Excellent professional service, good value for the money.

I had an air unit for my sitting room and was so impressed with its effectiveness and its economy that I had another put in the bedroom. I found the office staff, especially Nicola, really helpful and informative.

The team at Complete Solar in Little Common are brilliant. They really do provide quality customer care and nothing is too much trouble. They are always on hand to provide advice, guidance and answer any queries you have. I'd absolutely recommend them

Wonderful service from Complete Solar and Renewables Ltd from the beginning to the end. Our planning meeting with Nicola was straight forward and she was able to answer all our questions and worries about the roof suitability (it's an old house and old roof). The installation team was efficient, quiet and very respectful. The whole system was installed quickly and has been working beautifully. I also like the app which allows me to see how much electricity is generated and consumed. Highly recommend them.

Great service - really helpful team and felt we got a solution that was tailored to our requirements. Many thanks, Nicola & Sam

Complete Solar fitted our solar panels and aircon units earlier this year. They could not have been more friendly and helpful with their advice and sharing information. The systems have been great and if we have had any questions they have been more than happy to answer them. Three of our neighbours also have solar panels fitted by Complete Solar and everyone is extremely happy with the systems and their service.

Installation was neat, timely and effective. Great job.

Turned up to all appointments on time and completed the installation to a high standard. Would use again.

Thank you Complete Solar and Renewables, excellent product, service and installation. I would strongly recommend.

Very nice people to deal with , efficient, competitive and very professional.I am very pleased with the advice and the work they have done for us.Thank you.

We picked a local co to do our solar installation- these people are SO good - friendly , knowledgeable, good prices and aftercare . . Cannot fault them at all . . Recommend!

They did a great job of advising us on the type of installation that was suitable for our home. They then installed the products in a very professional mannor (during awful weather) and had everything up and running within 3/4 days. I highly recommend them, they have a great team who communicate well and provide customers with the information and feedback necessary to make a significant financial decision.

Work was carried out to a very high standard. Friendly knowledgeable installers. Very happy with my new solar panels and would definitely recommend.

Faultless! What a great experience from start to finish, from first contact with Mark for a quote, through Nicola and Louise in the office, and the installation team Sam, Dan and Mark. It has been beyond my expectations, friendly, efficient and clean and tidy work done at my house, turned up bang on time every day, got on with the work, Sam took the time to answer any of my questions, without hesitation, in a clear and concise manner. The guys cleared up at the end of every day, I wouldn't have known they were working in my house. It's been a really great experience. If you want solar, these are your people Thank you so much Ali

Professional, Reliable & Knowledgeable from start to finish, would highly recommend to anyone.

We chose Complete Solar on recommendation from friends who had them installed on their house. We are so glad we did! The installation which is now over eighteen months ago was quick, and easy. the whole process was explained with Complete Solar obtaining permissions for installation and grid connection. Their engineer Sam was knowledgeable and sorted everything out. We had twelve panels, an inverter and battery installed, the cost was reasonable and cheaper than a lot of other suppliers. We subsequently had three more panels installed along with an EV car charger, Sam sorted the whole thing out including some trouble shooting, including contacting the charger company. We now charge our EV direct from the Solar installation at no cost during summer months. We have had no issues at all with the installation, and if we have any questions, a call to the office gets any questions answered, (usually in relation to the inverter app) The service back up from Complete Solar has been second to none, we feel that we are completely supported both from their engineers and office staff. (A big thank you to them all) They will explain that solar is an averages game, you will make a lot through summer and not so much in winter, dependent of weather, if you use it thoughtfully the savings are considerable, we estimate that we have saved around £800 per year though solar use. This is through appliance and EV charge during the day, battery use during the evening and grid feedback albeit we are on the lower feedback tariff) We have consistently recommended Complete Solar to friends and acquaintances and have no hesitation in posting this recommendation online, their service has been that good.

