PlumbFix!

This company arranged for a 3rd party plumber to come out for an emergency job. While the plumber who came was lovely and tried his best to help, ultimately, he couldn’t do more than provide a temporary fix, because the fault lay with the water company and he had neither access nor authorisation to remove the blockage. I was charged over £1000 for this. The water company has since come, they were unable to fix the problem and have had to refer it to a specialist team. They have confirmed that even for the time of night, the price charged was massively over inflated. I have yet to receive a proper invoice or report. Plumfix seem completely uninterested in rectifying, any of this or assisting in liaising with the company to get at least a partial refund.

Special thanks to Angus & Kai for the great service and humour. They had everything I wanted and a great understanding of my needs. Second vist was by contrast appalling and I will avoid that individual in future. Surprising how different employees can give two polar experiences.
