Convert Energy Ltd was recommended to a customer by two sets of neighbours who had been impressed by its helpfulness and good service; the customer chose it over cheaper firms offering standardised installations, and its engineers carried out a clean and safe installation that the customer described as efficient and quick. Others describe Convert Energy Ltd as friendly, professional and competent, with engineers who are helpful, knowledgeable and reliable, and one customer reported that David Brown responded quickly to a solar i-boost query and cleared a fault on the immersion thermostat. Convert Energy were recommended to me by two sets of neighbours, both of whom had been impressed by the helpfulness and good service offered. One neighbour's original installers had gone bust, yet Convert Energy willingly helped the family, fixing a problem and improving their domestic setup. I chose them in preference to some cheaper firms who offered 'standardised' installations. I wanted large capacity batteries, a programmable Inverter and a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) that would continue to provide stored power to all lighting, fridges and freezers and the electrical maintenance of my Gas Central Heating for up to several hours in case of a power cut. Convert Energy's engineers carried out a clean and safe installation with efficiency and speed. I have been impressed by one of their Design Engineers who has solved my after-installation queries and remotely re-programmed my Inverter to take advantage of better tariffs now being offered by the award-winning Octopus Energy. This is an outstanding company that provides excellent quality service. I have always found Convert Energy reliable and professional with friendly and dependable engineers. Our latest interaction with the company was when we asked for a repair to be carried out in a property where there was leaking glycol from an old system that Convert Energy hadn't even installed. Many companies wouldn't take on a job like this on but the team resolved the problem speedily and effectively. If you are looking to reduce your greenhouse gas emissions by converting your home or business to a reliable low carbon system then look no further. Thank you for going the extra mile.

What a great contractor! Detailed design drawings, great fitters. A well organised and executed install. A thorough knowledge of solar systems both thermal and PV or PVT. I had to search high and low to find a competent installer of PVT panels for our new large detached project. David supplied cutting edge Virtu PVT tubes alongside 8.5kw of PV.