Used this company to install 8 additional solar panels, complete with 10kw battery storage and inverter upgrade. Extremely happy with installation, workforce very tidy, would highly recommend. Competitive price against 3 other quotes I obtained, and quote fully detailed and itemised. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite staff.

Excellent service, always attentive.

Great work done professionally and with good knowledge.

It's taken me 2 years to get to write this review (sorry guys) but in 2023 I accepted 2 quotes, 60 solar panels on my office roof and a much smaller install on my house. Highly professional throughout, install went well and we have a super rapid ROI due to number of panels and price. Thanks guys.

very good , helpful and professional - great company to do business with

A highly professional organisation. We were looking to have a PV installation on our complex roof. Complete Solar looked at differing options, thinking outside the box, and came up with a hybrid design of roof and wall mounted panels. This design ensured maximum generating capacity at reasonable cost. They helped us understand the situation regarding batteries, inverter etc prior to install so we could make informed decisions regarding the final installation specifications. We were truely empowered during the design phase. Prior to installation, Complete Solar arranged the scaffolders. The installation team were smashing. They were punctual, polite and courteous, they were clean and tidy, They too ensured we understood what was happening and ensured we were happy with the routing of cables, positioning of equipment etc. Upon successful commissioning Complete Solar took care of all the paperwork (and there is a copious amount of this as you can imagine). We recommend Complete Solar 100%.

We were so delighted to have found this local company. From the word go they have been professional, efficient, timely and very supportive. They installed 10 solar panels, battery; underfloor heating to 88sq metre ground floor; an MVHR system throughout. We have had a tricky build renovation with dates changing all the time. They have been right by our side, doing everything they could possibly do to ensure the work happened in a timely fashion. When problems occured they were there with immediate solutions. We are very, happy with the results and would highly recommend this company. Special must be made of Nicola who is not only professional, knowledgeable and efficient but kind & supportive. Sam is also a joy, creative and has a brilliant "can do" attitude. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the people working for this company.

Our neighbours recommended this company as they had just had solar panels installed. Nicola and Richard came to have a look at our roof space and talk us through the process. We promptly had a quote with 3 options and a lot of useful information. We decided to go ahead with 28 panels and 2 batteries. The installation started within 2 weeks of the quote being given. Sam, Richard and Alfie did an amazing job. They were very polite, happy to answer questions and really pleasant to have around. We are really happy with the result and the solar panels are giving us more energy than we hoped for. We will be using this company again to install a hot water cylinder. We highly recommend this company!

Everyone at Complete Solar was excellent . Very professional, helpful, and friendly . I can't recommend them enough.

Complete Solar have been very professional and helpful throughout. Their original quote to upgrade an inverter and add a storage battery was competitive. A solution was offered for an early problem of incompatibility with the existing system. Once we'd placed the order, installation was carried out surprisingly quickly. Sam and Kyan did a very good, neat job.

Commercial 36kW Solar PV Installation. Excellent service throughout from initial quotation through to post-installation support. Very professional business and responded to all enquiries quickly. I would highly recommend Complete Solar and Renewables and we will be using them again on a future solar project.

Installation completed very professionally on schedule as planned. Immediate response to small technical problem after install which got resolved very quickly. All together a very good experience and well recommended. Team came back this July to add a split system air to air heat pump to several rooms. Make use of that free solar electricity! We used this company to fit our solar panels and were so pleased with the job they did, they were the “go to” company when we needed an electric vehicle charger fitted. Once again, the whole team have performed efficiently, carefully and courteously. Well done!

I would highly recommend Complete Solar and Renewables Ltd. I decided to go local and support local business and I am glad I did. The process from start to finish was explained and there was good communication. They also were flexible with fitting the installation in around other works that were taking place at my house. Staff were excellent and kept the house clean and tidy during the install.

A great team. Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and with very high standards of workmanship.

Local company providing the kind of service you would hope for, professional, good value, and doing what they said they would do, on time. Both office staff and installation team great to deal with. Early days with the installation of course but based on our experience to date I would certainly recommend.
