Tony came as arranged on Monday afternoon and replaced our broken toilet cistern with a new one. We are very thankful for coming to our help shortly after my phoning you on the previous Friday when it happened.

My parents, 81 & 76, had a burst water main pipe, their housing association thought it acceptable the only water they had for 8 days was little more than a trickle from the kitchen sink. Found out metroplumb were the ones with the task of fixing it so rang them direct & what life savers they were. From Sarah in the office, to the fella, ex Navy & South African, who dug the hole & fixed the pipe, sorry mum didn't ask his name, couldn't have been happier with the service. Both of them went above & beyond. Would recommend Metroplumb in a heartbeat & till the cows came home.

Greg was very friendly and polite both over the phone and in person. He first called me informing they were really busy and unable to attend the same day and offered to come the next day instead. I called out Metroplumb for an emergency for a burst Hot Water Cylinder, It was a terrible leak through the ceiling! They arrived within the hour stopped the leak, and replaced the water tank the following day. Cant recommend these guys highly enough, Honest, Professional, and Tidy! Thanks Errol and Greg.

We have received excellent service from both Greg and Errol and can definitely recommend this company. Our existing plumber had let us down and Greg dealt with a complicated cold water tank replacement efficiently and cleanly. They are both friendly and helpful!

Errol came on time of my booking slot that he called in advance to tell me and did perfectly fixed to replace the toilet by professional manner. I definitely come back to him if something happen in my house for all plumbing issues.

Can't recommend is company enough. We have an overflow pipe problem about 3 months ago and they sent someone around and fixed it within a day or so. Had to call them out again this week on a related issue , not their fault ,and they came fixed it and didn't charge. Very friendly engineer and talked us through what he was doing very well.

Tom, the plumber from Alexander Plumbing Limited did a fantastic job installing my new toilet. He worked very hard, was so polite, was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. He communicated well with me. He found a very good way of overcoming a problem which the new toilet had with existing water pipe work. My new toilet works very well after the installation. I will use the company again and I highly recommend them. Well done!!!

Arranged with Greg for his engineer to attend, was let down 15 minutes before he was due after taking a half day off from work. Re arranged but again let down, the reason that was given by Greg was that he has just found out his engineer did not have a valid driving licence

Completely WONDERFUL! I'd had a couple of plumbers over, who had given me duff information, and who had failed to return to complete the job. Greg was AMAZING! Contacted me soon after I sent a request for help. Arranged a suitable time straight away. Turned up when he said he would. Completed the job in super-quick time to a fabulous standard.
