismart. Excellent communication throughout. A fast turnaround and a very tidy installation.

Not long ago, I had my outhouse electric wiring done, sockets, as well as a outside socket for my pool. Actismart did an excellent job, and I will be using them again soon this coming summer. I definitely recommend for mind at ease. They will do a nice, smooth and clean job, no hesitation.

From initial contact with Will, during survey and quote, I was really impressed with the company and was more than confident in placing my order with them for an EV charger supply and installation. The two engineers who attended site were extremely professional and knowledgeable and carried out the work to my complete satisfaction including setting up my charging app. Nothing was too much trouble. I would have no issues using Actismart again and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Actismart did an excellent job installing our new ev charger. From start to finish. From obtaining a no obligation survey and quote to completion of the work. Jay and Connor did a very professional job installing the charger with first class workmanship. Tidied up well at the end of the installation. I would have no hesitation in recommending Actismart.

Extremely impressed with the service provided by Will & Jay for our Solar installation. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, organised and brilliant attention to detail. System is working perfectly, cannot recommend these guys enough.

Two very polite and respectful young men came to fit our cctv camera done a great job would recommend to anyone looking for a company who come when they say they will and do a great job thank you for a job well done

Amazing service before and after installation of alarm & camera system. Arrived on time and made me aware that they are only ever a call or text message away. Checked in day after installation to ensure that we were able to do everything correctly. No mess or rubbish left behind, shoe covers used whilst indoors even though I said there was no need. Exceptionally professional and competitively priced business which I would highly recommend. Many thanks Will, Connor and team much appreciated.

Excellent company to deal with, very good and quick to send quotes and information , following up with excellent workmanship and after sale service. Keeping to agreed timings. Would highly recommend.

Great efficient service provided by Actismart. Local reliable firm. Highly recommend.

First class job. Changed 4 pendant lights to much more modern flush 3 lights for us in our new home. Polite, friendly guys. Nobody wants to be hanging over the stairs doing that themselves do they. Glad to have chosen them. Cleaned all the old fittings up and tidied it for us too. Just working on my new list of things I need to get done. Maybe camera, outside lights. Would absolutely recommend 👌

Needed a Ev charger installed and had a pretty small window between install and delivery of my EV vehicle and was recommended Actismart by a colleague. Initial call with Jay to discuss my requirements who was very polite and professional in taking a few details and then passed me over to his brother Josh who again was fantastic throughout the entire process. I was waiting under a week from my initial enquiry to install and all without any issues. These guys are very professional and their work and finish was to a very high standard. Unfortunately the 2 lads who came out to install I didn't get their names but again just as the rest very professional and their work to a very high standard. Would certainly recommend Actismart for any of your electrical needs and I shall certainly be saving their details as my electricians of choice.

I recently had Actismart complete an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) for my property, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their work. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were professional and knowledgeable. Actismart's team conducted a thorough inspection, explained the process in simple terms, and answered all my questions with patience. The report was detailed and easy to understand, highlighting any necessary improvements and ensuring my electrical system is safe and compliant. I highly recommend Actismart for their outstanding service and expertise.

After spending the morning ringing around trying to find some help after a little house fire, finally got through to someone who could help, (glad I did) from the get go talked me through how to get my electric back on. 2 lads arrived and fixed the issue also looked at a light fitting and changed, despite all the wiring being back to front they fixed the issue, lads was polite and cleaned the areas after working, talked me through what had to be done, and job was completed to a high standard. Saved the day at such short notice and great lads thanks for your help I will highly recommend you to any one who asked if I know any one in the future. Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleased with Actismart who fitted our EV Charger. Will made the initial assessment and advised the best options. Will was very knowledgeable and come up with some good solutions. Jake installed the charger and we had an additional outside electric plug. Jake made an excellent job and went over and above hiding and positioning the wall socket. I was extremely pleased with the work and would recommend Actismart and definitely use them again. Well done- great job!

Used ACTISMART on the 29th Nov and 02nd Dec to have a new consumer unit fitted + wiring inspection and installation of a new hob unit. From start to finish, the electricians on site provide a first class service. I cannot heap enough praise on the Company and staff for an extremely professional experience.

From our first meeting with Will, right through to having our EV charger installed by Jay, the service was friendly and professional. The workmanship was just fantastic what a tidy job! I would 100% recommend Actismart for all of your electrical needs. I know I will use the guys again. Thank you Will and Jay (and helper) for such a great job.

We had Actismart quote for an Ajax house alarm. We were notified by email and text of the survey appointment and also backed up with reminders. Will turned up on time and and demonstrated the sytem and did the site survey. He arranged a date and time for fitting to meet our requirements. Again the appointment was notified by email and text. The Actismart team turned up on time and commenced fitting. All wore overshoes and the team were polite and courteous. All mess and packaging was cleared up and taken away. I had a home alarm and CCTV system fitted yesterday by Brad and Jay, couldn’t fault their work, spoke me through what they was doing, asking for my input on placement of cameras and security boxes, tidying up after themselves including taking their rubbish, to at the end of the day sitting down with me and running me through the systems making sure I’m all sorted and everything is up and running as it should be. Totally professional job, can’t fault them and would highly recommend!

Very happy with the service from Actismart from quotation through to completion. We thoroughly recommend Actismart! They have carried out a number of jobs on our property recently including the installation of a full CCTV system, EV charger and the replacement of our garden lights for a much more cost effective solution. They have been a pleasure to deal with and communication has been excellent throughout. Nothing has been too much trouble, taking the time to go through options and suggest products that best fulfilled our needs. Work was completed on time and to an exceptionally high standard. They were extremely sympathetic to how the installation would look, ensuring that cables etc were hidden where possible and were aligned on the outside of the property. It has been great to be able to support a local family business - Thank you guys for all your hard work 😊

Great communication and fast response to messages. Sorted the problem in no time. Highly recommend Thank you!

I found Actismart Ltd through FaceBook; as a small business owner myself, I wanted to give these guys a try - as they were a fairly new('ish) local business setup. From the pictures of example work on their FaceBook page, and by reading through other reviews - I was impressed by the positive comments from other customers and such tidy workmanship examples. I have to agree that the team at Actismart did not disappoint. From the first contact / visit - Will called me to make an appointment to visit me to discuss my needs to carry out a couple of small jobs (Gas meter bonding, and replacement of an outdoor security light). Will called me, and arrived on time (as promised) - punctual, and polite - and produced an electronic quote for me quickly and efficiently within a few hours to my Inbox. I agreed to get the work done, and booked in for the following week. Jay and the apprentice (sorry, didn't get his name!) arrived on-time, as promised and after a quick chat to agree the plan of work, they quickly got the jobs done with a sense of pride in their work. Tidy, professional and a lovely clean job. This is customer service excellence at its' finest, and how things should be done! Well done lads, I'll be definitely using you again, and recommending you ! 5 STARS *****

Really great experience with these lads yesterday , the communication from when they was on the way to do the job , from them going to pick up parts and coming back was amazing because it didn't feel like you was waiting around because the time keeping was amazing . The shower they installed is a lot better than the original and the light is a lot nicer and he talked to me throughout the whole process letting me know what he was doing , got me to double check everything was ok before he left , kept everything clean tidy. Great lads , very well mannered and respectful definitely recommend them and use again when needed Thanks lads
